Hillcrest was absolutely wonderful and caring during the process of cremating my handsome boy. They made a wonderful folder of sayings and prayers and even a death certificate. They cared deeply even though they did not know him in his life. I was given a patch of Jaspers fur and a paw print mold and I will cherish these forever. Thank you to everyone at Hillcrest for taking care of my sweet boy.

I can’t say enough good things about Hillcrest-Flynn. We unexpectedly lost my daughter’s oldest cat. She had him since she was 5 or 6. We loved Muffin so much, and he was given the red carpet treatment here. Corey was so wonderful, he treated us with compassion and caring. My daughter picked out an urn for Muffin, and a week after dropping him off, he was ready for us to pick up. I have to mention that when we brought him in, they put Muffin in a small casket (type) in a small room where we could spend some time alone saying goodbye. We could take as much time as we wanted. I was so surprised and pleased! It was actually like a real funeral home for animals! Muffin deserved this type of treatment, because he was family to us. I am so grateful to Hillcrest-Flynn, this was so important to my daughter. She loved this kitty so much. She mourned for weeks after. But she loved that we/he got such a beautiful send off. Unfortunately we will need their services again in the future, because no one likes to lose a pet. But I can rest assured they will be treated with love and kindness. I absolutely recommend Hillcrest-Flynn! You won’t be disappointed.

This place was beyond amazing! So respectful, kind, and honoring my dude. They gave me his paw print, clipping of his fur, a grieving book, death certificate, they read him a prayer prior to cremation, and gave me such sweet dog poems in a folder. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. They even brought a gurney to the truck with a blanket to wheel him in. I am beyond blessed to find this place that honored Tucks life and helped me during this hard time. I am so appreciative.

They showed so much care and respect for my babygirl, Lizzie, when my parents took her there after she had passed. When i went to pick her ashes up, I was so amazed at the level of care that man showed me with that folder full of papers that had prayers in it, and what they did before and after she was tuened into ashes and how much those comforted me and gave me peace. I couldnt have been more thankful for that place for taking good care of my cat. I am forever thankful. Basically that place was so good that i had a hard time finding the right words to use in this review.

Very kind and caring for your loss. They provide exceptional service in the final journey of your lost furry friend.They also do not try to take advantage during your sad times with high prices. Although your losses do not have a price, their options fit with just about anyone's budget.Their basic package is a kindness in itself but also they also have plenty of low-cost options to choose from.

Just bought our little boy Oscar home from there I have never met a more compassionate person than Matt was to me and my wife. Took excellent care of our Oscar and was able to take care of all things and was able to bring our little boy back home with us within a couple hours.

My 17 year old puppy, Crackers, passed on a few days ago. Once my pup arrived at their facility, they gave me a call to let me know that he was safe and sound with them. That was such a comfort knowing where he was. They went above and beyond. The paw print and hair clipping means so much to me as well as the beautiful poems and prayer that they said to my loving dog. The staff was beyond sweet (including their furry staff members). They talked and comforted me. I really appreciate that. I can’t say in words how thankful and grateful I am for their comforting words and exceptional care they have for all animals. Truly amazing people.

We just lost our little Italian Greyhound, Gustavo, a short 5 days ago and Hillcrest-Flynn took care of his cremation. Everyone there is so caring and they go above and beyond to take care of your family member with the utmost respect. Matt is very attentive and responds quickly to your questions and you can tell he truly cares about your pet and their afterlife needs. We never felt rushed and he talked with us about Gus and we showed him some pictures. His compassion made us feel more comfortable and it helped us tremendously to talk about our loss. They give you a fur clipping and paw print along with some really sweet poems and your pet's death certificate and offer some really pretty urns and pendants for your pet's ashes. Thank you so much for what you do, you have such a tough job, but we're so glad that you endure it to offer the best afterlife service for our furry family! 🙏🤗💕

Everyone here truly goes above and beyond. We had our kitty Clover cremated here, and from start to finish they let us know what was going on, and all the steps they took to make sure our fur baby was taken care of, even in death. They make it a truly special and personalized experience, and their prices are extremely affordable. I would definitely recommend them, and cannot speak highly enough to their level of care and professionalism. Thank you all so much.

Though the circumstances were difficult, it's hard to not give a 5 star review and recommend Hillcrest-Flynn. We had to say goodbye to our nearly 16 year old Bichon-Poodle mix on 11-13-22. Though we all knew the day would come, it's never easy. I do recommend discussing pre-needs as it makes it easier and was something that I put off for over two years. I did decide to force myself to go a day or so before the end as it was inevitable. As difficult as it was, Matt made it extremely easy as we decided on a cremation. There was no pressure and plenty of compassion. I don't give out recommendations lightly, but I would not hesitate to recommend Hillcrest-Flynn should you require their services.

this place is absolutely amazing. i had to have my 18 year old kitty cat put to sleep and as one of the hardest days of my life, matt and sarah made it very comforting and i felt very cared for. 10/10 would recommend this place as they will make sure you and your animals are very well taken care of

We lost our beloved 16-year-old Maltese on Monday. Stricken with grief doesnt begin to cover it, but from the minute I called them until today when Wrangler's ashes were returned, they have been wonderful. Caring, helpful, kind and understanding. They are true pet lovers. When the end comes, do not hesitate to call them for your final needs.

They were so helpful. I had my dog pass at her vet with a single shot to let her relax. I talked to Hillcrest that morning to let them know that she will be available for pick by 3:15. Carmen was ready and Hillcrest was there to obtain her. It was a hard thing to let my girl of 13 years go, but she went with much dignity. God bless all that was involved

I've had 3 of my babies cremated here because they are the so patient and caring, and make a horrible experience just a little easier. From the paw print to the fur clippings you can tell they really care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My uncle being in a coma got me thinking what about when my two perbred dogs die? I want them to be barried with respect much like we do as humans. There not only dogs their my furry kids and to me they mean the world to me.
