I lost my Boy Bully at the age of 10 he was my best boy. I was at a loss on what to do next. My girlfriend suggested I call Companion Pet Crematory. We both like supporting our local business's every chance we get. We met John early that morning and he was extremely helpful and compassionate. He described in detail the process and the options that were available to us.That afternoon I looked through hundreds of pictures of my Boy Bully and found the perfect one. Rachael worked the laser engraving portion of the Urn and I was blown away by the likeness of Bully's engraving compared to his portrait.Awesome.I want to thank John and Rachael for making a difficult time a little less stressful.Bullies Dad and Mom

John and Rachel are amazingly compassionate and loving people! It is one of the hardest things in life to let go of a beloved pet. Both of them were so kind and caring to us during the process and we knew our Ginger would be well cared for and respected. John picked up her body and returned our Ginger’s remains home to us with great care and dignity. Rachel designed an urn that was amazing! Skilled engraving on a beautiful wooden urn, a paw print in plaster, a Christmas ornament with her name, nose print, and paw print, a locket of her beautiful hair, and a pendant with some sparkling cremains in it. The care and dedication to detail was evident in everything they did for Ginger and for us. I hope it is a very long before we need their services again, but when that time comes, we will for sure be calling them. They definitely feel like trusted friends now.

John and Raechel are amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Not only did they did they provide a resting spot for our beloved 14 year old cat, Digit, but they made this all so personal and loving and allowed my son to say goodbye in his way. If you're looking for a way to send your fur baby on his or her way across the Rainbow Bridge, you won't find a better way than choosing this Mom & Pop business. I hate calling it that. They are so much more than a business. Thank you both for your loving ways.Willow, our 15 yr old and Digit, 14 yr old. She wouldn't stop grooming, thus the collar. Both very much loved.

10/10I cannot recommend Rachel, John and Companion Pet Cremation highly enough. They are hands down some of the the most compassionate, thoughtful, caring, and generous folks I've had the pleasure of encountering. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When my daughter's last guinea pig died she wanted to memorialize her but but it felt kind of silly having one tiny piggy cremated and interred in an urn. Rachel didn't bat an eye at the request, and was so incredibly kind and accommodating. She even offered to engrave a plaque with the names of all our previous piggies as a memorial 🥹 We also ordered one of the beautiful resin necklaces with a lock of hair. Rachel said she would add some beautiful crystals to the resin if my daughter likes them (she's obsessed!).Within about 20 minutes of making the initial phone call, John came to pick up our little Pepper, I'd paid in full, and felt a sense of relief and confidence my daughter's last piggy would be treated like family by the family who run this business. I don't have any other pets right now, but if I ever do and need to have them memorialized, I would 100% call Rachel and John.

I lost my fur baby of 15 years and they made the process so easy at a very emotional time. They were compassionate, fully explained everything and arranged both pickup and also delivery. A very nice ceramic keepsake was included which will make a wonderful ornament to remember my baby. I highly recommend their service as it was perfect throughout the entire process.

Rachael was absolutely incredible in a time when we were distraught over losing our fur baby. She kept in contact at all points of the process and made it as easy as she could and was understanding when we had another emergency pop up and had to delay receiving our boy’s cremains. My dog passed away on a Sunday and I called Companion Crematory and John picked up my dog Sunday afternoon. John was very respectful to my dog and compassionate for loosing our 14 year old lab/boxer mix. I worked with Rachel on the walnut wood urn. I loved how she helped me make the urn more personalized for my dog. It was great to add special touches to the urn. The urn turned out amazing and I loved her designs! Highly recommend!

Rachel and her husband were very compassionate and understanding. Losing our family dog of 12 years was so hard and they made the grieving process easier for us. They were personable and empathetic to all of our needs. When they returned with our pups ashes, they had gone above and beyond with the amount of personalized gifts for our family. Rachael and her husband were incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. They made the passing of my daughter’s dog easier by handling his cremation. The ornament, pendant, and prints were beautiful. They came to our home when we were ready, were so sweet and kind, kept in contact throughout the process, and returned about a week later to give ashes, pendant, ornament, certificate, and prints to my daughter. Lovely people and great company.

The compassion that we received was so needed when we had to say goodbye to our beloved Storm! The handling of our precious furr baby was fantastic, they did so much more than just taking care of our needs, we were not expecting so much in the way of memories. Yet they provided her nose print, paw prints, an ornment and so much more! The container we selected had a beautiful image of our furr baby engraved on it and it will be cherished as she now rests with my Father in laws ashes and my last military working dogs ashes! Rachael and her husband were wonderful after the passing of our lab. They came to the house to pick her up after she passed, and they were so compassionate and kind. We had such a wonderful experience with Companion Pet Crematory! The owners are so great and very helpful when our sweet girl passed away last month they were so great, I called them asking if they could cremate her for us because she was about to pass and the next day after I called them they came and even picked her up for us so we wouldn't have to worry about getting her there because my mother and I could not physically lift her to get her there and they were just the absolute sweetest couple. They include so much in there package and they gave us a paw print and nose print as best they could and made a beautiful necklace with her ashes. If you are looking for a place to cremate your beloved pets they are definitely the place to go and they definitely made the experience when she passed so much better for us in not having to worry, they are a great couple and business to work with!!

My daughter was heart broken, we both were, having to put her best friend of 13 years down, Roger. But companion pet, were the absolute best, the love they have, and work they do, we couldn't have asked for anything or anyone better to handle this hard time. If we ever run into the situation again and want to cremate our fur babies we will 100% go right back to them. Thank y'all for you love and hard work. These folks are amazing. Losing your fur baby is a very hard thing to go through. They definitely go the extra mile to help you through this very tough time. I've used other services in the past but I do not plan to use anyone else ever again. The quality and the way they personalize your pets URN is something I've neve been offered before and Absolutely fell in love with. It's so nice to see your fur baby on the side. They truly seem to care and love what they do. I will 100% refer all my friends and family to them. Thanks for all you guys did to help us out.

It was great getting to know this couple. I lost my beloved cat of 14 years while traveling in a hotel room. She just passed away in her sleep. I was devastated and didn’t know what to do but I knew that I had to act fast, I found this couple on line. They helped me at the worst time of my lifeThey are the kindest, most loving , hard working I ever met. They arranged to pick her up from my hotel room, they gave me options of what l could expect and the choices I had about cremation and other things, l have her ashes, plus they made a beautiful pendent with design and some of her ashes in it with a chain all 24 carrot gold.
