I never write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience with Paw Prints Forever.I found my 18 year old cat, cold and curled up, in a remote hiding space in my home Thursday night. I cradled her body all night, in complete denial and shock, while panicking about what to do next.I did a quick google search and found Paw Prints Forever. I called them the minute they opened on Friday and Christina was immediately empathic, telling me I could bring my baby in right away.As soon as I brought her in, Christina lead me to a big, beautiful room with a bed prepared so I could comfortably place her and was able to stay with her as long as I needed. I was handed some paperwork to do while in there, but it was just one side of one page asking a couple simple questions. Christina again treated me and Mimi with such dignity and kindness when I finally came out with my tear stained paperwork.I got the call from Ashley on Tuesday telling me Mimi was ready to be picked up. She was patient with me as I tried to figure out when I could pick her up. She was ready as soon as I walked in and I was again greeted with compassion.The options for a clay paw print and high res photos of her paws and nose were great. Every pet is cremated by itself, so I know the ashes are all hers (you can opt to view this part too). They included a little baggie of her hair and made sure to get all of her colors. They even post an obituary on their site.I wish services like this weren’t necessary, but I am so happy they were. They made it as quick and easy as something like this could ever be. The compassion and respect they gave to both myself and my Mimi, treating her like the close family member she was, helped validate my grief in a way I didn’t realize I needed. Thank you.

On one of the hardest days of my life they showed compassion and were very gentle in the process. I appreciate the fact they offer a room for you to say good bye. The building was clean and inviting (even despite the circumstances). They offer a wide variety of keepsakes and I chose the digital paw and nose print and a clay paw print which were both good quality and wrapped carefully. After my baby passed I wasn’t able to pay the full balance and chipped away little by little and they kept in touch and gave me space to grieve without the hassle of paying off the debt. I am furever grateful to the staff for holding on to my Honey until I was able to pay. My only suggestion is maybe to partner with care credit as many people rely on it for all their pets needs. But other than that I appreciate their service and kindness <3

I was very happy to have found Paw Prints Forever. I wanted my precious GIDGET to be transitioned here at my home In comfort, surrounded by those she loves and in a familiar space.I had had a horrifying experience at anotherVet In the past years ago And I did not want to repeat that ever again.Both Ashley and Doctor Holmsten were very professional, respectful and gentle with my Gidgey. I could not have asked for a better experience for myself and GIDGET and our other dog, Tara.GIDGET was individually cremated and her cremains were ready in four days. Every service and product I could have needed for GIDGET’s resting place was provided for. It was a very pleasant experience overall especially considering the circumstances.I highly recommend Paw Prints Forever if you should ever need this service. Thank you.

Paw Prints Forever Malvern was absolutely amazing. They displayed so much empathy and care during one of the most difficult times for us. We worked a lot with Ashley and she was amazing with follow-up, making sure we had everything we needed, and showing so much empathy and support. Would absolutely recommend working with them!

Mark and the veterinarian with Paw Prints Forever, Malvern location were so wonderful. Our hearts were broken to have to say goodbye to our 12 year old dog, but their kindness and support made the process so much easier. They were compassionate and showed love for our pup, which meant the world to us. We highly recommend this group and will forever be grateful for their kindness.

This was such a difficult time for me, as I lost my hands down favorite kitty to cancer. Suffice it to say, an extremely hard week- I found Paw Prints Forever as I drove past them every day for work and their website is wonderful. I found that even though I chose a specialty urn and made a couple special requests, the pricing was almost the same as a veterinarian office would charge for just one of those plain boxes. At Paw Prints they only do private cremations (unlike 99% of veterinarian offices). Adam was so helpful from my initial phone call to the drop off and then the pick up. We had a few lovely conversations and he was so warm and friendly and made the process as positive as it could be. I will never take my animals elsewhere. While I do not look forward to losing another pet, ever, I can take solace that this place is here and understands what it means to lose a loved and cherished member of the family.

I recently had to say to goodbye to the first cat I’ve raised from a kitten as an adult. I was overwhelmed and grieving to the point I couldn’t make sense of things. I made the choice to have her cremated so wherever we moved to or went she could come with me. Amanda was beyond helpful and supportive. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She even went as far as to make sure Guenhwyvar’s murder mittens showed in the clay paw print. Without her help I would not have the closure I have today. Thank you for everything.

You will not find a better crematory service than Paw Prints Forever. Their staff at both locations were most considerate regarding the loss of our dog Wally. Services were handled in a very professional way. In what is a very emotional event. They will assist you in performing your final act of love for pet and help you get through it with the upmost compassion.

From the initial phone call to when it was time to pick up my fur baby, Simba, Paw Prints Forever was truly exceptional from start to finish. Dealing with the death of a beloved pet seemed impossible, but they made it easy and as painless as possible. Thank you to Adam, Amanda & Joy for your prompt communication and care provided for my baby. Five stars all around!

We had no idea how hard losing our Nala would be. She passed so suddenly and we were so unsure where to turn. We were treated promptly and more importantly, shown compassion from the start. Adam(at Malvern office), provided a quiet room where we sadly said our goodbyes. We had Nala's ashes back home with us within 3 days. Thank you for making this experience as smooth as possible. We miss her every day!!

She was amazing and very caring about my feelings and my daughters feelings after loosing our cat Triple H we had since he was a kitten he passed away April 3 he was fighting cancer she understood how we felt about loosing our family member I would recommend Paw Prints Forever to anybady they are amazing people that really care about your loss
