We unfortunately had to use the services of Willig funeral home. While it was a rough emotional time for us, Chuck at Willig’s could not have made it any easier for us. He had a list of items that needed to be done and walked us through each item. He guided us through writing the obit and making all the arrangements, He took the time to answer every question that we had and did so in a calm and sympathetic manner. He took care of all the details. The funeral home viewing and memorial service were done to perfection. Our experience with Chuck and the entire staff was great and we would highly recommend Willig funeral home.

Well my mom said a few years ago she wanted to be laid out at willig funeral home because it's beautiful. I've never had to deal directly with a funeral home. Chuck and the staff was definitely 1st class about everything. They completely handled everything. They completely respected and granted all of our wishes. Thank you guys for everything...

With the recent passing of our mom, the entire staff met every single need that our family had. From the ease of the planning, the warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere, to the first class customer service that not only our family received, but to all of the guests that came to pay their respects. We couldn't have asked or wanted anything more. A special thank you to Chuck, Michael and all of the Willig staff for your utmost professionalism. We truly are grateful for the care that was given during this sad time for our family.

Our family was extremely pleased with the excellent staff and services provided to us for our family member. Everyone we dealt with was so professional, efficient, friendly, and compassionate, and they were always available for anything we needed. This means a lot when you are dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one. I would highly recommend Willig Funeral Home & Crematory to anyone who needs these services.

Absolutely amazing to work with! Chuck was there for us at 1am all the way till the end of the funeral service. Made everything so easy and was very understanding throughout. Everyone was so professional. From the drivers to the staff at the viewing. We were there way later than we were scheduled to be, and they never rushed us out... absolutely amazing and so patient. Thank you again so much!!!

Excellent staff and excellent services. My father lost his battle to cancer. When Mike and Chuck came to my house to pick my father up. My oldest son was sleeping due to him having a seziure the night before my father passed. Mike and chuck waited to take my father so that my son could come down and say his final goodbyes to his pap. They were very kind to my family when the came to pick my father up. They let us stay in the room while they put him in so that they could take him. They were very careful with my father. I highly recommend them to anyone. They do a wonderful job fixing your loved ones for viewings. My father-in-law was at willigs in January when we went to the viewing . They did an awesome job on him. You couldn’t tell that he was really sick.

Willing Funeral Home was an absolute pleasure to work with for the funeral of our beloved Aunt. Most needs/requests were anticipated, the Staff were professional, and coordination between Willig, church, and cemetery was smooth and seamless. It is the hardest thing to have to say goodbye to a loved one, and it is even worse when you have to make arrangements for someone you love for the first time. I didn't know where to start but after one conversation with Chuck I felt a little peace. He answered my calls WHENEVER I had questions. He gave me instructions and went beyond what we talked about to make sure my dads service was beautiful. The funeral home surprised my sisters and myself with a split pendant to have a piece of my dad with me. They gave us so much, when it was all done I felt so much love and peace for my dad. I can not thank them enough but I want to share this to those who may need those types of services. Willig really cares for the families they help.

My dad’s cremation service was at Willig. We had a viewing first. Which meant the world to my mother and I. They made my dad look perfect just like he was sleeping. We will be forever grateful to them for that experience. Seeing him at the hospital the way he looked, left me feeling very sad. But they gave us a great last look at dad. Thank you to the entire staff for the best experience on the worst day of our life.

Willie's did a wonderful job with my Father-in-law's funeral. We had a zoom meeting for other family that could not attend during Covid-19. Other than the internet issues we encountered, we were very satisfied. Beautiful touch of releasing a dove at the end of his service.

If there were 10 stars, I would give that. In March, I received a phone call from the Medical Examiner in Pittsburgh. That my oldest brother had died. I live in Florida, and stressed over how we were going to take care of my brothers arrangements. Mr. Danforth and the staff helped me tremendously, with compassion and respect!I truly want to Thank each and every one of you!!Sincerely, Janice B
