We picked up our dog's ashes today, and we were impressed by the beautiful wooden box they placed her in. We were also surprised to receive an impression of her paw print. It meant so much to us. Thank you for handling everything so nicely and respectively.

These people are so incredibly kind. They did such a nice job with my boy. They actually care. He’s in a beautiful box. They even brought him out to the car for me and gave me a hug while I cried. Above and beyond. ❤️

The clay prints were very unprofessional looking and poorly formed. We received 2 because the first was not recognizable as a print and the second was not much better. The material just seemed like air dry clay that was carelessly cut into circles with our pet's name scribbled on the back. The "good" print had matted clumps of fur in it which was super upsetting for us (especially because they didn't cremate our pet until a week and a half after she died). We'll be using a different business for future cremations. Very upset about the lack of care.

Eric at Horizon Pet Cremation was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to find the right time to stop by over the course of this last week. He was very sweet - and I appreciate the ink paw pad, and the very beautiful box that my kitty was put in. Thanks for making a very difficult thing, as soft and acceptable as possible, Eric.

I don't have words to describe how amazing these people are. My best friend and partner for 15 years finally lost his fight and I was indescribably broken about it. Eric not only took care of everything but, went out of his way to go above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for the furry family we are graced with. Even after we move, I personally, will make the drive back to Bend. These people care far more than I can say.Eric you are an amazing human being and forever now a friend.

Highly recommend. My cat Sassy passed away in the morning Sunday 11/01 and I was able to bring her in that afternoon.She was ready for me to pick her up on 11/07. Eric was very helpful and had great customer service.

When you are grieving the loss of a pet, you’re not grieving an animal but a loved one, a family member. We lost our sweet cockatiel Eliza on December 22nd. I was beside myself. I have had her for 14 years and 6 months. She experienced a lot of life with me and shared a lot of memories together. She was my child. I was beyond devasted. We called Horizon Pet Cremation and they came within hours to pick her up from our home. I was treated with respect, kindness, compassion and so was my beloved pet from when I opened the door to when it was time to pick her up. She was cremated on Dec 26th. A prefer a private cremation to know that I will only have my cherished pet. I recommend this business because they showed compassion, empathy and respect which I truly appreciate. Thank you so much for showing respect and care to my sweet Eliza. Although I wish she was still here with us, I am so happy to have her back home.

Called several times during business hours and the phone went straight to voicemail, left a message and no one got back to me. In a time of emotional distress with my dog passing away you think a place like this would be on top of things. Will never recommend you guys!

Eric was so kind and helpful after we lost our sweet pup Ben unexpectedly.He even answered the phone after hours when I was concerned that there was a misunderstanding at the vet. Eric reassured me that Ben was in good hands and that he was being told we love him often. I am forever thankful for Eric and the rest of the horizon team.

My experience with HPC was amazing. From the initial phone call and onward they have been courteous and professional. In particular, Eric was great and went out of his way to take care of my cremation needs. After seeing the process, I have a new respect and understanding for what it takes to get the job done in a respectful way.It is obviously an emotional event having to use HPC, and I appreciated how Eric handled everything. I would highly recommend their services.

These people are wonderful! They were amazing with our sons dog! They even took him on a Sunday later in the evening! The box they put his ashes in is beautiful and the card was a very nice gesture. They made losing our sons first dog a little more bearable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has lost a beloved pet.Thank you so much for your compassion and amazing job you do!

4/5Losing a pet is hard. I knocked a star because I was never contacted that my dog was ready to be returned. The date on the card says he was cremated on the 25th and I called on the 27th. (for reference he was dropped off on the 20th, with about 30 other pets ahead of him, and they let us know it would be about a week)Otherwise, they were very respectful. I appreciate the boxed urn they returned his remains in, as well as the card. Nice people. I'd use their services and recommend them to anyone who has recently lost their pet.

I RECOMMEND NEVER COMING HERE!!!This was the worst experience I have ever had. I can not believe I brought my cat to this facility!!!When I brought my cat in the guy who helped me did not care about anything and literally talked about himself and his cat the entire time as I was CLEARLY upset! He did not give me any options or ask any questions. He never showed me examples or gave me a chance to ask what I wanted. The first thing he asked me was how I was going to pay and what my total was! After that a week and a half later I called MULTIPLE times and left messages asking where my cat was. Never did I get a call back. I called today as of 3 weeks later for the lady to tell me my cat has been ready! I explained to her my fusteration and all she had to say was that “I have the right to my own opinion and that my cat was ready, when will I pick her up” this was so upsetting and horrible service for a place to care about animals.I RECOMMEND NEVER COMING HERE!!!!I just picked my cat up and to see the card they placed in my bag dated that she was cremated on the 31st!!! That means they had my cat for 5 more days after cremation without even calling me!!!! What a horrible facility!!!I just wanted to add that I opened up the paw prints that they had made for me and you can’t even tell it’s a paw print. It looks like they tried it a few times and couldn’t get it right. I would be happy to share pictures with anyone!!! I am externally dissapointed I ever brought my cat here!!!! I can’t even express it enough.

Pretty disappointing. My doberman deceased (and was brought in on March 7th) and they didn't cremate her until the 17th. So she was sitting in there for 10 days.. It feels super disrespectful to my dobie and to myself who just lost a best friend.At the very least, they should have dated the box and card the same as decease date. For how long they've been in business, this should be a no brainer. I really hope the owners see this, so they can make some changes for future customers. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, and the least they could do is handle everything with tact, respect, and integrity.

Working Becky and Brian has made our experience of losing a beloved family member, Remy (a 12yo shephard mix) bearable. Remy passed in her sleep at home, we were not sure what to do and I had been referred to Horizon Pet Services. I called and Becky was very understanding and explained the process to me. They have a wonderful service of coming to pick up the deceased animal and what ever route you go, they are more helpful in walking through the process with you. Brian came and picked up Remy, in doing so he was very compassionate and respectful. Both of them made a very difficult day a little bit less difficult. Thank you for your help and care for Remy. They did a beautiful job of taking care of my dog after he passed. I was really anxious about picking up his ashes but the beautiful box fits very well in our house and the paw print they made is a great reminder of my lost fur baby.

The staff was very professional, and kind a compassionate with the loss of our fur baby. And were very helpful during our time of sorrow. We were very pleased with everything and will be sure to recommend them to all of our friends and family.
