I had exceptional service from Heidi with providing a type of burial I desired for my German Shepherd during such a difficult time. . So pleased with a answer on the weekend on Sunday the day I had to have her put down and flexible the next day as I drove 11 hours from NC which does not have pet cemetaries and hard to get this type of good service, Knew I wanted her where I could visit in the event of a move back or visit to the area vs burial in my current yard that I may leave some day. Bonus is she is 8 miles from my parents cemetary. Do not have to think twice choosing here. Proof in my picture that was sent.

We were visiting family with our precious Finley when he passed suddenly on the night before Christmas Eve. I was surprised when they called right back. They were willing to come in on Christmas Eve and take care of us same day. They were super nice and the price for cremation was more than reasonable considering the situation. Would recommend Resting Acres to anyone looking to have their loving pet cremated. 100/5 stars. I'm so thankful you guys were there when I needed you.

After loosing our sweet Hanna recently we contacted Resting Acres on a Sunday in hopes of having her creamated. We were amazed at how quickly they returned our call.Thank you so much for the kindness and compassion you showed in making an unbearable situation bearable.

We lost our Jetta in the early morning on Saturday. I waited till 6am to call. I left a message and shortly later they called and told us to bring her down. I didn't expect a response due to the weekend but that is amazing they are always there to help with great services. Its now Tuesday and they called for us to come and get her. Jetta is home!! Thank you so much for your amazing services to this community. Very Professional and compassionate. I would give more stars but they don't give the option!

If I could give Resting Acres more than five stars, I would. In 2021, we took our kitty Wolowitz there after he passed away from kidney disease. His passing was my first experience with euthanasia and cremation. He was my Husband's best friend, and I immediately felt comfortable and trusting when I drove him down to Bradford from Wellsville. In 2022, our new kitten Raj died in a tragic accident, and our guilt was met with compassion and reassurance. Today I drove my best friend of 17 and a half years, Orion, to Resting Acres after he also passed away from kidney disease. I am beyond heartbroken, but I felt confident they would treat him like the King he is. Each time I've needed them, staff at Resting Acres has graciously been flexible with me as I wanted to drive our loved ones directly to them instead of going through the Vet. I have been blessed with kindness, patience, and understanding each time. These wonderful humans make the worst days a bit softer with their service. They offer a fine selection of urns and other options and the services are highly customizable. It gives my heart and mind a great deal of comfort to be able to trust in the loving, exceptional care they have shown our furry family. I 100% recommend Resting Acres; we would never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for all you do for people with aching hearts... we are forever grateful.

I love Heidi!!💖 She is always very kind, sweet, and professional!!*I'm very happy with Resting Acres individual cremation services and that they work through my vet's office in Cuba, NY.* This saves me and my husband money. They really do not have an easy job there, yet they always keep in perspective that the days you interact with them are far worse for you as the customer. They are always professional, kind, and conscientious of not wasting your time while you’re so upset- you do the needed paperwork and they get out of your way to give you as much time as you need to say your goodbyes. These are compassionate people truly trying to make the process easier on you to the best of their abilities.

This morning, I woke only to find that my beautiful dog Bailey (just a few weeks shy of 18 years old) had died in her sleep. Being a Sunday, I had no idea what to do, then recalled Resting Acres and I called them immediately. The lady was so nice, caring and sympathetic, I was able to take her to their facility shortly after the call. She could see we were just devastated by our loss, and the process took just a few minutes. It was comforting knowing Bailey was in such caring hands. Thank you for your kind words and helping Bailey rest in peace. Their kindness will never be forgotten.

Lost our beloved fur baby of 13 years. Always wanted to cremant. The whole process took about a week. And the price was reasonable. Very compassionate and a no rush environment.

They are nothing short of being very special people. The care they show and the respect they give you and your fur baby are a lost at anymore. I was visiting out of state and they where so considerate. A blessing that I found them so close.

Everyone was quick reacting polite and caring as well as available after hours, they answered all my questions and gave us closure by offering cremation services for our wonderful Ka$h.
