i would give them 1000 stars if i couldI cannot say enough about this wonderful place and these beautiful souls that help you take care of your pet after they have passed. My beloved Watson passed away this week and for me this was the only option. I was able to attend an in person cremation of my guy and say goodbye to him one last time. This offered me peace of mind that I was getting him back, which is what I needed. Theresa and Brenda are incredible people and completely empathetic to your situation. Their place is comforting and serene. This is the equivalent of having a funeral home for your pet. I would recommend them to anybody who can use their services.

I want to share my experience with Pet Passages -Oklahoma City, OK. When we lost Lil's, the vet offered cremation services for her at that time but I was so overcome with grief that my only thought was, "I'm taking her home." I couldn't bear to leave her anywhere, she had to come home. I never thought I'd be able to cremate her but as I watched Rick dig that hole in the backyard, I knew I couldn't put her there or ever leave her there if we ever decided to move. Through the advice of a friend, who had cremated one of her pets, I looked into cremation and found Pet Passages online. I picked out the package that I wanted and submitted my payment. Within 2 hours, Brenda, one of the 2 sisters that own the business, called me to check on me and to let me know that she was on call and that I could bring Lilly in after hours if needed. I told her I didn't have it in me to do that yet so I opted to take her up there on Monday. Brenda was so kind and the business is so professional and I KNEW at that moment that I had made the right choice. Brenda was compassionate and empathetic and told me that Lil's would be handled with utmost dignity and love and she was not just speaking those words, she MEANT it!! I had the opportunity to meet her daughter, the one that would actually do the cremation, and I found comfort in meeting her. They have a tracking system on the "passage" of your pet and I was able to see everything that was going on with Lil's from home. I followed her journey. I've put this review out there because I spoke with another friend who had an issue with finding anybody to cremate her baby in Ardmore. I know that vets will offer you cremation services and you can stay out of the loop but that was not an option for me. I wanted to be personally involved in her care until the very end. I am SO thankful that I got to meet the folks behind the scenes and I was totally at peace leaving Lilly in their care. Thank you so much Brenda. Your kindness, hugs, tears and Kleenex box was welcomed by me and I want you to know that I will NEVER forget your kindness and the way you cared for our girl. I can't even put into words how wonderful and respectful they are here. They were there for me through the entire process. They were even able to help me even though I couldn't hardly respond to them due to going through the decision to end my best buddy's pain and suffering. They were even able to refer me to a vet that would take care of everything right there in their office. I was able to be there to put her to rest and Pet Passages took care of everything from there. I was offered many options, all very affordable. When I showed up to pick up my baby, the place was very welcoming as well as the staff. Very companionate, kind and soft spoken. They also had many urns and keep sake viles to purchase. So glad I chose them for the care of my best friend. Thank you!

We lost our 17 year old terrier mix Chaos. I was at an emergency vet all morning, and they said it was most likely heart failure. I knew that morning it was probably time to say goodbye already. But to go from my sweet loving boy, to a body, to nothing for a couple days was hard. They treated me and my boy with such care. They truly are amazing people who run this business.I am struggling finacially and couldn't afford the vet to cremate him, so I just googled places around to get ideas of prices. These guys were $140. Which was much more doable then the $300 I was quoted before hand at the vet. It doesn't come with a box, but I knew I was crafty and would want to make his urn myself. They have packages where you can add an urn, still pretty affordable.I brought him in and they offered me more time to say goodbye in the rainbow room. They track the whole process so you know just where your baby is at the whole time. They gave him a medallion with a number that was with him through the whole thing and is now home with me. I got a print of his nose and his paw, which is the sweetest thing ever. I've looked at it so many times. And they put his ashes in a cute little velvet pouch.I can't recommend their services enough. They are the absolute sweetest and so is pup that greets you at the door.

I recently lost my sweet girl Cindy Lou on a Saturday night. Thankfully I found the sweet & caring women who own and operate Pet passages near my house. I was able to get my girl to them the next morning, yes on Sunday. They took such great care of her. showed her respect and love. I'm not sure what we would have done if we hadn't found them. I got my girl home just a couple days later. I highly recommend them. They are genuinely kind and caring humans.

Best place to create a long lasting memory. I had to put my shell baby down. I have had this turtle 13 years, she has been with me from being homeless, to drug addiction and recovery to success. Shes older than 13 thats how long ive had her. Brenda and her sister were very professional and compassionate and kept me updated through the entire process. Less than 72 hours Thelma is back home with me/us to enjoy her eternal rest. Should the need arise (hopefully not anytime soon) they will be my first call. Thanks again ladies yall were awsome

My experience here was amazing, I really felt safe leaving my sweet boy with them. I was worried in the beginning but after sitting and talking with them I felt much better. Being able to track the process on the website was also very comforting, I was able to know what was happening with my baby as it was happening which was really nice. We unexpectedly lost our 10 year old English bulldog, Maximus, on a Friday morning. I found Pet Passages online and gave them a call. We transported him to their facility that morning. They were so kind and gentle and patient with us, especially since my husband and I were not doing very well emotionally. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing. We had called our vet first and they quoted us $80 for a group cremation. Pet Passsges charged us $170 for a semi-private cremation that allowed us to have the ashes afterward. They also provided nose and paw ink prints.I explained to them that our oldest daughter was very attached to Max and that she was a teacher. We didn't plan on telling her about Max's passing until after the school day. Brenda, the owner, suggested allowing her to come up and use the Rainbow Bridge room to say her goodbye that afternoon. They had Max in the Rainbow Bridge room and placed so sweetly on the platform with blankets when we got there. It looked like he was just sleeping. They allowed us to take as much time as we needed and we were able to say goodbye, as a family, in private. It was the most beautiful opportunity. My daughter thanked us several times afterwards for allowing her to have that time with Max, and for the way we handled it. I give the credit to Pet Passages. They provide a service I never knew was so needed, until we needed it. Our pets are members of our family and those ladies at Pet Passages definately understand and respect that. They went above and beyond to give that special time to our family. We are forever grateful. If you have lost a pet unexpectedly or have an aging pet please consider them. You won't regret it.

I can’t thank Brenda & her amazing team enough for helping me during this really difficult time of losing my kitty unexpectedly. They were very professional, empathetic, & quick with having Luna’s remains cremated & ready for me to pick up. I am so happy that she was able to be taken care of with dignity & love one last time- she was more than just a pet to me… <3 I received a wooden box urn with a velvet bag to hold her ashes, nose & paw ink prints, a flower seed to plant in her honor, & a clay paw print (purchased separately from the other items). Their prices are clear & to the point on their website & they are identical to what they tell you in person, so there’ll be no surprises! There are many options as to how you can cremate your pet & they will work with you :) Lastly, please do research when looking into cremation companies if you have the time to. Check out this company first for sure, they answered the phone right away & helped me with Luna immediately. I am so thankful I found this place & came across these kind people!

I was absolutely blown away not just by the genuine kindness and shared grief the staff shared with me about the loss of my dog, but the packages were incredible. They offered so much at a very reasonable price and have so many additional items that can be added for additional cost and they were things I never would have thought about but so grateful they were offered because some of the items mean so much to me and helped me with my grieving. Every item I ordered was made or gathered perfectly and I could tell over and over just how much they truly love animals and want to honor their memories and help us heal.

This place is a must if you see your pet as family. My wife and I lost our first fur baby Chubbs Monday 3-5-24 we can’t have kids so our fur babies are our kids. The loss was sudden and he was only 8 needless to say we are devastated but Brenda and this company made a world of difference. When chubbs passed we couldn’t get his eyes to close and we hated that. He passed at 4am and it only took 3 hours for us to get him in. Brenda offered to place chubbs in their rainbow room for a viewing something I didn’t even know they did and somehow she got his eyes closed so when we got a chance to say goodbye to our beloved Chubbs he looked peaceful and that alone ment the world to us. We will miss him forever but they are helping keep his memory alive and for that I could never repay them.

i cannot express enough how wonderful pet passages is. brenda came out at 1 in the morning to help us when we lost our dog. she was so empathetic, and made what was a terrible night so much easier than it could have been. the ink prints of puppy's nose and paw are gorgeous, and i just really cannot thank pet passages enough.

When my best friends dog passed away and he had no clue what to do Timm walked us through everything that needed to be done and came and retrieved the animal. Teresa handled the rest and made it the easiest process of Scrappy’s passing. The urn is beautiful and I could not have asked for a better treatment to my friend as his late puppy.
