Joe helped me with the whole start to finish process's of cremation of my beloved Chiweenie. I will have his remains forever because of Pet Heaven. Joe answers every email, call, and questions I had. He made my dog feel so loved. I will go back to when the day comes and have to lay another pet to rest. Very thankful!

I have called 3 times since Dec 20th to have my rabbit cremated. I have reached out through their website, called, and even texted the number since on their website it says that they accept text messages. I have yet to receive any contact. My husband went to their location in person in the doors were locked and there were two cars in the parking lot. Clearly they do not take pride in what they do and do not care. I understand that the holidays can make everyone busy but at least leave messages or notices. I've been calling before Christmas and they have no desire to reach out to me. They will not get my business.

Me and family called this place so many time but they never picked up the call. We wanted this place because it was nearest to us and near my grandma. So I wanted my baby to be near my grandma so he wouldn’t be alone. But they never picked up the call even though we called them soo many times and even went in person but there was no one. We had no choice but to cremate my baby. !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! They are such a bad business overall disgusting.

My son Joe is the director of the cemetery and takes great pride in it. He has such compassion and understanding when someone loses their companion. This cemetery has everything you need. If you’re unable to come to the cemetery and care for your pets grave, it is taken care of for you. The services they now offer as far as holiday decorations is something that a lot of people would love considering they may live away or their age and health prevent them from coming. Please consider Pet Heaven Cemetery for your pets final resting place where they will be surrounded by love.❤️

Didn’t pick up calls or anything, clearly doesn’t care it’s disgusting how you can just not pick up calls or be closed. On your website it says it’s open at a certain time and when we got there it wasn’t. It’s so disappointing I wanted to come here and you weren’t open I really liked you guys but I dont anymore.

Pet Heaven Pet Cemetery has been the final resting place for my pets - 2 dogs and 10 cats - since 2006. While I always appreciated the availability of a pet cemetery, the improvements since new ownership/management in overall appearance and upkeep, and even more the customer service has been impressive. Joe, the focal point for families, is caring and extremely accommodating to minimize the family's stress as much as possible. In addition. Joe and the cemetery owners continually look for ways to enhance what they offer families. I've particularly enjoyed the gravesite decorations - not just Christmas - now offered. Pictures always provided once completed. Losing a pet is never easy, but made easier when dealing with Joe and Pet Heaven.

My beloved cat passed away recently and I contacted Pet Heaven for cremation services. I was most impressed with Joe who was so kind and caring. I definitely recommend Pet Heaven for your pets cremation needs. Their packages are very reasonable with many additional touches. Thank you Joe for everything!

My pet passed away Thursday evening. We wanted to have a service for her and found this place online. It was around 630 and they were closed so I left a message. They also advertised an emergency number to call or text. I texted and left a message with this number also with no response. I again called them the next morning when they were open and with no answer I left another message. I then drove 40 minutes to the location to try and make arrangements. No one there. I called and left another message with no response. I couldn’t and still can’t believe this is how they run their business. People are grieving and cannot even get the courtesy of a return call?! Very unprofessional! Thank you for making our already hard time even worse.

Joe is AMAZING!! He made the whole process so fluid and easy to understand, and he was so patient and kind. He did such a great job that we felt like we were leaving our beautiful girl Jasmine eternally in safe hands. Their rates are affordable, their location is nice and secure, and they're so accommodating... I can honestly say that Joe made the grieving process a lot less painful with the compassionate, efficient, and professional way he handled everything. I'm pointing everyone I know with pets in this direction when they need to think of what to do at their end of their furbaby's life.

When it came time to say goodbye to our loyal companion of 18 years, the Cemetery Director, Joe D, made everything a breeze during a very stressful timein our life. He was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond all expectations. I want to thank you and the cemetery for helping us give Spooky the proper goodbye he deserved.

I couldn't think of anything else that would have made this an easier process. Quick and professional service. They have thought of everything. Much more than I was expecting
