We lost Dominique at 14 years, she was a wonderful kitten, buddy and cat. We loved her and Vernon's did a beautiful job for us, now we have a lovely urn, a small valve of her hair and paw prints. Thank you so much for a way to keep our memories.

Our Bob the Spy meant the world to our family. When his health went downhill we were crushed. Rachel at Vernon’s was absolutely wonderful. I was able to get everything done ahead so when we lost him we didn’t have to fill out papers and such. The other staff there happened to be the ones to meet us when he was gone. Everyone was beyond kind. We felt he was going to be treated with kindness and love.We were able to pick him up today and the care that they put into all the packaging. The blanket we held him in was washed, a sweet little container of some of his hair, extra ink paw prints for our kids. The little tuxedo kitty on the envelope… it was all so kind and considerate. As much as I hope I don’t find myself back there any time soon, I would recommend them to anyone and would not trust my pets anywhere else.

Vernon Pets helped us with the loss of two of our older dogs and the tragic loss of another. The staff are so polite, friendly and professional. They expressed sincere empathy for our loss and our well being. The remains of our four legged family members were cared for so well. They exceeded our expectations and we will use them in the future. At a time of heartbreaking loss, we appreciated their services so much.

Vernon Pets gave the absolute best care and compassion towards my cat Chester. The facility is beautiful with wonderful staff. They came to pick Chester up from the vet and handled the rest in a smooth simple process. In the photo, the package included the paw print tin for the ashes, fur trimming and I added the ceramic paw print. It also included ink paw prints, not in the photo. The biggest selling point for me was the cremation is only your pet. Most vets have cremations in batches, you don't know if you're getting your pet or someone elses back. I will 100% recommended Vernon Pets!
