I see by a couple of 1 star reviews on here an I can say that there are people who are never satisfied no matter what! I've been a customer of Aspen Hill for awhile and I can say they are reasonable in pricing and they take time and care of your pet. I've never had a problem with Aspen Hill. Staff is compassionate in such a difficult time as you mourn the loss of your beloved pet. When you need Aspen they are there for you. 🐈🐕 🐈‍⬛ Karen Lippmann

I would give them 100 Stars if I could. They took care of my cat spice for me did a wonderful job very thoughtful very compassionate very professional. If you are unfortunate enough to have an animal pass, this is the place you want to take your loved baby too.

I would give them more stars if it went higher. Kacy was compassionate and thoughtful beyond any expectations, thinking of the love we had for our Mason. Our grief over his passing has no time frame as to when it will get easier but when we needed the help, Kacy could not have been more willing to extend herself. Thank you again for all that you did.

What a wonderful experience I had. My lab Brutus passed away. I highly recommend for your pets final resting place. They were companionate and made me feel comfortable even though I was sad I just lost my best friend. Thank you!

Veronica reached out to help me with preparation for the euthanasia of my dog and she was so caring and compassionate. She was just what I needed while in a sad situation and it was comforting to have someone helping me through the process. We ended up not needing their services as our dog pulled through. But when that day does come I will be reaching out again. And for every other pet we might ever have from here on out.

We lost our beloved German Shepherd recently and decided to cremate him. After discussing our options with our vet, we decided that Aspen Hill would best fit our budget. The ballpark pricing that we were given at our vet’s office seemed very reasonable. We understood that the pricing was just a ballpark. What we didn’t realize is that this fee didn’t mention all of the additional fees. There was a separate fee to pick up the dog to bring it to Aspen. There was an additional fee for the urn. Since our dog was rather large in size, there were only 2 urns to choose from which were obviously more expensive than the other urns. However, I must say, the urn is beautiful. There was also another fee if we wanted his paw print inked. I think that the pricing could be more transparent. Please include everything in a package so that it doesn’t look so shocking on paper. I don’t mind paying for a service, especially when it involves my pet, but I don’t appreciate paying “extra” for things that should be included. Also, please give more accurate pricing to the businesses that you partner with. The main reason why my review is so low is because of the paw print. One of our previous pets passed away, and we had his paw inked by the vet. It was dark, authentic, and placed on cardstock. Aspen put my dog’s paw print on a flimsy piece of paper that is all wrinkled. You can barely see the outline. I attached a photo for you to see a comparison. I called Aspen to express my disappointment and was told that the ink looks faded due to the refrigeration process that occurs to preserve the dog. If this is the case, one of two things should be done: be transparent with the customer and let them know that the process might result in a lower quality image, or…don’t offer this service to your customers. Aspen offered to refund the charge for the paw print, but I refused as this was not the purpose of my call. The purpose was to express my disappointment as businesses cannot improve without customer feedback. The paw print is one of our last memories of our dog that we wanted to proudly display in our home. Sadly, it is very hard to look at as it is not what we expected. I hope that your business tactics will change so that a new customer can have a better experience.

I lost my Siamese kitty, Saphira, of 19 years to cancer this past week. I had never had a pet creamated before and Aspen answered all of my questions so I could make the right decision. The kindness and respect my family and pet were given was so appreciated. I will recommend their services to all my friends that lose their fur babies. Aspen understands pets are family.

Kacy is amazing not only do I take my pets here but my family brings there pet's here when the time comes. They care about your pet's and you. They make it affordable for everyone. I trust them with my pets final arrangements.

I cannot say enough good things about Victoria and Aspen Hill Pet Cemetery and Crematory. I can honestly say I had never given much thought to having a pet cremated, however, given the time of year, it was just not possible for an alternative. Victoria was accommodating, friendly, attentive and sympathetic to our needs. We would not hesitate to use again. Highly Recommended!

After unexpectedly losing my Jinx, Aspen Hill was fantastic. They took care of everything from picking him up to sending pictures of urns and necklaces for me to pick out. They were compassionate and very understanding. We are expecting to lose another pet shortly and will be using Aspen Hill again!

I can’t say enough good things about Aspen Hill. They are so kind, so supportive and respond so quickly to any questions or concerns. It’s a place no one is happy going into, because you’ve lost a family member, but they make the experience so much easier. The process for my husband and I was super simple. When we went to pick our girl up, we were shown options for urns and keepsakes. We left with two beautiful necklaces and a beautiful urn that fit our Bailey just perfect. I love the options of clay and ink paw prints. We got both, and I got the ink print tattooed the same day. Aspen Hill is amazing, and God forbid we lose any of our other babies, we will definitely be using Aspen Hill. ♥️🐾😇

My experience with Aspen was nothing short of amazing! This week we unexpectedly had to lay our black lab to rest. I was beside myself in grief and completely overwhelmed by handling everything while my husband was out of town. The staff at Aspen explained everything from cost to the process and expectations to me as well as delivered as promised. The clay paw prints that they created were absolutely stunning and the urn selection exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making an incredibly difficult situation a little bit easier.

I can't say enough about the wonderful, compassionate and personalized care we received from the entire staff. They have helped us lay our dear friends to rest twice now and our experience with them both times was top notch. They go the extra mile to make it as painless as possible to say goodbye to your beloved pet.They have lots of urn options and are happy to help you change urns if you are still looking for the perfect one. They will also fill necklaces if you bring it in with your urn. They have met us there on Saturday evenings as we had both babies seen at home where they have felt comfortable and safe. If you think cremation is too expensive an option, I would like to say Aspen Hill is very reasonable. You won't find nicer folks anywhere, Kacy is an amazing guide and support, throughout the entire process and they care for every animal that comes through their doors, as they would treat their own.

After I made a frantic call from my vets office, that my pet was going to be put down. Kacy took the matter in hand so professionally.She was able to arrange pick up, after the fact in less than an hour.Called me to inform me that she had my dog, and 2 days later I was called that I could pick up my dogs ashes.So kind yet professional, would recommend her services to everyone.

Super nice lady’s this is my third time using there services here at Aspen, I know they hear a lot of wonderful story’s from all of us who have had to use there service’s BUT,,, Every story they listen to is like the first time they ever heard it :)I’m forever grateful to know, an feel the compassion they have for our self’s an our angels in heaven. My pets were 22, 16, 17, they were my joy , my heart still broken.Thank you , for your time and understanding

I had my beloved dog picked up and cremated by Aspen. My dog weighed 110 lbs or more and I paid to have him cremated by himself. When I picked up his ashes there was only a small pinch in the bag they gave me. I called and they said dogs do not cremate the same as humans and it was my dogs ashes. I looked online and discovered this was not true and I should have gotten more ashes. Do not go there and entrust your animal to their care go to Hillcrest- Flynn Pet Funeral Home instead. I am heartbroken than I entrusted my beloved dog to them. Don't take animals there unless you don't care about your pet!!! I dont even rate them a 1 star.

Aspen hill pet cemetery is god sent there extremely compassionate and caring and the kind of people you would want to be dealing with in these unfortunate circumstances as well as there willing to work with you on prices and payments

Very kind and compassionate during our time of sorrow. I thought the memory garden would be more of a real garden with grass and flowers and a bench for reminiscing.
