I absolutely recommend, the staff was so understanding and comforting. Their patience and sensitivity when my children were saying good bye was amazing. I love these guys and if I can give 100 stars I would 200.

My family and I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Northeast Pennsylvania Pet Cremation Services on three separate unfortunate occasions. After the first interaction, it was clear that their professionalism and overall respect for a saddening situation was on a level above the rest. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to cherish their beloved pet(s) as my family and I do. Thank you for everything that you do for families out there and especially for everything that you have done for my family.

I want to thank you with all my heart for your service. I am grateful we were able to bring our cat home so quickly. It never felt like he was alone. Years ago we lost our dog and had to leave her with the vet to be sent out for cremation and that wait was so painful with no closure until her return. I am sure others may relate and want to express how much peace and connection this gave me.We left a message with their answering service and received correspondence that same day. They were very accommodating to our needs. Thank you for the care and compassion you have provided during this time. 🙏🏻 I feel a sense of peace during such great loss knowing he was honored with care.

Losing a pet is losing part of your family. We unfortunately recently had that happen to us. I’ve had dealings with Chris James at his funeral business and that knowing he was involved in this business I knew I would be in good hands. This company makes everything so much easier. Don’t look any further, you’ll feel like family.

NEPA cremation services had me in absolute awe at the way they handled the unexpected passing of my cat. Not only did they promptly respond to my call, but I felt as if they were handling the entire situation with the same compassion and care that they would handle a funeral/ death call for a human relative. Chris made the process so easy, and even came to pick up Oreo's body late on a Saturday night in the middle of a snowstorm. On Monday when he called to ask me if I would like to pick up his cremains, he even offered the option of meeting him at their Scranton funeral home so as to not make me travel the slick country roads to Lake Ariel. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Highly recommend!

They have cremated all of our family's animals.Always returned in a nice urn and such outstanding people.They have met us there late on a weekend so we didn't have to keep them at our home and upset our kids.

If you like being ignored at your beloved pet's and your expense in your time of need ( pets passing ) .then try and contact this company. WOULD RATE THEM WITH A 0 IF WAS ALLOWED
