This has been the nicest funeral home with the best staff I have ever been visited. From the compassionate, warm, welcoming way, Michelle greeted me as I entered with the family to the clean smelling, attractively lit and decorated viewing rooms and seating areas to Michelle's gentle approach to asking us to stand for a moment while they re-arranged chairs for the service and let everyone know what would happen next to the final arrangements for delivery of the flowers and her personal notes on the flower arrangement descriptions with the flower cards put in an envelope for the family, everything was just perfect as can be.There was even coffee and bottles of water in the mini-fridge and cups by the water fountain. The ladies bathroom is upstairs and the men's bathroom is downstairs.Michelle's sweet, gentle, heart-felt compassion and kindness radiated to the family, her invaluable knowledge of the perfect deacon who performed the service, and all her conversations before and after the event even volunteering to deliver the flowers to the family after 8:30 pm on a Sunday night exceeded all my expectations.Of all the funeral homes I have visited over the years, John R. Orlando Funeral Home is the one I would trust the most with my family and to know everything would be taken care of in a heart-felt manner. Michelle has the perfect personality and manner to help the family through their most difficult times.

Mr. Orlando was extremely empathetic through the whole process. No aggressive selling. I told him what my mom wanted and he did exactly that with care and urgency. Kept communication on everything and acted quickly on his part to make sure we had what we needed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Michelle and John have went above and beyond for my family during a rough time! I had my grandmother and father service held their I didn't have to plan my grandmother's but I did have to do my father's and I felt the compassion from start to finish! It wasn't about money it was about helping me and guidance threw the whole process I'm so glad I had chosen to use them during this time!

Orlando funeral home has cared for the well being and all aspects of my families needs since my grandparents passed away many years ago. Every detail is tended to the second they're aware of our loved one passing. Orlando funeral home places the needs of each families grief as their top priority. I can't say enough positive words about Orlando funeral home. It's not just their business, you become family.
