Our mother passed away in March. Prearranged funeral arrangements had been made with Coyle Funeral Home a couple of years ago and what a relief to have all the details taken care of in advance! Megan had assisted us with the prearrangements and Phil helped us during the actual funeral. All of our interactions with Coyle staff were excellent! This is the third family member we have used Coyle Funeral Home and have been very happy with their services at each occasion. Gave 5 stars but 10 were deserved!

My family has been Coyle customer for over 70 years. So when it came time for me to need there services there was no other choice, but Coyle funeral home. As usual they did not disappoint! I cannot say enough about Coyle Funeral Home. Our family has had most of our funerals through them over the many years past. They are so professional yet very much like our extended family. Our most recent experience was unfortunately for my mom and then shortly after, my father-in-law. They empathetically guide you through the process and really listen to everything you have to say, even if it’s just reminiscing about your loved one. They were honest, polite and could answer any question we had. In the last eight years, my family has used Coyle three times. We have never experienced any issues. The staff is warm and friendly. All three funerals were beautiful. They really try to take care of every little detail, so you have nothing to worry about. I would say they make a difficult situation, easier to go through. When the need arises again, I wouldn't consider using anyone else. I highly recommend Coyle Funeral Home.

My mom passed late in the evening. I was reassured by Megan at Coyle that they had my mom in their loving hands. My mom had prepaid her funeral so I just had to finalize arrangements. Megan was very patient as I changed some details. I was worried we would have to have a closed casket but Coyle made my mom look beautiful. Throughout the day, Coyle representatives catered to us and asked if we needed anything. Amid COIVID-19, Coyle Funeral Home was very clean and spacious. I had relatives tell me that Coyle provided much better service than they got at other funeral homes. Coyle offered keepsakes: an afghan with your loved ones picture, a video CD, laminated obituaries, prayer cards, thank you cards, candle and much more. I was very impressed by the whole experience.

Many of our family members had direct interaction with the owner, the director and others, and all of us had the same feeling, that they cared for us as if we were family.From the pickup of my mother at the nursing home to the final burial at the cemetery, the director acted very professional and sincere throughout. They were also very helpful during the process of choosing and deciding all the many decisions that had to be made, while never feeling rushed.The one thing that everyone mentioned, was the beautiful video they put together from the pictures and music we choose. It really captured my mother's life. I can't say enough good about the service from Coyle Funeral Home. As a member of the police department in a position to help a family from California find a good funeral home, I wasn't sure where to turn. Coyle funeral home came highly recommended so I called them and they took care of everything. The made arrangements with the coroner, met with the family and compassionately served the family as well as our department through a difficult time for both. How can I possible stress enough the amount of peace, Megan gave Myself, my Brother & Sister! Dads passing was sudden and we were unprepared. You gave me the strength to make the arrangements. A caring family caring for your family.I have attended several gatherings at Coyle Funeral Home (including one where the deceased wished to be remembered as a leprechaun) and found over and over again that the decedent's family could feel the care and support they were receiving from the Coyle family and that the appropriate decorum (and in that one case, celebration) was demonstrated. The Coyles are as dignified as the occasion requires but, also, not afraid to think outside “the box.” Highly recommended

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coyle’s funeral home. I reside in Maryland, outside of Washington DC, where I moved my mother 4 years ago to be near my family. I pre-planned my mother’s funeral with Megan Coyle. Megan was able to look up the records for my father’s funeral and cemetery information from 25 years ago to assist me with the planning. Megan and Coyle’s made the funeral planning and final decisions simple and all along the way we’re extremely considerate and compassionate. Coyle’s worked with a local funeral home here in MD who assisted with getting my mom home and delivered safely to Coyle’s for burial next to my father in Toledo. The entire funeral was exceptionally coordinated by Coyle’s. There are not enough positive adjectives in my vocabulary to express my deep appreciation for making a difficult day a beautiful celebration of our mother’s life and as stress free as possible. Thank you Megan and everyone at Coyle’s who assisted with my mother’s beautiful funeral.

Sharing on behalf of Richard A. Haviland April 19, 2018:"Recently a wonderful gentleman named Earl W. Hoffsis passed away, age 93. He was as perfect a Man as the Good Lord expected things to be. Because of the Love and Duty he personified to all who met him, his family and friends needed simply, a location where an atmosphere of comfort and welcoming was felt by all visitors. Coyle Funeral Home posseses these virtues. Respect, and warmth are present in all aspects of the needed preparations, from Earl's showing and burial. A truly unique blessing happened when the Coyle Staff notified the local newspaper about worthy news events involving Earl during WW 2. Being in the Air Force, he was brought into direct contact with the enemy in the China -Burma-India theater of Battle. Further, the reporter continued his research through Earl's employment as a Perrysburg police officer, to becoming an engineer with unique successes in Toledo's large corporations. Earl was also responsible for needed church duties and many veterans affairs. For the Coyle Staff to have handled the means of bringing Earl's achievements to the public's attention was deeply thoughtful, and greatly appreciated by Earl's family and friends. The Staff is always there for you.Phil assistance us with our Mothers arrangements back in Feb 2018. Now our Father just past in April 2019. How can I possible stress enough the amount of peace, Megan gave Myself, my Brother & Sister! Dads passing was sudden and we were unprepared. You gave me the strength to make the arrangements. Your calming, friendly, compassionate & professional demeanor made the whole experience easier! It can be difficult to arrange services in one city when you live across the country. Though we chose Coyle for our aunt’s services somewhat blindly, it turned out to be providential. A caring family caring for your family.I have attended several gatherings at Coyle Funeral Home (including one where the deceased wished to be remembered as a leprechaun) and found over and over again that the decedent's family could feel the care and support they were receiving from the Coyle family and that the appropriate decorum (and in that one case, celebration) was demonstrated. The Coyles are as dignified as the occasion requires but, also, not afraid to think outside “the box.” Highly recommended

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coyle’s funeral home. I reside in Maryland, outside of Washington DC, where I moved my mother 4 years ago to be near my family. I pre-planned my mother’s funeral with Megan Coyle. Megan was able to look up the records for my father’s funeral and cemetery information from 25 years ago to assist me with the planning. Megan and Coyle’s made the funeral planning and final decisions simple and all along the way we’re extremely considerate and compassionate. Coyle’s worked with a local funeral home here in MD who assisted with getting my mom home and delivered safely to Coyle’s for burial next to my father in Toledo. The entire funeral was exceptionally coordinated by Coyle’s. There are not enough positive adjectives in my vocabulary to express my deep appreciation for making a difficult day a beautiful celebration of our mother’s life and as stress free as possible. Thank you Megan and everyone at Coyle’s who assisted with my mother’s beautiful funeral.

Our family couldn’t be more pleased with the service we have received from Coyle during these past 12 months. We have had 2 passings in our family and Coyle was awesome from the planning stage to the end of both services. I was able to make contact with them at 11:45 PM when my father passed and a professional group of gentleman came to the house and transported him to Coyle.
