We have used the pet cremation services at Loyal Companion and we were always treated with kindness and compassion. When my mother passed, I knew who we wanted to handle the arrangements for her. I had no doubt that Panebaker Funeral Home would treat her and us with the same respect and care as they had always done. Although it was very difficult to deal with such things, as always it was easier to handle knowing that we were all in good hands. Thank you for all you do for our community. We appreciate you.

Every staff member at Panebaker Funeral Home and Cremation is very pleasant. They understand the situation that you are going through and still, treat you with respect. They give you much guidance, suggestion and space along the way. These people are top notch. It takes special people to be in this business and they know how to do it. We had Panebakers when my Dad passed away in 2021 and now for my Mom in 2024.I was 100% pleased with each person that I had interaction with. The 2 gentlemen that came to the home my Mom passed away in to the extremely kind lady who answers the phone, they were super compassionate and answered my questions. As I was emotional on the phone she just had complete understanding of my pain in the loss of my Mom.Everything was gone over for arrangements that were made. The costs were fair. Mike was very helpful and called me after hours with a question I had. I had such a peace working with the great people at Panebakers as I went through the hardest time of my life. Thank you!

As devastating as it was losing my Dad between Christmas and New Years from the initial call made to Pannebaker Joey was very receptive and understanding. She tended to our family's needs and requests in an extremely professional manner even fielding calls and emails from me on her off days to make sure our needs were met. My main contact has always been Joeylynne Luck, she has the most compassion and thoughtfulness with every family member. She treats you like you are part of her family. When covid took my brother from us, she advised what we should do and assisted as much as she could. I would highly recommend Panebaker's Funeral Home. My intentions are to visit her and prepare my arrangements ahead of time, so my family is able grieve and not worry.

Panebaker was amazing.Everything was explained and any questions I had they answered right away. I was touched by the funeral director calling me personally after our loss to give condolences even though it was very early Sunday morning. We had to have our relative cremated and the remains mailed and there was zero issues. I am very thankful for the service I received.
