I want to commend Hollinger Pet Crematory for their efficient and compassionate service. My dear passed away Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning I called Hollingerās and both the individuals I talked to were empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of my grief. They were able to set up an appointment within an hour and a half of my phone call for me to drop my boy off. They took good care of my pet during this process and this morning (Monday) I picked him up. The process was pretty simple for such a tough situation and Hollingerās helped out tremendously. The price isnāt bad either, though price wasnāt really a concern as I just wanted my Bo to be taken care of. I know have him resting by his favorite window with his favorite blanket to terrorize the birds in the tree. Thanks again Hollinger Pet Crematory.

I canāt say enough wonderful things about the care Hollinger provided for my Guinea pig, Charlie. They treated him with the utmost respect during the entire process. Charlie was truly part of my family, and Hollinger respected him as such. Their pricing is very fair and Iām grateful to have found an affordable service that is still private and gracious. I am so thankful to have Charlie in this beautiful box. I felt a huge sense of relief when I picked him up, I knew I made the right choice. Thank you very much.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to these wonderful people! Our cat, Sophie, passed away Sunday evening, and within an hour of her passing, we had an appointment to bring her in to the facility. We were met by a friendly gentleman who was so patient and compassionate and who was willing to answer any questions we had, helped us pick out a very nice urn, and showed us around the facility. Within 2 days we were able to pick up her urn-much different than other facilities in that you would have to wait at least a full week. My husband picked up her urn and was met with the same friendliness by a young lady that exemplified wonderful customer service as well. The presentation of her urn was absolutely beautiful from the craftsmanship of the urn, and I especially loved the fact they cut a lock of her hair and put it in a separate bag that was also in the urn with her ashes. I will be sure to recommend these wonderful folks and facility to anyone who may find themselves in the situation we were in!

I have used Hollingerās Funeral Home when family members have passed away and truly appreciated Eric and is team .Therefore when our beloved four legged family member went over the rainbow bridge, I had no reservation of who to use ā¦ Hollingerās Pet Cremation.WOW things werecompletely different from any previous times using Hollingerās Funeral/Cremation .The respectful, empathic caring ways were not there at all. I use the term lightly that the āgentlemanā who was the main contact for our time of need. He cracked jokes during this stressful time for us despite it was clear that we were all upset over the loss of our pet. The day we picked up the ashes this same āmanāpresented the ashes of our furry friend to us in a totally unprofessional manner and joking again when it came to pay.Based on the way this man RH Otto acted towards us, it only makes us wondered how he treated our four legged family member, therefore, we can no longer make recommendations to use either of Hollinger Cremation locations as long as this type of interaction is directed towards those needing the services rendered.
