During a difficult and sad time we were met with great compassion by the employees here. Our little Oscar was promptly picked up and returned to us within just a few days. They even took to time to get paw prints and some hair clippings for us. These items and the cards that accompanied Oscar’s ashes were comforting during this incredible loss. We were very pleased with the services they offer.

R.i.p. my Boston terrier her name was Sassy, mom misses you baby girl still. You was my baby in every sense of the word, from changing the bed pad, feeling you, and packing you to bed, I always love you girl, be good to your sister Leia, she just recently crossed the rainbow bridge.Leia my Chihuahua passed May 1,2024 I love you so much baby girl , I miss you so very much, you were my short in everything I done, my bed buddy, i miss your cuddles and kisses, i miss seeing your beautiful face and your eyes looking at me with so very much love ❤️, I miss you baby girl, and so does a couple other ladies who heart you stoled, my heart is shattered 💔, wait for mom across the rainbow bridge with your sister and brothers, i miss you and will love you always.

I cannot express how wonderful the people at Halls are. I recently lost my soul cat Tiger.. hands down one of the worst days of my life. The staff at Halls were so welcoming, comforting, and so compassionate. I cannot thank them enough. First class service ❤️❤️❤️

I lost my soul dog of 16 years, Jasper. I had him cremated. The staff were so nice and caring. Upon picking up my best friends ashes the staff had put a signed card and numerous other items that made it personal. I cannot thank them enough.

Amazing people Melissa was a sweetheart and understood my grieving and made me feel understood. Refinery will use again for when one of my other animals cross that rainbow bridge. The card that we received was so nice. Awesome people and awesome service.

they were very kind about my loss. the service was great; i chose to get a solo cremation with prints of her nose and paw, as well as her fur. the service was quick and cheaper than i expected it to be. both my vet and the cremation place contacted me when she was ready for pickup

They called my Ziva by her name and continually expressed they were sorry for my loss. Ziva was part of our family for 12 years and was deeply loved. When I called them after the sudden loss of my 10 year old lab, they were very kind and sympathetic. Absolutely wonderful people! Our heart was so heavy having to come to a place where your saying your last good byes 😔But with such great graditude & kindness made it alil easier. It took weeks for my check to clear, then they apparently lost my pet's ashes, since I got a partial refund (after a month) but never a phone call to apologize. I'll never use them again.

so paying for my cats cremation and urn which was $300.55 and for some reason they decided to charge me twice. Once at 10:37 and another one at 10:39. On top of being upset about my cat I now don't have money I need!
