I've used chimney rocks for years and years, they used to be very compassionate and caring, but I feel like they've strayed away from those values anymore. My dog passed away about a month ago on the weekend. After repeated attempts to get in touch with the off call number I was finally able to get in touch with someone, only to be told it would be $100 pick up fee because it was the weekend, I asked what if I dropped him off? Still $100. I can understand a off hours fee, but $100 for a grieving animal lover is very steep. They no longer offer discounts for a return customer, for dropping your pet off. They don't even include the obituary card with your pet that they once did. Everything is a fee now. When my cat passed away a few weeks later, it was the same exact fees and price, even though the cat weighed significantly less then the dog. It breaks my heart to write this review, but when a small business becomes so money hungry, others have to know. I will have to travel a little further to use a different crematory in the future unfortunately.

Recently lost a sweet cat Babyboy to soon. I'm so thankful for the staff for the care and concern they have. They understand and have feelings also. His memory is in a beautiful carved wood box with his name. Miss him so much and Thank all of you again for your kindness.

great service. they were kind and so understanding and patient. they made us feel safe to trust them with our beloved dog to get cremated by them. i would highly recommend them to anyone. 💜

First class establishment to work with after the unbearable loss of our much loved furry kids...our Golden girl who we lost a week apart from one another. Heartbreaking process and the workers at Chimney Rocks were kind and compassionate and made the dreaded process as seamless as could be. Highly recommend

Recently lost our sweet dog quickly and unexpectedly.Jenn assisted me and guided me through the process of funeral care for our pet. She took the time to explain how our pet would be taken care of individually.Our Lacy’s ashes were returned to us in a beautiful velvet pouch.For an added personal touch, they included a sympathy card.Highly recommend this business in the time of need.

Working with the staff at Chimney Rocks was super easy. They were so sympathetic and caring. They have a large selection of urns to choose from as well as other services. The grounds are nice and peaceful. They have a reflection pond to sit and be with your animal. If the worst ever happens, I highly suggest Chimney Rocks to help you through it.

Wonderful people wonderful place lools like they have been doing alot of updates around the office ... I have used them many times alot of nice urns and other item and the prices are the best by far....

I saw a dog being taken from the vets by someone from Chimney Rocks. They were so respectful. When that sad time came for my dog, they treated me with such compassion. They really care.
