The most heartbreaking part of loving a dog is when you have to say goodbye. It’s never an easy decision, and I am so thankful for all that loved our Lucy Lu and for Companions Forever Pet Cremation Services. When Lucy was diagnosed with Cancer, and only given a short amount of time, we were devastated. Even more so when we found out that due to COVID, our veterinary clinic couldn’t let us come in with her when it was time. Lucy is part of our family, we love her, and we are not going to let her go through this alone. I was so thankful when someone at my veterinary clinic referred me to Companions Forever. They took such good care of my Lucy and all of us, they were so kind, thoughtful, caring, and so very emphatic to what we were going through. This situation is not where anyone wants to be, but I am so glad that we found Companions Forever. We were also able to bring our baby girl home the same day. If I should ever be in this situation again, I know where we are going and I highly recommend Companions Forever Pet Cremation Services.

They have been a great service to my family of animals so much so I am a fourth time repeat customer they have cremated my cat Daisy, my forever baby boy ferret Kodo and my little girl ferret Nexus Nix along with my second son in my heart Russell Laboomafoo Eklund which was a ferret also but he was my emotional support animal so it hit me differently this time but they will all be forever missed and I plan on them all being buried with me when my time comes…Makes the hard times just a little bit better knowing about their services!Thanks George Eklund!

I originally wrote a poor review of this company, but, after talking with them and reconsidering, I have learned that they really are caring people.Be sure to realize when sending your instructions through the website, the 6 included urns WILL display a price until you actually finalize the order, then it will deduct that amount from your total. I didn't realize this until after I posted my review, thus this retraction and update.They were extremely apologetic, explaining that they are owned by a Canadian company and have tried to explain the confusion of the pricing so they could address it, but they have yet to do so.She offered a solution, took care of the situation and was sooooo helpful and sweet.I appreciate the compassion and help!I want to add a fifth star to this place, as when I went to pick up Kitty when she was ready, though the lady was on the phone as they were fairly busy, a gentleman came right out and helped me. He was very helpful, friendly and apologized for the situation with the website. You could tell they cared about what they did and wanted the best for the families of the pets they had to take care of.Thanks!

Companions is wonderful! My mama’s dog had to be put down a week ago and they were great! Everyone that works here is so nice and professional! Sebastian was truly honored he came back in a beautiful urn that was in a velvet bag and even his ashes were in a beautiful satin bag. We are truly so thankful for the staff at Companions and thankful to have our boy back in time for Thanksgiving!!

This place has been around the longest in the Tulsa area. They cremated my cat 8 1/2 years ago and treated her with the utmost respect. I was very pleased. They were very kind and respectful to all the clients I’ve seen go in there. They will even do a paw print and/or clip a lock of fur if requested.I even bought a necklace elsewhere, and they were willing to transfer the ashes for free for my dog that I even got cremated elsewhere. They offered before even knowing I was ever their client previously. They are just good people.

My vet arranged to have the cremation taken care of for my Maximus. The form she had was older and didn't have the current information, so they called me to double check before proceeding. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that called (even though he told me), but he was very nice and patient in explaining my options.This is something no pet owner wants to think about, but they made a difficult time just a little easier for us. I picked up Max's remains today, and they had included a pamphlet on grief, which was very thoughtful.

Companions Forever cremated our Ferret around 7 years ago and they were Amazing and helped us pick out the urn we wanted for our Very Loved and Missed Ardimus. We got a white heart with a paw print and his name and dates which is Beautiful!We are going back tomorrow to sadly cremate our blind duck.. We will Always come to This place because of how respectful and caring they are.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I am writing this review on the behalf of my elderly mother. Her beloved dog passed away a month ago this week. She has been calling the place of business every week to find out where the certificate of his passing was as well as the location to where his ashes are to be spread…she essentially got the run around. Finally this week she found out that he had just been cremated this past Friday. According to the employee they keep all the large dogs refrigerated until they have enough to do a mass cremation of all the dogs at once. I find this appalling treatment of beloved pet that was part of our family. Imagine a funeral home telling you that they hadn’t cremated your father because they were waiting on more deceased people to come in so they could cremate them in a large group. They shouldn’t do that to animals that trusting customers pay to have their pets properly cremated with respect. Even if this cremation process of large dogs doesn’t appall you..then the simple fact of them being dishonest for weeks as to what was really going on with my mothers dog should be enough to not do business with them. I suspect there is a lot of shady business practices going on there along with possible mistreatment of the deceased animals not being dealt with in a proper and respectful manner. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere to have your beloved pet put to rest.

My dog Karl died a couple years ago when I was in Korea. My elderly father called me at 10 pm his time to tell me the sad news. I made phone calls from Korea and found companions called them and they came out within a couple hours and picked up my dog and cremated him. Recently Christmas morning his companion my cat died and I called companions again. I drove my cat to them Christmas morning. The woman was kind and respectful. Its hard enough to loose your pet much less on Christmas. I would hope that everyone that reads this to keep in mind companions cremations. As far as the lady giving one star complaining about them not trolling the roads to look for dead pets should realize they are a business and it is not a write off to cremated for free. Gas cost money. Thank you Companions forever for your kindness.

How do they handle your beloved pet? They send them in mass to one of their contractors to be burned in mass. Even though you leave a voicemail and use their contact form. It costs you $82.00 for this loving treatment.

I had to put my 16 year old Lhasa Apso down on March 6, 2019. I was referred to Companions by a friend who also used their services.They were very patient, compassionate and prompt with the return of my baby girls ashes. It made the event easier for me because they were so wonderful to deal with. I recommend Companions Forever highly.

I had 2 babies cremated. The staff at Companions Forever made me feel comfortable with the process and was very sympathetic in the situation. Now I have another baby getting ready for cremation and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the process for my baby. Thank you.

The last few times I had to say goodbye forever I used this place. I was so upset that buddy came home and his urn barely had the name plate on it. It fell off and when I called about it I was told it should just stick back on. It didn't..I wasn't treated kindly and I was totally distraught. Before I was treated well and with compassion. They cremated 3 of my babies. Last time it was not compassionate or kind. They couldn't even put my boy's name on the urn. Or they wouldn't. It was hard enough to say goodbye forever. But they had no problem taking $300 dollars from me.

I am so grateful to these people who work here. My house cought fire and two of my fur kids didn't make it . It's been heartbreaking. The firefighters pulled their bodies out and had them on the ground and it was wet and cold. This place came as fast as they could. picked them up with blankets and care and got them off of the cold wet ground they took care of my babies the same way they would take care of a human family member. I truly am grateful for the love they showed my babies until they were taken home.

They don't care about animals, or animals being respected after death, they don't care about the city of Tulsa either. I called Friday evening around 8pm after I've called so many other places for help.... I found a dead dog on the sidewalk and at this hour the city of Tulsa animal welfare is closed, fire department is busy, non emergency police said wait till Monday morning for city welfare to open, and companions forever said $75 pick up fee and $190 cremation fee even though I told them this is not my dog and that I have no idea what to do and sure don't want to leave any dog or animal to rot on the sidewalk.... they only care about money. They could easily pick the animal up and cremate it they do this for a business!!!!! IF this was my business I would absolutely take stray animals for free so they were not rotting on sidewalks.... I am absolutely disgusted with the city of Tulsa and this cremation company tonight.

I WENT IN AND THEY WOULD NOT CREMATE MY NINE MONTH OLD BABY. THEY STATED THEY WOULD NOT DO IT BECAUSE THE BABY STILL HAD A HEART BEAT. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NOW HAVE TO LET MY CRACKED OUT NEIGHBOR JIMMY DO IT IN HIS YARD. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YALL.
