Paw prints forever is such a great place to say your last goodbyes to your pet family. They were so kind and generous to us when we needed to get our cat Leopold euthanized due to sudden unfortunate circumstances. Other places we’ve called gave us long wait times to get Leopold euthanized and he was suffering so much, we couldn’t wait any longer, otherwise he would’ve had a very slow painful death, and we did not want that for our poor boy. He needed to be at peace and paw prints let us come in the next day. We were able to come in after hours, at 9:30pm, and Amanda was wonderful. She was so kind to us and the vet who came to euthanize gave us a helpful closure on what had actually happened to our poor beloved Leopold. They gave us the time we needed to say our last goodbyes. I would give this place 100 stars if I could for how much empathy they hold to ones pets

They came and picked my Lily up. Very nice and compassionate. All the people I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and went out of their way to be kind and patient with me. Paw prints came out great and I loved that could put pictures up and write a little something special about my girl. I would definitely recommend them.

I wish I can give Paw Print Forever more than 5 stars. We adopted a senior cat 3.5 years ago. She developed a tumor which spread too quickly. She passed away on Monday. With much pain, we called Paw Prints Forever. Amanda was so compassionate and the process was very smooth. I deeply want to thank her for helping us through the process. I know my little bean is at peace now.

Paw Prints was there when I needed them the most. My baby Domino was at the end and I could not see him suffer any longer. They were able to help us put our dog down last minute when she started suffering from side effects of her brain tumor. Ashley was very compassionate and respectful as was Peter. We received our dogs ashes back the next day, and they quickly put up her obituary after we were ready to write it. We had a wonderful experience with the staff here and the process they use.

If we could give a 10 star rating to Paw Prints Forever, we would.Our baby, Marley, was diagnosed with liver cancer on 7 June 2022 and after three vet consults we were advised to give Marley palliative care.Marley had good and bad days but up until the day before we had to make the dreaded phone call, he was walking the neighborhood and doling out kisses, Marley hid how sick he was very well. Marley took a turn for the worse on 27 June and we knew we wouldn’t let him suffer.After calling four local places for an in home visit, no one was available. One person said we could make an appointment in two weeks!We called Paw Prints Forever in Malvern and spoke with Amanda, she said she’d get right back to us. When Amanda called back, she said they could be here in one hour.Amanda and Dr. Brad Holmsten of Animal Clinic of Westtown Village were so caring and compassionate. After Marley passed, he was placed in a wicker basket and was covered with his blanket and was taken to Paw Prints Forever Crematory in Chadds Ford, PA. When we arrived at Paw Prints, Joy explained the procedure and we were able to take Marley home in a beautiful wood box that day. Paw Prints Forever made a heartbreaking situation as comforting and peaceful as possible.They say everything happens for a reason and when those four other places weren’t available, it led us to Paw Prints Forever where Marley was treated with respect and dignity.Thank you to Amanda, Dr. Brad and Joy, they treated us with compassion, respect and dignity and were truly angels in our time of need.Our hearts still ache with sadness and tears still flow. What it meant to lose you no one will ever know.

Highly highly recommend Paw Prints Forever. This was our first time having to use this service when our almost 17 year old dog Bear passed away in his sleep. My husband and I lost our first born today. A cat, Sampson, age 15… he had been sick for days and I just could not let this cat suffer through another night. I called Paw Prints Forever ON A SUNDAY at 11:45a and asked for help. Amanda, the angel on the other end of the line, got back to me within the hour to let me know the Dr was available at 1:30. AMAZING! She greeted Sampson as soon as we walked in and guided me to the room he’d take his last little breath. It was lit with candles, had soft music, a lovely bed for him to fall asleep in… so comforting. She was thoughtful and kind and really took care of me. The Dr arrived and was just as great. He asked if I wanted his thoughts on my cat’s diagnosis and he was very clear on explaining it to me. He lead me step-by-step through the procedure, knowing it wasn’t my first time; but giving me peace of mind throughout. I will never take my pet to the vet (nothing against vets! Thank God for them!) again for this procedure as long as Paw Prints Forever exists. These humans made an awful experience tolerable. I recommend them to everyone wanting a peaceful, comfortable last moment with their beloved pet

Five stars is not a fair rating because Paw Prints Forever deserves 50 stars. They were SO extremely compassionate. They “understood” my pain. The whole process was seamless & they treated me with such care & treated my pup with such dignity.They were available to help me immediately when my pup passed in his sleep & I was able to pick him up in less then a week.I’ve recommended them to everyone I know.I also highly recommend their jewelry. For as unimaginably hard it was to lose our dog, paw prints forever made our process so seamless. The team is full is compassionate people, and treated our dog with such dignity. After he passed at our home, they answered the phone immediately and were there within an hour. Which was so nice because it gave us time to be with him to say our final good bye. Amanda was so patient and kind and let us take our time as we said good bye. We were able to have him back in our home within days. I can’t thank their staff enough for caring for our boy and treating him with love. They are truly selfless people who really understand what you’re going through.

We lost our dog Snowball last week on Saturday early morning , we were able to go first thing in the morning to drop off our beautiful dog. Extremely favorable experience eith Paw Prints. Amanda was both empathetic and professional in making arrangements for borh the euthanasia and cremation process. The veterinarian selected was excellent and gave a thorough and compassionate explanation of the medical process. They gave us ample time to grieve and could not of been more empathetic. This is long overdue since I lost my Gigi Fly on September 30th, but it has been one of the hardest losses and things I have ever been through. My saving grace was the kindness and compassion that was shown to me and my Babygirl at this location. This place is about 45 minutes from me, and I am so glad that I passed by on a random trip. Something told me I would need to remember this place for the unfortunate future. My yorkie just had turned 18 years old and was doing ok, until she wasn't.... Thank you for making me feel comfortable in the worst situation. Joy and the team are truly "special" and will forever hold a place in my heart for what you have done for me and my family after I lost my Gigi. Words cannot thank you enough, but I thought I would try. My heart and soul go out to anyone that has lost a pet, a member of the family.... When we knew we'd have to say goodbye to our little orange buddy after 14 1/2 years we struggled. After reading all the reviews and talking to some previous customers we decided to bring him here. Saying goodbye is never easy but they went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. They let us stay in a room with him as long as we wanted and didn't rush us at all. They got us our little buddy back in less then 3 days. If anyone has to go through this I recommend them. They will take care of you and your buddy with respect and empathy.

I lost my Sylvia suddenly without warning on 6/14/21. That afternoon I spoke with Joy at Paw Prints Forever, she was so sympathetic and understanding. The next day I made the two hour trip from central NJ to their facility with my girl by my side. I spoke to her knowing she could hear me and told her everything was ok and we would meet again someday. From the initial phone call to the picking up of our beloved rabbit Bruno's remains the service could not have been better, kinder, and more caring and supportive. The quiet, kindle lit room provided a calming setting to say our final good byes and know that Bruno was in good, gentle, caring hands. Every aspect of the cremation was explained to us and choices provided by giving us plenty of time to consider and select. We had lost our bunny that very day and we found it most comforting to have found Paw Prints Forever. Can't say enough good things about their service. Our cat Luna is combating cancer and her condition took a turn suddenly. From her showing signs of stepping on the death door to passing is less than an hour. It was a weekend and no at-home euthanasia was available. By the time we struggled whether to bring her to vet ER, she was already unconscious. She got going very quickly after that. With all the sudden change that morning and the frustration getting a same-day euthanasia in vain, we are so sad to see our beloved cat passed away. We called Paw Prints Forever and Joy told us that she would be on her way to pick up Luna immediately. We are located in Philly and it is a one-hour drive from Chadds Ford. Not to mention this was a Sunday. Joy showed up right on time an hour later with a very warm basket and blanket. She took care of our cat's body with love and dignity. That is the only peace-of-mind and the comforting thing we had on that tragic day. Joy walked us thru the process and told us that we can use our urn of choice -- we got a beautiful urn from an eBay seller (which many cremation service does not allow it), and that Luna will be cremated right away (if you don't want your loved pet's body to be held longer and rust by bacteria, you would want to have it cremated soon). Other service providers quoted us a two-week wait time for returning the ashes, while Paw Prints Forever get this done on the same day. This is just amazing!!! When we pick up Luna's belongs, Joy had everything wrapped so nicely and included a cute drawing of our Luna. She gave our family so much help and support in this hard time. We strongly recommend their service and would definitely use them again!

We finally had to lay our 16 year old best friend to rest and were so afraid of this day. I can't say enough about how incredibly kind, clean, attentive and empathetic this place is. The room was so comfortable with light music and aromas. The vet was so kind and informative, he gave us all of our options and information on possible diagnoses and as much time as we needed as a family. Our dog went to sleep so peacefully, and came home a day later in a beautiful wood box with a certificate and a paw print in clay. Thank you to Joy for being such a sweet presence during this incredibly heavy and difficult time. I highly recommend them for making your toughest day just a little easier.

Our Dakota girl was 16½ years old. She took a turn for the worst and everything happened so fast!! I (thought I) had everything "planned out". After calling around all day, I found a vet who could come to our house (2 days later), give her "sleeping medicine", take her with her to be cremated and in about a week give us a call when her ashes could be picked up. Dakota had her own plans and crossed the Rainbow Bridge on her own at around 2 or 3 am. I emailed and called the vet as soon as they opened at 7am. By this time it had been 5 hours since she passed. Vet couldn't come until the original appointment and we certainly couldn't drop her off. That's when we found Paw Prints Forever. So understanding and helpful. We were able to take Dakota there right away, eventhough it was almost an hour away. She was cremated the same day and I just picked her up...2 days later.Amanda was professional & compassionate.When time comes, hopefully not soon, we will use their services again!!

Peter and Joy were just absolutely amazing and comforting from the minute I called sobbing to the moment I picked up my kitty Paul’s ashes. I wouldn’t have wanted my Paul to be in anyone else’s hands at such a hard time for my family and I. Paul had become severely ill in just a matter of a week and we had just little time to make a decision on what we were going to do. After learning the vet restrictions of being in the room during the process, I knew I couldn’t bare to not be with my 15 year old kitty during his last moments here. I called Paw Prints Forever to see if my family of 3 were able to come on such a late notice. They were so welcoming and so sweet beyond words. It was such a hard thing for us to do, but being there and seeing how careful and loving they were to my Paul I knew he was safe there and I felt more at ease knowing I took him there instead. I would give them 10+ stars if I could. The process was not rushed by any means. They gave us time in between to allow us to say our goodbyes until we were ready. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I’m still so grateful that we took him there instead of the vet for everything. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys so so so much for treating my family and Paul so well 🤍.

When our cat passed away, we couldn't bear the thought of taking him to the vet and waiting a week or more to bring him home. When I called that morning, Joy answered the phone and was very kind and compassionate and explained that we could have our cat back with us in just a few hours. Everything was handled with kindness and tact and we had our kitty back with us on the same day. That was very comforting, particularly at this time, when many vets are not allowing anyone into the office (and I understand that), but I just couldn't hand over my cat to someone in a parking lot. I would recommend Paw Prints Forever to anyone who is considering a private cremation for their beloved family pet. When another sad day comes, we will do the same thing.

I was greatly impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and level of service. My cat, Whispers, passed away suddenly, and I was not sure what to do in such a situation. I called Paw Prints Forever and they explained my options ...even as I was crying. Whispers passed away at 9am, and I had his ashes in a beautiful engraved wooden box by 5pm. The day was terribly sad, fast moving, and difficult. However, when I think back to that day I remember Whispers wasacknowledged, gently cared for, and honored by dedicated professionals who understand the deep connection between humans and animals. Losing a beloved pet is so incredibly devastating but choosing to use Paw Prints Forever was the very best decision we could have made to help make the process better. We can’t say enough good things about Joy & Dr.Tancredi. From the moment Joy took my initial call I knew immediately we were in the right hands. Her sweet demeanor & kind support while answering every question was greatly appreciated. Paw Prints Forever partners with a couple of on call Vets that are able to come to your home to service euthanasia. Joy seamlessly coordinated everything for us so we didn’t have to worry & therefore could focus on our beloved fur baby and Dr. Tancredi was incredibly gentle with the process. We knew from experience how stressful it is to take your pet to the vet to euthanize them and swore we would only do it in our home if need be in the future. As horrible as it is to have to make the decision to euthanize your pet, being able to do it in a loving safe place at home with the professionalism & support of the staff from Paw Prints Forever helped ease the process. We unexpectedly lost our fur baby on 2-4-22, I called & spoke with Joy at approximately 9:30 am & had a cremation service booked for 10:30 am. Not only was Joy extremely accommodating but she went above & beyond for our family. She answered all of our questions and even grieved with us for a brief moment. She was so professional yet empathetic. The facility itself was extremely clean, calming & welcoming. They had a fireplace going, candles burning & soft music playing. Joy & Amanda let us grieve for as long as we wished. I am so grateful that I found this business, they now have a customer for life.

My girlfriend and I recently had to put our beloved puppy to sleep due to some medical issues. We reached out to Paw Prints Forever, and Annette, initially answered with such care, on a Sunday nonetheless. Our sweet boy was ready to go, and the Vet (I am so sorry I forget his name), and Joy showed up to our apartment within a few short hours to help our angel go home. The compassion, care, and respect exhibited by all was absolutely sublime, and made this process easier for my girlfriend and I. We lost our cat of 18 years right before Christmas. We were in shock and everyone at Paw Prints Forever went over and beyond. They were very supportive over the phone when making the arrangements and so thoughful when we dropped off our "best buddy". This was the fist time for us going through something like this and the team at Paw Prints were so kind and helped us through this sad time. This is long overdue since I lost my Gigi Fly on September 30th, but it has been one of the hardest losses and things I have ever been through. My saving grace was the kindness and compassion that was shown to me and my Babygirl at this location. This place is about 45 minutes from me, and I am so glad that I passed by on a random trip. Something told me I would need to remember this place for the unfortunate future. My yorkie just had turned 18 years old and was doing ok, until she wasn't.... Thank you for making me feel comfortable in the worst situation. Joy and the team are truly "special" and will forever hold a place in my heart for what you have done for me and my family after I lost my Gigi. When we knew we'd have to say goodbye to our little orange buddy after 14 1/2 years we struggled. After reading all the reviews and talking to some previous customers we decided to bring him here. Saying goodbye is never easy but they went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. They let us stay in a room with him as long as we wanted and didn't rush us at all. They got us our little buddy back in less then 3 days. If anyone has to go through this I recommend them. They will take care of you and your buddy with respect and empathy.

I lost my Sylvia suddenly without warning on 6/14/21. That afternoon I spoke with Joy at Paw Prints Forever, she was so sympathetic and understanding. The next day I made the two hour trip from central NJ to their facility with my girl by my side. I spoke to her knowing she could hear me and told her everything was ok and we would meet again someday. From the initial phone call to the picking up of our beloved rabbit Bruno's remains the service could not have been better, kinder, and more caring and supportive. The quiet, kindle lit room provided a calming setting to say our final good byes and know that Bruno was in good, gentle, caring hands. Every aspect of the cremation was explained to us and choices provided by giving us plenty of time to consider and select. We had lost our bunny that very day and we found it most comforting to have found Paw Prints Forever. Can't say enough good things about their service. Our cat Luna is combating cancer and her condition took a turn suddenly. From her showing signs of stepping on the death door to passing is less than an hour. It was a weekend and no at-home euthanasia was available. By the time we struggled whether to bring her to vet ER, she was already unconscious. She got going very quickly after that. With all the sudden change that morning and the frustration getting a same-day euthanasia in vain, we are so sad to see our beloved cat passed away. We called Paw Prints Forever and Joy told us that she would be on her way to pick up Luna immediately. We are located in Philly and it is a one-hour drive from Chadds Ford. Not to mention this was a Sunday. Joy showed up right on time an hour later with a very warm basket and blanket. She took care of our cat's body with love and dignity. That is the only peace-of-mind and the comforting thing we had on that tragic day. Joy walked us thru the process and told us that we can use our urn of choice -- we got a beautiful urn from an eBay seller (which many cremation service does not allow it), and that Luna will be cremated right away (if you don't want your loved pet's body to be held longer and rust by bacteria, you would want to have it cremated soon). Other service providers quoted us a two-week wait time for returning the ashes, while Paw Prints Forever get this done on the same day. This is just amazing!!! When we pick up Luna's belongs, Joy had everything wrapped so nicely and included a cute drawing of our Luna. She gave our family so much help and support in this hard time. We strongly recommend their service and would definitely use them again!

We finally had to lay our 16 year old best friend to rest and were so afraid of this day. I can't say enough about how incredibly kind, clean, attentive and empathetic this place is. The room was so comfortable with light music and aromas. The vet was so kind and informative, he gave us all of our options and information on possible diagnoses and as much time as we needed as a family. Our dog went to sleep so peacefully, and came home a day later in a beautiful wood box with a certificate and a paw print in clay. Our Dakota girl was 16½ years old. She took a turn for the worst and everything happened so fast!! I (thought I) had everything "planned out". After calling around all day, I found a vet who could come to our house (2 days later), give her "sleeping medicine", take her with her to be cremated and in about a week give us a call when her ashes could be picked up. Dakota had her own plans and crossed the Rainbow Bridge on her own at around 2 or 3 am. I emailed and called the vet as soon as they opened at 7am. By this time it had been 5 hours since she passed. Vet couldn't come until the original appointment and we certainly couldn't drop her off. That's when we found Paw Prints Forever. So understanding and helpful. We were able to take Dakota there right away, eventhough it was almost an hour away. She was cremated the same day and I just picked her up...2 days later.Amanda was professional & compassionate.When time comes, hopefully not soon, we will use their services again!!

They made the worst day of our lives bearable. If you want your animal to be euthanized while you’re there with them and in a humane and very respectful way, come here. Seriously that vet they have is an absolute dream, very nice and frank and with the super cool and quirky bag straight from the 1650s. Joy was super nice and there was this other gal, didn’t catch her name, but such compassion and care. Very beautiful people there, plus online obituaries so your pets will always be remembered online.

Feb 2021 - We had to make the difficult decision to put our 13-year old Lab down due to various issues. We had Joy and a doctor from Paw Prints to come to the house to handle that process. When our dog passed away unexpectedly and we decided to get him cremated, we contacted Paw Prints Forever Pet Crematory with some questions. Annette answered when we called and answered all of our questions and offered to stay until we would get there. We took our pet there the next day, selected the photo urn and a paw print. They called the next day indicating that everything was ready to be picked up. We were apprehensive about picking up our pet's ashes; however Annette was very kind, understanding and helped us get through this tough time. We did notice an issue with the cremation certificate and it was corrected quickly for us to pick up a new certificate. Paw Prints Forever Pet Crematory was very responsive, helpful and empathetic with dealing with the loss of our pet. I would highly recommend them.

Peter and Joy were just absolutely amazing and comforting from the minute I called sobbing to the moment I picked up my kitty Paul’s ashes. I wouldn’t have wanted my Paul to be in anyone else’s hands at such a hard time for my family and I. Paul had become severely ill in just a matter of a week and we had just little time to make a decision on what we were going to do. After learning the vet restrictions of being in the room during the process, I knew I couldn’t bare to not be with my 15 year old kitty during his last moments here. I called Paw Prints Forever to see if my family of 3 were able to come on such a late notice. They were so welcoming and so sweet beyond words. It was such a hard thing for us to do, but being there and seeing how careful and loving they were to my Paul I knew he was safe there and I felt more at ease knowing I took him there instead. I would give them 10+ stars if I could. The process was not rushed by any means. They gave us time in between to allow us to say our goodbyes until we were ready. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I’m still so grateful that we took him there instead of the vet for everything. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys so so so much for treating my family and Paul so well 🤍.

When our cat passed away, we couldn't bear the thought of taking him to the vet and waiting a week or more to bring him home. When I called that morning, Joy answered the phone and was very kind and compassionate and explained that we could have our cat back with us in just a few hours. Everything was handled with kindness and tact and we had our kitty back with us on the same day. That was very comforting, particularly at this time, when many vets are not allowing anyone into the office (and I understand that), but I just couldn't hand over my cat to someone in a parking lot. I was greatly impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and level of service. My cat, Whispers, passed away suddenly, and I was not sure what to do in such a situation. I called Paw Prints Forever and they explained my options ...even as I was crying. Whispers passed away at 9am, and I had his ashes in a beautiful engraved wooden box by 5pm. Thank you everyone for making this very difficult day and week a little easier on our family. This is never easy or really easier... but they didn't make any part of it more difficult, more challenging, or other. I never knew that such a place existed with so much care, attention to detail (including communication) and love for our furry family members, here, gone, or soon to leave us. I'm relieved that my husband found you 2 wks ago to assist us in planning for the day when our Spike Dog had to leave us and carry on in spirit. From the moment when someone was able to take our phone call around 7AM on a Sunday morning to help get us through this, we felt like the angels assisting Spike in his next journey were also helping us. This is no exaggeration. Spike was able to have a fully private viewing and cremation that we were able to witness. I can not begin to say how comforting and helpful Joy and Dr. Holmsten were to Shayla and I yesterday. Our cat, Finster ( an adorable 5 year old cow cat who happened to have a marking above his mouth that looked like a mustache ) got really sick in less than a month. He was still purring and laying on my chest until about 3 days before we called Paw Prints Forever. His body starting shutting down and he isolated himself and starting making noises that made the decision an easy one for us. We loved him so much and he had the BIGGEST personality ( our friends said he was a dog in a cat's body ). I contacted other places on the internet and nobody would come to our house or they just didn't return our texts, calls or emails. Joy got right back to us and believe me she knew I was distraught over Finster. An hour later her and Dr. Holmsten arrived at our home. They made the passing of Finster comforting to us. We still cried periodically all day of course cause he was everything to us . In closing, I would recommend them 110% to anybody who has to make the dreaded decision to euthanize their beloved family pet to end their suffering. They are not just professional. They are supportive and caring!! I am so happy they were the ones that ended Finster's pain yesterday and helped him on to his next journey.

I would highly recommend Paw Prints Forever for handling the death of a pet. We recently experienced the sudden death of our beloved family dog, Max. I called Paw Prints Forever on a week day during a blizzard and spoke to Annette who took down our information with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy. She and her husband came to pick up Max with dignity and respect for both us and Max (during the height of a snow storm, no less). Annette and Rebecca were both incredibly accommodating during the following days, allowing everyone in the family the opportunity to pay our final respects before Max was cremated. Annette communicated clearly and was flexible with us throughout the pick-up process, and Rebecca was very comforting during our time of grief with viewing Max one last time. We had paw print impressions made for every member of the family, and they collected tufts of Max’s fur to go along with each of the impressions so we all have a memento to remember him by. After the incredibly comforting and loving experience we had with Paw Prints Forever, I couldn’t imagine using any other company to say goodbye to a pet.

I give Pawprints forever 5 stars.It's not easy loosing a pet. To me she was a family member. I miss her so much.Paw prints forever made a beautiful box, up for my dogs ashes. They put a small bag of my dogs fur, and put her collar in the box. The box has her name engraved. They also made a paw print of my dogs paw.Everything was so beautifully done. We had the heart wrenching experience of losing not one but two pets within a month of one another. Both cats Nemo and Missy were rescued around the same time about 17 years ago. Nemo passed away at home and Missy, who was a tough, initially feral, but then affectionate outdoor cat passed away as well. Joy treated us with dignity and respect, like we were all her family members. When we initially dropped Nemo off, we spent some time with him in the facility and it was truly beautiful, peaceful and uplifting, with a lit candle, music playing and a huge picture of a smiling piggy above the mantle. Joy picked Missy up at our home which is a testament to her dedication as we live in Philly. She memorialized both cats so beautifully! She paid incredible attention to detail in creating the impressions of the clay paw prints, and wrapped everything in beautiful bags that she decorated with their names. I can't say enough about how invested she is in making sure everything is ok, and letting you know she is right there with you. You can tell she works tirelessly and truly gives 200% to her job and her craft. Please do yourself a favor and check out Paw Prints Forever in your time of need--or before. In such an excruciating time in our lives, Joy took incredible care of us--all of us. Picked up Elliot's ashes. I love how it turned out. Lots of back and forth to see if we could customize his urn like this but we got it. Someone else came in to get their kitten who passed away cremated. She kept going back and forth on what she wanted. Ours got delivered while she was there and they showed it to her, she loved it so much she ordered the exact same thing to remember her fur baby by. Tears in our eyes when we seen it. Thinking about him. The staff here is amazing, so compassionate. You can tell how much they care and really love animals. What a great way to honor our beloved cat. The urn is beautiful. They also included some locks of his hair in a little baggy to remember him by. Looks just like his fur, it made my Mom cry when she seen it. I will continue to come here for each of my fur babies as they pass away. Knowing I can create something unique for each animal, to capture their spirit and the life of love they experienced while here means the world to me. Thank you guys so much. They made the worst day of our lives bearable. If you want your animal to be euthanized while you’re there with them and in a humane and very respectful way, come here. Seriously that vet they have is an absolute dream, very nice and frank and with the super cool and quirky bag straight from the 1650s. Joy was super nice and there was this other gal, didn’t catch her name, but such compassion and care. Very beautiful people there, plus online obituaries so your pets will always be remembered online.

Feb 2021 - We had to make the difficult decision to put our 13-year old Lab down due to various issues. We had Joy and a doctor from Paw Prints to come to the house to handle that process. We could not have been more pleased with their kindness, professionalism and overall service for the incredibly challenging process for us as a family.Both the doc and Joy sat with our Lab personally before the process and were so respectful and kind - we could not have been more pleased for a very challenging day.

The loss of our 14 year old dog, Cody, was devastating to myself and family. As Cody's health declined over the past few months, I needed to make plans. I visited Paw Prints Forever Crematory and spoke with Joy who couldn't have more kind and professional in explaining their services. When Cody passed away it was comforting to call and speak with Annette who met us and was most compassionate as we said good-bye to Cody and made final arrangements. Working in home health care and helping families through the loss of loved ones is something I am familiar with. It was so comforting to have the same service available for our beloved Cody. When our dog passed away unexpectedly and we decided to get him cremated, we contacted Paw Prints Forever Pet Crematory with some questions. Annette answered when we called and answered all of our questions and offered to stay until we would get there. We took our pet there the next day, selected the photo urn and a paw print. They called the next day indicating that everything was ready to be picked up. We were apprehensive about picking up our pet's ashes; however Annette was very kind, understanding and helped us get through this tough time. We did notice an issue with the cremation certificate and it was corrected quickly for us to pick up a new certificate. Paw Prints Forever Pet Crematory was very responsive, helpful and empathetic with dealing with the loss of our pet. I would highly recommend them.

Compassionate, thoughtful and caring. We are beyond grateful for our experience, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We were greeted warmly from the beginning both on the phone and when we arrived, the Doctor was compassionate and understanding, and the staff were helpful and genuine. They have many options for urns and keepsakes, but there was no attempt to upsell which I truly appreciated. Thank you for making such a difficult experience for me and especially my wife as comfortable as we could have been given the circumstance. Friendly, caring staff. Clean office building with a privacy room to say good bye to your baby.... I’m glad I went through Paw Prints Forever. At the most tragic of times we were comforted. When we were at our lowest and in shock Pete showed up to escort our sweet Shelby to her final rest! He showed the compassion one would show had we lost a human member of our family! Today just 2 days after her passing we pick her up to bring her home forever! The incredible steps taken by Pete and Joy to show her dignity is amazing! It would have cost more to take her to a vet and have her cremated among countless other animals yet for a mere $290 we receive our Shelber Delber Doo in a beautiful box with a brass nameplate and an obituary on their website. For an extra $15 you can get cast paw prints and there are other services available at additional minimal cost. I recommend these folks to anyone needing a service like this.

We were heartbroken when we lost our adorable Westie, Nosey Parker. I'm thankful we found Paw Prints because we were particularly anxious to have an individual cremation for her. Thank you everyone for making this very difficult day and week a little easier on our family. This is never easy or really easier... but they didn't make any part of it more difficult, more challenging, or other. I never knew that such a place existed with so much care, attention to detail (including communication) and love for our furry family members, here, gone, or soon to leave us. I'm relieved that my husband found you 2 wks ago to assist us in planning for the day when our Spike Dog had to leave us and carry on in spirit. From the moment when someone was able to take our phone call around 7AM on a Sunday morning to help get us through this, we felt like the angels assisting Spike in his next journey were also helping us. This is no exaggeration. Spike was able to have a fully private viewing and cremation that we were able to witness. For religious reasons of Hinduism and Catholic, this meant everything to us since Spike is important family and friend. Your services and love were much needed by us. Thank you again. J & S

I can not begin to say how comforting and helpful Joy and Dr. Holmsten were to Shayla and I yesterday. Our cat, Finster ( an adorable 5 year old cow cat who happened to have a marking above his mouth that looked like a mustache ) got really sick in less than a month. He was still purring and laying on my chest until about 3 days before we called Paw Prints Forever. His body starting shutting down and he isolated himself and starting making noises that made the decision an easy one for us. We loved him so much and he had the BIGGEST personality ( our friends said he was a dog in a cat's body ). I contacted other places on the internet and nobody would come to our house or they just didn't return our texts, calls or emails. Joy got right back to us and believe me she knew I was distraught over Finster. An hour later her and Dr. Holmsten arrived at our home. They made the passing of Finster comforting to us. We still cried periodically all day of course cause he was everything to us . In closing, I would recommend them 110% to anybody who has to make the dreaded decision to euthanize their beloved family pet to end their suffering. They are not just professional. They are supportive and caring!! I am so happy they were the ones that ended Finster's pain yesterday and helped him on to his next journey.

I would highly recommend Paw Prints Forever for handling the death of a pet. We recently experienced the sudden death of our beloved family dog, Max. I called Paw Prints Forever on a week day during a blizzard and spoke to Annette who took down our information with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy. She and her husband came to pick up Max with dignity and respect for both us and Max (during the height of a snow storm, no less). Annette and Rebecca were both incredibly accommodating during the following days, allowing everyone in the family the opportunity to pay our final respects before Max was cremated. Annette communicated clearly and was flexible with us throughout the pick-up process, and Rebecca was very comforting during our time of grief with viewing Max one last time. We had paw print impressions made for every member of the family, and they collected tufts of Max’s fur to go along with each of the impressions so we all have a memento to remember him by. After the incredibly comforting and loving experience we had with Paw Prints Forever, I couldn’t imagine using any other company to say goodbye to a pet.

Our Cutie Pie was 17 1/2 years old and passed away on Sunday 6/23. After we called Paw Prints Forever, they met us within a half hour. So nice and sincere. We were very comfortable leaving our baby with them. We had her back home with us by Wednesday.

I give Pawprints forever 5 stars.It's not easy loosing a pet. To me she was a family member. I miss her so much.Paw prints forever made a beautiful box, up for my dogs ashes. They put a small bag of my dogs fur, and put her collar in the box. The box has her name engraved. They also made a paw print of my dogs paw.Everything was so beautifully done. We had the heart wrenching experience of losing not one but two pets within a month of one another. Both cats Nemo and Missy were rescued around the same time about 17 years ago. Nemo passed away at home and Missy, who was a tough, initially feral, but then affectionate outdoor cat passed away as well. Joy treated us with dignity and respect, like we were all her family members. When we initially dropped Nemo off, we spent some time with him in the facility and it was truly beautiful, peaceful and uplifting, with a lit candle, music playing and a huge picture of a smiling piggy above the mantle. Joy picked Missy up at our home which is a testament to her dedication as we live in Philly. She memorialized both cats so beautifully! She paid incredible attention to detail in creating the impressions of the clay paw prints, and wrapped everything in beautiful bags that she decorated with their names. I can't say enough about how invested she is in making sure everything is ok, and letting you know she is right there with you. You can tell she works tirelessly and truly gives 200% to her job and her craft. Please do yourself a favor and check out Paw Prints Forever in your time of need--or before. In such an excruciating time in our lives, Joy took incredible care of us--all of us. We will continue to patronize this facility, and if you ever need these services, we highly recommend you do so as well!! You will not be disappointed! TRULY AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU!!

Picked up Elliot's ashes. I love how it turned out. Lots of back and forth to see if we could customize his urn like this but we got it. Someone else came in to get their kitten who passed away cremated. She kept going back and forth on what she wanted. Ours got delivered while she was there and they showed it to her, she loved it so much she ordered the exact same thing to remember her fur baby by. Tears in our eyes when we seen it. Thinking about him. The staff here is amazing, so compassionate. You can tell how much they care and really love animals. What a great way to honor our beloved cat. The urn is beautiful. They also included some locks of his hair in a little baggy to remember him by. Looks just like his fur, it made my Mom cry when she seen it. I will continue to come here for each of my fur babies as they pass away. Knowing I can create something unique for each animal, to capture their spirit and the life of love they experienced while here means the world to me. Thank you guys so much. My family and I cannot thank the Paw Prints Forever Crematory family and staff for treating Maxwell with such dignity and respect. Maxwell crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Monday, December 11th, 2017 in the morning, and after a visit to the Paw Prints Forever Crematory funeral home that same day, in Chadds Ford, Maxwell was picked up right away from the Longwood Veterinary Center in Kennett Square and brought back to the funeral home. We had our last visit with our Maxwell in the early afternoon, followed by a private cremation for Maxwell. As hard as it is to say goodbye to our beloved furbabies, the Pagano family took great care of my baby and us as well. They made this very emotional andheartbreaking time a little easier for us, and I cannot thank them enough. Maxwell is home with us now, forever. One of the saddest moments we have ever had was precisely losing our 14-year-old female schnauzer,” Luna.” The only relief during such a hard time was precisely our vast experience with Pawprints creators, not only their service was above professional, from the moment they came home and pick out pet body, the service car, the respect for the moment, how well-adapted space was and how well prepared they are from pick up to deliver it was only the best experience you can get.

It would be difficult to overstate what a comfort it was to find Paw Prints Forever. The place we had been going to for cremation the last 25 years got bought up by corporation a few years ago and more than doubled their prices. When I got over the shock of hearing how much they charge for a private, attended cremation, I started searching and found Paw Prints Forever. They were so kind and accommodating, and Ashley was as nice as could be. We got an appointment very quickly, they gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes to Liesl, and we had a full view of the crematory to watch her being placed inside and her ashes removed. They were very receptive and understanding of our wishes, and it was just such a comfort to have everything go so smoothly. So much the better that their pricing is totally reasonable. We will definitely come back will be happy to recommend them to our pet-loving friends.

I would highly recommend their services. We unfortunately had to let our family pet go due to old age. They met us over at our vets and took care of everything. They were extremely kind, supporting and understanding.
