Jim was amazing and very friendly and compassionate about the whole process. Prices were the best around. Jim was very helpful and let me take my time with the grieving process. I hope to never have to use these services again but if I have to then I will use him only. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who has lost a pet.

A very compassionate caring place. Jim answered our call on a Saturday night and took our baby on Sunday for cremation. A week later we lost another beloved pet and he took care of us immediately. What we like the most is his facility guarantees you get your pets ashes back unlike most places who do mass creations and gives you a mix of pets ashes. I would recommend him highly. The cemetary is very peaceful and well taken care of.

My daughters and I cannot express enough how wonderful Jim is. We unfortunately had to visit him twice in a very short time, but he has been a bright light during some dark times! He truly cares about what he does and has so much empathy. He took amazing care of our Clementine and our little feral friend Zelda. While I hope it is quite sometime before we have to visit him again, I would recommend him to anyone, especially families, he is amazingly kind to children who suffer loss.

When our German Shepard Sammy was in the process of dying and inevitably passed, Jim was incredibly helpful and compassionate. He was extremely thorough in explaining the burial process and when the time came, he was a shoulder to cry on. Jim was kind and gentle, he reassured us and allowed us to feel our pain without judgment. He worked quick, making the memorial process a little less painful. In our last moments with Sammy, Jim aided in making it a bittersweet memory. Thank you so much Jim! <3

We recently lost our beloved pup, Tinkerbell. She passed away at home surrounded by those who loved her the most. She had the best 15 years of life & being able to have Keystone Pet Cemetery apart of Tinkerbells cremation allowed us to find closure. I can't say enough good about Jim at Keystone. He's such a gentle giant, and is so sincere in his care and concern. He offers kind words of comfort, no matter the critter. I've used him twice for my guinea pigs and once for my cat, and every experience was everything you could ask for. He's available 24/7, he's up front about pricing (never any surprises), and he gladly accommodates your wants/needs. He offers guidance if you're not sure what you want/need as well. He never makes you feel like your pet is "just" a pet; he knows our babies are family, too. Again, I really just can't recommend him enough. Thanks for everything, Jim!

we recently lost our dog Lucky. Cat Nip Vetrinary was very compassionate with us and made his passing very peacefull and loving. Cat Nip transported Lucky to Keystone Pet Cemetary on our behalf. Two weeks later we received the most beautiful carved wooden box with Lucky's ashes. There was also a beautiful dried rose on top of the ashes. This is our second pet cremated at Keystone and we will not hesitate to use them when the time comes again. They are truly pet lovers and your pets are treated with love and respect.

Our friends, family, and veterinary team knew Chip and we've been so grateful to have so many incredible supports as we approached his end of life. I wasn’t at all expecting for the us to be met with the same level of love and compassion as the people who knew him life, and for the final thing we did for him in death. Chip died peacefully in his sleep at approximately 3:00am and I had no idea what to do. I saw that Keystone Pet Cemetery was open 24/7 and Jim was so kind, even being called at 3:30am by a tearful, flustered, and grieving pet parent. We met 2.5 hours later at his location and he sat us down to show us exactly where our sweet old man was going and how the process worked to give us peace of mind that he will in fact get the respect he deserves with a private cremation. He allowed us as much time as needed to say our last goodbyes. I'm so grateful for the service Jim offers. As well as, his calming presence for people as they navigate their grief and disheartening tasks that come with loss. As long as Keystone Pet Cemetery is in business, we plan on using this service for our other animals (when that time comes).

Jim took excellent care of us when Silver passed. I called him and told him my need and he got my daughter an I right in. He explained everything in detail. Within a week I had my girl back home with me. I am forever grateful for Jim's kind words and how he took care of Silver like she was his own. I am adding a comment here to an older review that I did for another dog we had lost in 2023.Jim once again has provided his very caring and excellent services to us after losing our dog Simba at the end of October 2024.After losing our beloved dog Roxy we reached out to Jim at Keystone Pet Cemetery and received the caring help we needed at that very difficult time. He was very thorough with explaining the process for cremation and we appreciate his time and sensitivity during that time we met with him.

We just lost our 15 yr old Aussie and which was truly a loss of a family member. Jim at Keystone Pet Cemetery was very helpful, compassionate and made a very difficult time a little less so. As our dog was a pretty big boy, burial at home wasn't an option and so we went with the cremation services, with the ashes returned in a beautiful carved box and which was a thoughtful touch. I wholeheartedly recommend Keystone to anyone who has lost their pet.

I contacted Jim about my cat Skittles passing, he got back to me right away and wanted to work with me when I could bring her. He was extremely kind and caring towards me and taking care of my baby. Late on a Saturday night, while on a walk, our dog Bane unexpectedly passed away. While my wife and I were devastated and filled with grief, we had to do what was right for our best friend in handling his remains. We called around and got nothing but voicemails and messages regarding business hours. However, when we called Keystone Animal Cemetery, Jim answered the call at 11:00. He guided us through the process and set up to drop his remains off at 6 am Sunday. When we arrived, Jim was up and prepared for us. His compassion through the whole ordeal made the grieving process more manageable. We received his cremated remains back within a week. They came in a beautiful wooden box. My wife and I can't thank you enough.

Our beautiful boy Sarge passed after about a month of being diagnosed with metastatic cancer. I had e-mailed Jim preparing for the worst and he told us to give him a call if things went south.Jim is without a doubt one of the kindest human beings I ever met. He gave us this beautiful box with a card and was very comforting and understanding through the entire thing. When we took Sarge down you can tell just by the way Jim pet his head that he loved animals and that he's doing this for the people like us who want to memorialize a staple of our lives.He's about 45 minutes from where we live and the drive was worth it. The last time we got a puppy cremated it cost double for what Jim did it for and it was very personalized.If you have a sick or passing pet and would like to memorialize I cannot recommend this man enough. As soon as you talk with him on the phone you'll know you made the right decision.Thank you, Jim for helping our family memorialize the goodest boy we've ever had. God bless!

He immediately stepped up and offered to meet us within no time at all. He is beyond caring and understanding and went above and beyond even with it being a holiday. Jim was so incredibly empathetic and kind during our horribly difficult time. He walked us through all the steps that would follow after leaving our baby with him for cremation. I can not say enough about the way Magic, our Rottweiler was taken care of and our feelings were taken into account.We came home and found Magic deceased in the middle of our floor on a Sunday night. We placed a call to Jimmy and explained the situation and he came out and picked Magic up.He said he would call us Thursday. We could not wait and called him instead. He told me Magic was on his way back and he would call us when he was there.True to his word he called me. I told him we would be there for him right after I got out of work.I went home picked up my husband and granddaughter and off we went. I was anxious, we wanted Magic, another bad snow storm was suppose to hit us and we wanted Magic home with us for it. Well needless to say when you want to get somewhere you run into traffic and what ever can happens happens.My husband called Jimmy and explained and AGAIN, Jimmy said not to worry he would wait for us.When we got to Keystone Pet Cemetery, Jimmy met us and said he would go get Magic he had him in the chapel. I wanted to cry. Magic was not sitting somewhere on a shelf or desk he was in the chapel.When Jimmy came walking towards me with Magic it was like we got him, he is home.The wooden box he is in is awesome. It has his name, Magic on a gold plate attached to the box. You can open the box and Magic is in a plastic bag with his name on it and a artificial rose in the middle of the bag.I ABSOLUTELY love that we can see him. We can hold him, pet him, give him kisses.We also received a very nice card with The Rainbow Bridge poem on it and then our names and Magic name.Magic was very close to our 5 year old grandson. Magic and him were inseparable. Magic followed him all over. I showed Magic to him and he pet him.I just could go on and on about the way Magic was taken care of and treated with the utmost respect.1,000 thank you Jimmy.Bob and Lori Case

I can not recommend Jim and his services enough. Our 7yr old Dane passed suddenly on the 4th of July. A family friend of ours said to call him. He waited for us to arrive and was just amazing. He was sympathetic and gave us time to say goodbye. I will always be grateful for the way he handled our Dane and love and care he extended to my kids. This was the first time we’ve lost a pet. My beloved Chavo passed away last week and I I wanted him with me so I google and Keystone came up and it said available 24 hours so my husband called and from the beginning to getting my baby back he was caring not only about my Chavo but is as well. When our beloved Lady passed it was night time. Jim said to bring her in right away. Jim was waiting for us to arrive. He opened my door and warmly greeted us. He is very compassionate. Earlier this month we very suddenly lost our sweet baby Cactus. We gave Jim a call to schedule a last minute appointment and he couldn't have been more accommodating. Jim is friendly, thoughtful, compassionate, and personable; you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their pets. He treated Cactus with the utmost care and respect. We received a beautifully carved wooden box with her ashes, an adorable terracotta pawprint mold with her name pressed into it, and a lock of her fur. I called Jim in the middle of the night when my ferret passed, and He helped me set a time to meet him with my Rikki. When I arrived to hand Rikki over, he sat me down and walked me through the entire process, and gave all the details he could. Jim was so kind and personable and I felt comfortable leaving Rikki with him to be cremated. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and loves animals. As someone deeply attached to pets of any kind, it hit me deeply when a newly befriended stray cat of mine had passed away yesterday due to every vet’s early closing hours after she had contracted a respiratory virus. I had planned to shelter her in my room until mornning arrived to get her care but sadly she could no longer hold on, hitting me deeply. In order to at least provide her a respectful resting place i began to search for pet cremation’s where i happened to meet Jim. Jim was the only place open when I needed it and upon meeting him directly you can tell Jim is a man of complete sincerity. Jim is not a man guided by money or financial gain by his business but rather someone who wants to help provide for families in need, he offered a complete affordable price and even sympathized with me on the loss. Jim is great with handling customers and being able to provide to there needs beyond the business Moto, Jim is someone you may depend on.

Jim was incredibly empathetic when the day came that I had to say goodbye to my best fur friend of 18.5 years, Tino. He made my heart wrenching experience a lot more bearable. Jim is so compassionate. My Jasper passed on Saturday September 24th, 2022 at 12:08am. We called early morning at 7:30am. Jim answered and was amazing. He greeted us, he even opened the car door. This date one year ago, my best friend/daughter -Fatty has passed away due to breast cancer. Her surgery didn’t extend her longevity. She left me at 03:00AM after one month surgery from Skippack Hospital. This is the biggest regret in my life, Fatty should have live happily and longer if they were not promised extend her life after the surgery. I sent her cold body to Keystone Pet Cemetery around 05:00AM that day because the owner couldn’t hear any words from my mouth. Thank you for taking care of her as your own pet child. I’m really appreciated your sympathetic. Everything seems just happened yesterday. Sorry for the delay review, it takes me really long long time to be able to open talking about this. Wish you the best!

Jim was wonderful with getting my boy ( 9 year old cat) cremated. The day I found my cat peacefully passed away, I called keystone pet cemetery that night and Jim was able to have me drop him off that night. He explained thorough the way he would handle everything and gave me an incredible price for the cremation and beautiful box. Heaven forbid I loose another pet I will be using his services again to preserve my loved one.

I can not thank Jim enough for his kindness and compassion when it came time to find a place to have our beloved German shepherd cremated. It was a holiday weekend and super short notice. He immediately stepped up and offered to meet us within no time at all. He is beyond caring and understanding and went above and beyond even with it being a holiday. His kindness was so welcoming at such a hard time. His heartfelt condolences were so appreciated. I can not recommend his services enough!

I can not say enough about the way Magic, our Rottweiler was taken care of and our feelings were taken into account.We came home and found Magic deceased in the middle of our floor on a Sunday night. We placed a call to Jimmy and explained the situation and he came out and picked Magic up.He said he would call us Thursday. We could not wait and called him instead. He told me Magic was on his way back and he would call us when he was there.True to his word he called me. I told him we would be there for him right after I got out of work.I went home picked up my husband and granddaughter and off we went. I was anxious, we wanted Magic, another bad snow storm was suppose to hit us and we wanted Magic home with us for it. Well needless to say when you want to get somewhere you run into traffic and what ever can happens happens.My husband called Jimmy and explained and AGAIN, Jimmy said not to worry he would wait for us.When we got to Keystone Pet Cemetery, Jimmy met us and said he would go get Magic he had him in the chapel. I wanted to cry. Magic was not sitting somewhere on a shelf or desk he was in the chapel.When Jimmy came walking towards me with Magic it was like we got him, he is home.The wooden box he is in is awesome. It has his name, Magic on a gold plate attached to the box. You can open the box and Magic is in a plastic bag with his name on it and a artificial rose in the middle of the bag.I ABSOLUTELY love that we can see him. We can hold him, pet him, give him kisses.We also received a very nice card with The Rainbow Bridge poem on it and then our names and Magic name.Magic was very close to our 5 year old grandson. Magic and him were inseparable. Magic followed him all over. I can not recommend Jim and his services enough. Our 7yr old Dane passed suddenly on the 4th of July. A family friend of ours said to call him. He waited for us to arrive and was just amazing. My girl Lucy passed away last Monday and she was my best friend and baby for 12 years. Earlier this month we very suddenly lost our sweet baby Cactus. We gave Jim a call to schedule a last minute appointment and he couldn't have been more accommodating. I called Jim in the middle of the night when my ferret passed, and He helped me set a time to meet him with my Rikki. When I arrived to hand Rikki over, he sat me down and walked me through the entire process, and gave all the details he could. As someone deeply attached to pets of any kind, it hit me deeply when a newly befriended stray cat of mine had passed away yesterday due to every vet’s early closing hours after she had contracted a respiratory virus. I had planned to shelter her in my room until mornning arrived to get her care but sadly she could no longer hold on, hitting me deeply. In order to at least provide her a respectful resting place i began to search for pet cremation’s where i happened to meet Jim. This date one year ago, my best friend/daughter -Fatty has passed away due to breast cancer. Her surgery didn’t extend her longevity. She left me at 03:00AM after one month surgery from Skippack Hospital. This is the biggest regret in my life, Fatty should have live happily and longer if they were not promised extend her life after the surgery. Jim was wonderful with getting my boy ( 9 year old cat) cremated. Yesterday we lost our Black Lab to cancer. We were overwhelmed with grief at the loss of our dear Sage. We knew weeks ago that she wouldn't be with us much longer so I dug a grave for her behind our home. But since we had 30 inches of snow and the dirt pile was frozen solid. I called Keystone and asked Jim if he could take care of cremation for our Sage. He was the nicest and most down to earth person we could have hoped for. He made us feel so much better until we left. I would highly recommend Jim and Keystone to anyone and everyone. Another great thing is he has access to multiple cremation units so each dog is cremated separately that was one of our big concerns. I live nearby Keystone but never gave it much thought. It's not a service you want to think about until you need it and, in the past, we let our vet make arrangements or buried pets ourself on my parents farm. Then one afternoon, after a long fight with illness after this girl was rescued, she passed away at home, in my arms. A special, so much beloved baby needed a special ending. I was too exhausted for burial. My husband suggested cremation but I didn't want to make the hour drive to her vet. Then we remembered Keystone. What a blessing. I spoke to Jim on the phone and he was flexible with me bringing her after my daughter got home from school to say her goodbyes. He was both down to earth and professional. A comforting combination and genuinely cared about Anne's dignity. A week later, she came home to us in her beautiful carved chest. We know she finally has peace and we feel it too.

I live nearby Keystone but never gave it much thought. It's not a service you want to think about until you need it and, in the past, we let our vet make arrangements or buried pets ourself on my parents farm. Then one afternoon, after a long fight with illness after this girl was rescued, she passed away at home, in my arms. A special, so much beloved baby needed a special ending. I was too exhausted for burial. My husband suggested cremation but I didn't want to make the hour drive to her vet. Then we remembered Keystone. What a blessing. I spoke to Jim on the phone and he was flexible with me bringing her after my daughter got home from school to say her goodbyes. He was both down to earth and professional. A comforting combination and genuinely cared about Anne's dignity. A week later, she came home to us in her beautiful carved chest. We know she finally has peace and we feel it too.

My English bulldog passed away on a Sunday! It was a very emotional thing because she was not even sick. I had no idea what to do because it was a Sunday. My husband found the keystone pet cemetery and called! This man was so nice and told us to bring her down! When our dear cat Ripley passed away on Tuesday we couldn't find a facility that would allow us to view her individual cremation from start to finish. After calling several places I called Keystone and spoke to Jim and explained my concerns about being absolutely sure that we were getting only Ripleys ashes back. He made a call to a facility that he uses and explained our needs. He set everything up and called me back in the morning. We were able to bring our Ripley there directly and the staff, Laura and Anthony let us watch as she was placed into her own private oven. It's not as bad as it sounds and just knowing for certain that her remains were not mixed in with others was very comforting to us. I wished I had called Keystone first. Jim was so understanding and helped make this incredibly sad time easier. Thank you you so much for all you did for us and our little Ripley.

I cannot say enough good about. Jim. The level of compassion and professionalism they showed me and my Dog Bella that passed away was second to none. They were able to accommodate my needs the same day and at a good price. Bella's face did not touch the ground Jim carried her from our car,which meant the world to me. Well its been 2months since my Cocobean passed on fri Oct 13, 2023! Id been in touch with Jim at Keystone Pet Cemetary an he got me in on my way home with coco and made the experince of getting her cremated much easier for me he explained the whole process an i thank my sister for being with me also! This was my toughest day by far my coco was 18 yrs/3months an it was my 1st experience with this took me a bit to get thru an im still goin thru it every time i think of her shes my soul! 💔😢😭 Thank u Jim

I had my dog cremated and the manager Jim was wonderful very consoling to my family , I recommend this cemetery better than my Vet . No we’re Bureaucratic mess . He every detail tender loving care
