My beloved cat (Jack) passed away unexpectedly after Christmas. Through my veterinarian, I sent him to Unforgettable Tails Pet Cremation. My experience starting with a thoughtful phone letting me know they received my cat and what I should expect. I received a call about a week and a half later that I could bring him home. I was absolutely speechless at how beautiful the box is and all the thoughtful touches they added. They took such care of my cat, that was much more than just a cat to me. Unforgettable Tails was incredible at such a heart breaking time. I brought my pet remains back home, within a week, in a beautiful engraved box with her remains, her paw print, certificate, some on her hair in a heart shaped tin, a paw print charm and a card from every one who works there. They have even checked on me to make sure i was doing okay & if i needed anything. I highly recommend Unforgettable Tails, they truly understand the pain and they are the angels i needed for this unbearable time. ❤️🐾

Talking with Robin made us feel that we made the correct place to take care of our 13 year old Cockapoo , Sammie at this difficult time. Absolutely the most professional, courteous, honest, sympathetic company I have ever encountered. When we lost our dog Labor Day weekend, I searched the internet for pet creamation services. Although Unforgettable Tails was an hour drive, I kept coming back to it. I felt like it was the only place we could take our Bear. I was so right. From the start, Jordan responded immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. He was extremely sympathetic and took the time to explain the process in detail. When my family and I arrived at the location we were again met with sympathy and professionalism beyond compare. Jordan treated the loss of Bear just like a human loss...took his time with my family and I...took excellent care of Bear. Gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. I am very pleased with “Unforgettable Tails Pet Cremation & Memorial Services”.They did a wonderful job for my JoeJoe (my 16 + years, orange cat). His remains were placed in a felt bag that said “Until We Meet Again At The Rainbow Bridge” then was put into a pretty little cedar box, with a lock & 2 keys, & was nicely engraved with “In Loving Memory, JoeJoe, Mommy’s Buddy”. They also put a sympathy card, Certificate of Cremation, Lock of JoeJoe’s hair, in a red heart tin & JoeJoe’s Paw Print. The decision to let our best buddy Buster go was very hard because he still had a lot of life and personality left. He just was loosing the ability to walk. It was getting harder to watch him struggle. Our first best decision was contacting a Gentle Farewell to come to the house and do a stress less good bye. The next best decision was contacting Unforgettable Tails for his cremation, it was so bitterly cold out burying him was not an option. Plus going through the process with Unforgettable Tails was a much better way to say goodbye to a friend we will forever miss. We had to put our dog Jo Jo down she had been sick. It was and extremely hard thing to do. She was my Velcro dog. Jo was just over 14 years old. The veteranian was very kind to us. We had her cremated at unforgettable tails. They were also very kind and helpful. I even received a text asking how I was doing. Our house is very quote now. This is the second time we have had to use Unforgettable tails pet cremation and memorial services. We were completely satisfied each time. Even though it is a heartbreaking experience to go through they make it easier. They were very understanding and didn’t disregard our feelings because it was a pet. We had our first girl cremated and got her ashes back in a nicely engraved box with a locket of her fur, her nose print, her paw print and they saved a corner of her blanket that she was cremated with. This time was the same great experience with them. They even check in on you a day or so after you get the ashes back. They are very affordable and very thoughtful. Our family highly recommends you use them if you have a pet pass away.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I lost my 20 year old beagle, and they took such good care of her and myself, I can not even express how comforting it was. They explained everything to me, everything they had to offer, and their pricing. They did not hard sell me in any way, but they gave me many options. When all was said and done. I got my old dame back, in a lovely wooden box, with her ashes, engraved with her name, date of birth and death, a paw print in plaster, and a heart, filled with her hair, (which was difficult at best because, she's a beagle and they managed to get all 3 colors!).Then they sent me a text message the next day, telling me that they were thinking of me and to call if I needed anything. It was a most comforting experience. I highly recommend them for your your babies!.

Unforgettable Tails went above and beyond for our family. When our dog passed away they were quick to begin the process and kept in contact with us. Losing a pet is such a difficult thing to go through and I felt so much comfort with how my dogs urn turned out to the details of it and the paw print that was given and patch of hair in a heart. We had our dog back home with us in a little over a week and it gave us such comfort having her back home with us. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone. A couple weeks after she passed away they made contact with me to help with the grieving process and it meant so much to us.

We had to put our dog Jo Jo down she had been sick. It was and extremely hard thing to do. She was my Velcro dog. Jo was just over 14 years old. The veteranian was very kind to us. This is the second time we have had to use Unforgettable tails pet cremation and memorial services. We were completely satisfied each time. Even though it is a heartbreaking experience to go through they make it easier. They were very understanding and didn’t disregard our feelings because it was a pet. We had our first girl cremated and got her ashes back in a nicely engraved box with a locket of her fur, her nose print, her paw print and they saved a corner of her blanket that she was cremated with. This time was the same great experience with them. They even check in on you a day or so after you get the ashes back. They are very affordable and very thoughtful. They did a fantastic job of preserving the memory of my recently fallen, four-legged comrade of 12 years.The cremation service is private. This means that the remains you receive are that of your pet, no one else’s. If that doesn’t show the amount of compassion, empathy and respect UT has for their customers, I’m not sure what does.You will get a very nice wooden box urn etched with the name of your pet along with the option to add a short eulogy. The box also comes with a small padlock & 2 keys. They also give you a lock of fur in a heart-shaped tin and an ink paw-print.I can honestly say if you’re struggling with the thoughts of burial or cremation, you cannot go wrong with the services here. Fortunately in my time of mourning, I was able to get good insight from good people on the process to help me make my decision.Thanks and you have my deepest condolences if you’re readingthis for the same reason I wrote it.

This was my third time with unforgettable Tails, this time was through the vets office. I felt like customer service was lacking, they called me TWO days later and did NOT have possession of my dog yet! Wanted to know about the urn, seemed no companion, told me the vet would call me next week.... I asked for her collar back. The vet called me, handed me a bag, no explanation of what's in the bag and no collar...the customer service was very lacking this time. The price doubled since last time and I feel I got NO customer service. It's sad.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I lost my 20 year old beagle, and they took such good care of her and myself, I can not even express how comforting it was. They explained everything to me, everything they had to offer, and their pricing. They did not hard sell me in any way, but they gave me many options. When all was said and done. I got my old dame back, in a lovely wooden box, with her ashes, engraved with her name, date of birth and death, a paw print in plaster, and a heart, filled with her hair, (which was difficult at best because, she's a beagle and they managed to get all 3 colors!).Then they sent me a text message the next day, telling me that they were thinking of me and to call if I needed anything. Unforgettable Tails went above and beyond for our family. When our dog passed away they were quick to begin the process and kept in contact with us. Losing a pet is such a difficult thing to go through and I felt so much comfort with how my dogs urn turned out to the details of it and the paw print that was given and patch of hair in a heart. Losing a pet is devastating, but Unforgettable Tails made the process incredibly simply. I lost my dog on the weekend and they were available 24/7 to take me through the process.I dropped her off that weekend which was nice. They gave me a private viewing inside to say goodbye. I was walked through the steps on the spot. I felt good about Unforgettable Tails as they have a system that tracks the pet like it would a human. I've never heard of nor seen this for a pet cremation.The cost was much less than I expected and I was able to take care of that upon picking up my dog post-cremation.Included in the package was a cremation with only my pet, a velvet pouch for the remains, a heart-shaped tin with her fur, a paw print card they scan and keep on file if I ever need it, and an inscribed wooden urn.I opted to purchase a clay paw as well.It was a difficult time, but both Sam and Jordan were understanding, empathetic, and extremely helpful. For such a hard time I couldn't have asked for better service!

I recently had went through the heartbreaking experience of having our family cat put down. Our vet works with Unforgettable Tails and they were able to coordinate everything such that all I had to do was go home and cry. After 11.5 Years with my Beloved Boxer, Zeus... We lost him suddenly to old age. This was devastating to us. A friend had told me about places who do Pet cremations. So, I did a search and found Unforgettable Tails. They were a blessing in disguise! Zeus, as well as my family got lucky in finding this place as I have heard horror stories about some places who do pet cremations. Jordan Came and picked Zeus up for me, but also sat with me and made sure I was aware of every step of the process in honoring Zeus. This includes a private cremation, which made me feel at ease knowing I would be getting Zeus back and not a mixture of various pets. I spoke with Christine on the phone a few times, and then met her when I went to pick Zeus up to bring him home. She is/was so very caring and sweet and I appreciate all of her help. They do not see our family pets as just animals, but as members of the family and I could not be more grateful to them for taking such good care of Zeus. This was the first time I’ve been through cremating a pet and I felt like Unforgettable Tails was there for me the entire process. The staff was warm almost like family with how they talked about my dog tidbit. I felt like I wasn’t alone and they helped the experience go very smooth. They even put aside a separate bag so we could sprinkle some of him over his favourite peepee spot. Losing a pet is devastating, but Unforgettable Tails made the process incredibly simply. I lost my dog on the weekend and they were available 24/7 to take me through the process.I dropped her off that weekend which was nice. They gave me a private viewing inside to say goodbye. I was walked through the steps on the spot. I felt good about Unforgettable Tails as they have a system that tracks the pet like it would a human. I've never heard of nor seen this for a pet cremation.The cost was much less than I expected and I was able to take care of that upon picking up my dog post-cremation.Included in the package was a cremation with only my pet, a velvet pouch for the remains, a heart-shaped tin with her fur, a paw print card they scan and keep on file if I ever need it, and an inscribed wooden urn.I opted to purchase a clay paw as well.It was a difficult time, but both Sam and Jordan were understanding, empathetic, and extremely helpful. For such a hard time I couldn't have asked for better service!

They handled the cremation of our beloved Chloe. They notified us of every step and had her remains back to us very quickly. Her remains were returned in a beautiful cedar urn. We also received a clipping of fur in a heart shaped tin and an inking of her paw print. Very nice. And they don't cremate multiple pets at the same time like some other places do. They are dignified and treat pets no different than humans.

This is the best place to take your fur baby. I lost me beloved Sheba at only 5 years old.To say I was and still am devastated and heartbroken is an understatement. Jordan and Sam are both wonderful to work with and really care about their service. I had her cremated and put in a beautiful box.They put in loving memory on the first line and name on second and the third line your choice of what to put. This is carved into the box top , so I couldn't say everything I wanted to say in that space.I was offered a brass plate to be affixed to the top that I readily accepted. I could say everything I wanted on that. When I first saw it I cried. It is so BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!, so much more than i expected. HIGHLY recommend this service if you want a BEAUTIFUL keep sake.

This is the best place to take your fur baby. I lost me beloved Sheba at only 5 years old.To say I was and still am devastated and heartbroken is an understatement. Jordan and Sam are both wonderful to work with and really care about their service. I had her cremated and put in a beautiful box.They put in loving memory on the first line and name on second and the third line your choice of what to put. This is carved into the box top , so I couldn't say everything I wanted to say in that space.I was offered a brass plate to be affixed to the top that I readily accepted. I could say everything I wanted on that. When I first saw it I cried. It is so BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!, so much more than i expected. HIGHLY recommend this service if you want a BEAUTIFUL keep sake.
