This place is Heaven on earth. Diane was absolutely wonderful! Very compassionate, helpful, understanding, and friendly. Everything was very clean and decorated nice, also the displays of what you could get were very nice. My fur baby's ashes came back in a beautiful box that I picked out with her name etched on it. I also got her paw print, nose print and a necklace with her ashes in it. Everything was beautiful. I am so so happy with everything! I will never go anywhere else with my fur babies! 🩷

This place was very sympathetic, caring, courteous and very professional. Place was super clean, excellent aspect, very presentable. I recommend 100%. The offer to return my pet ashes within 24-48 hours. I got my dog’s ashes 24 hours later. Lady was caring she hugged me both time because I was crying non-stop. I am so pleased with their services. I highly recommend Lehight Valley Animal Crematory for cremation services. We lost our beautiful girl on Easter. Nathan was kind and understanding and worked with us on a holiday to take care of our needs. Diane was kind and compassionate every time we spoke. They made a horrible situation easy to get through and were compassionate all the way through. Services were performed quickly and we had our girl back home the next day. During such an emotional time...it is important to have love and care from all involved and they gave us that.

I would like to thank Diane first and foremost. Our sweet dog Jackson passed away yesterday and we did not know what to do. I called crying and really upset, Diane calmed me down and explained everything to me: We brought Jackson later on that day and we received him back today within 24 hours. I picked up my precious Samson’s ashes and certificate today and noticed mistakes on both. The two gentlemen I dealt with were extremely kind and accommodating. They fixed both mistakes while I was there even though they were given the wrong information and it was no fault of their own. We lost our Eli and not knowing where to go or what to do we came across LVACS. The Google reviews gave us hope that he would be in good hands. I had no idea how true that statement would come to be. From the moment she said hello on the phone Diane was excellent. She had compassion, explained everything to us, and gave us comfort in knowing he would be taken care of. We had him home the next day. From the beautiful urns to chose from, and the options of different keepsakes, I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. They really take care of your family and pet at an awful time. You know they are handled with care, and you get such beautiful keepsakes.

After losing our budgie, we called around to get a few prices and found LVAC to be the most affordable. We had Beaker privately cremated which included our choice of 3 different urns. The staff was incredibly kind and answered any questions we had. They were able to get us a nice variety of his feathers to keep and even got his leg band off for us to have. I know wait times can vary depending on how busy they are, but we received him back the next day. He is in such a beautiful oak urn with very nice engraving with his name, hatch day and death day as well as a little budgie on the front. We are so grateful for this wonderful business. You can tell they genuinely care, which really puts you at ease through the process and grief. We were allowed to take our time and say goodbye before leaving him, which meant a lot to us. Thank you so much for taking care of Beaker for us.

From the phone call to say that we had lost our beloved fur-baby Diesel and needed their assistance to us taking him there, they were compassionate. They explained our options to us, showed us urns and even engraved the urn with Diesel's name. When we had a special request and they showed us their options which was perfect. They did not rush us to say our final goodbye either.Again, we cannot thank the staff at Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory enough.

This place is the perfect place for your pet. Our cat suddenly passed the night before Thanksgiving and they were able to see us on that Friday. Susan and Rhonda are the most compassionate and beautiful souls I have ever met while living in this state. Susan walked us through the paperwork and the picking of the urn while Rhonda was kind in explaining the process and promised to take care of his remains and treat him as her own. We picked up his urn and all his things on Monday. His paw print and poem attached was beautiful. His urn had a messed up etching towards the end of his name but we managed to get it looking perfect. This place is a beautiful place to have your pet cremated and still be treated as their own. Thanks so much for all that this place did for me and my kids.

The staff at Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory Services is by far the best. We lost our cat one evening. We called LVACS and spoke with Chadd. He was understanding, accomodating, and compassionate. He made what could be a tough process much easier to handle. He met us at the facility, walked us through the process, did not rush things, and comforted us. These are the people you want to partner with you during the loss of a pet. Our dog passed away suddenly in the middle of a blizzard and LVACS was incredible! We couldn’t get a hold of our vet, so we did a Google search and came across Lehigh Valley. They helped us arrange for transportation, were incredibly compassionate and understanding, and treated us so kindly. We were able to pick up our dog’s ashes in a beautiful, engraved box a few days later. We cannot say enough good things about how kind, efficient, and compassionate they were!

I’ve brought in 4 pets over the past couple years! This past week I brought in my Dachshund/boxer mix Junie and Rhonda was so helpful and really explained everything to me even tho it’s not my first time around. Rhonda pointed out the different ways to keep ashes whether it was an urn, made into a rock, glass or a necklace. Rhonda did not get annoyed with any of my questions and she treated Junie like she was one of her own. She even helped me lift her out of the truck into a gurney. Rhonda is really a pleasant women. She really makes you feel at peace when you leave knowing you are leaving your loved one in professional hands. A+++++++ service. If I ever need this type of service again I’ll definitely go when she is working.

My fiancé’s dog Riley unexpectedly passed away yesterday on Thanksgiving and we thought we might have been out of luck. We called and the owner, David, actually came in for us while he was having his Thanksgiving dinner. I cannot find words to describe how comforting, kind, and professional he was toward us. We are extremely grateful to have found this place where they care for and respect the animals through the entire process. He let us breathe easier knowing Riley was in the best of hands. I had to have my sweet dog Buddy put to sleep today. I talked to Diane on the phone and when I got there, here I know her! She was so kind to a family that was there before I was and Jim was so nice too. He opened the blind and showed and explained the process. Such kind people. Our precious dog Bentley suddenly passed away yesterday. As I was trying to figure out who to call for help, I came across Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory’s webpage and called them. I’m glad I did. The guys were exceptionally professional and respectful through the whole process. They came out to our home and picked up Bentley and within 24 hours I was able to pick up his ashes and bring him home. His engraved box is beautiful. Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory does not deserve five stars, that is not enough. I called Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory from South Carolina before I made my trip back to Pennsylvania a couple weeks ago. I buried my Chloe in the backyard in Bethlehem years before. I currently reside in South Carolina and was going to say "this is an odd request", decided not to. Sure enough when the situation was explained about my Chloe being buried years ago Nathan said "I get that a lot". I knew then this was the right place. Here we are about a month or so later I have her, Nathan says "I talked to you a couple weeks ago" I said "yes". He remembered I was only going to be back in the area for a couple of days, today is Tuesday and without prompting insisted my Chloe will be ready at the latest by Thursday morning before I go back even with me saying her ashes could be shipped to me in South Carolina. I believe when I called I had left a vague message for reasons left above, shortly later received I call back from Nathan and was able to explain more in depth what was going on. Only exceptional service and understanding.

We had the most beautiful kitty who pasted away in the middle of our hugh snow storm. We called and Chadd was very accommodating and met us at the crematory. In our profound grief he was very compassionate and caring. This was our 1st experience with this issue of our pet dying at home.with that said it was a easy way to give our much loved girl the best we could do for her. Our German Shepherd had gotten sick suddenly and he had crossed the rainbow bridge on April 5th. We had left the animal hospital that night devastated and overwhelmed that our boy was there and we wouldn't be able to bring him home to us for two weeks. The next afternoon a friend of mine had contacted me about Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory and told me about what they could do for us. We had no idea that they even did this!!! He got us in touch with them and we were able to get everything squared away via telephone / email. It was the simplest process. They picked him up at the animal hospital, handled the cremation and he was brought back home to us less than 2 days later. Having them handle Zeus for us was very special to me - I grew up in Hellertown and most of my family still lives there - Heintzelman Funeral Home has always been the one to provide our family's services over the years and they all have always been so kind, caring and comforting. Zeus was our whole world and I will be forever grateful having the handle him with the respect and care that he deserved. We are truly thankful people like them are around!

I woke up this morning and one of my dogs had passed last night in his sleep. My vet was closed so I went online to find a place to have him cremated. This business was open on a Sunday. I called and spoke to a answering service. She said she would call staff immediately and they would call me back. That was 2 1/2 hrs ago. Have heard nothing. I have made other arrangements. Don't waste your time calling these people. Even when they are open like they are until 2pm today.

These guys were extremely pleasant to deal with and provide a great service. The end of a pet's life can be extremely expensive with medical expenses trying to save them, expensive diets, etc, so having an end of life service that is affordable and includes everything was absolutely fantastic. Hopefully I will not be needing their services again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely use them again.

I had to have my sweet dog Buddy put to sleep today. I talked to Diane on the phone and when I got there, here I know her! She was so kind to a family that was there before I was and Jim was so nice too. He opened the blind and showed and explained the process. Such kind people. This is owned by Heinzelman funeral homes to my surprise! Please keep your prices reasonable and affordable for people..thank you for your kindness,professionalism and compassion!

Our precious dog Bentley suddenly passed away yesterday. As I was trying to figure out who to call for help, I came across Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory’s webpage and called them. I’m glad I did. The guys were exceptionally professional and respectful through the whole process. They came out to our home and picked up Bentley and within 24 hours I was able to pick up his ashes and bring him home. His engraved box is beautiful. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our beloved Bentley.

Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory does not deserve five stars, that is not enough. I called Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory from South Carolina before I made my trip back to Pennsylvania a couple weeks ago. I buried my Chloe in the backyard in Bethlehem years before. I currently reside in South Carolina and was going to say "this is an odd request", decided not to. Sure enough when the situation was explained about my Chloe being buried years ago Nathan said "I get that a lot". I knew then this was the right place. Here we are about a month or so later I have her, Nathan says "I talked to you a couple weeks ago" I said "yes". He remembered I was only going to be back in the area for a couple of days, today is Tuesday and without prompting insisted my Chloe will be ready at the latest by Thursday morning before I go back even with me saying her ashes could be shipped to me in South Carolina. I believe when I called I had left a vague message for reasons left above, shortly later received I call back from Nathan and was able to explain more in depth what was going on. Only exceptional service and understanding.

We had the most beautiful kitty who pasted away in the middle of our hugh snow storm. We called and Chadd was very accommodating and met us at the crematory. In our profound grief he was very compassionate and caring. This was our 1st experience with this issue of our pet dying at home.with that said it was a easy way to give our much loved girl the best we could do for her. Thank you for your caring and kindness thru this very difficult time for us. If you need them have no hesitation. They will take good care of your furbaby.

On Friday, around 7:30 am we found out that our beloved alley cat, Bruce, had passed. After securing him, I started Googling services for him. I found Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory Services, Inc. and called once they opened. They handled Bruce like they would handle anyone's house pet despite him being an alley cat. We were so appreciative.

This place could not be better. My fiancé’s rabbit recently passed and we had him cremated here. The staff was nothing but understanding, sympathetic and professional. They do a wonderful job for a fantastic value. We may never want to have that day where a beloved pet passes but when that day inevitably comes, LV Animal Cremation is the best choice to care for your loved one.

Our German Shepherd had gotten sick suddenly and he had crossed the rainbow bridge on April 5th. We had left the animal hospital that night devastated and overwhelmed that our boy was there and we wouldn't be able to bring him home to us for two weeks. The next afternoon a friend of mine had contacted me about Lehigh Valley Animal Crematory and told me about what they could do for us. We had no idea that they even did this!!! He got us in touch with them and we were able to get everything squared away via telephone / email. It was the simplest process. They picked him up at the animal hospital, handled the cremation and he was brought back home to us less than 2 days later. Having them handle Zeus for us was very special to me - I grew up in Hellertown and most of my family still lives there - Heintzelman Funeral Home has always been the one to provide our family's services over the years and they all have always been so kind, caring and comforting. Zeus was our whole world and I will be forever grateful having the handle him with the respect and care that he deserved. We are truly thankful people like them are around!

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to cremate their pets. The women who sets everything up makes you feel so light. She helps relieve that heavy feeling and ensures you that you and your pet are in good hands. She even makes u smile when at the moment it's so hard. They were absolutely terrific and caring. I had to drive almost an hour on labor day weekend because the places in berks County wanted me to keep my dog's body for a week. They were waiting for me to get there. I appreciated that.

This place is amazing, they go above and beyond for you and your family. During a difficult time they made things as easy and smooth as possible, were extremely nice and helpful, and handled everything with respect.
