I lost my little man on a Sunday morning, very early, and they were able to take him that day. It was 6 days and he was ready to come home. The urn is beautiful, the necklace is perfect, and I fell apart when I saw his little nose print. He also clipped some fur for me, I forgot to ask so I’m so grateful for it-communication was perfect, and I appreciate the empathy, the professionalism, and just that they were there on the hardest day. Two words, beautiful people. I highly recommend their services.They have been so compassionate and patient. My original appointment had to be moved because I wasn’t ready and they were more than accommodating of my situation. This was my first time having to put a pet down. I did an at home euthanasia and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect since most of my family members were not available and out of town. They offered to be there with me from the beginning for support. Luckily I wasn’t alone, had a few friends, my brother stayed around, my niece and my nephew. Kyle waited patiently until it was over and time. I feel guilty not remembering the lady’s name who called and said my dog was ready for pick up was incredibly considerate. Before even letting me know my old pup was ready to be taken home, she asked me how I was doing and if I was doing ok. I really appreciated that. My beloved pet was well taken care of.I can’t express my gratitude for the information they were able to provide me and their patience.

On January 20, 2025 we lost our beloved Peanut. He was a 19 year old chihuahua. He was our son’s dog whom passed away in 2019 from a car wreck . I was so distraught over his death and Heavenly Pets was so kind and compassionate towards me in my time of need. When he was ready to come home they were so kind and listened to everything I said . This place is a God sent .

it’s never an easy time dealing with our furry loves passing, so when u find people who understand the heartache & respond w compassion & care, it helps make the process of saying goodbye, a little less awful. heavenly pets did just that - through all the phone calls to the pick up, they were great. jamie was who guided me throughout, explaining the steps & options. she’s literally one of the nicest people i’ve ever spoken to & it didn’t feel phony, which is seemingly more & more rare these days. i usually dislike dealing with strangers, over the phone especially, but she was a fckin angel. like, i can not overstate her pleasantness. the dude who did pick up was also very polite. good vibes all around during my bad vibe circumstance. overall a simple, efficient process & i appreciate their business greatly. thank u guys 🩵 🐾

The information on the website is accurate and when I called Kyle at 1am he was very courteous and respectful. The area was a little tricky to find. The lobby was spacious and relaxing. We had all our questions answered. As we came to collect the remains that was an awkward interaction because it felt like the young man, not Kyle, was trying to keep the conversation lighthearted. However, I was there for a somber reason and would have preferred not making small talk. I would have preferred to have been asked if I wanted a nose/paw print but I'm sure Kyle processed our boy with care. He instilled trust. Overall, the experience was exactly what I'd want. Take your pet here and it will be cared for.

When I called for them to pick up my beautiful dog, I could hardly talk. Kyle was awesome, told me to take my time. He came out as soon as possible and was very comforting to me and my brother. He was thorough in his explanation of what would happen. He was very gentle with our boy. I got to pick our boy Gus up today. Our sweet fur baby passed away suddenly in the early morning and later in the day we made the trip to drop him off. We mostly worked with Jamie. Shes so caring and compassionate and gave us all the time, space, and patience needed. She gave me the biggest hug and you can just feel the compassion. They were able to cut a lock of hair for us. Something so precious that I wasn’t expecting was Alfred’s little nose print. I never even thought of that and it is now one of my most precious keepsakes.

We unfortunately lost our 13 year old recently and were so down and out. We found this place to get him cremated and I cant say anything but good things! Very loving staff— they legit care about you and your lost loved one. I was surprised when i picked up my guy because HP took the time to get his paw prints and nose prints for us to have forever! Cant recommend this place enough if you lose a furr baby! They get it.

I’ve never had an experience where I had to figure this out so it was very hit and miss where I would go. I am happy to say I picked the best place I could ever pick because the compassion and concern that was given to myself and my family when we delivered our little Friend was beyond what I expected. Ive brought my pets here when they have passed and been treated with respect and felt welcomed. The two dogs they own definitely help when someone is grieving. They offer many options such as necklaces and glass work and the standard ones as well. We will always miss you Mischa but we are glad they took such good care of you and we can have you back in some way with us.

They are the sweetest people and show so much compassion during the difficult time of losing a pet. We lost our first dog in 2020 and our vet sent him to Heavenly Pets. We were so pleased with how the urn turned out. Prints of his nose and paw were an unexpected and very much appreciated surprise.Yesterday, we lost our second dog unexpectedly. The emergency vet uses a different company but we elected to use Heavenly Pets since they took such good care of our other dog. This was the first time that I had personally spoken to them and can’t say enough about how caring they are during this process.

I wanted to love this place because they were really nice but the piece they gave me to remember my pet was not even finished unless that is how they typically do things. The clay they give for prints is raw unfired cheap clay that doesnt even last a year. The only piece i have to remember my pet by has been slowly crumbling and the only advice they could offer was to seal it with some sort of glue… was the not your job? When my dog passed i went with his vet healing hands instead. The paw print they gave me is rock solid and his prints came framed. For how much they are charging I expected my memorabilia to at least last a few years. Devastated to say the least as this is one of the few things i have to remember him by.

The folks here were amazing, sweet and professional. I called in crying hysterically after hours after my baby Khaos passed way unexpectedly. I've lost two pets within two years, and these guys have been so sympathetic. They have comforted me a lot during my losses. I can't brag on them enough. Our Turkey Big Bit was my husband's pride and joy. I was so grateful for how professional they were knowing most people think it is ridiculous to have a turkey aquamated. The most recent loss of my beloved dog Chloe was devastating to me. She was one of the few females around my house besides me, so it was hard it still is as I'm crying right now. Hopefully you won’t need their services soon, but if you do find yourself in the same heartbreaking situation these are wonderful people that truly care about you and your fur baby. We unfortunately lost our baby over Memorial Day weekend, they said since it was a holiday it may be 10 days before the process was complete…it only took 6 days before we got our sweet baby’s remains back.

When our dog passed away I remembered seeing information about this company and how great they were. I called them the morning he passed and they offered to pick him up or we could bring him in. They were close enough we took him in. They made everything smooth and were very kind. They walked us through all the decisions we needed to make that day while dropping him off. Also explaining the process of what would happen. They said it would be 7-10 days before his remains would be ready.When they called to let me know he was ready to be picked up they were as kind as the day we dropped him off. Even when I was crying on the phone with the lady she was so nice and took time to make sure it was all what we wanted. She even told me if we couldn’t get there that day it was ok we could come any of the days they were open. Just to drop by. Picking him up was just that easy as well. She pull the urn out for us to check the details. For being such a sad occasion they made the process so smooth and a little less painful knowing he was being tended to by people who also care.

You can tell when you walk into the building that they love all animals and will do everything to make you feel better. We were on vacation in Oklahoma City in April, when our dear little Lani was called to the rainbow bridge. We were not ready to say good bye. Of course we had no idea what to do. We were at a lose as what to do. This is when we found Heavenly Pets in Moore Oklahoma. We made a phone call, and from that point on they handled everything perfectly. Thank you Heavenly Pets. Our worst moment was made easier. In fact you might say our sweet Lani lead us to Heavenly Pets and now we are working on getting our business up and running now. Every pet owner deserves to have loving people to take care of their pet as they would their own.

This is the best place to take your pet/loved one after they have passed. They are so compassionate and caring. Since our sweet boxer girl, Athena, passed away at night, I called Heavenly Pets the morning after. Kyle and Jason came to pick her up within an hour of me calling. They were so respectful in their speech and actions while they came into our home and picked up the body of our beloved member of our family. The death of a pet, just like any family member, is hard, but it is a part of life and will happen. Despite knowing this, Kyle and Jason treated Athena with care and compassion as they took her to her final form of rest. As I watched Athena being placed in their car, I saw another lively, beautiful dog, who I now know as “Dexter” – it was a comfort in some way to see another dog escort our baby’s body with these two men. I knew Athena was in good hands (and paws). When the time came for me to pick up Athena’s ashes, I was greeted by Mr. Dexter and his wagging tail. Her ashes came in a beautiful cherry wood encasement with her name, date of passing, and aquamation ID under glass on the top of the box. With the box of ashes, I was also given ink prints of her paw and nose. Those prints mean the world to me. My overall experience with Heavenly Pets was a positive one and as much as it hurts to experience the passing of a beloved pet, their understanding and compassion in the removal and processing of her body were greatly appreciated.

We'd never wish anyone in the world lose their babies, but during such a hard time heavenly pets is amazing. We suddenly lost our baby girl late at night and Jason came in at nearly 10:30 at night and was so welcoming, gave us all the time we needed to grieve and say our last goodbye's. During such sad difficult time I have never been so pleased that I made the right choice. From the first phone call with Miss Jamie to the pickup and then drop off. I am so grateful for Heavenly pets. My baby of 11 years got sick and went downhill quickly. I had to take her on a Sunday to the emergency vet and had a horrible experience there. I was unfortunately treated with apathy and was handed the body of my deceased fur baby and told to “ make sure I dug at least four feet deep”. Dealing with confusion and sadness, I found Heavenly pets online and called at almost 8pm on a Sunday. The gentleman on the phone was a welcome voice of empathy and help. The gentleman left home to meet me at the building so I could bring in my deceased fur baby in. He kindly listened to me and let me not only grieve but vent about my horrible experience with the emergency vet I had just came from. I parlay for anyone that needs their services, however if that time comes, I would recommend Heavenly pets. They are kind, and treated both me and my deceased furbaby with empathy and respect.

I highly recommend when you need someone to take care of your fur baby one last time. They were available and so helpful on a Sunday when everyone else was closed and my fur baby passed at home. I've lost two pets within two years, and these guys have been so sympathetic. They have comforted me a lot during my losses. I can't brag on them enough. Our Turkey Big Bit was my husband's pride and joy. I was so grateful for how professional they were knowing most people think it is ridiculous to have a turkey aquamated. The most recent loss of my beloved dog Chloe was devastating to me. She was one of the few females around my house besides me, so it was hard it still is as I'm crying right now. We unfortunately lost our baby over Memorial Day weekend, they said since it was a holiday it may be 10 days before the process was complete…it only took 6 days before we got our sweet baby’s remains back.

When our dog passed away I remembered seeing information about this company and how great they were. I called them the morning he passed and they offered to pick him up or we could bring him in. They were close enough we took him in. They made everything smooth and were very kind. They walked us through all the decisions we needed to make that day while dropping him off. Also explaining the process of what would happen. They said it would be 7-10 days before his remains would be ready.When they called to let me know he was ready to be picked up they were as kind as the day we dropped him off. Even when I was crying on the phone with the lady she was so nice and took time to make sure it was all what we wanted. She even told me if we couldn’t get there that day it was ok we could come any of the days they were open. Just to drop by. Picking him up was just that easy as well. She pull the urn out for us to check the details. For being such a sad occasion they made the process so smooth and a little less painful knowing he was being tended to by people who also care.

We were on vacation in Oklahoma City in April, when our dear little Lani was called to the rainbow bridge. We were not ready to say good bye. Of course we had no idea what to do. We have used Heavenly Pets twice. The first review I left on Facebook. Our first dog was killed on a Sunday right before a major snowstorm was to blow in. We couldn’t wait days not knowing how long it would be before we could bring her to them. They waited for us and we brought her in on a Sunday afternoon. Our second dog just recently passed. Again they were beyond wonderful and we were able to get her back this afternoon, exactly one week from when we dropped her off. She was actually ready last Friday, so just 4 days after we dropped her off, but today was our first opportunity to drive back. I would recommend them to anyone!

Although we knew our Julios time was nearing its end, nothing can prepare you for the heartache one feels when they lose a beloved pet and member of their family. The after-hours pick up service was a godsend, and well worth the extra money so I didn't have to wake up in the morning to a decomposing pup. Compassionate and very respectful experience.My sweet dog passed away unexpectedly during the night. I had to be at work before any Vet’s offices were open for me to leave her for cremation.Unsure of what to do, I called the “Heavenly Pets” number. A gentleman answered and said he would meet me at the business before 7:00 AM.It was obviously outside of business hours but he was kind and understanding. He never made me feel as if I were “putting him out”.My girl’s remains were ready to be returned to me quickly and were in a beautiful wooden box.The cost was the same, if not less, than I had paid in the past, for other pets.I definitely recommend them for your needs.Wonderful customer service during a very difficult time.

Since our sweet boxer girl, Athena, passed away at night, I called Heavenly Pets the morning after. Kyle and Jason came to pick her up within an hour of me calling. They were so respectful in their speech and actions while they came into our home and picked up the body of our beloved member of our family. The death of a pet, just like any family member, is hard, but it is a part of life and will happen. Despite knowing this, Kyle and Jason treated Athena with care and compassion as they took her to her final form of rest. As I watched Athena being placed in their car, I saw another lively, beautiful dog, who I now know as “Dexter” – it was a comfort in some way to see another dog escort our baby’s body with these two men. I knew Athena was in good hands (and paws). When the time came for me to pick up Athena’s ashes, I was greeted by Mr. Dexter and his wagging tail. Her ashes came in a beautiful cherry wood encasement with her name, date of passing, and aquamation ID under glass on the top of the box. With the box of ashes, I was also given ink prints of her paw and nose. Those prints mean the world to me. My overall experience with Heavenly Pets was a positive one and as much as it hurts to experience the passing of a beloved pet, their understanding and compassion in the removal and processing of her body were greatly appreciated.

Heavenly pets took great care of me and my baby chiquis who was 15 years old when she passed. She passed late in the day and they were the only place open and willing to meet me way after hours to get her all fixed up. The gentleman also gave me privacy and allowed me to take my time as I said my final goodbye. It’s never easy losing a pet, but Heavenly Pets did their best to make sure I was taken care of. Heavenly Pets is the absolute BEST and ONLY place we take our dogs who have passed away. Over the years we have brought four of our family members here for cremation. This team has picked up 1.) a dog for us from the vet, 2.) picked up another dog who passed in our home, 3.) stayed until about 8pm for me to bring up a dog from a specialist in Dallas, and lastly, 4.) they met us at their office at 9pm with our most recently deceased dog. Each of our four dogs has had a different scenario of transport and each time Heavenly Pets was kind, gentle, and didn't seem bothered by some of the late (and very early morning) pick ups/drop offs. And each time they have remembered us and spoke to us like family.One of our dogs was missing part of her nose (we rescued her from dog fighting). They explained their multiple attempts to get a perfect impression of her nose. They were so apologetic. I told them not to be sorry - her nose wasn't perfect to begin with, and all of our other pet's noses and paws were perfectly printed. Personally, I think the imprint they made of her nasal septum WAS perfect to me.I know this is a tough time for your family, but this is definitely the company you want taking care of your loved ones. No other company will treat you the way they do. Heavenly Pets is a Godsend and you will not regret choosing them.

I am so grateful for Heavenly pets. My baby of 11 years got sick and went downhill quickly. I had to take her on a Sunday to the emergency vet and had a horrible experience there. I was unfortunately treated with apathy and was handed the body of my deceased fur baby and told to “ make sure I dug at least four feet deep”. Dealing with confusion and sadness, I found Heavenly pets online and called at almost 8pm on a Sunday. The gentleman on the phone was a welcome voice of empathy and help. The gentleman left home to meet me at the building so I could bring in my deceased fur baby in. He kindly listened to me and let me not only grieve but vent about my horrible experience with the emergency vet I had just came from. I parlay for anyone that needs their services, however if that time comes, I would recommend Heavenly pets. They are kind, and treated both me and my deceased furbaby with empathy and respect.

The evening that my boxer passed, my husband contacted them. They were so accomodating. Their office was closed, however they told us to bring our dog and they would meet us. The lady that met us there was so caring and compassionate. I was a complete wreck and so she helped my husband make the arrangements. I felt so at ease leaving our dog there. Heavenly Pets was such a blessing with my pet’s passing.My family and I were out of town when my dog passed. They helped by picking him up from our home and caring for him while we were away. I couldn’t have been more comfortable leaving my baby Bella with Heavenly Pets. They picked her up and I’d wrapped her in her favorite blanket. The gentleman carried her like a baby to his chest to the car. Her urn (which is inclusive in pricing) is wooden and very well made. I was more than pleased with the service and the people. Lost my 19yo cat in June. I say my cat but she was my baby, my family member. My loss was hard but heavenly pets was so comforting during the whole process. It's one thing to lose a pet, it's another to trust someone else with them even after they have crossed the rainbow bridge. Hands down best experience with the whole team here at Heavenly Pets!! I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They took care of my sweet kitty from the moment of pick up on the day of him passing over the rainbow bridge to his remains back in my possession . They listen. They understand and they will do anything to help the process go as smoothly as possible. I even wanted to get some locks of my cat before starting the cremation and they let me grab some before hand. If I ever decide to own another animal again and go through this process I know where I'm coming.

I am beyond thankful and grateful for this company! Last Saturday was a normal day until my chihuahua started showing signs of a stroke and I had to have her put down late that night. I didn't want to bring her home until the following day so I called Heavenly pets. With a 30min heads up Kyle met me up there at 10:30pm to take care of my baby. The amount of compassion he showed me in a dark moment was appreciated. I picked up her ashes yesterday. They did a nose and foot print on paper and a foot print in clay. They are open 24/7 and even will pick up your pet. I highly recommend Heavenly pets and will use them in the future when the time sadly comes again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Very genuine, caring people! Met us on father's day,Sunday to do an intake on my 15 year old border collie baby. They spent as much time as we needed. My heart was broken but i felt a little bit of peace leaving him with them. His sister is still with us and probably not for much longer but i know where she will go when her time has come so i got an urn big enough for them both so that they can spend eternity together. We had to make the toughest decision any pet owner will have to make and put our 14 year old dog Sally down. We decided to do home euthanasia so she could be as comfortable as possible. The vet suggested we give Heavenly Pets a call for picking her up after and doing the cremation. We are so happy that we chose them. Heavenly Pets coordinated the best pick up time for us and took care of everything. They are compassionate and you can tell they really care for both the animals and the owners. Compassionate and very respectful experience.My sweet dog passed away unexpectedly during the night. I had to be at work before any Vet’s offices were open for me to leave her for cremation.Unsure of what to do, I called the “Heavenly Pets” number. A gentleman answered and said he would meet me at the business before 7:00 AM.It was obviously outside of business hours but he was kind and understanding. He never made me feel as if I were “putting him out”.My girl’s remains were ready to be returned to me quickly and were in a beautiful wooden box.The cost was the same, if not less, than I had paid in the past, for other pets.I definitely recommend them for your needs.Wonderful customer service during a very difficult time.

Heavenly pets took great care of me and my baby chiquis who was 15 years old when she passed. She passed late in the day and they were the only place open and willing to meet me way after hours to get her all fixed up. The gentleman also gave me privacy and allowed me to take my time as I said my final goodbye. It’s never easy losing a pet, but Heavenly Pets did their best to make sure I was taken care of. Heavenly Pets is the absolute BEST and ONLY place we take our dogs who have passed away. Over the years we have brought four of our family members here for cremation. This team has picked up 1.) a dog for us from the vet, 2.) picked up another dog who passed in our home, 3.) stayed until about 8pm for me to bring up a dog from a specialist in Dallas, and lastly, 4.) they met us at their office at 9pm with our most recently deceased dog. Each of our four dogs has had a different scenario of transport and each time Heavenly Pets was kind, gentle, and didn't seem bothered by some of the late (and very early morning) pick ups/drop offs. And each time they have remembered us and spoke to us like family.One of our dogs was missing part of her nose (we rescued her from dog fighting). They explained their multiple attempts to get a perfect impression of her nose. They were so apologetic. I told them not to be sorry - her nose wasn't perfect to begin with, and all of our other pet's noses and paws were perfectly printed. Personally, I think the imprint they made of her nasal septum WAS perfect to me.I know this is a tough time for your family, but this is definitely the company you want taking care of your loved ones. No other company will treat you the way they do. Heavenly Pets is a Godsend and you will not regret choosing them.

I can not sing high enough praises for them but I am going try!I have used them for all of my cremation needs when my little fur babies have passed on. I run a rescue of hedgehogs and due to the previous unknown life styles they tend to not live very long. An average life expectancy is 5 years. So with that being said…my kiddos tend to live out the rest of their lives in spoiled comfort of our home. We have had many over the years and not once have I even though of Heavenly Pets not being a part of their lives. They have gone above and beyond in their personal service and details to not only my needs but the needs of the hedgehogs who have passed on. They are reasonable, personable and respectful to you and your animal. Not once have I seen anything otherwise to suggest different. They take the time that you’d want someone to give you when you are going through a really rough time. Honestly, they even go above what you’d expect from someone in their field. Never have I met anyone so kind and compassionate as Kyle, Jayson and the rest of the staff here. Trust me as a person who has used them over 7 times…you won’t be disappointed with them or their services they provide. They are like family to me and take care of me in my time of need. The glass that they offer to encase your love in is absolutely gorgeous. Again, not disappointed and you won’t be either.

I’ve taken several of my pets to them and they were super nice. They are very accommodating. There are even two large lovable dogs there that give you love when you’re heartbroken. The evening that my boxer passed, my husband contacted them. They were so accomodating. Their office was closed, however they told us to bring our dog and they would meet us. The lady that met us there was so caring and compassionate. I was a complete wreck and so she helped my husband make the arrangements. I felt so at ease leaving our dog there. My beloved childhood dog passed away recently, my best friend. He went everywhere and did everything with me ranging from on the road rodeoing to my job over the road trucking. I had him since I was thirteen to the time of his passing, me being 21 now. We can not say enough about the services we received from Heavenly Pets. Upon our first contact we were immediately put at ease and felt very much as though a great contact had been made. All procedures and rules were explained to our satisfaction. We were assured that a phone call would put the pricess in operation. An additional charge for weekends was explained.All necessary information about our Lucky and our wants were carefully obtained and reviewed.The procedures were explained to us leaving absolutely no questions. We understood what was ahead.What stood out so much was the attitude the entire staff demonstrated as they knew our Lucky and us, and really cared.On the day we needed their services it took a simple call and they were at our home quickly . They expressed their sympathy and started their work. We were allowed a few minutes with Lucky and they began to wrap him in some blankets. When done they removed him and took him to the car. The procedure was quick but not rushed. We were please and left to ourselves. Later in the week we were called to see how we were doing and to verify all prior arrangements and told we could pick up his remains the following Monday.Upon arrival everything was as agreed. He was placed in beautiful dark cherry container with a perfect labeling on the top.In conclusion and to repeat we could not be happier or more satisfied with our association with Heavenly Pets and the entire staff.

They are reasonable, personable and respectful to you and your animal. Not once have I seen anything otherwise to suggest different. They take the time that you’d want someone to give you when you are going through a really rough time. Honestly, they even go above what you’d expect from someone in their field. Never have I met anyone so kind and compassionate as Kyle, Jayson and the rest of the staff here. Trust me as a person who has used them over 7 times…you won’t be disappointed with them or their services they provide. They are like family to me and take care of me in my time of need. These people are amazing. We went in at one of our lowest points. Distraught about our dog; he was like one of our kids. They were honest, helpful and understanding. Its a family business and from the second I walked through the door I felt like part of the family. I’ve taken several of my pets to them and they were super nice. They are very accommodating. There are even two large lovable dogs there that give you love when you’re heartbroken. From the moment I spoke to Jamie to the day her son Jason picked up my fur baby “Bear” everything was so effortless and efficient that it felt like a guardian angel was doing all of this work for me. Jamie really listened to me and even though I fought through tears and doubt during this difficult process she made it comforting for me. She was not here to sell me anything but really just listened to me and my story, and helped walk with me through it all. I had planned a specific date during the work week for this to all happen so I knew it would give me the time I needed to be with my Bear and coordinate a euthanasia service within work week limits. However, unbeknownst to me my sweet Bear had several complications before this date and when I called back it was now in the middle of a weekend. Everyone seemed to be booked or busy but I felt blessed to have Jason answer and coordinate weekend services when I needed him most. He was right on time and helped ease my stress about everything I was feeling and dealing with at the time. I was just grief stricken and a mess during each call and at the pick up. Still, I believe people are brought into our lives at the exact moment that we need them. This family was one of the moments for me. When our pet passed away it was almost midnight on a weekend. I was at a loss not knowing really what to do. I called a few places that were listed on line that offered to come pickup family pets. They all said "calls returned 24hrs". Heavenly Pets called me back within 15mins or less. The others have yet to contact me . Within the hour someone was at my home. He took the time to visit and answer any questions I had, showed true compassion and professionalism. The whole entire staff at Heavenly Pets showed sincere compassion and understanding. I was kept informed during the whole process. They really made the whole process much easier for me to deal with in losing a family pet.

My beloved childhood dog passed away recently, my best friend. He went everywhere and did everything with me ranging from on the road rodeoing to my job over the road trucking. I had him since I was thirteen to the time of his passing, me being 21 now. We can not say enough about the services we received from Heavenly Pets. Upon our first contact we were immediately put at ease and felt very much as though a great contact had been made. All procedures and rules were explained to our satisfaction. We were assured that a phone call would put the pricess in operation. An additional charge for weekends was explained.All necessary information about our Lucky and our wants were carefully obtained and reviewed.The procedures were explained to us leaving absolutely no questions. We understood what was ahead.What stood out so much was the attitude the entire staff demonstrated as they knew our Lucky and us, and really cared.On the day we needed their services it took a simple call and they were at our home quickly . They expressed their sympathy and started their work. We were allowed a few minutes with Lucky and they began to wrap him in some blankets. When done they removed him and took him to the car. The procedure was quick but not rushed. We were please and left to ourselves. Later in the week we were called to see how we were doing and to verify all prior arrangements and told we could pick up his remains the following Monday.Upon arrival everything was as agreed. He was placed in beautiful dark cherry container with a perfect labeling on the top.In conclusion and to repeat we could not be happier or more satisfied with our association with Heavenly Pets and the entire staff.

My large male boxer passed suddenly at 9pm, and Jason came to my house to get my big boy, and in my crying mess comforted me and let me know my baby boy would be taken care of. I had no idea the process Heavenly Pets used I just assumed it was cremation but once I learned about the aquamation process I fell in love. It’s such a pure and natural process and so beautiful. No words can express how much I appreciate all you did for me and my family as we had to say good bye to our beloved “Fat Tony.”Heavenly Pets arrived at the veterinary clinic shortly after Tony breathed his last breath. Just knowing he was in their hands was comforting.A week later, I received a phone call that his ashes were ready to be picked up. I highly recommend Heavenly Pets. Our cat Cody was very young and we learned that he had caught a terminal virus and needed to be put down. The shock and immense grief we were experiencing was so overwhelming I was having a very difficult time even thinking about "after life care." Thank goodness for Heavenly Pets, they really took care of everything for us. Came to our apartment to pick him up and returned him to us very quickly, I think it was just 2 days. All for an extremely affordable rate, much less than local cremation services. We also received a very nice complimentary wood urn. Very nice people and I don't think they could have made the process any easier.

Recommend this place 100%!!!! Losing a pet/family isn't easy and what we wouldn't give for just one more day with them. Atrya passed away 11/17/22 and saying I was a mess is an understatement. They were so kind and concerned and I watched as they carried her away with the respect and compassion I needed to see.I picked Atrya up today and everything was wonderful, even though picking her up was a relief and still painful. They made sure I was satisfied and were so compassionate and caring. They also gave me her paw and nose prints, which I didn't even realize how much I would charish it till now. Edit: I used them a second time, and I'm pretty certain I didn't get the right animal back one of the two times, or only got back half an animal, as my far smaller animal was given to me in a far larger urn that weighed about a lb more than my dog who was double her size.Ican't say thank you enough to Kyle and Jayson for how awesome they were with us through the hardest time in my life. We had to put our Sunny to rest on Monday, and even though we were behind schedule, they gave us all the time we needed with her. They brought their dogs with them, and handled my baby girl with so much care. I felt good knowing she wasn't taking her last car ride alone. They were amazing through the entire process, and gave me a nice urn, and paw and nose prints of my girl. This place was so awesome! Good price because honestly I expected more because of how big our Rocky was. They offered to even come out to pick him up! We brought him for personal reasons to honor our Rocky. Helped unload our Rocky. Was honest about how long it would take. Had a few options about memory boxes to put Rocky's remains in. The glass globes and pandora glass pendants are even an options to put some of the remains in. Was impressed and so grateful when we found Heavenly Pets! Totally great experience! We lost our beloved dog to a snake bite. We were traveling on vacation. This was such a tragic event for us. Recommend this place 100%!!!! Losing a pet/family isn't easy and what we wouldn't give for just one more day with them. Atrya passed away 11/17/22 and saying I was a mess is an understatement. They were so kind and concerned and I watched as they carried her away with the respect and compassion I needed to see.I picked Atrya up today and everything was wonderful, even though picking her up was a relief and still painful. They made sure I was satisfied and were so compassionate and caring. They also gave me her paw and nose prints, which I didn't even realize how much I would charish it till now. Thank you guys so much for helping me on my road to healing and for taking care of my Atrya.

I don’t have words to express how much Heavenly Pets means to my family. You were there for us in the late night hours 2 years ago for me when my Amelia was taken from us. I'm not going to knock their rating because of this but when I went to pick up my ferret, Luna, I was told they were unable to get her paw print because she was in such bad shape after the autopsy and was a mess and all wet so they couldn't get a good print. I'm sure they didn't intend to sound callous but that isn't how I want to think about my beloved pet after losing her and I'm sure others would feel the same. Other than that, they were very professional and caring and I really appreciated their service!

Loosing our beloved Duke was a very hard day for us but having these wonderful people come out to help on a rough day made it a little but easier. They were extremely easy to deal with and very compassionate. They got to our house quickly to pick Duke up and handled him with loving care. The urn is beautiful and we had a jewel made for my husband who is deployed and having it made it a little easier for him. Their prices were very competitive too and I liked the idea of the aquamation vs cremation. I highly recommend heavenly pets to anyone in the unfortunate circumstances of needing them.

You can tell they do what they do with their hearts in it. Heavenly Pets was so kind and thoughtful during the entire process of handling my dad’s little chihuahua. They were incredibly accommodating to my schedule so that I could drop off and pick Macs up. I hate for anyone to lose a pet but if your baby crosses the rainbow bridge I 100% recommend Heavenly Pets to take care of your pet.

Recently our dog of 18 years passed away. After my father searched for a cremation service we chose Heavenly Pets. I can't say enough good things about their service, and the individuals who work there...absolutely wonderful people. They drove almost 90 miles round trip to pick-up our Harley, and were here within an hour of calling them. If you're thinking of cremation for your pet, please consider Heavenly Pets...very compassionate people, and if the need ever arises again we will definitely use their service.

(7/18/22) Everyone was so kind and lovely, responding quickly, calmly, and with genuine care to all of our interactions leading up to the actual service and sending me home. Even when our situation was very late at night and sudden, they were right there when I needed them and that really helped.

Very compassionate group of folks. Made it easy for me to leave my pet with them as I knew my pet would be in good hands during this process. They can make you a clay paw print and also take your pets nose prints to as an add on. Very cost effective, too. I highly recommend them if you're in need of this service.

Edit: I used them a second time, and I'm pretty certain I didn't get the right animal back one of the two times, or only got back half an animal, as my far smaller animal was given to me in a far larger urn that weighed about a lb more than my dog who was double her size.Ican't say thank you enough to Kyle and Jayson for how awesome they were with us through the hardest time in my life. We had to put our Sunny to rest on Monday, and even though we were behind schedule, they gave us all the time we needed with her. They brought their dogs with them, and handled my baby girl with so much care. I felt good knowing she wasn't taking her last car ride alone. They were amazing through the entire process, and gave me a nice urn, and paw and nose prints of my girl. I would only recommend them, they will take so much off your shoulders during a difficult time, and will treat your family member with so much love and respect. Thank you guys!

This place was so awesome! Good price because honestly I expected more because of how big our Rocky was. They offered to even come out to pick him up! We brought him for personal reasons to honor our Rocky. Helped unload our Rocky. Was honest about how long it would take. Had a few options about memory boxes to put Rocky's remains in. The glass globes and pandora glass pendants are even an options to put some of the remains in. Was impressed and so grateful when we found Heavenly Pets! Totally great experience! I will recommend them to everyone I know and will use them again for any other furry baby we have and have to bury. God bless and thank you so much for being so sympathetic to our loss. ❤

We lost our beloved dog to a snake bite. We were traveling on vacation. This was such a tragic event for us. We decided that we couldn’t leave him in Oklahoma and wanted to take him back home to Washington State. The staff at Heavenly Pets were wonderful. They met us after hours. They were so kind and understanding. We felt fortunate to find them. If you need to make final arrangements for a pet, we would highly recommend Heavenly Pets. After a cancer diagnosis for our 17 year old pitbull Ally, I began making calls to see what our options were for her , after she passed on... after calling the facility my vet recommended, I was so scared I wasn't going to find anyone who understood our pain and the importance of a family pet. went online doing my own research. I found heavenly pets in moore . Loved what I seen on their fb page and website. I called, spoke with Jason, after just a few moments on the phone I felt at ease. I am so happy with them, you never know when you will lose your beloved pet, my loss just so happened to be the morning of Easter and they made their way to the shop to meet me, and to take my loving daisy. I forget the mans name but he was so kind and so respectful, It’s hard to hand away your pet to a stranger but he made me feel comfortable and trusting, they give you a choice of two beautiful urns, and they also give you a print of your animals nose and paw and it is just truly amazing what these two men do. Thank you for taking care of my daisy. I truly appreciate everything.

Although the pain of losing a pet is hard, I’m beyond thankful for the few weeks we had to spend with him knowing he’d be leaving us soon. We had time to say our goodbyes, and while keep him comfortable in his home.. we had time to research what we would do once he had passed on.We decided on cremation, but I wasn’t a fan of the traditional way most cremate with fire and flames. I feel the Aquamation process is a much more respectable way of cremating, and I’m very happy we had this time to research for this.Our boy Canon passed away on April 17th around 6 pm— and even though I knew this place of business was closed, I wanted to call anyways to see when the soonest I could bring our boy in.The guys at Heavenly Pets listened to us and were very respectful and accommodating. They said they could meet us after hours no problem the same night Canon had passed away.When they met us up there and took our boy back on his dog bed, and I had a instant feeling of reassurance that he was in good hands.When I got the call he was ready to be picked up after about a week, I went and picked up our boy to bring him back home in a nice cherrywood box with a nose print and two paw prints.I will refer all of my friends and family to this place, and will take all of our pets here when their time comes.Thank you again to Heavenly Pets for providing the best service in what would be some of the most difficult times for many.

Exceptional care and compassion during such a difficult time with the unexpected loss of our beloved family member. Their service was respectful, timely, heartfelt through the entire process. They do offer some optional services that we chose to honor and remember our pet with; again they performed beyond my expectations. We normally don't do reviews however their compassion, cost and service far exceeded our expectations. I would unequivaclly recommend them to anyone suffering through the loss of a family pet.
