My husband and I were very pleased with the service and especially how caring Tiffany was with our babies. We had just lost 2 beloved pets in just over 7 months time and Tiffany gave them both personalized attention when we came in two times. She made us feel very at ease and shared in our grief as well. Ever After Pets, especially Tiffany, has been so amazing during the process of my dog Mookie's final care. Even though losing my precious fur baby has left a huge void in my heart, I am so grateful for Tiffany's respect and compassion. Thank you for making the loss of my dog an easy and memorable experience. Working with Tiffany was easy she was understanding and sympathetic. She answered all my questions in regards to cremating my Coco and quick to respond. Thank you for making this moment easy and wonderful.

Honestly I do not even know where to begin. So I guess I can start by saying THANK YOU and 10/10 recommend. When I called I was very distraught, I called and was told I’d receive a callback. Within the same hour I for a call from Tiffany, she was beyond sympathetic but also had empathy and care for myself. She came out in the evening and treated my dog Bruno with such care. The cremation process was affordable which came with transportation, a beautiful urn , a beautiful bag holding Bruno’s ashes. Again I can not thank you enough.

Tiffany was extremely kind. Very helpful with my extra large pupper. Took excellent care of him, picked the best tuft of his fur and got a great paw print. They also had options for those of us who have a budget, but want our best friend back. Thank you for being there to help.

We had to put our beloved Riley Girl down on Saturday 6/4/2022, my 4 daughters were devastated. A good friend of mine recommended Ever After Pets, I spoke to Tiffany at Ever After Pets and explained my daughters concerns with having her cremated, she was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel very comfortable and confident with turning our beloved girl over to Ever After Pets.She answered every question and there were many, every time I called or text her she responded. She went above and beyond for my family and made me and my daughters feel better knowing our dog was in her care. Everything she told me she did and then some. I would highly recommend them for anyone experiencing a loss of their pet or like we considered Riley our Furry family member as she was more than a pet to us.The compassion, kindness, professionalism we were shown was above and beyond what I would have expected, and I am forever grateful to Ever After Pets by Williams Lombardo Funeral Home what they have done during our time of loss.

Ever After cremated my bird. When I was handed back her remains by my vet, I cried - but when I saw how tenderly and beautifully they handled my Julie bird's process, I felt so much better. Integrity. I highly recommend. They are just so above and beyond what I would have expected.

The staff at Ever After Pets are very kind, compassionate and empathetic. They give you many options to suit your financial and personal needs. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and are willing to meet you at any time of day or night. I have never heard of services quite as exceptional as this. Most places make you wait weeks to get your pets remains back and we were pleasantly surprised to get ours back within a week. The paw prints are a great sentimental touch. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of us and our beloved pets.

If there was a million star review, I'd select that. This is a service that is so special to have for people that have lost a special member of their family. My sister lost her dog unexpectedly and Joe was so prompt to respond and have everything taken care of. I had no doubt knowing that using Ever After Pets was the best way to pay tribute to Ellie who was a member of our family for 13 years. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The piece of mind you get knowing the dignified and special treatment your pet will receive is priceless. Huge thanks to Joe and his staff.

Exceptional professionals. Our dog Dorothy died suddenly on a Sunday. The kind folks at Lombardo Funeral Homes returned my call within 5 minutes and a staff member met me at the funeral home within 30 minutes on her day off. Dorothy was cremated and returned to us within 3 days and we are truly appreciative.

When we lost our beloved cat Lucky, Ever After Pets was there for us. They handled all the details in a caring and sensitive manner. Joe and his staff were all very compassionate and helpful during this very difficult time. We would highly recommend them to anyone who unfortunately has to deal with the death of a pet.

My beloved Winston passed suddenly last week. Andrew was very compassionate and gave us time to say goodbye to our cat.I just picked up Winstons remains and they did such an incredible job. I am so grateful to ever after pets and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thanks so much for your caring and professionalism. Gizmo passed suddenly late on a Sunday afternoon. We called the funeral home, left a message and we received a return call within 5 minutes. We were able to drop him off immediately. Our boy was cremated and back with us in a beautiful personalized box within 3 days. You made our experience, as difficult as it was, very comforting.

I just wanted to leave a note for the great service at Ever After... Sadly, I had to contact them again after I lost my other Cat in 2017 and now Scooter... Terrible place!!! My dog passed away early Saturday morning. Call the office and spoke to a women about arranging a time to drop him off for service. Was told someone from the staff would call me back. No return call ! Nothing. A week had gone by and still no return call. Thank God I had a back up plan.

My Beloved Cat Mr. Guy passed away Aug. 7, 2020, When my Daughter & her Fiance arrived @ Williams Lombardo Ever after Care Pet Services they were met with Courtesy, Kindness & Compassion My Cat was Cremated & Two Urns were chosen Engraved and all The work was Professional & Exquisite I am totally pleased and I have found a place where if ever I need Comfort & Care I will for sure call upon for their services again
