Cathy was very kind and compassionate. My dog died unexpectedly and she accepted him right away. I got his ashes back in a timely manner, in a beautiful urn with his name on it. Highly recommend and will use her in the future!

We have taken our pets here since 2010. Always compassionate, understanding, and friendly. Gave us time to be with our pet in the chapel as long as we needed. I highly recommend them because I trust them and their professionalism allowing me time to grieve.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I lost my dog 3 weeks ago. I was told 7-10 days was the wait. I never received a phone call or her ashes. I’ve been playing phone tag with them ever since. Every time being promised she was going to be delivered the next morning first thing. Horrible customer service! This has been the worse loss of my life and dealing with company has has made it so difficult. You should not treat people who grieving with such disrespect.

I have gone to Angel’s Rest for two of our precious dogs over the years. There is no place more respectful and compassionate to both our pets and our family during such a difficult time. There’s not enough words to describe how Angel’s Rest helps to give you closure. They truly are Angels!

Once I was able to get our pet back I was happy however the 2 weeks prior was filled with miscommunication and a price increase of 75 dollars. Horrible customer service from Kaitlyn, considering we just lost our dog. I won't use them in the future. I felt taken advantage of at an already terrible time 😕

I took my cat to be cremated today, we had to use the bathroom and they refused to allow us to do so, stating that she would get yelled at if she did. I stressed how urgent the need to to go was, and she still refused. We took our beloved Mia elsewhere to have her cremated. How awful to not allow us to use the bathroom at such and and stressful time

I would not recommend this place for anyone until they did their homework on pet cremations. Once I decided not to have my dog cremated and went back to get him and realized he was not stored in a refrigerator. His body was decomposing in an alarming rate. It goes for being ignorant when I read that they were compassionate and loving I never realized they would not have him refrigerated. It was absolutely discussing when I picked him up and his body fluids filled the bag.

Although needing Angel's Rest services is a result of a tragedy, they are warm, compassionate and quite reasonable in cost. We have 3 cats safely in urns on the mantel. With the sudden loss of cat#8, Ruthie, we will need a sister for her soon. It will be in GOD"S time.The chapel is lovely. You can remain with your pet as long as you want, and they have plenty of Kleenex ^_^Stretchycat

There is no way possible I could say all the great things about their service. I would highly recommend them if you have lost a beloved family pet. They treated her with the respect that we believed only we could give her. Zoey was large a English mastiff and passed at home they picked her up guys were extra carfull with her and even delivered her back to us. My wife and I were completely greif strickened. Can’t thank you all enough. God bless you.

This place was very kind and helpful during a time of stress and sorrow. The staff is compassionate, professional, and kind.The service was quick ( about 3 days ) and the pricing was the best out all other crematory places.Overall, you will not find a nicer place, people, or service anywhere else.

Absolutely would recommend Angels Rest to anyone needing this type of service. Friendly staff, private grieving rooms, plenty of memorial options at all different price points, affordable cremation prices, and the lady that helped us was just so caring and kind! 5 stars 🌟

This is the worst place anybody could go to if they want their pet cremated it has been about 2 weeks and no sign of my dog still. Also the card they send you is just a basic card that’s not personal or anything. 10 out of 10 would never recommend.

A little upset because my cat’s name is spelled wrong on the papers and on her ashes. Her name is Wanda, and the vet that sent her info over to them also had Wanda. I noticed when I got home it was spelled Wonda. I was too upset at the time of pickup to notice. Staff was nice and comforting overall. Just pay more attention to spelling please.
