At such a devastating moment, these women really helped me to feel confident that our beloved cat was taken care of and that we could achieve closure after her sudden passing. They went above and beyond to give us paw prints as a keepsake, and delivered her ashes back to our home. Highly recommend!Photos are the sweet package that we received back, with her box of ashes and paw prints keepsake.

This company came out to pick up my friend's dog, Behr, when he passed away in his arms. I called and explained that he didn't have the money or resources to have him cremated, and I was assured we could come to an agreement. Briana went out to pick Behr up and I met her there. She was the sweetest person ever, and so compassionate. The gentleman that answered the phone was really nice as well. You both were very kind during a time of extreme stress and heartache. Thank you for taking care of my guys.

I highly recommend this pet cremation service. One of my little boy cats died after being sick for just a short period of time when I called. They were very helpful when I was trying to decide which cremation service to use, so I set up a date to pick up my kitty. I had to reschedule at the last minute, I called the office and left a message, but the lady who was coming to my house literally got the message while she was on her way. She was very understanding and I rescheduled for the next day. When I called the office there were no recriminations, just rescheduled. When she returned the next day, she was so gentle with me, I held him one last time and started crying, she handed me a tissue then made a paw print in a little box that also has room for a picture of him. Altogether a painful experience, yet their professionalism and kindness both on the phone and in person made my goodbyes so much easier. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of that transition for a beloved pet

I can't say enough about how easy they made the process during a difficult time. Jacey is literally the kindest soul I've ever met. She was wonderful picking up my cat and consoling my children. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew our cat would be handled with care and answered all my children's questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Our family dog died today and when we weren’t sure what to do about that Pet Cremation Company popped up on google! They were very sweet, sympathetic and extremely helpful to our needs. Jaycie was who came to our house and she was very sweet in handling the care of our dog. She was very helpful, explained everything that was going to happen and was sympathetic to our children during the whole process. She even made us laugh and feel better about our loss during the time she was there. If ever you are unsure of what to do when your pet dies at home, Pet Cremation Company is who you should call. Our dog Moe’s ashes will be spread across their pet cemetery for us and that brought us comfort. Thank you for all your help!

Jaycie was unbelievably kind and warm when she came to pick up Mia. She treated Mia as if she were her own. When I called, they were so patient with me and came to my apartment within the hour. For such a terrible experience, they really made it the best it could possibly be.

On June 8, 2021, my cat of 18 years passed away. did not want to bury him on the property as it is not allowed. I went on an internet search and found 2 possible providers who would come to the home and pick him up and cremate him. The first provider was rude as hell, so i just hung up. the second provider was Pet Cremation. The gentleman who answered was very patient with me and my million questions. He informed me that someone would be there (to my home) in two hours or less. A young lady came to my home, very pleasant and addressed my cat as "Baby", that struck me. she did not address my pet as "it" or "pet". She went into detail on what i was to expect. She called me on 6/24/2021 letting me know that she was bringing my cat's remains. When she got here, she handed me his remians in a beautiful bag, inside was a wooden box, with his name etched in brass. the name plate was an unexpected surprise. I thanked her and hopefully she will enjoy her thoughtfulness gift.

Jaycee was so nice and comforting to me throughout this experience and I am just so thankful that I stumbled upon this company on google because she got here so quickly after I called and made me feel confident that I chose the right company to handle my four legged friends creamation and I can't wait to get them back. Jaycee literally came to my house within an hour of me making the call to get my boy and also is going to deliver the ashes back to my door! I couldnt ask for something more convenient. Thank you!!!

They never took our call, said to leave a voice-mail with specific information which we did TWICE and never received a call back that night, the next day, or even the next business day. I left 2 voice-mail messages and a message on their website for help since they say they are open 24 hours a day and received no response.

Been calling for 3 days to see how my dog cremation went nobody answering keep getting sent to voicemail been over 2 weeks waiting for a call back and nobody answering or calling back every time I do get to somebody they attitude is rude I JUST WANT MY DAUGHTER ASHES BACK !!
