Working with Beinhauer staff was a very comforting, smooth, seamless, and pleasurable experience despite the circumstances. From the day I dropped in, to the day my dad passed and I called, to the day of the funeral, and during the days following the staff were kind, supportive, informative, understanding, and professional. My dad was presented beautifully with a peaceful and comforted expression. Being new to Pittsburgh, I’ve found most people here in this community are kind, Beinhauer is no exception. I’m grateful we selected Beinhauer to celebrate my dad’s life. Given the experience, I would work with Beinhauer again if and or when the need arises. I would like to add they were able to immediately discuss funeral details along with the costs associated in an open and thoughtful manner. There was no pressure to buy into options we had no interest. There were no surprise costs and they were good to accept payment how and when we defined. They were also reliable with coordinating the burial with the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Additionally they were timely and reliable in notifying Social Security and obtaining death certificates. We had a very positive experience with absolutely no glitches. Thank you Beinhauer for your kindness and support during a very emotional time for my family and me.

My experience with the Beinhauer-Fryer Funeral Home in Bridgeville, PA was nothing but stellar!! Scott and his staff were a Godsend for which I want to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude! They consistently ensured that each and every detail was addressed and challenges were resolved like professionals! They handled it all, coordination with the newspaper, the church, the cemetery as well as ensuring all the details of the visitation. They were exceptionally easy to deal with and at a time of great stress they were my stress relievers! On behalf of my family I cannot thank Scott and his staff enough! If I could, I would give them a 10 star review!!!!

I was pleased with the time that was taken to help me and my family during this very emotional time. The staff was very patient and calm with helping us decide on the arrangements. Although my husband didn't like to talk of his experience of being in the army, he was proud to have served his country. With their help, we were able to give him the respect due. We will always be appreciative for that.

Carrie Stewart and Ashley Fryer were so helpful kind ans supportive during this process I'm not sure our family could have gotten through all of this without these two amazing women. We have a very large crazy family and they really did a wonderful job handling all of us. Thank you bothe so much for everything.
