Our beautiful boy biscuit passed away on December 23, I can’t say how grateful I am for Keith and his services. The fact that he was able to come out at 12:25 in the morning to get biscuit is very special to us. He was 19 and had a full and beautiful life, although we were devastated, we are extremely grateful that he died in our home surrounded by all the family. thanks again, Keith.

My families incredibly special one of a kind boy Nemo had passed in the early morning hours of September 21, 2024. With it being a Saturday afternoon pet Memorial Park was the only place open. When I called Keith answered the phone and was incredibly kind patient and attentive attentive. He answered all of my questions and he was at our home an hour later to pick Nemo up. He was unbelievably respectful of the grief that we were experiencing and the weight of the loss that we had suffered. He gave us as much time as we needed to give our boy a few final comforting pets, and say our loving goodbyes. He had called us to let us know that he had arrived back to the crematorium Safe and sound with Nemo. Keith assured us that he would have Nemo returned home the following Tuesday afternoon. It was immediately clear, just how gentle of Keith is exactly how much attention he devotes to each pet that he memorializes. And shadowbox came out beautiful, and Keith made sure to provide us the certificate of private cremation as well. Having Nemo return to us In the comfort of our home as well, as the quality of his memorials have helped so much to ease much of the stress of the grieving process. We are eternally thankful to Keith for making such a painful process as easy as possible.

On October 28th, 2024 our hearts were broken when our sweet, sweet Rylee girl passed at 11 1/2 years old. We were absolutely devastated and called Paws to Heaven who put us in touch with Keith since it was after hours. Keith answered right away and was very empathetic to our loss and promptly sprung into action. He arrived at our house within an hour and treated our fur baby with such care. He was thorough in explaining all the next steps and left us feeling at ease. Keith had our baby back home to us within 2 days. We are extremely thankful for Keith and all his help during this devastating time. We will miss our girl so much and we hope all who see this are able to see how loving and sweet she really was by these pictures ❤️

My little guy passed away back in October. He was a few weeks short of his 18th birthday. I called Keith and made arrangements to meet him at the cemetery. I was able to pick out a gravesite and we made arrangements for the burial the following day. Keith was wonderful and caring and we had a little ceremony at the gravesite and my buddy was laid peacefully to rest. Keith truly showed his compassion and caring throughout the entire process.

July 28th, 2024 one of the saddest days of my life, I had gotten a call from my mom saying things weren’t good and that my beloved Cotton bug (12 years old) had passed. Me and my husband had rushed home to find him gone, so we picked him up and loved and held him like a baby one last time I’m kissing him like crazy like I always had. How abrupt everything happened we didn’t know/have anyone or a place we knew for moments like this so we were freaking out not knowing what to do in such a upsetting and life changing moment so my husband found Dear Pet Memorial Parks number on google and he called. A very nice, calming and understanding voice answered our call and his name was Keith he talked us through everything calmed me down some and within 20 minutes he was at our home, he came in and we all sat down and he talked more with us he even let us take as much time as we needed to say goodbye and give our final kisses. Keith made us smile and laugh in such a hard time and I knew I was putting my beloved baby into the right hands and I was going to get back everything I wanted. Keith then let us know he got back to the crematorium and that Cotton would be taken well care of, we texted about our pets for a bit and then he told us have a respectful night. Today is July, 30th very quick service, in the time that Keith told us we’d have him we got him I didn’t have to wait long to get my Buggy back and in amazing quality! And I’m feeling much better especially how beautiful he came back to us. Keith is one of most nicest, animal loving people I’ve ever been blessed to encounter in my life and hopefully a lifetime friend! We love you Keith thank you for everything you’ve done for us, Don’t be a stranger! I had Cotton bug since I was 14 since 2012 he might be gone but I have him for life now in a beautiful way to remember him forever Rest in peace my beloved Cotton (Buggy) 2012-2024 we love you more then anything! 🖤🤍🐾

Keith was absolutely amazing. He was so understanding and didn’t treat this process as a money gain. He considered our feelings and walked us through everything with ease. This 100% is his calling and so grateful to have had a compassionate person taking care of our dog. My family dog Kali passed away May 1st at home and with the 24/7 services was able to get her cremated and back home by May 3rd. She was an amazing dog and Keith respected her and gave her a proper send off.

Just coming on here to thank Keith again for taking care of our little Dovewing (DW)!! After finding DW passed away unexpectedly on Friday. We searched and found Dear Pet and talked to Keith. Our beautiful dog Nala "Bear" passed away during the night on July 14, 2024. Distraught and trying to keep it together, we needed to find a service on that Sunday and called Dear Pet Memorial Park who, thankfully, is opened 24 hours. We spoke with Keith (the owner) and from beginning to end, he showed us complete sincerity and compassion. We are sincerely grateful for his meeting with us at our home that morning and picking up Nala, following up with phone calls/text messages, and bringing her remains to us in just two days. Saying goodbye is already so hard... so looking for a place was stressful. I read a lot of reviews before fully deciding on a place, but they were all so positive here. I'm happy my family went with Dear Pet Memorial Park. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog Ollie. Keith was super nice, and communicated with us well. He made it clear he was available whenever and that he was trying to help us make this process as easy as can be, and with little stress. We got a paw print of Ollie's, as well as two necklaces with his ashes. The box is also very beautiful. We wanted to upload photos of Ollie too of when he was a happy guy.

From the moment I contacted Keith he was so kind and helpful in our time of grief. We lost our Gizmo Friday night and I didn’t know where to start. I called one place and they recommended me to contact Keith. I called Saturday morning and he was there in no time. We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Heart, this Monday September 25th. He was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks prior and was disintegrating so much and suffering that we chose to put him down at our home at his favorite place in the house. I swear I found Keith and Dear pets Memorial Park by divine guidance. Our Shadow passed away sunday 7/28 and I quickly searched to hopefully find a place to cremate her remains. I called and Keith was amazingly only a few minutes away. He was absolutely compassionate and sincere when he called and when he came to pick up our kitty. The service provided was swift and there were clear signs of love and care provided to our pet and my family. He picked her up and 2 days later brought her ashes back home. Our Shadow lived to see her 18th birthday before she passed from cancer. She was born in our home and we loved her to her last day. She was a Siamese mix and is survived by her 20 year old mother (yes a Siamese cat at that age is still living!) and when her time comes we will surely work with Kieth again. Kieth, you are doing beautiful work and you have such a blessed and beautiful heart. I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us. ❤️

Our beloved corgi, Kirby, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Tuesday, September 19th. My family and I wanted to do a burial for Kirby instead of a cremation so that we could visit Kirby often. After some searching, we found Dear Pet Memorial Park. I gave them a call and Keith answered promptly and showed so much compassion right away. Keith and his associate were also able accommodate us ASAP and we were able to bury Kirby within a few hours of speaking with Keith on the phone. Keith's father, Harvey, also worked with us to order a custom memorial for our fur baby and was so helpful throughout the process. We really can't thank Keith and everyone involved enough for easing the loss of our beloved Kirby.

When my dear Noah passed away two months ago, 1/31/24, I was distraught. I was having a hard time getting myself to do this, but as today 4/10 would’ve been his 5th birthday, I felt it was the perfect time. When he passed, it was completely out of nowhere and unexpected. A terrible shock. At the vets office after he peacefully passed they let us know our options, which really were not much, but I know they were trying to help. I immediately looked up pet funeral services and found Dear Pet Memorial. I called and the phone was immediately picked up by the kind and diligent owner, Keith. He was very helpful on the phone and assured me he would make the process as easy as possible. We waited a day to make our decision and Keith was again right there to answer the call when we reached out again to finalize our working with him. He himself drove to the vet and met us there so we could be there when he picked up our sweet Noah, he let us say our goodbyes again. He even told us the very beautiful story of how he got into this business. I was always sad and shocked and scared, but meeting him and talking to him and seeing how personal he was with our loved one made me feel truly so reassured that our sweet furbaby was in the absolute best possible hands. We decided to go with cremation and got the shadow box with the clay paw print. Keith assured us he would be cremated completely privately and Keith himself would hand deliver him and the paw print to us only a few days later. Sure enough, after only 2 days, Keith drove himself to our home and hand delivered the remains in a beautiful mahogany box, carefully packaged to keep it all safe, along with the shadow box. The entire process he truly made us feel more calm in a moment of pure chaos. I am so beyond grateful we were able to work with him. If I could give 10 stars I would. Huck was such an amazing dog and to have to go through the tough decision of helping him cross the rainbow bridge wasn’t an easy one. Long story short. He was diagnosed with a mouth tumor that was growing at an alarming rate and the vet suggested to spend all the time I could with him until the time was right. I had an appointment with a certain company that comes into your house and aids in the process and then usually takes the extra steps to make sure your pet returns in cremated remains. The day before this was scheduled I was told the vet couldn’t lift my dog into the car afterwards so as you can imagine this left a hole in my heart and thinking I had to take him to the vet office (which I didn’t want to do since he was an anxious dog to begin with), but I gave a call where my cat had been cremated and Theresa shared Keith’s info. When I tell you Keith is heaven sent, he truly is. In the middle of my crying he gently asked about my pets name, when the company would be coming by my house and if I needed anything other than cremation. The evening of Huck’s passing, Keith showed up to my place in no time flat, super communicative in case we needed more time with him, and gently carried him out with a good friend of mine (Huck was an 80lb dog, aka tiny horse). Huck went for one last ride and I told Keith to blast some classic rock for the ride. He let me know when Huck was dropped off for cremation and that he made it there safely. He communicated when he would drop Huck’s ashes and everything was literally on time. Such a smooth and peaceful process. I can’t recommend Keith enough, I’m so thankful the universe steered him towards me and knowing this service exists makes me feel more at ease when having to go through those hard times. With losing your beloved family, your fur babies, your best friends, your children, however you view your pets, Keith understands the bond. Thank you again Keith! 💗

My beloved cat has chronic illnesses. He tried to fight it for months but sadly he passed away. We were calling around to have him cremated. We called PAWS TO Heaven, and we were given Keith's number. Keith was at our house within a hr. He was kind. Mind you this is all in the evening. Christmas eve my little munchkin persian cat just did not want to get up for her dinner, just an hour before she was playing and running around with her buddies, well she silently just crossed the rainbow Bridge. She was guarded and surrounded by her family and little friends. My heart just shattered 💔 😪. There is no trustable service on holidays,Christmas day came ,cried my eyes out all night.I started searching for a private cremation place. After hours and hours passed by I found Dear Pet Memorial Cremation service, I called the number and a very nice and kind man answered the phone, he came within half hour to personally pick up my little Lella ,I was a mess,he reassured me she will be handled with respect and she will be cremated privately. Keith was a gift for our Christmas sorrow, half hour after he picked up Lella he confirmed that he is at the crematory. Next morning a few minutes after 7am he called from the crematory and sent me pictures to confirm that she is being cremated privately and handled respectfully. I felt that I couldn't breathe from the sudden loss of my little munchkin 😢 girl.Wendsday I received a call from Keith he is on his way to return Lella home .I am thankful I found Keith, who goes over and beyond for us who loose our fuzzy family members ❤ and companions.Keith will pick up from vet offices or your homes your loved companion/family and he is so compassionate that you will call him a friend for life.I include a few pictures for you. Our Nina Girl passed at home on Tuesday morning. We were heartbroken. Still are. We called Dear Pet, and Keith came and picked her up.We didn't have to take her. Our family reached out to Dear Pet Memorial Park when we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our ailing 12-year-old-rabbit, Buster. This is a tough review…. starting to cry all over again. I was away in Tennessee when my daughter called me in a panic.. my girl Pumpkin died unexpectedly and we have no idea why. She was only 7. My heart is broken. I had to make the decision to allow her body taken before I could even see her or say goodbye because I was so far away. I found Dear Pet and emailed. Our beautiful dog Nala "Bear" passed away during the night on July 14, 2024. Saying goodbye is already so hard... so looking for a place was stressful. I read a lot of reviews before fully deciding on a place, but they were all so positive here. I'm happy my family went with Dear Pet Memorial Park. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog Ollie. Keith was super nice, and communicated with us well. From the moment I contacted Keith he was so kind and helpful in our time of grief. We lost our Gizmo Friday night and I didn’t know where to start. We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Heart, this Monday September 25th. I swear I found Keith and Dear pets Memorial Park by divine guidance. Our Shadow passed away sunday 7/28 and I quickly searched to hopefully find a place to cremate her remains. I called and Keith was amazingly only a few minutes away. He was absolutely compassionate and sincere when he called and when he came to pick up our kitty. The service provided was swift and there were clear signs of love and care provided to our pet and my family. He picked her up and 2 days later brought her ashes back home. Our Shadow lived to see her 18th birthday before she passed from cancer. She was born in our home and we loved her to her last day. She was a Siamese mix and is survived by her 20 year old mother (yes a Siamese cat at that age is still living!) and when her time comes we will surely work with Kieth again. Our beloved corgi, Kirby, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Tuesday, September 19th. My family and I wanted to do a burial for Kirby instead of a cremation so that we could visit Kirby often. After some searching, we found Dear Pet Memorial Park. When my dear Noah passed away two months ago, 1/31/24, I was distraught. I was having a hard time getting myself to do this, but as today 4/10 would’ve been his 5th birthday, I felt it was the perfect time. When he passed, it was completely out of nowhere and unexpected. A terrible shock. At the vets office after he peacefully passed they let us know our options, which really were not much, but I know they were trying to help. I immediately looked up pet funeral services and found Dear Pet Memorial. I called and the phone was immediately picked up by the kind and diligent owner, Keith. He was very helpful on the phone and assured me he would make the process as easy as possible. We waited a day to make our decision and Keith was again right there to answer the call when we reached out again to finalize our working with him. He himself drove to the vet and met us there so we could be there when he picked up our sweet Noah, he let us say our goodbyes again. He even told us the very beautiful story of how he got into this business. I was always sad and shocked and scared, but meeting him and talking to him and seeing how personal he was with our loved one made me feel truly so reassured that our sweet furbaby was in the absolute best possible hands. We decided to go with cremation and got the shadow box with the clay paw print. Keith assured us he would be cremated completely privately and Keith himself would hand deliver him and the paw print to us only a few days later. Sure enough, after only 2 days, Keith drove himself to our home and hand delivered the remains in a beautiful mahogany box, carefully packaged to keep it all safe, along with the shadow box. The entire process he truly made us feel more calm in a moment of pure chaos. I am so beyond grateful we were able to work with him. If I could give 10 stars I would. Huck was such an amazing dog and to have to go through the tough decision of helping him cross the rainbow bridge wasn’t an easy one. Long story short. He was diagnosed with a mouth tumor that was growing at an alarming rate and the vet suggested to spend all the time I could with him until the time was right. I had an appointment with a certain company that comes into your house and aids in the process and then usually takes the extra steps to make sure your pet returns in cremated remains. The day before this was scheduled I was told the vet couldn’t lift my dog into the car afterwards so as you can imagine this left a hole in my heart and thinking I had to take him to the vet office (which I didn’t want to do since he was an anxious dog to begin with), but I gave a call where my cat had been cremated and Theresa shared Keith’s info. When I tell you Keith is heaven sent, he truly is. In the middle of my crying he gently asked about my pets name, when the company would be coming by my house and if I needed anything other than cremation. The evening of Huck’s passing, Keith showed up to my place in no time flat, super communicative in case we needed more time with him, and gently carried him out with a good friend of mine (Huck was an 80lb dog, aka tiny horse). Huck went for one last ride and I told Keith to blast some classic rock for the ride. He let me know when Huck was dropped off for cremation and that he made it there safely. He communicated when he would drop Huck’s ashes and everything was literally on time. Such a smooth and peaceful process. I can’t recommend Keith enough, I’m so thankful the universe steered him towards me and knowing this service exists makes me feel more at ease when having to go through those hard times. With losing your beloved family, your fur babies, your best friends, your children, however you view your pets, Keith understands the bond. Thank you again Keith! 💗

Keith Cohen was everything we needed him to be. Prompt, courteous, sympathic. Dolly died at 11:30 PM while my granddaughters were asleep and Keith arranged his schedule to pick her up at 1:00 PM the next day before they got home from school. Christmas eve my little munchkin persian cat just did not want to get up for her dinner, just an hour before she was playing and running around with her buddies, well she silently just crossed the rainbow Bridge. She was guarded and surrounded by her family and little friends. My heart just shattered 💔 😪. There is no trustable service on holidays,Christmas day came ,cried my eyes out all night.I started searching for a private cremation place. After hours and hours passed by I found Dear Pet Memorial Cremation service, I called the number and a very nice and kind man answered the phone, he came within half hour to personally pick up my little Lella ,I was a mess,he reassured me she will be handled with respect and she will be cremated privately. Keith was a gift for our Christmas sorrow, half hour after he picked up Lella he confirmed that he is at the crematory. Next morning a few minutes after 7am he called from the crematory and sent me pictures to confirm that she is being cremated privately and handled respectfully. I felt that I couldn't breathe from the sudden loss of my little munchkin 😢 girl.Wendsday I received a call from Keith he is on his way to return Lella home .I am thankful I found Keith, who goes over and beyond for us who loose our fuzzy family members ❤ and companions.Keith will pick up from vet offices or your homes your loved companion/family and he is so compassionate that you will call him a friend for life.I include a few pictures for you. Keith truly went above and beyond for us when we were beyond devastated about the loss of our beloved cockatiel Rudy who was 30 years old. Keith made himself available the same day, and helped us create a special tribute for our special boy. We used Dear pet after the death of our cat, Patch- who died peacefully at home. Keith Cohen was wonderfully accommodating- picking up the remains and dropping off the ashes in just a few days. Back in October of 2023, our family Chocolate Lab, Athena passed in a very tragic way. With my teenage daughter driving, the car hydroplaned and our beloved Athena was thrown into traffic. This accident and everthing that followed was absolutely horrific. Dealing with Keith was the "smoothest" part. He helped us during a time of turmoil that cannot be truly expressed with words. He immediately made himself available for the pick-up of Athena, and he was well beyond patient and understanding as it was so, so hard for us to say goodbye to what was left of our beautiful Athena. Our interactions on the phone and in-person, both for pick-up and drop-off were well beyond as "good" as one could expect. Keith is an angel 😇.The only reason it's taken this long for my review was because I simply could not write about the incident. It's haunting. But I absolutely had and very much wanted to be sure to leave a review for DEAR PET MEMORIAL PARK. I would highly recommend.

We lost our beloved almost 19 year old cat Saturday morning. We called many places and none were open/didn’t answer/wanted us to bring him in. Keith responded right away and was such a pleasure to deal with. This was our first time really dealing with a death of our pet and really didn’t know what to do. Sadly I just recently lost my best friend.. my road dog.. my boy.. my family.. my Rocco..He was always by my side for 16 years.. And will be in my heart forever more..This day of sorrow brought me to Keith at Dear Pet Memorial Park.. He answered my call personally and came to my house promptly.. Even through my tears he handled everything with the utmost respect and dignity.. And he personally returned Rocco's ashes to me a few days later.. When our cat Ollie dies it was a Saturday. Everyone kept saying nothing could be done that day. Makes you feel like you pet doesn't count. Dear Pet Memorial Park was the only place to help. Keith is a compassionate and caring person. He came to our house to pick up Ollie and explained how everything worked. After the cremation we got our Ollie back in a beautiful mahogany box with a paw print cast. I can not sing his praises enough. If ever in need make this your first call.

When my buddy Ash passed away at home I was heartbroken. I called Dear Pet Memorial Park based on all the positive reviews I had read. Keith was at my house in less than two hours and was very compassionate and sympathetic. He sat with me while I talked about Ash and cried. We unexpectedly lost our fur baby Winston last night. He was inpatient in the emergency hospital when we were called with the devastating news. At a time when we weren’t sure what our next steps should be, I spoke to Keith and he assured me that he would pick up Winston from the hospital in the morning and take care of everything. He drove a distance today to pick him up and then drove over 45 minutes to our house to pick up Winston’s blanket, pillow and toys to be buried with him. Later in the day, Keith met us at the pet burial area where we were able to say our goodbyes. It takes a special person to do this job and Keith was very attentive and helpful during this most difficult process. It is comforting to know that Winston is resting in such a beautiful park. Thank you, Keith for your kindness and comforting and gentle nature during this most challenging time. We would also like to thank Merkaba, who was so kind when assisting with the burial. I would also like to acknowledge Harvey, who I spoke with initially and was also very helpful in the process. These are great people to work with and I highly recommend their services.

I can not thank Keith enough for taking special care of our Gus when he passed. No one ever thinks of what to do if an animal passes at home, unexpectedly. We found ourselves in this very situation early Saturday morning. While trying to console my daughter, I had to find someone to help. I reached out to Dear Pet and had a wonderful conversation with Keith. He was at our house within 30 minutes to pick up Gus. Never in a million years would I expect this type of service early on Saturday. It is so reassuring to know that there are still good people in the world. Keith maintained contact throughout the entire process and even returned Gus safely home by that following Tuesday. Keith, I can not say enough kind things about you. When my nine-and-a-half year old pet bunny, Mocha, passed away at home, I wasn’t sure what to do. It was the first time that a pet did not pass at the Vet’s. Dear Pet Memorial Park was nearby and all the reviews were amazing. So, I called in the morning. Keith answered right away and he sounded so nice. He explained the process to me and came over to pick up my bunny shortly thereafter. My bunny was picked up on a Tuesday and I had his ashes back on Friday, which was comforting. My family & I cannot thank Keith enough for his kindness and all he did for us. Our sweet pup passed away unexpectedly. We called in the early morning for help and he assured us Duke would be in good hands. When our cat passed away I wasn’t sure what to do so I turned to google and found Dear Pet Memorial Park. I called on a Sunday evening and spoke with Keith. He was very sympathetic, professional and made me feel very comfortable that our cat Pickles, would be handled with care. Keith is very kind and very genuine. I felt confident that Pickles was handled with care as Keith stays in constant communication. Dear Pet Memorial Park makes the death of our loving pet so easy. They come to you, go over your wishes for pet, transport, and bring your pet to you if you preferred cremation. Losing a pet isn’t easy but they truly make the process very easy and quick. Keith Cohen was everything we needed him to be. Prompt, courteous, sympathic. Dolly died at 11:30 PM while my granddaughters were asleep and Keith arranged his schedule to pick her up at 1:00 PM the next day before they got home from school. Highly Recommended.Our cat "Mama" unexpectedly passed away. She was sick and in palliative care for cancer, but had been doing well so we weren't expecting her to pass when she did.We had contacted a well-known local company that does pet euthanasia at your home, to set up an account for when the time came. Since Mama passed on her own we didn't need their euthanasia services, but I called them to see if they could pick her up for cremation, since that is one of the other services they offer. I mentioned that our cat had just died 20 minutes earlier. While the person I spoke with at the euthanasia company was polite and knowledgeable, they could not pick up our cat until the next day. But what struck me is that the person never expressed a single condolence for our cat or our loss. I know these are all businesses but a little empathy in a business dealing with grieving pet owners would have been appreciated.Fortunately, I ran across reviews for Dear Pet Memorial Park and Keith. Keith was very kind and very empathetic to our cat's passing, and was available to pick her up in only a couple of hours. He then brought her ashes back to us a few days later. He made a terrible situation so much easier with his kindness. Keep it up, Keith, and thank you.

I recently lost my fur baby on May 23rd & I searched high and low for the best pet cremation to handle her properly. I came across multiple companies who gave ridiculous prices & with not so friendly employees but literally my last hope was Dear Pet. Firstly, Keith offered his condolences (which other companies didn’t) and he is open 24/7. He went through the entire process of what would happen & the price of everything, (which is extremely affordable) and he also has pick up & delivery for the remains with the time estimate for when he arrives. Honestly if you’re looking for someone to handle your fur baby with care & professionalism, I 100% recommend Keith. Thank you so much for helping my family & I handle such a difficult situation.

My brother and sister-in-law lost their sweet pup very late on a Sunday night. I went right over to check in on them and they were so grief stricken I wanted to help ease the burden. After reaching out to several individuals the Vet ER recommended I call Keith at Dear Pet. At 11:15pm he answered my call and told me he'd immediately be on his way to us even though we were 45 minutes away. He was so caring and compassionate and explained the process, costs and next steps to me. By 12:15am he arrived at my brother's home where he kindly discussed the process and allowed them as much time as they needed to say goodbye. He immediately drove to the crematorium where he called me and kept in contact the whole time to let me know the sweet pup was safely delivered and was scheduled for services in the morning. Within 48 hours he called exactly as he told us he would and scheduled returning her remains to them with the additional extras we had requested. Keith's compassion, kindness, caring and understanding were exactly what was needed at such a difficult and sad time for my brother and sister-in-law. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who has to bear this unfortunate loss in their lives to help bring you peace and closure with such professionalism and attentiveness.

There are not enough stars or words to express our experience with “Dear Pet Memorial Park”. Our fur baby Winston passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the end of February. He was the love of our lives, and we are beyond devastated. Our Vet that we love and trust recommended a place she has always referred and used personally for crematory arrangements. We went online to research them and discovered that they changed ownership in 2020 and the reviews were HORRIBLE!!! Our Vet had no idea they changed ownership and was so disappointed. We were already so upset dealing with the loss of our baby, and this only added to our stress. We decided to do a google search and we were so fortunate to find “Dear Pet Memorial Park”. After reading and crying over numerous 5-star reviews, my husband and I called, and spoke to Keith, the owner. Keith was extremely compassionate and caring. He answered all our questions and was a real comfort to us. Neither of us were familiar with the cremation process and were very nervous. Keith completely put us at ease. He took care of everything from coordinating with our vet, to personally meeting us just two days later to bring our baby home. We believe Keith is an Angel. There aren’t enough words that I can say to thank Keith for helping my husband and I through the absolute worst time in our lives. He truly cares about his clients and has a beautiful soul. Back in October of 2023, our family Chocolate Lab, Athena passed in a very tragic way. With my teenage daughter driving, the car hydroplaned and our beloved Athena was thrown into traffic. This accident and everthing that followed was absolutely horrific. Dealing with Keith was the "smoothest" part. He helped us during a time of turmoil that cannot be truly expressed with words. He immediately made himself available for the pick-up of Athena, and he was well beyond patient and understanding as it was so, so hard for us to say goodbye to what was left of our beautiful Athena. Our interactions on the phone and in-person, both for pick-up and drop-off were well beyond as "good" as one could expect. Keith is an angel 😇.The only reason it's taken this long for my review was because I simply could not write about the incident. It's haunting. But I absolutely had and very much wanted to be sure to leave a review for DEAR PET MEMORIAL PARK. I would highly recommend.

We lost our beloved almost 19 year old cat Saturday morning. We called many places and none were open/didn’t answer/wanted us to bring him in. Sadly I just recently lost my best friend.. my road dog.. my boy.. my family.. my Rocco..He was always by my side for 16 years.. My beautiful Onyx passed away so suddenly on Friday April 1st 2022 and not knowing where or who to turn to, we discovered Dear Pet and spoke with Keith, at around 2am he answered all questions and was so very comforting during our heart break. Keith came out within the hour to get our baby Onyx with no rush to say farewell, he shared with us beautiful stories of his mom and the pets he has had throughout his life, which was very comforting. Keith is the guardian of Rainbow Bridge and so sympathetic to our situation and I could see in his eyes the empathy and compassion he felt. Today is April 5 and he brought my Onyx back home, still with such a compassionate , understanding attitude about him. His eyes say it all! I highly recommend Dear Pet and especially Keith during the heartbreaking times, a gentle soul filled with compassion was exactly what we needed to help us . He was so gentle with my Onyx when the time came to let him go he even called when he got back to his destination to let us know Onyx was safe all requests were honored. Let me start by saying to anybody who has experienced a loss of a pet, I am truly sorry :(It is such a hard thing to deal with, even worse when it is unexpected and you have no plans for the moment. That is where I found myself. Within 5 days of seeing our vet, our 9 year old pitbull had passed away. We didn't have a plan and furthermore, it was 5:45 pm and all of the vets were closed.I found Dear Pet Memorial, called and spoke to Keith.From the start the finish, he was great. I cried on the phone and he just took his time and let me get my words together. He came to my home within 1 hour of reaching out , let us spend some final time with our girl and then let my son load her into his car.He offered to call me when he got to the facility but I asked him to just text me because I knew I would be upset.No problem, he texted me when he got there to let me know they were safe. He kept me updated with the process of going to crematory, picking my dog up and even dropped her back off to my house 2 days later.I got a letter in the mail last week from him giving his sympathy for our loss.10 stars if I could...thank you again Keith.

My sweet cat Halo died suddenly on Christmas Day. We looked up places and came across Dear Pet and called 12/26 and spoke to Keith. There are no words to describe how incredibly kind and compassionate he was and how much he help us get through the the whole process. We were so beyond distraught and it was so hard to think about everything we needed to do to have her cremated. He was at our home to pick her up about an hour after our first initial call. He immediately offered us words of comfort. When he picked our Halo up he was so gentle putting her into his van and just continued to offer my husband and I comfort. He returned her ashes to us a day earlier than we expected and it was done beautifully. We had gotten her paw without the shadow box and when we received it we changed our minds and wanted the shadow box. We called Keith who immediately came and got the paw print that was in clay and we had the shadow box by the next day. Not once while calling him did I get his voicemail, he answered every single time I called and he also answered every single question and never made me feel like I may be bothering him. Dear Pet was an amazing experience. I lost a cat that had been a pet for over 15 years on 4th of July this year. Since it was my first time dealing with something like this I was unsure of what to do. I stumbled across Keith and Dear Pet and he was incredible. We unexpectedly lost our fur baby Winston last night. He was inpatient in the emergency hospital when we were called with the devastating news. At a time when we weren’t sure what our next steps should be, I spoke to Keith and he assured me that he would pick up Winston from the hospital in the morning and take care of everything. He drove a distance today to pick him up and then drove over 45 minutes to our house to pick up Winston’s blanket, pillow and toys to be buried with him. Later in the day, Keith met us at the pet burial area where we were able to say our goodbyes. It takes a special person to do this job and Keith was very attentive and helpful during this most difficult process. It is comforting to know that Winston is resting in such a beautiful park. I can not thank Keith enough for taking special care of our Gus when he passed. No one ever thinks of what to do if an animal passes at home, unexpectedly. We found ourselves in this very situation early Saturday morning. While trying to console my daughter, I had to find someone to help. I reached out to Dear Pet and had a wonderful conversation with Keith. He was at our house within 30 minutes to pick up Gus. Never in a million years would I expect this type of service early on Saturday. It is so reassuring to know that there are still good people in the world. When my nine-and-a-half year old pet bunny, Mocha, passed away at home, I wasn’t sure what to do. It was the first time that a pet did not pass at the Vet’s. Dear Pet Memorial Park was nearby and all the reviews were amazing. So, I called in the morning. Keith answered right away and he sounded so nice. I’m not one to usually review but I had to write a little something about our experience with Dear Pet. We lost our beloved cat Stig unexpectedly at home late Friday night. We were so upset and unsure of what to do with our little buddy’s body as we have a puppy and a newborn in the house . Highly Recommended.Our cat "Mama" unexpectedly passed away. She was sick and in palliative care for cancer, but had been doing well so we weren't expecting her to pass when she did.We had contacted a well-known local company that does pet euthanasia at your home, to set up an account for when the time came. Since Mama passed on her own we didn't need their euthanasia services, but I called them to see if they could pick her up for cremation, since that is one of the other services they offer. I mentioned that our cat had just died 20 minutes earlier. While the person I spoke with at the euthanasia company was polite and knowledgeable, they could not pick up our cat until the next day. But what struck me is that the person never expressed a single condolence for our cat or our loss. I know these are all businesses but a little empathy in a business dealing with grieving pet owners would have been appreciated.Fortunately, I ran across reviews for Dear Pet Memorial Park and Keith. Keith was very kind and very empathetic to our cat's passing, and was available to pick her up in only a couple of hours. He then brought her ashes back to us a few days later. He made a terrible situation so much easier with his kindness. Keep it up, Keith, and thank you.

I recently lost my fur baby on May 23rd & I searched high and low for the best pet cremation to handle her properly. I came across multiple companies who gave ridiculous prices & with not so friendly employees but literally my last hope was Dear Pet. Firstly, Keith offered his condolences (which other companies didn’t) and he is open 24/7. He went through the entire process of what would happen & the price of everything, (which is extremely affordable) and he also has pick up & delivery for the remains with the time estimate for when he arrives. My brother and sister-in-law lost their sweet pup very late on a Sunday night. I went right over to check in on them and they were so grief stricken I wanted to help ease the burden. After reaching out to several individuals the Vet ER recommended I call Keith at Dear Pet. At 11:15pm he answered my call and told me he'd immediately be on his way to us even though we were 45 minutes away. He was so caring and compassionate and explained the process, costs and next steps to me. By 12:15am he arrived at my brother's home where he kindly discussed the process and allowed them as much time as they needed to say goodbye. He immediately drove to the crematorium where he called me and kept in contact the whole time to let me know the sweet pup was safely delivered and was scheduled for services in the morning. Within 48 hours he called exactly as he told us he would and scheduled returning her remains to them with the additional extras we had requested. Keith's compassion, kindness, caring and understanding were exactly what was needed at such a difficult and sad time for my brother and sister-in-law. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who has to bear this unfortunate loss in their lives to help bring you peace and closure with such professionalism and attentiveness.

There are not enough stars or words to express our experience with “Dear Pet Memorial Park”. Our fur baby Winston passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the end of February. He was the love of our lives, and we are beyond devastated. Our Vet that we love and trust recommended a place she has always referred and used personally for crematory arrangements. We went online to research them and discovered that they changed ownership in 2020 and the reviews were HORRIBLE!!! Our Vet had no idea they changed ownership and was so disappointed. We were already so upset dealing with the loss of our baby, and this only added to our stress. We decided to do a google search and we were so fortunate to find “Dear Pet Memorial Park”. After reading and crying over numerous 5-star reviews, my husband and I called, and spoke to Keith, the owner. Keith was extremely compassionate and caring. He answered all our questions and was a real comfort to us. Neither of us were familiar with the cremation process and were very nervous. Keith completely put us at ease. He took care of everything from coordinating with our vet, to personally meeting us just two days later to bring our baby home. We believe Keith is an Angel. There aren’t enough words that I can say to thank Keith for helping my husband and I through the absolute worst time in our lives. He truly cares about his clients and has a beautiful soul. My pet cat passed at home in the wee hours of the morning. I called Dear Pet memorial waking up the owner’s son Keith. He was so gracious and kind. Keith picked up my cat preciously when he said he would be there and he personally came back with her ashes 2 days later, Delivered in a beautiful mahogany box with her name inscribed in gold.Besides outstanding service, Dear Pet Memorial Park was much less expensive then their competition. I called up another cremation service and they were going to charge $100 more for pick up and delivery, where Keith did it for free, as part of his service.Excellent service, kind, reasonable prices . I'd rate five more stars if I could. You cannot imagine how much of the heartbreak of losing our beloved cat/friend of eighteen years was softened by the arrival to our home of a total stranger, Keith, and the super-professional way he handled the carcass, and his sincere sympathies to my wife and daughter, who were devastated. He returned in a mere three days with the cremated ashes in a beautiful mahogany box with the name "Frosty", our cat. We never had to leave the house! And at a very, very reasonable price, comparatively speaking. I'd very strongly recommend this Dear Pet to anyone who's lost a loved pet.

My beautiful Onyx passed away so suddenly on Friday April 1st 2022 and not knowing where or who to turn to, we discovered Dear Pet and spoke with Keith, at around 2am he answered all questions and was so very comforting during our heart break. Keith came out within the hour to get our baby Onyx with no rush to say farewell, he shared with us beautiful stories of his mom and the pets he has had throughout his life, which was very comforting. Keith is the guardian of Rainbow Bridge and so sympathetic to our situation and I could see in his eyes the empathy and compassion he felt. Today is April 5 and he brought my Onyx back home, still with such a compassionate , understanding attitude about him. His eyes say it all! I highly recommend Dear Pet and especially Keith during the heartbreaking times, a gentle soul filled with compassion was exactly what we needed to help us . He was so gentle with my Onyx when the time came to let him go he even called when he got back to his destination to let us know Onyx was safe all requests were honored. Let me start by saying to anybody who has experienced a loss of a pet, I am truly sorry :(It is such a hard thing to deal with, even worse when it is unexpected and you have no plans for the moment. That is where I found myself. Within 5 days of seeing our vet, our 9 year old pitbull had passed away. We didn't have a plan and furthermore, it was 5:45 pm and all of the vets were closed.I found Dear Pet Memorial, called and spoke to Keith.From the start the finish, he was great. I cried on the phone and he just took his time and let me get my words together. He came to my home within 1 hour of reaching out , let us spend some final time with our girl and then let my son load her into his car.He offered to call me when he got to the facility but I asked him to just text me because I knew I would be upset.No problem, he texted me when he got there to let me know they were safe. He kept me updated with the process of going to crematory, picking my dog up and even dropped her back off to my house 2 days later.I got a letter in the mail last week from him giving his sympathy for our loss.10 stars if I could...thank you again Keith.

My sweet cat Halo died suddenly on Christmas Day. We looked up places and came across Dear Pet and called 12/26 and spoke to Keith. There are no words to describe how incredibly kind and compassionate he was and how much he help us get through the the whole process. We were so beyond distraught and it was so hard to think about everything we needed to do to have her cremated. He was at our home to pick her up about an hour after our first initial call. He immediately offered us words of comfort. When he picked our Halo up he was so gentle putting her into his van and just continued to offer my husband and I comfort. He returned her ashes to us a day earlier than we expected and it was done beautifully. We had gotten her paw without the shadow box and when we received it we changed our minds and wanted the shadow box. We called Keith who immediately came and got the paw print that was in clay and we had the shadow box by the next day. Not once while calling him did I get his voicemail, he answered every single time I called and he also answered every single question and never made me feel like I may be bothering him. Dear Pet was an amazing experience. I lost a cat that had been a pet for over 15 years on 4th of July this year. Since it was my first time dealing with something like this I was unsure of what to do. I stumbled across Keith and Dear Pet and he was incredible. On Tuesday, our beloved cat, Thor, passed away after 17 good years of life. On Thursday, we contacted several different organizations seeking information about pet cremation. While a number responded to our inquiries, it was clear from our very first exchange that Dear Pet Memorial Park (DPMP) was different. Keith provided us with options, and once we had decided to move forward with DPMP, he came over to pick up Thor. Keith has been a godsend. He has been very transparent about what to expect and when to expect it, and he has always been available to answer questions. Thor’s remains are now back with us—less than 4 days after his spirit left us and less than 2 days after we left him in DPMP’s hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience despite moving through a difficult time. Thank you, Keith and DPMP for your compassion and care. It means a lot to us, and we will never forget it.

Keith and Harvey at Dear Pet Memorial Park made an extremely difficult time easier to bear. When my families beloved pekingese Mocha died after 15 1/2 years of loving companionship, we were searching for a cemetery for her as we did not want to cremate her. The first establishment that we came across that actually offered burial (in Bala Cynwood) was cold, unsympathetic, and the receptionist wasn't knowledgeable of the services offered. However, Harvey and Keith were both very empathetic, understanding and patient. Keith postponed the pickup appointment to allow us additional time to find a beautiful new dress and flowers for my fur babies burial. He also gave us additional time with her before taking her away, so that we could prepare her and have a short service. The cemetery was clean and the grounds were well kept, Keith even allowed me to place the first shovel of dirt upon her casket. At every turn, they were caring, and reminded us that there was no rush. I truly appreciate the way that they handled my Mocha, and the way that they treated my family during our time of bereavement. I would most certainly recommend Dear Pet Memorial Park for anyone who has lost a pet.

My cat Mr Midnight passed very suddenly at just the age of four so you can imagine how much of a shock this was for my family and I. Keith was extremely sympathetic throughout the whole process and even showed up at my doorstop late at night in frigid temperatures to collect my boy for me and was extremely understanding when I was too uncomfortable to see the body to take him out of the box for him. He again stopped by to drop him off and again shared his sympathies for my loss and even shared why he does what he does which I really loved to hear. I’m not one to usually review but I had to write a little something about our experience with Dear Pet. We lost our beloved cat Stig unexpectedly at home late Friday night. We were so upset and unsure of what to do with our little buddy’s body as we have a puppy and a newborn in the house . My pet cat passed at home in the wee hours of the morning. I called Dear Pet memorial waking up the owner’s son Keith. He was so gracious and kind. Keith picked up my cat preciously when he said he would be there and he personally came back with her ashes 2 days later, Delivered in a beautiful mahogany box with her name inscribed in gold.Besides outstanding service, Dear Pet Memorial Park was much less expensive then their competition. I called up another cremation service and they were going to charge $100 more for pick up and delivery, where Keith did it for free, as part of his service.Excellent service, kind, reasonable prices . Keith and his staff could not have been any more compassionate, attentive, flexible, understanding, empathetic, and the list could go on. He was there for us at an unplanned last minute moment. We are so grateful that our dog is in a final resting place that is beautiful, calm and peaceful. And somewhere we can find comfort in visiting.

On Tuesday, our beloved cat, Thor, passed away after 17 good years of life. On Thursday, we contacted several different organizations seeking information about pet cremation. While a number responded to our inquiries, it was clear from our very first exchange that Dear Pet Memorial Park (DPMP) was different. Keith provided us with options, and once we had decided to move forward with DPMP, he came over to pick up Thor. Keith has been a godsend. He has been very transparent about what to expect and when to expect it, and he has always been available to answer questions. Thor’s remains are now back with us—less than 4 days after his spirit left us and less than 2 days after we left him in DPMP’s hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience despite moving through a difficult time. Thank you, Keith and DPMP for your compassion and care. It means a lot to us, and we will never forget it.

Keith and Harvey at Dear Pet Memorial Park made an extremely difficult time easier to bear. When my families beloved pekingese Mocha died after 15 1/2 years of loving companionship, we were searching for a cemetery for her as we did not want to cremate her. The first establishment that we came across that actually offered burial (in Bala Cynwood) was cold, unsympathetic, and the receptionist wasn't knowledgeable of the services offered. However, Harvey and Keith were both very empathetic, understanding and patient. Keith postponed the pickup appointment to allow us additional time to find a beautiful new dress and flowers for my fur babies burial. He also gave us additional time with her before taking her away, so that we could prepare her and have a short service. The cemetery was clean and the grounds were well kept, Keith even allowed me to place the first shovel of dirt upon her casket. At every turn, they were caring, and reminded us that there was no rush. I truly appreciate the way that they handled my Mocha, and the way that they treated my family during our time of bereavement. I would most certainly recommend Dear Pet Memorial Park for anyone who has lost a pet.

Keith Cohen was very friendly and supportive with helping us get our rabbit Penny’s ashes immediately after her passing. He answered right away and provided support and sympathy to my fiancé and I. He also was willing to travel a further distance to help us. He came to pick Penny up within an hour of our first phone call and followed up with us immediately after to inform us of the next steps. I would definitely recommend them!!

My cat Mr Midnight passed very suddenly at just the age of four so you can imagine how much of a shock this was for my family and I. Keith was extremely sympathetic throughout the whole process and even showed up at my doorstop late at night in frigid temperatures to collect my boy for me and was extremely understanding when I was too uncomfortable to see the body to take him out of the box for him. He again stopped by to drop him off and again shared his sympathies for my loss and even shared why he does what he does which I really loved to hear. Keith is an incredibly sweet person and I can’t help but thank him enough for bringing my family and I this closure for my boy. (P.S the box you receive your pet’s ashes in is extremely beautiful and honestly brought tears to my eyes when I actually saw my boy’s name engraved into it).

Keith was very kind and understanding. He showed up late at night with no problem. I really appreciated that he came out that late because I have kids in the house and I didn't want them to see their dog like that.I highly recommend them and will use his service again if the unfortunate event happens.

Our beloved Jesse, a young 10 years old, crossed the rainbow bridge New Year’s Day. It was completely unexpected, he never woke up that morning 🥲. To say we were shocked and devestated is an understatement!! I called Dear Pet at 7 am and Keith answered the call promptly and was here to collect our precious pup within the hour. He made the challenging, heart-breaking experience much more tolerable. He delivered Jesse’s remains in a timely, professional manner as well. I had a great experience with Keith, who works for Dear Pet. He was extremely helpful.. he came to my home within an hour of me calling to start the cremation process and picked up our cat Bella. He was very caring as well. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dear Pet memorial (under the worst circumstances) was amazing . I had started with a nightmare of a company who did not show up ( for cremation )for 6 hours I called Keith (dear pet memorial)he was immediately available for pickup and in less then a hour was able to pick up my Theo . My best friend (Gordo) passed away on my way from Raleigh to Boston. It was a Saturday afternoon around 4 and we did not know who to call, agree several phone calls with nearby funeral homes we called Dear Pet Memorial and they were the only ones who actually cared and went beyond to help me figure everything out and make me feel a little bit better in this awful moment.Heh came all the way to to pick up my dog, help me with all the information and send me photos and keep me updated about this painful process.I felt blessed to find them.
