I want to commend Hollinger Pet Crematory for their efficient and compassionate service. My dear passed away Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning I called Hollinger’s and both the individuals I talked to were empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of my grief. They were able to set up an appointment within an hour and a half of my phone call for me to drop my boy off. They took good care of my pet during this process and this morning (Monday) I picked him up. The process was pretty simple for such a tough situation and Hollinger’s helped out tremendously. The price isn’t bad either, though price wasn’t really a concern as I just wanted my Bo to be taken care of. I know have him resting by his favorite window with his favorite blanket to terrorize the birds in the tree. Thanks again Hollinger Pet Crematory.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care Hollinger provided for my Guinea pig, Charlie. They treated him with the utmost respect during the entire process. Charlie was truly part of my family, and Hollinger respected him as such. Their pricing is very fair and I’m grateful to have found an affordable service that is still private and gracious. I am so thankful to have Charlie in this beautiful box. I felt a huge sense of relief when I picked him up, I knew I made the right choice. Thank you very much.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to these wonderful people! Our cat, Sophie, passed away Sunday evening, and within an hour of her passing, we had an appointment to bring her in to the facility. We were met by a friendly gentleman who was so patient and compassionate and who was willing to answer any questions we had, helped us pick out a very nice urn, and showed us around the facility. Within 2 days we were able to pick up her urn-much different than other facilities in that you would have to wait at least a full week. My husband picked up her urn and was met with the same friendliness by a young lady that exemplified wonderful customer service as well. The presentation of her urn was absolutely beautiful from the craftsmanship of the urn, and I especially loved the fact they cut a lock of her hair and put it in a separate bag that was also in the urn with her ashes. I will be sure to recommend these wonderful folks and facility to anyone who may find themselves in the situation we were in!

I have used Hollinger’s Funeral Home when family members have passed away and truly appreciated Eric and is team .Therefore when our beloved four legged family member went over the rainbow bridge, I had no reservation of who to use … Hollinger’s Pet Cremation.WOW things werecompletely different from any previous times using Hollinger’s Funeral/Cremation .The respectful, empathic caring ways were not there at all. I use the term lightly that the “gentleman” who was the main contact for our time of need. He cracked jokes during this stressful time for us despite it was clear that we were all upset over the loss of our pet. The day we picked up the ashes this same “man”presented the ashes of our furry friend to us in a totally unprofessional manner and joking again when it came to pay.Based on the way this man RH Otto acted towards us, it only makes us wondered how he treated our four legged family member, therefore, we can no longer make recommendations to use either of Hollinger Cremation locations as long as this type of interaction is directed towards those needing the services rendered.

When we arrived, he carefully explained the whole process and answered all the questions we had. He even offered to show us the facility itself, which was in absolutely pristine condition. He was compassionate and considerate, and the service we received completely exceeded our expectations. He also made sure to let us know at what times everything would be done, and the process was finished in less than 24 hours. The procedure was priced very fairly. They handled our pet with the utmost respect and care, and we are eternally grateful for it. We had a wonderful experience here, and we were thoroughly impressed with the facility and the service we were given. We recommend this crematory to anyone who is looking to give their pets the absolute best care in the area.

I would high recommend this small crematory rather than dropping your pet off at the vet. Prices are very reasonable and probably cheaper than the vet which could take a week to process your pet and possibility of not returning the correct ashes. I came in the day after our beloved pet passed away with the technician walking me through the entire process and then allowing me personal time to say goodbye to my friend. They have many different urns to choose. Technician was professional and humorous while respecting the sensitive situation. I came in the next day to pick up the ashes. I feel confident that my buddy was taken care of.

My Bella passed early Sunday morning. Unlike a lot of other crematories who are only open Monday-Saturday, and charges a fee for Sunday cremations, Hollingers was open and the whole process was simple. Mr. Hollinger took care of our baby within 24hrs. On top of that they ended up giving us a clipping of Bella’s fur. Hollingers goes above and beyond. He also cremated my sons Guinea Pig a while back and did a great job with him. I will be using Hollingers for all of my beloved pet needs.

Professional and speedy. Thank you for the service you provided to my family with the passing of our pet rabbit, Thumper. Remains were picked up the next day. Never a service anyone wants to need but if you are ever in need, i would go here.

I actually had two interactions with the nice folks at Hollinger's, my furbaby was diagnosed with bone cancer and if you've ever delt with that you know it's a day by day situation, I thought it was time, contacted them and they offered to stay late for my husband and I to bring our beloved boy to them, turned out my boy did a complete turn around in a matter of 12 hours, wasn't his time yet. When it was time I called the day before to see if it would be OK for us to bring him once we left the vets office they said yes to call when we were on our way. We called and a very very nice man was waiting for us outside. He was very nice and very kind. He and my husband got our boy out of the car, he was very patient while I said my final goodbye and was very patient with me about which urn for us to bring my boy home in as what they had to chose from wasn't quite what I had in mind. We were able to pick our boy up the following morning, at which time a very nice young lady met me at the door. They made a very heartbreaking situation alot easier to get through. Kindness and compassion at a time you really need it.

Great pricing, fast responses and I felt that my families emotions were genuinely cared for and respected. I went to pick up my memorial box this morning after losing my pet pig yesterday and it was beautiful. Also, when I opened my memorial box I found my pet pigs hair in a little baggy for a keepsake and I didn't ask for it- but am so glad I got it. I didn't know how bad I needed that as a reminder of her. So thank you very much for your empathy and great business practices. It was much appreciated during this time.

If I could give this facility 10 star I would. I have had 9 of my cherished pets cremated there. I most highly recommend this establishment. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very accommodating. Just call them anytime you need them and they will be there for you. They are also so very understanding and compassionate with you about your beloved deceased pet. They also carry a nice line of urns if you wish to purchase for your pets remembrance. I also recently learned that they are providing considerable (and I mean considerable) community service for a local animal rescue, Sperenza Rescue who recently took in 400 some animals from a recent animal cruelty case. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS...MY HEART AND THANKS GO OUT TO YOU FOR THIS SERVICE!!!!! P.S. - I just love Bob Otto.

I'm so thankful that in our time of need I found Hollinger Pet Crematory. When our sweet pet passed suddenly over a weekend, I was unsure of what my options were. One call to Hollinger and all of my questions were answered. No one wants to think about losing a pet, but I'm so grateful for the team at Hollinger and their compassion and professionalism during a very difficult time. Thank you!!!

Absolutely wonderful customer service from Jesse and Krista. Our family dog passing was made worlds easier after calling and having them explain and arrange a time to drop off our furry family member after her trip across the rainbow bridge. They explained the process and answered any questions to help sooth our grieving. Amazing help in such a rough time.
