I am not the type to write reviews; however .This review is way overdue …. but we will never forget the experience and service we received from Helen …. Helen is a genuine person; it was a very sensitive time for our family but knowing that we were in good hands gave us comfort. Helen took good care of us and went above and beyond for what we asked for. The quality and beautiful work they put into our stone it’s beyond wordsThey truly went above and beyond our expectations. After having dealt with another marker company and telling her what happened with the previous company she was very sympathetic, very knowledgeable about what our cemetery expected and didn’t need me to go back and forth like the previous company. She handled EVERYTHING for our family and I will be forever grateful for their excellent customer service and with their finished product. Our stone is exactly what we wanted! Thank you all

Timestone Monument is a great company to work with when looking for a headstone or grave marker for your loved ones. I worked with Helen who was exceptionally compassionate, warm, friendly and patient. I had no idea what I was looking for design wise and she was so helpful with the design and the layout. She constantly communicated with me and the cemetery. She explained easily all of the costs from the purchase of the headstone, to the cemetery fees, etc. And, they have a nice selection of headstones to choose from and in different colors. I originally called several companies to get quotes and she responded timely and was friendly. I am going to use Timestone again to place headstones of family member's who's graves are not currently marked. I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to memorialize their loved one final resting place.

They did an amazing job with my grandmother tombstone. They were very professional, very understanding and timely. They gave us a date of March to get it done but my grandma birthday is on Feb 14 so they really pushed for her to get her tombstone a head of time for her birthday because they knew how much we wanted her to have it in time. My grandmother used them for years for everyone else that she had to bury and each time they never disappoint . Thank you so much

Timestone Monument is a wonderful company. Helen in particular was my main point of contact and she was very helpful and courteous. I live in Florida and my grandmother was buried in New Jersey so i thought the process would be much more difficult but Helen and Timestone were so informative and kept me posted on every step of the way. They didn’t pressure me with any up charges or anything. The design of the headstone came out beautifully and was delivered perfectly. I highly recommend this company!!

I was in the process of shopping around for a headstone for my mother's grave. I checked prices and service with four different monument companies. Timestone Monument not only had the best price, they had the best service. They under promised and over delivered. The other companies were estimating a three month completion time, but Timestone delivered in a matter of two weeks and had it installed in time for Mother's Day when I was shooting for a month later. The entire job was done on site and no aspect of the job was outsourced. They have exceeded my every expectation and I was beyond pleased with the overall process.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Helen was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding to our grieving process. Our finished stone is just perfect, and everything we asked for. Prices are very fair and reasonable!! I also saw that they had a lot more options than other places!

My experience with Timestone Monument was STELLAR. I am from out of town and had to get headstones for my Mother, and 2 Uncles and an Aunt within a couple of months of each other and the service was great. I picked out the headstone, sent in engraving and a picture and made payment all from the comfort of my home in Maryland. The headstones were completed earlier than expected and in time for a family member to pick them up and transport them to VA for installation. I will definitely continue to use their services and the price was affordable.Brownskin40

When my mom passed away, I was devastated. I had to make funeral arrangements and then pick out a Head Stone that was so stressful for me but I met a lady name Hellen who was so warm so sweet and so caring and very patient with me she allowed me to take my time I change my mind several times and not once did she look like she got frustrated. Helen Dong was amazing. She was very patient with my husband and I as we tried to design a headstone for our mothers. She was helpful with editing our designs to make sure that they were perfect. She called to let us know when they were ready and when they were set in the cemetery. She also took pictures to show us.. Everyone quoted us a time frame of 6 -9 months and she did everything in one month. Thank you Timestone Monument (Helen Dong). I would high recommend them for this service..

I so happen to come across them via Google and the experience has been smooth sailing. Communication first was by phone then we had all other communications via text and they were responsive on all messages and very polite and understanding. They provided pictures throughout the designs and made sure we all agreed on the final design. I had to do a 2 person stone and reached out when a second family passed and they once again responded quickly and had it done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them for any stones especially cause they have competitive pricing and the speed of there products and installation.

I am giving Timestone Monument 5 stars because that's just what they deserve my big brother passed away August 30, 2023 and in the early part of this year 2024 my Family & I went to have a consultation by way of recommendations from a family friend we spoke with Mrs Helen who was extraordinary, she was soft spoken and very compassionate she provided comfort and peace of mind by way of listening to our hearts desires for our dearly departed in addition worked with us on a payment arrangement absolutely no pressure & no stress for that we are forever greatful in closing Timestone Monument did an absolute professional beautiful job on our love one die(headstone) & base we highly recommend them to one and all in their time of bereavement thanks again Timestone Monument may the heavens always smile upon you 🙏💐🥰

Horrible, very unprofessional. I called to schedule my mothers headstone engraving of her death date in January 2023 for Mother's Day weekend, I sent a picture of the gravestone and was given a quote of $200 to engrave the date. I called to confirm in April 2023 and again sent a picture of the headstone and again confirmed the cost of $200. Helen reported she would call before Mother's Day Weekend 2023 to confirm the time. I called the Thursday before Mother's day and Helen reported that she could not engrave the headstone, that it is "too old". It is only 6 years old. Then she called back and reported that they could "try" to do it, but it would cost another $100 for a total of $300, but thought the gravestone was too far away from the parking lot and if they came out and couldn't do it, I would still owe them $100 travel fee. I, as well as friends and family are supposed to be coming in from out of town for the engraving and visiting my mothers gravesite, but Timestone Monument ruined that. Very, very unprofessional, I do not recommend.

Timestone monuments staff (Helene etc..) are the best in the business. They made my stone from scratch and it came out amazing. They made the whole process super easy. They are very professional and knowledgeable about their profession !! I give them 10 out of 10 stars !!

Be aware!Not the cheapest!Not the fastest!For English speaking clients, there is definitely an English barrier. Hard to make sure if she understands what you’re requesting. There is small chance you get what you want.Update:After a few months they fixed what they did wrong.

Great experience during a tough grieving moment. Helen was very patient and compassionate about what we wanted and worked hard to fulfil our request. Her hard work and attention to detail allowed her to customize our lost loved one tombstone in the unique way in which they lived, in addition to keeping their memories alive. The store is very convenient to stop by and the company has lots of headstones in stock for us to select. The headstone design is beautiful and professional. They offer the customization services and make any small changes to ensure the stone looks perfect. Although under sad circumstances, I have the pleasure of writing this review. My mom passed in February. I'm in NY everything was completed by phone and text. Everyone was trying to convince me to buy a headstone locally but it was way out of my budget. I also didn't want to skimp on quality. I searched online which is the better route if you want to save money, make sure to get three estimates and also make sure the cemetary does business with the installer and that they have liability insurance. Ms. Dong was extremely nice and patient I sent her a picture of what I wanted and the measurements that was allowed. She would send back a draft and we went back and forth from there if any changes needed to be made. the final view it must be approved by me before they start which was awesome. I paid in full March 8th its now may 2nd and everything is ready and soon an install date will be scheduled'. I'm so happy with Timestone Services the quality and customer service was outstanding. Im so happy i found them on the internet. Give them a call you won't be sorry.

I was all the way in SC and they did everything to help me get my father's headstone and place in the correct gravesite in Philadelphia. Horrible, very unprofessional. I called to schedule my mothers headstone engraving of her death date in January 2023 for Mother's Day weekend, I sent a picture of the gravestone and was given a quote of $200 to engrave the date. I called to confirm in April 2023 and again sent a picture of the headstone and again confirmed the cost of $200. Helen reported she would call before Mother's Day Weekend 2023 to confirm the time. I called the Thursday before Mother's day and Helen reported that she could not engrave the headstone, that it is "too old". It is only 6 years old. Then she called back and reported that they could "try" to do it, but it would cost another $100 for a total of $300, but thought the gravestone was too far away from the parking lot and if they came out and couldn't do it, I would still owe them $100 travel fee. I, as well as friends and family are supposed to be coming in from out of town for the engraving and visiting my mothers gravesite, but Timestone Monument ruined that. Very, very unprofessional, I do not recommend.
