Any time that someone loses a pet, it is an extremely difficult time for everyone involved because let's face it, our pets are not really 'pets' but just another member of the family. We lost a dog very unexpectedly and were just completely devastated. So we called and the staff here was just amazing. Kind, compassionate, understanding, it was great and very much needed. Their customer experience is awesome and while I wish no one HAD to use their services because of losing a family member, I would highly recommend Loyal Companion when you find yourself there.

When I called, I was greeted by the kindest voice, who answered all my questions and soothed my pain to make the arrangements. I was fostering a 4 week old kitten who just didn't make it and I was devastated. I asked for a private witnessed cremation and this was so much more than I was expecting. When I arrived Kristin met us at the door. They were so tender and warm, so caring to my Pearl, and to me. Kristin and Lorena are just the right people you need to be around during this difficult time. Everything went so smooth I didn't believe it had all happened in such a short time. Sending you all so much love, so much appreciation for helping me get through this. I could never go anywhere else for the cremation arrangements of my loving pets. Thank you.

I have never cremated any animal before. This was my first experience. This was such a gut wrenching time for me. However , I felt calm when I was there as I handed over my 20 year old cockatiel. They laid him on the table. I stepped back into her office and we chatted about my little buddy and she presented some options to me of gifts and urns. She asked me about my bird's personality and she put up a tribute to him on the website. This was a good place to go. I will never forget my little guy......

My dog passed away on a Sunday. The staff was so sympathic and welcoming. My dogs passing was expected but sudden. I want to thank the entire staff in my moment of grief. Not only did they take care of the remains, the tributes and after care was top notch. Everyone was so professional and they treated me with respect and dignity. I highly recommend Loyal Companion when you lose a pet. The setting of the pet crematorium is beautiful. And when I was called to pick up the remains, the layout was beautiful, and the staff warm and caring.

Our family and Brick would like to express our sincerest appreciation for Kristen and the team at Loyal Companion. From the first contact to Loyal Companion through the pick-up of Brick’s urn, and beyond we received the most sincerest, responsive, and compassionate service we could have ask for.Our experience with Loyal Companion unexpectedly began late one Saturday afternoon in July, when our beloved 8-year-old Rottweiler, Brick, succumbed to a very brief illness. Due to the unexpected nature of Brick’s passing, we were forced to take Brick to an emergency vet for an euthanasia procedure, where they offered for us to use their cremation services or leave Brick there until we located a local crematory, we felt comfortable using. Not feeling comfortable with any of the options provided, we contacted a crematory that we had previously used for our other dogs, only to be very disappointed at their lack of transparency, and inability to provide us with a private, same day service, even though we had contacted them earlier that day to make arrangements for Brick. This was completely unacceptable to our family and the respect that we had for Brick, as the priority of having a private, same day service was of utmost importance to us and to honor Brick. At this point, it became imperative to find a facility that was willing to honor our request for a private, same day service on such short notice.After contacting several facilities that failed to return our call or were not able to provide us with the services we needed, we contacted Loyal Companion. From the first point of contact, they were extremely responsive and compassionate. However, the question still remained if they would live up to our high expectations of a private, same day service that showed Brick respect, and understood our incomparable love we had for our beloved Rottweiler. Once we arrived at Loyal Companion, we quickly found out that the answer to our question was unequivocally yes – in every aspect of the service provided. The level of transparency and empathy of Loyal Companion was unmatched and made us feel comfortable and trusting with the decision to choose their services.Kristen, the owner of Loyal Companion, went above and beyond to give Brick the respect and dignity he deserved, as a one-of-a-kind Rottweiler. We knew that we made the right decision for Brick and our family. We would like to express our most sincere gratitude to Kristen and Loyal Companion for their genuine care for us and our beloved Brick. I called around 9:00PM after my cat unexpectedly passed away at home. Kristin was caring & comforting and allowed us to bring our cat in immediately. She took great care of our boy & left us with some thoughtful keepsakes when the process was over. This is the only place I will go for my animals. They have shown such compassion and caring for my dogs and family over the phone and in person. I so rarely post reviews but I wanted to thank Sara and Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. My family and I lost our beloved chihuahua Lily Belle this week and Sara helped us so much with our grieving process. I am so completely grateful to have Loyal Companion so close. They came and picked up my girl Emma when she suddenly passed away in her home. From the moment they came onto my property to when I picked up her remains, I could feel that they understood my heartbreak. They definately understood that my dog was my family, and that is exactly how they treated her. They were careful, compassionate, and made her life and passing special. Little did I know that the wonderful lady in the office was taking notes about my Em while I told her our story. She then shared it in a memorial on their website. I was very moved. I have 5 more dogs and I will use their services for each and every one of them, when that horrible day comes again. Thank you Loyal Companion for giving my sweet girl the respect and care that she deserved. You obviously understand that for so many of us, they aren't "just dogs".

Kristin and her staff are excellent! My dog passed suddenly on a Saturday afternoon. My mom and I met with Kristin shortly after. She was very compassionate and shared a similar story of her own to help comfort us. I loved that they gave us a paw print, nose print, and clump of hair, along with the tribute to my dog on their website. We have also used Panebaker when my father passed away and she was extremely helpful and comforting with that situation as well. There's no one I would trust more when dealing with the deaths of family members, pets included. Thank you for everything!

My husband & I lost our beautiful baby girl cat in the early hours of the day. We searched for funeral services and came across Loyal Companion Pet Cremations. The fact that it was 5 AM and Sara answered to arrange services for us was amazing. She was kind, caring, and extremely helpful over the phone. When we met with her, she explained the entire process, she was extremely sympathetic and walked us through the steps and the options we had. She gave us the comfort we honestly needed in such a sad time. I would recommend the services they provide. We were given paw print pictures, a smaller laminated paw print card with a beautiful saying, a lock of our cats hair, plenty of options for the urn, and again the comfort that if we needed anything to not hesitate to call. We had the unfortunate experience of losing two beloved cats within 17 days of each other. Loyal Companion Pet Cremation was the perfect place to pay a lasting tribute to our two seniors. Recommend to us by a close friend, we inquired about their services prior to our 16 year old beagles passing. They explained there services in detail, and answered any questions we had. My cat passed away on a Sunday evening. We called around 8 pm, and we were able to schedule a private cremation the next morning. I was barely able to stop crying the whole time, but Kristin was so incredibly professional and sympathetic. We went over the paperwork when we got there, and by the time we were done, they had my cat waiting wrapped in a blanket so I could say goodbye. I was given privacy and as much time as needed. They have many affordable options for urns, and the overall cost of the cremation was very reasonable. I was also given my cat's paw prints and some of her fur. She was ready to be picked up within a couple hours. As painful as it's been losing my baby, Loyal Companion Pet Cremation made this part easy, affordable, and as pain-free as possible.

I cannot say enough good things about this business, and the people who work here. The day my beloved Sora, my heart dog, my soulmate, passed away, we brought him to Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. Kristin Newman met with us, and the level of empathy, warmth, compassion, and tenderness she displayed was truly something unique. This is not just a job for her - this is her calling. She spoke to me about Sora, wanted to learn about him and what made him special. He was treated with dignity, respect, and all the compassion that people are treated with. I was never once made to feel that I was silly for sitting in the office and crying my eyes out, or for talking about Sora like he was my son. They laid him out beautifully for me to say goodbye one final time, and I had him back in my arms the very next morning. Less than 24 hours after he passed, and he was back home with me. The service was reasonably priced, and in truth, less expensive than I expected it to be, especially since I opted for the private cremation. I cannot recommend them enough. You're reaching out to them because you're grieving the loss of your beloved friend, your family member. Maybe your pet is your soulmate too. Fantastic! It was so hard to let our beloved furry friend go even though we knew it was a matter of time due to her heart issue... She passed away around 5 am Thanksgiving day. I didn't know who to call but we wanted to have her with us always and Loyal Companion was there for us! We met with Kristen, the owner, who helped us through the process of having our furry child taken care of. The reviews of previous customers is what sold me on choosing who would help us in our time of need. We highly recommend for your furry baby. The staff at Loyal Companion Pet Cremation were so warm and welcoming in a time of heartfelt pain and darkness. They walked us through all of the steps of what and how things would happen. She was comforting and genuinely cares about the pets and their grieving parents/loved ones. She told me how she got started along with a few stories of the healing and closures that can come from using a creamation place that understands and has gone through it themselves. I had my dog cremated at Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. They were amazing to work with. Very patient, kind, understanding staff. I cannot speak highly enough of them, they made such a hard time for me just a little bit easier. I also love how now I can visit my baby boy at a cemetery. Most other places have their ashes buried on site. The prices were also very reasonable here.

I appreciate the service they offer to the community and the care they provide while going through the process of loss. The online obituary page I didn't know about before coming here was a nice touch on top of the urn selections and pawprint stamp and mould.We also very much appreciated the viewing.Will be using them again, after many more happy years with our other cat.

If I could have given them 10 stars I would. They provide private individual cremations for you pet. Your pet is done alone and not with others. You can be there to watch the start and end of the process just like you would or a human cremation. Their ENTIRE staff was so compassionate and caring I could not have ask for any better. They were all so GREAT!!! and took care of our girl with great dignity and care. I highly recommend them!!!

It's taken me almost a month to write this review because I so miss my Jack and now I'm crying writing this of course. These people made the hardest, most painful moment of my life bearable. They are kind, professional and compassionate and fast. They came out and picked up my boy at night. His little ashes were ready the very next day. I came to early to pick him up and they sent someone out to meet me. I lost it completely when I got him in his little box I picked out. The lady let me sit and talk to her so I was more calm and able to drive. Complete angels on earth. I would never be able to do their job and I'm a nurse. I guess it's more of a calling for sure. On July 16th I awake to my fur baby of 13 years not breathing. Bruno's health had taken a turn for the worst in the week before his passing. So lost for words and crying we made the decision to have him cremated. With him passing on a Sunday, our chances were pretty slim. However my husband googled places and found Loyal Companion. They were 45 minutes away from home. It was around 5:30am when we discovered Bruno passed. It was a little after 6am we had already spoken with Mr. Newman and made arrangements. When arriving we knew this was the right place to bring our loved fur baby. Just from the love they have for their pets.As they also share a love for the boxer breed. Bruno was handled with the upmost respect. His remains returned the very next day. Thanks so much for the love and support you showed our family including Bruno. We will continue to use your services in the future.

Wish I could give them a higher rating. Putting my daisy down was one of the hardest days of my life! Loyal companion defintley mad this horrible day a little easier. Sara was so kind and sympathetic to my loss and made everything smooth. Very nice selection of urn and memorabilia to keep the remains of our fur babies. I was able to pick up my daisy the next day as opposed to waiting a week or so. Will defintley use their services if needed in the future

They are an hr away but worth it. Our 18 yr old dog passed away abruptly and our vet was closed in the evening. After calling around to vets and emergency vets to find uncompassionate answers we finally found this crematory place. The staff (i believe we talked to sara) was more than compassionate. She was kind, knowledgeable and they r very reasonably priced + had many options for services to help with closure and saying goodbye to our furry family member. We didnt have anywhere proper to bury our dog but im very glad to c they have respect for their business and clients and creamate +bury ,,, again respectively...I highly recommend them.Ty.

The fact that it was 5 AM and Sara answered to arrange services for us was amazing. She was kind, caring, and extremely helpful over the phone. When we met with her, she explained the entire process, she was extremely sympathetic and walked us through the steps and the options we had. She gave us the comfort we honestly needed in such a sad time. I would recommend the services they provide. We were given paw print pictures, a smaller laminated paw print card with a beautiful saying, a lock of our cats hair, plenty of options for the urn, and again the comfort that if we needed anything to not hesitate to call. We are so appreciative of the services and will go back if ever in the same position. Thank you!!!

We had the unfortunate experience of losing two beloved cats within 17 days of each other. Loyal Companion Pet Cremation was the perfect place to pay a lasting tribute to our two seniors. Both times they treated us with the utmost respect and sensitivity. They listened to our stories of Big Daddy and Layla and perfectly captured them in both tribute pages. We especially appreciated the way they presented the urns, paw prints and certificate -- it was a fitting service to our cats and aided in our grief. Recommend to us by a close friend, we inquired about their services prior to our 16 year old beagles passing. They explained there services in detail, and answered any questions we had. It wasn’t until the hours after he passed that we truly appreciated how well they conduct their business. My cat passed away on a Sunday evening. We called around 8 pm, and we were able to schedule a private cremation the next morning. I was barely able to stop crying the whole time, but Kristin was so incredibly professional and sympathetic. We went over the paperwork when we got there, and by the time we were done, they had my cat waiting wrapped in a blanket so I could say goodbye. I was given privacy and as much time as needed. They have many affordable options for urns, and the overall cost of the cremation was very reasonable. I was also given my cat's paw prints and some of her fur. She was ready to be picked up within a couple hours. As painful as it's been losing my baby, Loyal Companion Pet Cremation made this part easy, affordable, and as pain-free as possible.

Kristen was very easy to work with. She actually went out of her way for my family, when my mom passed on. Mom wanted "Huckleberry's" (her loyal companion) ashes buried with her, which, for some reason, is illegal in PA....but she did any way....so glad her heart was in the correct place, not on her wallet!!

When I lost my husky very early in the morning on the weekend I panicked a bit trying to figure out what to do. Because I knew I wanted to get him cremated, so I could take him with me. They were great with me every step of the way. It's something I know I don't want to go through anytime soon, but I will be back when I have to.

Was ripped off by a popular crematorium years ago called PEACEFUL PET PASSAGE. LOYAL COMPANION was very reasonable and cordial. Don't believe those others that say they're the only ones that cremate better. Trust this company....wish I'd known them years ago....

I cannot say enough good things about this business, and the people who work here. The day my beloved Sora, my heart dog, my soulmate, passed away, we brought him to Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. Kristin Newman met with us, and the level of empathy, warmth, compassion, and tenderness she displayed was truly something unique. This is not just a job for her - this is her calling. She spoke to me about Sora, wanted to learn about him and what made him special. He was treated with dignity, respect, and all the compassion that people are treated with. I was never once made to feel that I was silly for sitting in the office and crying my eyes out, or for talking about Sora like he was my son. They laid him out beautifully for me to say goodbye one final time, and I had him back in my arms the very next morning. Less than 24 hours after he passed, and he was back home with me. The service was reasonably priced, and in truth, less expensive than I expected it to be, especially since I opted for the private cremation. I cannot recommend them enough. You're reaching out to them because you're grieving the loss of your beloved friend, your family member. Maybe your pet is your soulmate too. Loyal Companion Pet Cremation will treat your friend with all the grace and dignity you believe they deserve, because they believe that too.

Fantastic! It was so hard to let our beloved furry friend go even though we knew it was a matter of time due to her heart issue... She passed away around 5 am Thanksgiving day. I didn't know who to call but we wanted to have her with us always and Loyal Companion was there for us! We met with Kristen, the owner, who helped us through the process of having our furry child taken care of. The reviews of previous customers is what sold me on choosing who would help us in our time of need. We highly recommend for your furry baby. The staff at Loyal Companion Pet Cremation were so warm and welcoming in a time of heartfelt pain and darkness. They walked us through all of the steps of what and how things would happen. First time using Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. I got the chance to talk with Kristin (owner) as I picked up my pet. She was comforting and genuinely cares about the pets and their grieving parents/loved ones. She told me how she got started along with a few stories of the healing and closures that can come from using a creamation place that understands and has gone through it themselves. I am beyond blown away with the personalization and care that they put into each and every pet.

I had my dog cremated at Loyal Companion Pet Cremation. They were amazing to work with. Very patient, kind, understanding staff. I cannot speak highly enough of them, they made such a hard time for me just a little bit easier. I also love how now I can visit my baby boy at a cemetery. Most other places have their ashes buried on site. The prices were also very reasonable here.

I appreciate the service they offer to the community and the care they provide while going through the process of loss. The online obituary page I didn't know about before coming here was a nice touch on top of the urn selections and pawprint stamp and mould.We also very much appreciated the viewing.Will be using them again, after many more happy years with our other cat.

If I could have given them 10 stars I would. They provide private individual cremations for you pet. Your pet is done alone and not with others. You can be there to watch the start and end of the process just like you would or a human cremation. Their ENTIRE staff was so compassionate and caring I could not have ask for any better. They were all so GREAT!!! and took care of our girl with great dignity and care. I highly recommend them!!!

It's taken me almost a month to write this review because I so miss my Jack and now I'm crying writing this of course. These people made the hardest, most painful moment of my life bearable. They are kind, professional and compassionate and fast. They came out and picked up my boy at night. His little ashes were ready the very next day. I came to early to pick him up and they sent someone out to meet me. I lost it completely when I got him in his little box I picked out. The lady let me sit and talk to her so I was more calm and able to drive. Complete angels on earth. I would never be able to do their job and I'm a nurse. I guess it's more of a calling for sure. On July 16th I awake to my fur baby of 13 years not breathing. Bruno's health had taken a turn for the worst in the week before his passing. So lost for words and crying we made the decision to have him cremated. With him passing on a Sunday, our chances were pretty slim. However my husband googled places and found Loyal Companion. They were 45 minutes away from home. It was around 5:30am when we discovered Bruno passed. It was a little after 6am we had already spoken with Mr. Newman and made arrangements. When arriving we knew this was the right place to bring our loved fur baby. Just from the love they have for their pets.As they also share a love for the boxer breed. Bruno was handled with the upmost respect. His remains returned the very next day. Thanks so much for the love and support you showed our family including Bruno. We will continue to use your services in the future.

Wish I could give them a higher rating. Putting my daisy down was one of the hardest days of my life! Loyal companion defintley mad this horrible day a little easier. Sara was so kind and sympathetic to my loss and made everything smooth. Very nice selection of urn and memorabilia to keep the remains of our fur babies. I was able to pick up my daisy the next day as opposed to waiting a week or so. Will defintley use their services if needed in the future

They are an hr away but worth it. Our 18 yr old dog passed away abruptly and our vet was closed in the evening. After calling around to vets and emergency vets to find uncompassionate answers we finally found this crematory place. The staff (i believe we talked to sara) was more than compassionate. She was kind, knowledgeable and they r very reasonably priced + had many options for services to help with closure and saying goodbye to our furry family member. We didnt have anywhere proper to bury our dog but im very glad to c they have respect for their business and clients and creamate +bury ,,, again respectively...I highly recommend them.Ty.

My beautiful German Shepherd Dani was treated with the utmost dignity. When I came back to pick her up her urn was displayed on a lovely white blanket along with her paw & nose prints. Her lock of fur was in a little sealed bag with a bow wrapped around it. I highly recommend Loyal Companions.
