Our family had two family members die within a month of each other. As unrelated man had my sister in law cremated with 2 days of her death. My brother in law died not quite 30 days later. When the family found out, we reached out to the crematorium but instead of talking with the family, the funeral home contacted the unrelated man and had him call the family! Her mother is still alive and can’t get anything from this establishment. It is a sad day when a mother is turned away because of this Funeral Homes association with this man. We are at this time exploring our legal options. I do not recommend this establishment!

I have used Loveland for my dad and grandmother. Ian is who I have mostly worked with and he does a very good job ensuring everything goes smoothly while you grieve. When I had to use Loveland for my grandmother last September, the newer gentleman working there ( sorry I forgot your name) who was shadowing Ian did a great job as well. Thank you so much for what you do for this community.

My husband and I’s dog passed away early this morning and we were told this place does pet cremation. The woman that met us at the main entrance was very insensitive to my friend and I when we were dropping off my dog. She wasn’t very personable or polite. It kind of made this day a hit harder. However, the man that helped get my dog out of the car was super helpful and sweet. He gave my friend and I another moment alone with our beloved fur baby before taking him away.I’d also like to note, this place does not do paw prints for your pets. I found this shocking, as every other place I’ve researched offers this to pets’ parents. So if you want a paw print of your fur baby, make sure you bring supplies with you or do it before you take them there! This should really be something you guys offer to your customers as a keepsake.

During this difficult time you need peace of mind knowing your loved one is being taken care of while final preparations are made. I want to thank Ian who worked so hard and diligently to make sure our requests no matter how silly were met. He communicated every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and understood things while showing us compassion and understanding. My brother had a wonderful send off. As a family that attended from across the globe in person and on live stream, we felt we all got what we needed to start the closure process. My big bro would have loved his service and I’m sure he was air dapping Ian throughout it. Thank you Ian, Dayton and Lovelands, - Melanie and Family
