Cassie’s kindness, compassion and professionalism was so appreciated by our family when it came to planning my father’s funeral. Two of the most influential people in my life chose to have their funeral services at Jackson, Lytle, and Lewis. I had the honor of speaking at my grandmother's funeral. Before the service, I went in to see her and placed my hand on hers while praying. I got make-up on my hand and then on the fabric in the casket. Frankie came in and corrected my mistake. She didn't make me feel silly or like an inconvenience. The team at Jackson, Lytle, and Lewis did an incredible job. That was ten years ago.Monday night, the celebration of life for Mark Stoll was held at Jackson, Lytle, and Lewis. Leading up to the service, I was concerned that there would not be enough space for the number of people pouring into the facility over the 3-hour visitation. I was wrong. Frankie, Cassie, and Becca did an incredible job directing people through the parking lot and the facility. I imagine over a thousand people came through the building, and it didn't feel congested. They did a great job and handled a big task perfectly.Frankie, Jason, Cassie, Becca, and the entire JLL team, thank you for being a light in a time when families are dealing with grief. I appreciate how you handled the two services that I spoke of and the impact of your involvement on the community.

I cannot recommend Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center enough!! My family was not sure how to proceed with planning a memorial service for my mother and funeral director Frankie, was beyond helpful! She made the process of planning a graveside memorial so personal and was so caring… She got us in contact with a Pastor Kevin (who was remarkable), made arrangements for military service, set us up with chairs and tent, and also provided a speaker for light music. Word cannot describe how thankful we are that we contacted Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Frank Lewis and his exceptional team hosts annual Field of Honor® flag displays from D-Day to Flag Day each June as a gift to the Springfield Community. I recently had a guided tour with Frank Lewis. This facility is warm, comforting and spacious. I was most impressed with it and the many initiatives they have and continue to undergo. They really strive to make the death experience a life celebration and ensure the family receives the highest level of care and support.I am also heartened with Frank's community involvement, especially with the vets. I've not personally dealt with the Funeral Home side of Jackson, Lytle, & Lewis, but I recently nominated someone for their "Caregiver of the Month" recognition. Frank Lewis was especially quick to respond to my nomination and made sure to share with me who they chose for the month of February. The person I nominated won and she relayed to me how nice Frank was to her and how great the program is! It's nice to see a business reaching out to the community to recognize it's members in such a positive way!I also recently heard that Jackson, Lytle, & Lewis is responsible for providing a birthday cake every month for the residents of Forest Glen Health Campus! What an incredibly generous thing for them to do! I'm sure the residents are thrilled to be recognized by a business!Keep up the good work~you're part of what makes Springfield a special place to live!!

Frank Lewis and his team are the best. When my father passed away unexpectly on a holiday weekend, Jackson Lytle and Lewis were there for us. They came in on the holiday to help us plan his funeral. We did not have preplanned arrangements for him, but that did not matter. They were there to help us out. They made us feel so comfortable in a bad situation. Within one week our lives changed and they were with us all the way. I cannot say enough about Frankie, who came in on the holiday to help us and the staff for taking care of us until my father was laid to rest. Also, Frank Lewis who was there and showed his support and all he does for our community!

Frankie was absolutely amazing! it was my first time organizing a service. she helped out in a way I couldn’t even possibly expect , She went above and beyond from the beginning to the end .!!!Her communication is awesome. I have known Frank at Jackson Lytle & Lewis for 2 years now. Although I have not used his services I am still impressed with those of his staff I have met and interacted with. Everyone is very polite and welcoming. From what I've learned about the business and what they have to offer with their services definitely sets them far apart from other funeral homes. I am sorry for the family that lost service, my mom’s service was streamed without problems but we also knew we couldn’t control weather, connections and Mother Nature. My family was very pleased with the Ladies that took care of our mother . Service was beautiful our mother’s wishes were followed, even if it wasn’t the normal requests. Family and friends after the service commented on how our mother looked and how our mother would be proud of how we honored her. I can't thank Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Center enough nor praise them enough for all they do for our community. I am a Resident Service Coordinator in two HUD buildings in this county and I have had several situations come up when residents have needs they cannot manage on their own due to income.. I know I can reach out to this organization for assistance or guidance to resources that can. Frank Lewis is quick to respond to each and every inquiry, which given his busy schedule, amazes me! The Senior Dream Center has arranged some marvelous things for residents in my buildings. Most recently, with their assistance, one of my residents had a lovely- new living room set delivered to her apartment. The resident only had a bed and a set of hard chairs. The relief to have something soft to sit on brought tears of appreciation. They collect phones for our soldiers and flags for Veterans to be cremated with and they do so much more. I encourage everyone to visit their website and inquire about all this facility does. Thank You Jackson Lytle & Lewis!!

We were fortunate to work with Becca at Jackson Lytle & Lewis for a recent Memorial Gathering. We did not want the typical funeral home feel and found what we were looking for. . .the space is very open with lots of natural light and more modern furnishings and style. Becca and her team went above and beyond to fulfill our requests - and we had a lot! We had a big family dinner after our gathering right there at Jackson Lytle. It is unusual for people to speak so highly of a funeral home - although, Jackson, Lytle and Lewis describe their place as a "Life Celebration Center." The name says it all. Most of the good words are because of the way Frank Lewis genuinely cares for hurting families. Those who work with him demonstrate that same care and concern.They help to turn their sorrow into a celebration of life. I feel that a lot of funeral homes are very cookie-cutter. You hardly see a difference between them except for the decor. If you truly want a real life celebration for your loved one, come here. They provide amazing extras and go above and beyond any home I’ve seen in the area.Frank is so wonderful to work with and you really feel he cares and wants to do whatever he can to make things special. Where some funeral homes might make a dvd of photos to play on a TV, they have multiple projectors around the room creating a totally immersive experiences with not just pictures. They may project a flag for a veteran or an image of flowers for someone who liked to garden.The facility is huge and nicely appointed with lots of places to just get away when you need to. The children’s room is the largest I’ve seen and they give you the run of the place to treat like home.They have a giant family tree painted on the wall and frame up personal photos and attach to the tree.If you follow them on Facebook they do tons of community outreach. They just really go above and beyond.

Absolutely awful service. Global pandemic and a funeral home cant figure out how to livestream my grandfathers funeral. 18 minutes of terrible quality and choppy video and they ended the livestream. They also lied when I messaged them and told me the video was live, when people in two seperate countries with great internet were saying it wasn't live. Do not use this funeral home.

We were fortunate to work with Becca at Jackson Lytle & Lewis for a recent Memorial Gathering. We did not want the typical funeral home feel and found what we were looking for. . .the space is very open with lots of natural light and more modern furnishings and style. Becca and her team went above and beyond to fulfill our requests - and we had a lot! We had a big family dinner after our gathering right there at Jackson Lytle. They have a great set-up, great kitchen space and the people were fantastic. They made a very difficult time a little bit easier with their flexibility, friendliness and availability. Thank you.

It is unusual for people to speak so highly of a funeral home - although, Jackson, Lytle and Lewis describe their place as a "Life Celebration Center." The name says it all. Most of the good words are because of the way Frank Lewis genuinely cares for hurting families. Those who work with him demonstrate that same care and concern.They help to turn their sorrow into a celebration of life. We are blessed to have Frank and the "Life Celebration Center" in our community.

I feel that a lot of funeral homes are very cookie-cutter. You hardly see a difference between them except for the decor. If you truly want a real life celebration for your loved one, come here. They provide amazing extras and go above and beyond any home I’ve seen in the area.Frank is so wonderful to work with and you really feel he cares and wants to do whatever he can to make things special. Where some funeral homes might make a dvd of photos to play on a TV, they have multiple projectors around the room creating a totally immersive experiences with not just pictures. They may project a flag for a veteran or an image of flowers for someone who liked to garden.The facility is huge and nicely appointed with lots of places to just get away when you need to. The children’s room is the largest I’ve seen and they give you the run of the place to treat like home.They have a giant family tree painted on the wall and frame up personal photos and attach to the tree.If you follow them on Facebook they do tons of community outreach. They just really go above and beyond.

Pete looked good did not appreciate the funeral service if you can not say something good about the dead person best to say nothing at all the hurtful comments were not appropriate Pete was a very loving and heart felt person who was nice to others had few troubles that he had not quite over come but a very kind person who helped others he cared about people.

Absolutely awful service. Global pandemic and a funeral home cant figure out how to livestream my grandfathers funeral. 18 minutes of terrible quality and choppy video and they ended the livestream.
