Sometimes Scott is hard to get hold of honestly; however, he is a nice person. I'm waiting for a problem to be fixed and have to wait to hear back from him. Once the problem is fixed I can leave a more thorough review.=================================Review Update - 09/18/23Scott took care of the metal plate for my pet's photo that came off of my pet's cemetery stone due to inferior glue. The cemetery is now using a different adhesive from my understanding. He ended up having to recontact the company that originally made the metal plate. Scott stayed in touch with me after I contacted him to let me know when my pet's stone was repaired. He also took a photo to show me the repair work that he finished.I am grateful because I love my pet. I miss him greatly.If you need final arrangements for your furry family members I definitely do recommend Pet Haven Cemetery.

Scott deserves 10 stars. He was there in my family's time of need. Awesome job on cremation and Jada's paw print. I am very impressed. Everything was absolutely perfect. Scott seems like a very busy man. He doesn't answer phone every time but he WILL call back. Thank you again Scott!

I think Scott is a wonderful man and has taken excellent care of my Nala and my Bailey. Bays death rocked me to the core Scott picked her up at MedVet and brought her to the cemetery. Both Nala and this week Bay will be buried right beside her. Thank you for what you do Scott.

DO NOT USE PET HAVEN!!!! The last thing you need is an unreliable, lying business to work with. That is what Pet Haven will give you-- more heartbreak. Stood me up, never contacted me to apologize/make it right after they KNEW my situation with my pet that I was devastated, had passed away. STAY CLEAR OF PET HAVEN.
