Keri Kernke is a true animal lover and she will treat your pet with the utmost respect and love. My sweet little 15yr old dachshund Lucy can always be by my side now! The price for cremation was incredibly affordable and you can really tell that Keri does this because she knows the special bond that people have with their pets. Lucy was even placed in a beautiful wooden box (included in the cremation price). Thank you, Keri <3

A few months ago, I lost my beloved pet and reached out to this business for assistance. Despite leaving several voicemails over a span of 2 days, I never received a callback or any form of response. This lack of communication during such a difficult time was incredibly disappointing and distressing. Thankfully, Heavenly Pets in Moore was very responsive and provided excellent care for my pet, offering the compassion and support that was sorely missing from this business. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

In a traumatizing day with my beloved Gulliver passing away after 18 years of guarding and holding post protecting me and my mom for all of his life he sadly crossed over. The day was just deeply sad other than a couple of bright lights in my day 1. Was Jana Lane my beautiful best friend who showed fully up and walked through the whole process from beginning to end until my dog passed away and we handed him off to sweet Keri at the pet crematory. She was genuinely compassionate, she also gave me a beautiful little jar to hold my dogs hair in. She was patient and in no hurry when I arrived as we were making decisions about my dog as well as she helped take the time to make a pottery paw print and paint canvas of his paw. Everything worked out perfectly bc she was so sweet and loving during the whole process I knew that Gulliver was being left in the best hands. I am so thankful to Keri for her open heart to all of our pets as they are brought to her. I’m grateful for her and the whole experience. I highly recommend.

Keri helped make saying goodbye to my sweet baby Captain Sassyfrass a lot easier for me.She met me at the vet clinic and brought along a big wicker basket filled with soft cozy bedding - the sort of thing Captain loved to sleep in when she was well.After I bundled her into the basket, she finally looked at peace (her eyes wouldn't close after the injection, but once she was in the basket they finally stayed closed). I got to kiss her between her precious ears one last time before Keri took her away.Got her remains back in a lovely box the next day, which now sits on a memorial shelf.I cannot recommend their services enough

Our fur baby got ill suddenly and passed away within 15 hours. I called Ever Faithful on a Sunday evening to inquire about services. The owner was so gentle and accomodating over the phone. I ended up calling back a few hours later after our doggie took her last breath. Keri met us within the hour and took care of everything. We were so appreciative of her gentleness, flexibility, and understanding during this time. While we hope to not need these services again in the near future, I would definitely recommend Ever Faithful if your pet is ready to make it's transition over the Rainbow Bridge.

In June we lost our hamster Dutchess and called Ever Faithful because their pricing was great. It was on a Sunday so I made an appointment for the next day. She was there on time and was very gentle with my hamster. She tried to get some paw prints but they didn't turn out very well so she wasn't going to charge me for them. I was so happy that she got two paw prints and paid her anyways.Yesterday we woke up to find one of our rats had passed away after battling pneumonia for a month and a half. I called Ever Faithful again and she immediately made an appointment for us to drop her off. We picked her up today.I highly recommend Ever Faithful if you lose a pet (family member) as they are very friendly and work quickly to get you your family member back.

Absolutely fantastic place to have your fur baby memorialized. Our 19 year old cat passed away on Dec. 22 in the early morning hours. I called about having him memorialized and they were immediately ready. I took him in wrapped in his hand made favorite blanket and they were very respectful of our wishes. We were able to pick him up the same day so he could be home for Christmas. I would highly recommend Ever Faithful if you lose a fur baby. In our time of sadness, they helped us to come to peace with the tragic event. Thank you very much for all that you did for us and Emmett!!!

Keri was extremely kind and courteous throughout the entire situation. The price was very reasonable especially compared to what the vet wanted to charge. I received my baby back the day after I dropped her off. She was placed in a lovely box that was included in the price. I could not have been more pleased.

Our sweet Boxer died of Cancer . We called Ever Faithful Pet. We couldn't have picked a better place to call. The owner was really nice and made things easy for us. The next day my husband was able to pick her ashes up in a really nice box . I recommend this company highly.

I tried to call 4:15 with no luck, the website states they close at 5. I live very close so I just drove up there. Sign on the door gives another number to call. I try that one and get a message for another phone number to try. This goes on for three more phone calls before I have up. Why advertise your hours if they mean nothing, and why lead people that are going through something awful through on a wild goose chase? I thought it was terrible and thoughtless, would give them zero stars if it let me.

Their website says calls are answered 24/7 and for an additional fee they pick up after hours. We called 4 times after midnight, left messages, and nobody ever answered or returned a call. Very disappointing to have to sit with your dead pet for 8 Hours until somebody opens.

I recently lost my dog of 14 years who died by getting hit by a car Carrie was referred to by a family friend she's very friendly and very reasonable on price I would definitely recommend to family and friends

We waited 15 minutes after 9 still no one was working no one answered the phone. Very u professional. I will drive to Spencer were they keep their posted operating hours. The owner did respond saying they were sorry.
