You had Bella for 3 weeks, NEVER even called to tell me they dropped her off at my Vet.That is my entire point of the post. COMMUNICATION!!!I have used Serenity at least 2 previous times. Everything went smooth, including payments. This time was a totally different experience. After having my Precious Bella for 17 days and me not hearing a peep about her I finally called the Vets office first, she had not been dropped off yet. So then I call Serenity, I get their answering service and am told I will get a call back. I do, a lady calls me back to tell me she got my call, had no information, and when she returned to the office she would give me a call back with information. I just got call from my vets office, my Bella has been dropped off and is ready for me to pick her up. I still have not heard a peep back from Serenity. Their 7-10 days is actually around 21 days.I will be shopping around next time. The customer service, and compassion is not there any more.

Wow! I can’t express in words how AMAZING Serenity took care of us when our “Hazel Grace” passed. They were extremely compassionate and were at our house FAST. I highly recommend them. She was our 8 year old Great Dane and a huge part of our family. Thanks again Serenity!

I just got my baby Mia back today and once I saw the cute little bag and her beautiful urn inside it made me sad because she’s no longer here but happy because she gets to come home. These people made an incredibly hard situation a lot easier than I expected. The person on the phone was very nice and was understanding. I asked on a time estimate and they said 7 to 10 days but 4 days later I had her back with me. The urn was beautiful I had no idea what it was going to look like and I was not disappointed. Thank you guys so much.

They were absolutely amazing. We opted to have our beloved pet picked up. We opted for the private cremation, having our boi picked up, and getting a nice wooden box urn all for under $200. David was the real hero of the day. He arrived and was so patient and kind with us. He also payed the upmost attention to our sweet boi. David really helped to make one of the hardest days a little better and a lot easier. Thank you so much for your compassion and care. We really appreciate you.

I brought my daughter’s guinea pig Goose here to be cremated. The staff is AMAZING!!!!! They are soooooooo friendly and professional. I would 10/10 recommend them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They picked up my boy, Cody, from the vet for us and seem to have done a good job with him. I love the memory page. I was able to put up pics of him. It only took 2 days to get him back (there was ice all on the roads that day but they still drove his remains back to the vet for me). The box they put him in is very pretty. We have 3 other elderly dogs. We will call Serenity when that time comes. Their pricing was more reasonable than their competitors and the price they quote you is exactly what you will be charged. They were very respectful and understanding when I called them to make arrangements.

So, I had dropped off my rabbit at the later hours as I had no other time to go. They then said they would charge me 100 extra for an after hours charge even though the business claims to be 24 hours. No where on their website or business description says that they charge a 100 dollars extra if you arrive past 5. I then take back my rabbit and just this morning, they tried charging my card for 100 dollars and have now overdraft my bank account even though I did not do business with them.

We were traveling when our pet had a medical emergency and had to be put to sleep. Serenity made arrangements to pick Gus up at the emergency vet clinic since we had to continue on our trip home. Our sweet senior Rottweiler passed away unexpectedly last week. We are very new to the area and had no idea what to do. After calling several similar places of business early that morning, Serenity Pet Cremation got back to me quickly and arrived at our house in about 2 hours. We received her ashes and paw print in less than a week. I highly recommend Serenity for difficult times such as this.

I had to put my sweet baby girl down last year and still have not gotten my baby’s remains back to me nor have they even tried to reach out to me or my husband. I would never use this place unless you want to spend a pretty penny and not get your pets remains back. They will lose you baby just like they did me and my husband’s baby and you won’t hear back they won’t even have the courtesy of letting you know! At this point I just want my money back a sorry would be nice too. But as far as losing my baby’s remains all I can say is yall should be ashamed of yourselves and yall need to do better!

The communication here is absolutely horrible. My rottie, Jade, had to be put to sleep, so I called this place to cremate her. The morning I called them, they had me speak to like 4 different people, all different phone numbers, nobody seemed to know what the hell to do. I then told one of them, never mind, I will let the vet cremate her. These people still came to the vet and picked up my deceased dog. AFTER I TOLD THEM NEVERMIND! Then the vet called me confused and apologizing they gave these people my dog. They then tried to call multiple times and get payment from me. Again after I told them their service's were NOT needed nor wanted. I never paid them, they won’t get a dime from me, but I am sad not knowing what happened to my precious Jade and if these people ever cremated her or not. Do NOT RECOMMEND!

I had to put my little dog down in the middle of January. I had called to make arrangements for her to be cremated, made the payment and was told that I would get a text with urn's I could choose from. I never got the text and have been super busy to even call the lady back. Y'all sure did hurry up and take my payment over the phone, but now I'm stuck without my little girls ashes. I will let everyone know that I will not recommend y'all for anything! I seriously hope once you're comfortable in your bed at night, that my little girl bites you on your feet! Her name is Chewbacca Belt. And since the review window will not let us communicate, I will go in and edit the review with the answers you ask for.....so if you want to find out what happened, just ask the employee with the last four digits of the phone number 3260 who called me back at 2:46 on January 15. Where's my dog?!?

If I didn't have to give this place a star I would have gave them none but in order to put a review I had to give at least one. I was quoted a price in the beginning for my dog to be cremated and put in a urn With picture and engravement done. It was supposed to have an engraving picture of my dog and engravement on it. First of all they said it would be done in 7 to 10 days. it went on the 14th day and I called to find out what was going. I was fine with waiting a little bit more that did not bother me at all because I knew he'd be coming home soon. Then they tell me it should be within the next week I call on that next Friday and found out. He was already dropped off to the vet the day that I called them the first time. when I was told it would be another vet told me that it was their responsibility to call me not the vet's responsibility to let me know that he was there and nobody called me so when I finally found out the day I called a week later I go pick up my dog that same day at the vet open up and there was only stickers of lettering and his picture and there's no engravement whatsoever on it so I proceeded to drive up to the office talk to Susan in the office and she apologize and told me that they would refund me at least $50 for the inconvenience and get it fixed I waited 3 weeks no refund so I proceed to call last week about the refund finding out what's going on so instead of calling me to let me know I'm not receiving a refund last week they tell me they're not gonna refund me because I was already discounted for a misquote from a worker that used to work for them that got fired because of something other things that price therefore They would not honor the refund that I was quoted that I would get then I called today to find out what's going on because I got a call last week and because of my work Schedule and I understand that's my fault I wasn't able to Talk to them last week so I called them today because it was my day off they proceeded to Tell Me that they're not gonna give me the refund and that I received the merchandise which I did receive a merchandise but it was not an engravement picture it was a little picture with a sticker that was Stuck on to the urn with the Engraving but I feel that they should at least refund me $30 or something because of the household everything I've been through that this company has done to me some people might think oh it's just a dog but to me that's my son it's not just a dog is my family member and I feel they did not treat me fairly or give me the right product that was promised and that I did pay for $200. This facility is not worth going to I will never do service with them again and they came very highly recommended and they actually charge more than what another company was gonna charge me and that's why I went to them.

They actually aren’t open 24/7 as their website claims. They have an answering service and then someone will have to meet you out there. They also charge an after hours fee when they have to meet you at at THEIR facility. Long story short don’t hose them for pet cremation based on their 24 hour claim on google.

We've lost two of our beloved boxers in the past year. Each time, I was beyond upset and the crew at Serenity TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD! They were compassionate, explained everything, did not try to upsell more expensive options unless I specifically asked, and the cost was reasonable. Well, one extra they did offer to me was a paw print each time. I wouldn't have even thought of that, so I'm glad they did. I don't even want to think about losing any more of our fur kids, but it's gonna happen and I'm taking them to Serenity.EDIT: Over the years since I wrote this review, our last four precious babies passed away. Again, I was a mess each time, especially since three of them had to be put-down in a two-month period. The staff are kind, understanding, and were ready to slide a box of Kleenex my way.Our last baby died in her sleep a year ago and Serenity helped me get through one last time.Trust me, Serenity is where you can trust your fur babies will be treated with dignity, and so will you. Thank you, Serenity staff!

Randy was very understanding and caring. I had to take my 16 1/2 pug to him about 145am. Tears and shaking from losing my first dog I ever bought on my own for me and my children. He still was very nice and professional. Thank you so much for taking care of him and letting us kiss him one last time. I would highly recommend this place.

We lost our puppy Tudor unexpectedly and it devastated our entire family. We are new here and didn’t really know who to contact. They really did a great job. I lost my 11yr. old yellow lab almost 3yrs. ago. They took care of my baby through our vet. And returned her to the vet for us to pick up and take home. They did a beautiful job with her Box and I had also purchased the gorgeous brass heart which has part of her so she could ride with us on the truck since my husband and I are truck drivers. They sent a beautiful card and poem with her which I cherish. I miss my baby to this day but, I'll always have the memories. Thanks Serenity and God bless all of you. I highly recommend them.

I lost my Papillon, Spooky, somewhat unexpectedly one evening this week. I absolutely had to find a 24 hour cremation service, because I couldn't bear to have him lying here overnight. The $100 for after hours was a small price to pay during my panic and grief, and I'm so thankful they met us within an hour. From the answering service, to the gentleman who met us at Serenity after hours, to when we picked up Spooky's remains, everyone was so understanding and kind. The pricing for private cremation is more than fair, and they even have options to pick your pet up from your home for a fee. The cherry wood box is beautiful, and a lovely way to honor my sweet pup. My one tiny criticism is that $35 seems a bit steep for ink pawprints on a piece of copier paper, but I would still pay it a hundred times over, since I want a tattoo of his paw print, and I didn't think to take an ink print myself while he was still with us. I love the tribute web page option, I can upload all my photos and videos of him in one place, and writing on the tribute wall helps ease the pain. All in all 5 stars and I will be using Serenity when it's time for my other 4 to join Mr. Spooky.

Our little girl boxer passed on a Sunday morning, we called serinty and they were there in 30 minutes. So very kind and Ioving . I can't remember the name of the man that was there, but he was lovely. He cradled her so sweetly when we handed her over. She is in good hands.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start with I am in tears writing this my cat passed away I called made arrangements and brought her in about 5 days passed since I had dropped her off to get cremated and I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they told me she would be ready the next day, the next day rolls around and I didn’t hear anything I let it go and called the following day they informed me she had been ready they just forgot to call me which was a little unprofessional but I let it go fast forward later that day I pick up my pets ashes and I had ordered a rock with her paw print on it and I revived a clay paw print which would’ve been fine but the paw print looks HORRIBLE. I called and asked how they even thought it was okay to give that to someone even if that’s what I wanted it looks horrible they told me I could return it and get my money back but to me it’s more that that she’s gone that’s all I have left of her and they have no sympathy at all. I spoke to Bobby at the front desk and he tried to help but unfortunately couldn’t do anything for me I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone picture for reference

I chose Serenity pet cremation for my daughter’s first pony. This was a huge loss for our family and the staff was so professional, courteous, empathetic and helpful. Her engraved wooden urn was beautiful and they even made a clay hoof print and saved mane and tail hair. This really helped my daughter process this first great loss, I definitely recommend their service.

Two of my beloved pets have crossed that "Rainbow Bridge" and Serinity Cremation has processed their ashes. I have lost another pet recently and they will process her as well. My cremation is paid for and on file. The staff are so kind and helpful. Their respect and compassion makes a difficult time easier to handle. Very pleased with their service.

***Review update with 1 more star added*** After posting the review below with only 3 stars I promptly received a call from Charlie Pollard the General Manager to discuss the missing Tribute and the photo cover being in poor condition. The Tribute had been added immediately and they are going to have the vendor who provided my Mocha's Memory Box replace the photo cover. I felt it was really great that they addressed this so professionally and it was so appreciated. ***end Update*** Well I wish things would have went better regarding my Mocha but death isn't typically an enjoyable experience, especially after having spent 22.5 years together. Regarding the cremation I feel Mocha was treated wonderfully. We had a scheduled witness cremation on 1-11-2018 at 10am and they handled her little body very respectfully. Mocha passed on 1-9-2018 and we felt Serenity was very accommodating to be able to provide such a quick service. We ordered the memory box the day of cremation. The engraving on the box is lovely. The 3 stars is due to still not having a Tribute for her even after all this time. I asked about it on 3 occasions. Day of cremation, day i called to find out why she hadn't been returned to us yet, as well as the day i picked up her remains in the memory box we ordered. Also we were charged $85 for our memory box and was told she should be returned to us mid-week after cremation(which occurred on a thursday). I called end of week that we had anticipated her return and was told they didn't order her memory box until the following monday. I felt that it should have been ordered the day we paid for it. The plastic photo cover on the memory box is scratched up and dingy looking, not clear at all, though her picture can be seen. That is disappointing after being charged so much for it. I will order a glass photo cover myself. The staff was very pleasant every time we spoke and that was greatly appreciated. I just can't give 5 stars because of the delay of tribute - if one is ever even done - and the photo covering on the memory box. Though I am aware that Serenity ordered the item from an outside vendor. I would still use them again if the unfortunate need arises as having a beloved companion treated respectfully is really what mattered the most.

Frankly I'm traumatized by the clay paw print I picked up at my vet's office. I did not have a choice in where my cat was sent to be cremated, this company was selected by my vet. The paw print I received is covered in stains and hair and skin and even what looks like finger prints and there's no way it's my cat's paw print or any cat's paw print unless their poor paw was spread apart and completely smushed into the clay. I refuse to display this thing in memorial to her.

I have had to use them 3 times once with my daughters cat, then my sons cat when she passed from cancer and I was there Thursday when my cats time came to the end because of TMJ where he couldn't eat. They have been so compassionate and caring with each one. I will not go anywhere else.

I had Abby for 14 years, I will miss her until we are together again. Abby's vet Dr. Davis at Wagoner Animal Clinic in Wagoner , Oklahoma is the most caring vet I have ever met. They actually aren’t open 24/7 as their website claims. They have an answering service and then someone will have to meet you out there. They also charge an after hours fee when they have to meet you at at THEIR facility. Long story short don’t hose them for pet cremation based on their 24 hour claim on google.

We've lost two of our beloved boxers in the past year. Each time, I was beyond upset and the crew at Serenity TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD! They were compassionate, explained everything, did not try to upsell more expensive options unless I specifically asked, and the cost was reasonable. Well, one extra they did offer to me was a paw print each time. I wouldn't have even thought of that, so I'm glad they did. I don't even want to think about losing any more of our fur kids, but it's gonna happen and I'm taking them to Serenity.EDIT: Over the years since I wrote this review, our last four precious babies passed away. Again, I was a mess each time, especially since three of them had to be put-down in a two-month period. The staff are kind, understanding, and were ready to slide a box of Kleenex my way.Our last baby died in her sleep a year ago and Serenity helped me get through one last time.Trust me, Serenity is where you can trust your fur babies will be treated with dignity, and so will you. Thank you, Serenity staff!

Randy was very understanding and caring. I had to take my 16 1/2 pug to him about 145am. Tears and shaking from losing my first dog I ever bought on my own for me and my children. I lost my 11yr. old yellow lab almost 3yrs. ago. They took care of my baby through our vet. And returned her to the vet for us to pick up and take home. They did a beautiful job with her Box and I had also purchased the gorgeous brass heart which has part of her so she could ride with us on the truck since my husband and I are truck drivers. They sent a beautiful card and poem with her which I cherish. I miss my baby to this day but, I'll always have the memories. Thanks Serenity and God bless all of you. I highly recommend them.

I lost my Papillon, Spooky, somewhat unexpectedly one evening this week. I absolutely had to find a 24 hour cremation service, because I couldn't bear to have him lying here overnight. The $100 for after hours was a small price to pay during my panic and grief, and I'm so thankful they met us within an hour. From the answering service, to the gentleman who met us at Serenity after hours, to when we picked up Spooky's remains, everyone was so understanding and kind. The pricing for private cremation is more than fair, and they even have options to pick your pet up from your home for a fee. The cherry wood box is beautiful, and a lovely way to honor my sweet pup. My one tiny criticism is that $35 seems a bit steep for ink pawprints on a piece of copier paper, but I would still pay it a hundred times over, since I want a tattoo of his paw print, and I didn't think to take an ink print myself while he was still with us. I love the tribute web page option, I can upload all my photos and videos of him in one place, and writing on the tribute wall helps ease the pain. All in all 5 stars and I will be using Serenity when it's time for my other 4 to join Mr. Spooky.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let me start with I am in tears writing this my cat passed away I called made arrangements and brought her in about 5 days passed since I had dropped her off to get cremated and I hadn’t heard anything so I called and they told me she would be ready the next day, the next day rolls around and I didn’t hear anything I let it go and called the following day they informed me she had been ready they just forgot to call me which was a little unprofessional but I let it go fast forward later that day I pick up my pets ashes and I had ordered a rock with her paw print on it and I revived a clay paw print which would’ve been fine but the paw print looks HORRIBLE. I called and asked how they even thought it was okay to give that to someone even if that’s what I wanted it looks horrible they told me I could return it and get my money back but to me it’s more that that she’s gone that’s all I have left of her and they have no sympathy at all. I spoke to Bobby at the front desk and he tried to help but unfortunately couldn’t do anything for me I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone picture for reference
