Justin was recommended by Paws at Peace and I am very pleased with his services offered and delivery.We lost our Suki unexpectedly due to a congenital kidney issue we were unaware of. She died just shy of being 6 years old and was a huge blow to our family. Having the compassion and understanding while we grieved will never be forgotten.He was clear in all options as well as pricing. We were a little extra with what we wanted which included a vial of hair, all four paw imprints, her nose print , an ink print of her paw, and an upgraded urn with her name engraved to remember her by.Everything listed was ready a week after she passed and payment with pick up was simple and easy. If this is a service you are in need of, I highly recommend using Justin’s services.

Dr. Roach’s compassion and kindness was beautiful. To have never met our sweet girl Maysa and to take such good care of her and getting her returned home was really just above and beyond. Justin really stepped up for us as we prepared to let our girl go. He stayed in touch and helped us to not worry as much about the process. I knew we could count on him. He has several beautiful options and sent my baby home with her paw print. He has the kind of service you hope to never need but so grateful when you do. Felt my baby was in the best hands. Justin/Friends Remembered has handled my daughters two year old cat after she tragically passed away coming out of anesthesia during a routine medical procedure. Needless to say my daughter was emotionally destroyed. He has most recently taken care of the final arrangements for my beloved Miss Kittie when she passed away peacefully in my arms at the age of 16 1/2. She lived a good, happy long life but it still hurts my heart to no end to not have my furry partner in crime by my side I didn't hesitate to call Friends Remembered first. As a former funeral director who has assisted hundreds of families in their human time of need, it is beyond comforting to know that I can call Friends Remembered and Justin will take care of my families furr babies with all the same respect and care as the best human funeral director I've ever known. I will never be able to thank Dr.Justin enough for the comfort and peace he has brought my family during heart breaking times.

I wanted to share my experience with Justin and Friends Remembered Pets.An accident took my passenger princess away from me prematurely and on a Sunday of all days, I work as a pilot car and we were about to leave for a job the next day and burying ms Jemma was not an option… I found Justin through a google search and after a tearful and polite conversation and explaining my situation I was able to make an appointment with him last minute. He was very kind, very considerate and understanding, and he went above and beyond to make sure not only Jemma but also I was taken care of with his thoughts and words. Upon leaving the next day I informed Justin I would return within a few days but that turned into a few weeks but he made accommodations to keep Jemma as I toldhim I’d be returning later than expected, he also offered to ship her to my home which I declined.Justin’s consideration, kind, and thoughtful words and actions really struck me to write this review because I honestly cannot thank him enough; because of him my little princess will continue to go on adventures with me wherever I go and for that I am forever grateful.Justin if you read this, again, I am just so so thankful for everything.

Losing a pet is hard. I found Justin through a Google search after our almost 17 year old dachshund passed away at home. I called him emotional and he was patient and explained prices and options to me so there were no surprises, being on a budget that's exactly what I was looking for. His prices was the best I found. I took Toby to him that evening. The Urn is beautiful and Toby's paw prints are done amazingly. I would recommend friends remembered for anyone going through this difficult time and wanting a forever keepsake of their best friend. I will always recommend Justin to anyone needing his service. Justin is the best. He is very kind and compassionate. Unfortunately my pet didn’t have a pretty death, but he assured us it didn’t both him. To ease our load he even came to our home to retrieve her body. We will be using him for any other future needs. I can not begin to say how grateful & blessed we were to find Justin. We called him an hour before we were putting our fur baby down & asked for his help & he went above and beyond our expectations. We called on a Saturday morning, him & his family were leaving for the lake, but instead, they waited. They stayed for us! He met us as soon as we left the vet & he was kind & considerate he understood what a horrible time this was & how important our Nos was to us. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process and checked on us every day. I can not praise this man & business enough. I would recommend him a million times over. This is the place for us & our family the next time we're in this position. An unfortunate accident took our thirteen-year-old border Aussie from us over the weekend. Justin was very compassionate and very flexible with his time. Justin was awesome. Our dog past in a pretty short amount of time and trying to find help with cremation services after was more difficult than we expected. Justin was able to come out the same day we called and pick up our sweet boy. You could tell he really cares about what he does with how quick he is to help and communicate. Justin exceeded our expectations, especially in our time of need. Our precious dog's health took a turn for the worst over a weekend where our veterinarian was not available. We found Justin through quick word-of-mouth. Between him and another Vet (Dr. Reeves with Paws at Peace, who was equally caring and compassionate), they coordinated getting our sweet girl picked up and taken to his business in Piedmont. Justin did more than enough spending time with my wife and I on the phone discussing the next steps and expectations laying out everything we needed to know with a genuine level of comfort and care. What really made an impact on my family was that Justin personally made the trip to our home to deliver our pup's ashes. Thank you Justin for making our difficult time better handled through your attention and care!

Justin was very compassionate and very helpful in giving all the options available for taking care of my little dogs remains. He brought her ashes to me in a very nice box, with a paw print cast, nose print, and some of her hair. He was so thoughtful to include it all and to show me everything to be sure I was pleased. Please do research or use your own discernment before using this person’s services. I called Vet Justin Roach for immediate assistance because these reviews seemed promising & painted him out to be a compassionate & professional person-My experience was not like this at all. This man literally insisted to come pick up my deceased cat & leave her in the front of his truck for however long while he went to go do a WORK OUT at the gym… That is so unethical & unprofessional, not to mention INSENSITIVE to the situation & disrespectful to my cat. $200 for that kind of treatment..? Weird. I turned him away because I wasn’t comfortable with him leaving my cat in the front of his truck like she was just nothing (plus, that’s actually disgusting to do). The next morning, he sent me a follow up text explaining how so very busy he was that day when I needed his assistance (although his business hours are listed from 8am-8 pm), so I sent him a response stating how it was unprofessional & insensitive that he’d insisted to leave my deceased cat in his truck while he went to the gym & to please not ever do that to future pet owners. He replied, “Sounds good!”… VERY unprofessional & rude. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was traumatizing & disgusting. It sounds unreal. He could’ve just said he couldn’t help me that day & I would’ve been fine. He doesn’t do the cremations at a facility or clinic if I am correct, so he does this job at his own leisure in my opinion. I felt the need to leave this review because I genuinely feel this man does not treat animals with dignity, regardless of how long he has been supposedly doing this. Paws at Peace, please look into Justin Roach’s ethicality & how he does business. A lot of us pet owners look at our pets as our babies & our family… This experience was weird & straight up disrespectful.

Friends remembered got with us as soon as I put my little angel Harley down! Dr. Roach called me and went over all of the details with me and was very sympathetic! My family has had a really rough few moths. In November we had to say our final goodbye to our very first fur baby. Guinness was such a huge personality and such a big part of our lives for 13 1/2 years. We were introduced to Justin, through Dr. Reeves at Paws at Peace 🐾. With this being the first time that I had lost a fur baby, I was beyond uncertain what to expect (or even what to do). Justin spoke with me on the phone after he had received Guinness’s body and genuinely cared and asked questions to help him get to know a little about Guinness and his life. Everything was handled with such great love and care.Unfortunately we were faced with making the decision to say our final goodbye to our youngest fur baby this month. Again, and without hesitation we worked with Dr. Roach to take care of Bo’s final arrangements. Bo had always been a sick dog and required quite a few surgeries and vet visits through his 11 years with us. None of that stoped us from loving this gorgeous yellow lab...in fact I probably loved him even more. Unfortunately he just got to the point that nothing more could be done. Just as I had expected, Justin contacted me to talk about Bo and to assure me that everything was being taken care of with the same love and care as before. He also listened to me as I told stories of my baby boy.I can’t say enough good things about the exceptional care that Dr. Roach provided during these devastating moments. What he does is a very difficult, but very necessary service and I’m truly thankful for everything that he does.

I can’t stop thanking “Friends Remembered” in my heart for all they have done for our family. I still snuggle with my sweet kiddo Ruffus’ urn every night as if it’s him. This has eased a grieving process that is still the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. Our sweet dog is always in our hearts, and we also have a few clay paw prints, Christmas ornament, fur vile, and gorgeous urn to honor our baby in. I highly recommend going here if you want something to remember your animals by. He is kind and handled our chinchilla Cheech with care. The paw prints turned out great and the memory box is beautiful! Our chinchilla passed away on a Saturday and he was still willing to take him. We are very grateful.

He was very easy to work with and kept us informed on everything and delivered our fur babies back to us. He was considerate and caring. His prices are very affordable and very fair. Having just lost our 17 yr old guy, I dont refer to Potter as a dog because he was so much more, my daughter and I was faced with the decision of what to do.Several years before we lost our 14 yr old Sassy and had her cremated at a different place. The experience was impersonal and and cold. This time Friends Remembered was was recommended. Justin was amazing. There was a mistake make at the clinic, and the memory box wasn't what I thought I had ordered Justin immediately came up with a beautiful remedy, didn't make excuses on who's fault it was, he fixed it. He is so kind and being a vet also, he has compassion. I cant thank him enough for his kindness .

My 17-year-old yellow lab rescue, on June 16 last year was given two days to live. She had stage four kidney disease and that was quite insistent on putting her down that day. I had to make an appointment with Dr Roach a couple of times and then cancel because my darling snickers would rally round again. In the end we got eight extra months with her. Dr Roach was so kind and compassionate and considerate and you can just tell byThat he cares about what he does and he cares about what you’re going through. My fur baby was delivered in a lovely, carved wooden box that was provided with his service. With a brass nameplate on top. I also had the opportunity to order an urn necklace for my son as she was actually his dog. The box was inside of a nice gift bag with a paper paw print tag with her name on it that is embedded with perennial wildflower seeds to plant in her honor. There is also a very kind note of condolence from Dr. Justin Roach. Dr Roach even made a trip from his location to Watonga to pick up my baby. He works with one of the veterinarians and Watonga to coordinate what has to be done. He has land in Northwest Oklahoma and even the indigent dogs ashes areScattered in a lovely field. He did everything he could to make our loss less traumatic. By the way, he has a lovely family and his wife is a vet also. There are not enough good things that I can say about Friends Remembered and Dr Roach. God bless you! P S And his fee was quite reasonable.

Justin was a Angel on earth. Our sweet 9 year old Coco decided during a horrible winter storm. I call Friends Remembered Pet Cremation in Piedmont. I explained that our Coco just passed and that we were in our DC house and our son was home in Piedmont and a bit of a mess that she passed in his arms. Justin said he was having to go out and would be more then happy to pick Coco up. It was such an amazing gesture. When he picked her up he was so amazing telling my son there was nothing he could of done for her and not to second guess anything. He comforted him with kind words, which helped him so much. He then text me letting me know he had Coco and he would take good care of her. He sent me a ton of options to choose from. When she was ready he reached out and brought her home and he asked me to make sure I was fine with everything and if I wanted anything changed. I was so pleased I asked him if he could take our Bandit who had passed and take her ashes out of ugly urn the place in DC put her in and give her a pretty one like Coco. I will definitely recommend him to any and everyone who is in need of his services. Thank you is not enough for what he did for us.

I was connected to Dr Roach & Friends Remembered thru Paws at Peace after losing our 16 y/o girl Polly. Although Paws at Peace facilitated the cremation services with Friends Remembered on our behalf, Dr Roach reached out to me directly the evening Polly passed to let me know that he had already received her. He exuded sympathy & kindness & explained that he would be the only person to handle her, & that he would follow-up with me later in the week to "get her back home". She passed on a Monday afternoon & he hand delivered her back to me on Thursday afternoon. I was caught off-guard by how emotional I was after receiving her remains-the (basic) urn I chose was very beautiful & simple, more so than I expected & the other personal touches he provided left me at a total loss for words. The time he took to quickly return Polly to me & informing me of each step made any uneasiness I had about the process completely disappear. The attention he provided truly left me feeling like Polly was his only client. Although the circumstances under which we met were one of the saddest I've endured, the services he provided could not have been any more comforting. Thank you, Dr Roach.

Justin is the best. He is very kind and compassionate. Unfortunately my pet didn’t have a pretty death, but he assured us it didn’t both him. To ease our load he even came to our home to retrieve her body. We will be using him for any other future needs. I can not begin to say how grateful & blessed we were to find Justin. We called him an hour before we were putting our fur baby down & asked for his help & he went above and beyond our expectations. We called on a Saturday morning, him & his family were leaving for the lake, but instead, they waited. They stayed for us! He met us as soon as we left the vet & he was kind & considerate he understood what a horrible time this was & how important our Nos was to us. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process and checked on us every day. I can not praise this man & business enough. I would recommend him a million times over. This is the place for us & our family the next time we're in this position. Justin was awesome. Our dog past in a pretty short amount of time and trying to find help with cremation services after was more difficult than we expected. Justin was able to come out the same day we called and pick up our sweet boy. You could tell he really cares about what he does with how quick he is to help and communicate. Justin exceeded our expectations, especially in our time of need. Our precious dog's health took a turn for the worst over a weekend where our veterinarian was not available. We found Justin through quick word-of-mouth. Between him and another Vet (Dr. Reeves with Paws at Peace, who was equally caring and compassionate), they coordinated getting our sweet girl picked up and taken to his business in Piedmont. Justin did more than enough spending time with my wife and I on the phone discussing the next steps and expectations laying out everything we needed to know with a genuine level of comfort and care. What really made an impact on my family was that Justin personally made the trip to our home to deliver our pup's ashes. Dr. Justin Roach came to my home to pick up my beloved Bella after she passed. He took care of the cremation and brought her ashes to me. He also made a clay paw impression. We had a 12 year old Chihuahua mix named Little Critter who was 6wks old when she became a member of our family. She grew up in a Big Truck and had over 5 million miles on her paws.She and her Daddy had a wonderful connection and she loved having conversations with him. She had traveled the lower United States in all seasons several times and unfortunately developed cancer which took over her little body. Please do research or use your own discernment before using this person’s services. I called Vet Justin Roach for immediate assistance because these reviews seemed promising & painted him out to be a compassionate & professional person-My experience was not like this at all. This man literally insisted to come pick up my deceased cat & leave her in the front of his truck for however long while he went to go do a WORK OUT at the gym… That is so unethical & unprofessional, not to mention INSENSITIVE to the situation & disrespectful to my cat. $200 for that kind of treatment..? Weird. I turned him away because I wasn’t comfortable with him leaving my cat in the front of his truck like she was just nothing (plus, that’s actually disgusting to do). The next morning, he sent me a follow up text explaining how so very busy he was that day when I needed his assistance (although his business hours are listed from 8am-8 pm), so I sent him a response stating how it was unprofessional & insensitive that he’d insisted to leave my deceased cat in his truck while he went to the gym & to please not ever do that to future pet owners. He replied, “Sounds good!”… VERY unprofessional & rude. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was traumatizing & disgusting. It sounds unreal. He could’ve just said he couldn’t help me that day & I would’ve been fine. He doesn’t do the cremations at a facility or clinic if I am correct, so he does this job at his own leisure in my opinion. I felt the need to leave this review because I genuinely feel this man does not treat animals with dignity, regardless of how long he has been supposedly doing this. Paws at Peace, please look into Justin Roach’s ethicality & how he does business. A lot of us pet owners look at our pets as our babies & our family… This experience was weird & straight up disrespectful.

My family has had a really rough few moths. In November we had to say our final goodbye to our very first fur baby. Guinness was such a huge personality and such a big part of our lives for 13 1/2 years. We were introduced to Justin, through Dr. Reeves at Paws at Peace 🐾. With this being the first time that I had lost a fur baby, I was beyond uncertain what to expect (or even what to do). Justin spoke with me on the phone after he had received Guinness’s body and genuinely cared and asked questions to help him get to know a little about Guinness and his life. Everything was handled with such great love and care.Unfortunately we were faced with making the decision to say our final goodbye to our youngest fur baby this month. Again, and without hesitation we worked with Dr. Roach to take care of Bo’s final arrangements. Bo had always been a sick dog and required quite a few surgeries and vet visits through his 11 years with us. None of that stoped us from loving this gorgeous yellow lab...in fact I probably loved him even more. Unfortunately he just got to the point that nothing more could be done. Just as I had expected, Justin contacted me to talk about Bo and to assure me that everything was being taken care of with the same love and care as before. He also listened to me as I told stories of my baby boy.I can’t say enough good things about the exceptional care that Dr. Roach provided during these devastating moments. What he does is a very difficult, but very necessary service and I’m truly thankful for everything that he does.

Like others have mentioned, Justin was incredibly kind and understanding during our time of grieving. This was our first time losing a friend and Justin made the process simple and easy. I can’t stop thanking “Friends Remembered” in my heart for all they have done for our family. I still snuggle with my sweet kiddo Ruffus’ urn every night as if it’s him. This has eased a grieving process that is still the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. I highly recommend going here if you want something to remember your animals by. He is kind and handled our chinchilla Cheech with care. Having just lost our 17 yr old guy, I dont refer to Potter as a dog because he was so much more, my daughter and I was faced with the decision of what to do.Several years before we lost our 14 yr old Sassy and had her cremated at a different place. The experience was impersonal and and cold. This time Friends Remembered was was recommended. Justin was amazing. There was a mistake make at the clinic, and the memory box wasn't what I thought I had ordered Justin immediately came up with a beautiful remedy, didn't make excuses on who's fault it was, he fixed it. My 17-year-old yellow lab rescue, on June 16 last year was given two days to live. She had stage four kidney disease and that was quite insistent on putting her down that day. I had to make an appointment with Dr Roach a couple of times and then cancel because my darling snickers would rally round again. In the end we got eight extra months with her. Dr Roach was so kind and compassionate and considerate and you can just tell byThat he cares about what he does and he cares about what you’re going through. My fur baby was delivered in a lovely, carved wooden box that was provided with his service. With a brass nameplate on top. I also had the opportunity to order an urn necklace for my son as she was actually his dog. The box was inside of a nice gift bag with a paper paw print tag with her name on it that is embedded with perennial wildflower seeds to plant in her honor. There is also a very kind note of condolence from Dr. Justin Roach. Dr Roach even made a trip from his location to Watonga to pick up my baby. He works with one of the veterinarians and Watonga to coordinate what has to be done. He has land in Northwest Oklahoma and even the indigent dogs ashes areScattered in a lovely field. He did everything he could to make our loss less traumatic. By the way, he has a lovely family and his wife is a vet also. There are not enough good things that I can say about Friends Remembered and Dr Roach. God bless you! P S And his fee was quite reasonable.

Justin was a Angel on earth. Our sweet 9 year old Coco decided during a horrible winter storm. I call Friends Remembered Pet Cremation in Piedmont. I explained that our Coco just passed and that we were in our DC house and our son was home in Piedmont and a bit of a mess that she passed in his arms. Justin said he was having to go out and would be more then happy to pick Coco up. It was such an amazing gesture. When he picked her up he was so amazing telling my son there was nothing he could of done for her and not to second guess anything. He comforted him with kind words, which helped him so much. He then text me letting me know he had Coco and he would take good care of her. He sent me a ton of options to choose from. When she was ready he reached out and brought her home and he asked me to make sure I was fine with everything and if I wanted anything changed. I was so pleased I asked him if he could take our Bandit who had passed and take her ashes out of ugly urn the place in DC put her in and give her a pretty one like Coco. I will definitely recommend him to any and everyone who is in need of his services. Thank you is not enough for what he did for us.

I was connected to Dr Roach & Friends Remembered thru Paws at Peace after losing our 16 y/o girl Polly. Although Paws at Peace facilitated the cremation services with Friends Remembered on our behalf, Dr Roach reached out to me directly the evening Polly passed to let me know that he had already received her. He exuded sympathy & kindness & explained that he would be the only person to handle her, & that he would follow-up with me later in the week to "get her back home". She passed on a Monday afternoon & he hand delivered her back to me on Thursday afternoon. I was caught off-guard by how emotional I was after receiving her remains-the (basic) urn I chose was very beautiful & simple, more so than I expected & the other personal touches he provided left me at a total loss for words. The time he took to quickly return Polly to me & informing me of each step made any uneasiness I had about the process completely disappear. The attention he provided truly left me feeling like Polly was his only client. Although the circumstances under which we met were one of the saddest I've endured, the services he provided could not have been any more comforting. Thank you, Dr Roach.
