My Dad passed away September 2018. Robertā€™s provided excellent care for him. I was most impressed by how natural my Dad looked for the services. The funeral director had not seen my Dad many times if at all; I asked if he needed a photo. He assured me that he could tell by facial bone structure how to prepare him for viewing. We certainly were not disappointed. The most difficult part was sitting down to make arrangements, trying to make sure that everything was the way ā€œDad would wantā€. He even made this part very easy for us. We learned from post death arrangements and sat down and made prearrangements for my Mom. When she passed in May 2024, her wishes were carried out completely; she also looked very natural. I would highly recommend prearrangements and I would highly recommended Robertā€™s Funeral Home.

Had my brothers funeral here after the service we went to cemetery and there was just a piece of plywood over the hole. No vault, tent, or chairs were there. We had the final service at the back of the van with my brothers body in the van. Vault company was called and they were 2 or more hours out. So they said for us to go ahead and go eat and they would stay there till the vault company came in 80 degree weather with a body sitting in a hot van. This was so rude and inconsiderate of the funeral home. I think all money should be refunded except for the cost of the casket. The graveside service is the timeTo say your last goodbyes and we didnā€™t get to do that.

I can't say enough about how great and caring everyone is. I will forever be grateful for all the care and compassion Wayne and Dan have for people and pets.
