2021 was an unfortunate year for me and my fiancé. We suddenly lost our precious fur baby who was only 1 year and 5 months. It was devestating for us and our first time ever losing a pet. Pet Angel (and Dr. Heba) came over to our home the same day to help us part with him. They made us a little paw print, shaved some of his soft fur, and lovingly wrapped him in a blanket / basket. It was the hardest day of our lives and they helped ease some of the burden. We received our fur baby’s ashes nearly a week later. The gray urn was engraved with his beautiful name. They also sent a sympathy card that was very sweet of them. Whenever I had a question they were quick to respond to my emails. The service experience felt personalized and genuine.A few months later and our 5 month year old kitten was diagnosed with the wet form of FIP and died the same day we found out. It was another very tough loss for us. I had the vet switch the crematory to Pet Angel because I knew I could trust them with my fur baby’s body. I also knew the turnaround time was faster (others say it could take more than 3 weeks). They brought our baby back to us within 2 weeks of obtaining him. It would have been sooner, but they knew I had family visiting and scheduled accordingly. My little boy got a matching urn to his big brother. I only hope they are together wherever they may be.Overall, their service let us mourn without having to worry too much on the cremation arrangement. I wish the universe hadn’t forced this on us twice, but I’m glad that Dr. Heba and Pet Angel were there to help.

I used Pet Angel services last Summer when our lionhead bunny Olivia suddenly passed. They were very compassionate and understanding, and came quickly to collect her body since I couldn’t bring myself to handle her. They hand delivered her cremains about 2 weeks later in a nice little box, complete with the urn I chose and resources about how to deal with grief. I would recommend Pet Angel to anyone that wants to send their fur baby to Rainbow Bridge with dignity and compassion.

I want to first thank you for being so caring, patient and professional. The service from beginning to end was more than I could ask for during this tough time. My Minka was my baby. She was with me all of the time and it hurt me so much to lose her so sudden and unexpectedly. You were so kind to me when you came to retrieve her. You took time out to listen and comfort me. When I followed up later in the week you responded immediately and was even able to bring Minka back to me within 6 days. Everything looks so beautiful! I felt peace in my heart. I knew I had placed her in great hands until she was able to return to me. I highly recommend your services. Thank you for the care you show to our loving pets.

We lost our Gabby, who would have been 16 years old Tuesday February 8th 😔🐾💔 She was such a good dog. She passed peacefully at home on Jan 23rd. I didn’t even know where to begin because I wasn’t mentally prepared to say goodbye. I was given a few recommendations but I decided to search myself. I can across Pet Angels and felt at ease. They made the process much easier then I was expecting. From picking up Gabby and delivering her back within 10 days. They were great! I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service! I can't tell you how thankful I am for the incredible service and response time Pet Angel has provided. I Found my sweet Maui had passed on overnight and within an hour they were there to help arrange everything I needed. Today, he came home beautifully, and carefully arranged. I will never forget them, and will be trusting them with the care of my pets in the future.

We were devastated when our 110lb dog died unexpectedly one morning. I did a quick Google search of cremation services. Since my husband was at work when she passed, it would have been too hard for me to get our girl Ruby in to a vehicle to take her anywhere. Pet Angel came out to our house within 2 hours of my calling. They were professional, kind, polite, and caring. They had her ashes home within a week delivered back to us. She came home in a beautiful wooden carved urn with a plaque and certificate. This company made dealing with her loss so much less stressful. I felt like she was in great hands the whole time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs pet cremation services and is looking for a company that will exceed expectations. My heart dog passed suddenly unexpectedly and he weighed 100 lbs and we didn’t know what to do. A neighbor of ours recommended Pet Angel Cremation Services, so I called and they were very responsive they came picked up my dog and returned him to me after he has was cremated. They were polite and respectful of the situation highly recommended.

My fur baby Rylee died on 6/6/2022. She was part of our family for 10 years. She had gotten sick and passed away on our living room floor. My family and I were extremely distraught over this and did not know what to do or who to call. I found Pet Angels on the internet and called them. They came out and took care of everything. They were professional, empathetic and I knew right away they would take care of our baby. They delivered her ashes today and we are very happy with everything they did. I highly recommend their services, they really helped us in our time of need and they treated us like we were family. Though this was a very sad time for us, not having to worry about anything helped us heal.

Adam made the experience great and they took care of everything from picking her up and delivering her back to us. Loss is hard but it helps having a service like this to help make things a little easier. My sweet Ginger is back home with us now. I would recommend this company a million times over.

Our dog passed away unexpectedly overnight. 10+ years ago I had to take my pet to be cremated myself. As if being sad and emotional isn’t enough, add the difficult task of locating something to carry your dear pet. Fast forward to 2022 and I find Pet Angel. Their website was clear, concise and provided options that met our needs. Meaning: home pick up on a weekend 24/7 at a competitive fee, private cremation and a choice of a tasteful vessel. A kind young woman answered the phone with the respect and tone previous reserved for people only. I wish I remembered her name, ugh. The usually uncomfortable financial portion was made easier by texted link. Completed in less than 5 minutes and pick up arranged for within 2 hours. Adam arrived on time and treated our lovely boy and family with reverence and respect. He gently placed our dear boy in a tasteful cloth receptacle, light grey in color with the Pet Angel logo. Adam carried him to his vehicle as if our boy was his own. He provided a card with contact info in the event we needed anything else. Adam inquired how we wanted to be contacted when our guy was ready to come home. We were contacted and drop off (yes, drop off) arrangements were made. Our boy arrived home in a tasteful bamboo box with his name engraved on a metal plaque. We are very pleased with the quality of service and product received. We have already recommended Pet Angel to friends facing the same situation.

Thank you to mr.adam and the pet angel cremation service for their helping us with the loss of our cat that we had for 16 years. My beautiful girl, Littles passed away at home.It was a long tough day. When she took her last breath, I was relieved that she was not suffering ever again. Adam from Pet Angel responded right away. She was picked up shortly after. What a caring business, to help a family in such need.Littles' ashes arrived just 6 days later, in a lovely carved wooden box.Adam even texted later to make sure we were satisfied (ugh). Great place to deal with, during a very sad time. Thank you, Adam and Pet Angel.

My cat recently passed away. Pet Angel Cremation Services did a great job helping with what to do. I was told I would get her ashes back in 14 days but I received them even sooner (6 days later). I will definitely use them again with future pets.

Pet Angel Cremation has been a god send to our family! When our little dog passed away on a Sunday , they came within an hr to pick him up. This definitely ease our minds and our broken heart! My cat passed away suddenly and I didn't know what to do. Pet Angel came out to my house late at night and picked him up. The man who picked him up was very sincere and said he was sorry for my loss. I wanted him cremated and returned to me. Pet Angel sent me an email with his tracking number and then followed up with me. They are the best, and I definitely recommend them!

Our 11 year old pug Rocky died within a week of being diagnosed with Cancer. It was the day after Thanksgiving, I could not reach our Vet. Rocky was our first pup to die at home and I wasn’t sure what to do next. Finding Pet Angel was divine intervention. The kindness and compassion I felt on first contact was only greater felt when I handed our little guy over. Words can not express the comfort our family felt during this difficult time. In addition the process from first contact until Rocky was returned to us was so easy!Eternally grateful that we found Pet Angel!

Didi passed late on Saturday night and Adam came right out to pick him up. If you have a pet it's a service that you don't think about until the time comes and I'm so glad I went with Pet Angel. Thank you for taking such good care of my little buddy.2/3/2022I wasn't able to write a second review so I am adding this to my original. Max passed away on 1/17. Adam was out within about an hour to pick him up. Handled him with the utmost respect and care. We got Max back a few days ago and I cannot recommend this service enough. I would recommend this extraordinary service to anyone who has lost a furry family member. The staff was extremely kind and courteous during this most difficult, heartbreaking time.She was picked up very quickly, I was offered a sincere bit of sympathy from the driver and shortly afterI received my pet's ashes back in a gorgeous urn, which came wrapped in a beautiful velvet bag, along with a bit of her fur.Pet Angel cremation made a time of loss a lot easier and I am so thankful to have chosen them....

I couldn't have had a better experience in such a difficult time. Adam was so sensitive to the pain my family and I were experiencing following the death of our 15 year old cat. He was at our house in an hour to pick up our little man. When our Riley was cremated and ready to be dropped off, Adam sent the most beautiful text saying that Riley was ready to come back home. The clay paw print was very well done and is a beautiful tribute to our cat.

Pet Angel Cremation is truly amazing. My Yorkie of 15 years died on July 28, 2021. And i did not know what to do but these people made me feel good you call them and they come out right away very professional. And once your dog has been cremated they will let you know. I’m gonna put this news on social media for anyone that has a dog and it passes away these are the people you need to call. God bless them for the work they do.

Our Pet Dog Nubbins past on 6/30/2021 we called Pet Angel they were very respectful and came out to pick him up right away when his cremation was done they texted right away and brought him home they were very respectful and did everything they said they would do we are very happy with them and would highly recommend them for anybody that wants there pet taken care of with respect Thank You again
