I found this in a pinch after finding out Saturday morning that my baby Greyseph had passed. They answered the phone quickly and let me know that they would meet me at the office that day, less than an hour after my call. They were super nice and caring as this is my first animal of mine that I had lost. They made me feel comfortable. Christine even told me she'd meet me there if I couldn't make it at their normal business hours. The thought that they put into this business is outstanding and I'm glad I brought my baby to them to give him the proper remembrance I wanted! Thank you guys for everything that you do to help people after they lose their fur babies and making sure we can always have them with us!

My Yogi ( Great Pyrenees / Aussie Shepherd) crossed the rainbow bridge Oct 7 2024 @ home. Eternal paws came within two hours, respectfully removed my boy and made a crappy day much less painful. To find out that they were affordable as well & that I WOULD be able to bring my boy home solo was a blessing. Highly recommend

We lost our Max unexpectedly a few months ago. While it has taken me a while to post this review, I do recall the exceptional service that Eternal Paws provided. She was very compassionate and answered all of our questions. They were prompt and the cost was very reasonable. There are a variety of options and many items that can be purchased. I can't emphasize how compassionate she was. It made this process a bit easier to get through.

On November 14th, 2024, my eldest dog crossed over the Rainbow Bridge at the senior age of 15. I reached out to Eternal Paws for information, and the woman on the phone was very polite and patient with answering all my questions. She even sent photos to my phone of items I was requesting. She made me feel heard with compassion and sympathy. I had them pick up my beloved fur baby because I could not transport him myself. The woman who picked up was equally compassionate and sympathetic. Neither woman pressured me into purchasing extra items. I finished up the paperwork with the woman who came to pick him up, and he was on his way. I had decided to do a private cremation with an engraving on the wooden urn, a paw print, and a hair clipping. I also had them put some ashes in a small bag for my jewelry that I would be purchasing. I was told I could pick him up Thursday, November 21st.I went to pick him up on November 21st, and everyone was polite and respectful. I received his urn, pawprint, and hair clippings. From start to finish, they were patient and reassured me that he would be handled with respect and care. And he was indeed treated with care and respect. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and I could not be more grateful for their service they provided me.

My husband & I just picked up our beloved Ralph's remains from Eternal Paws today. In your time of grief, when you've lost your furbaby, there is no better place to take them. Everyone is caring and very nice. What they are doing is truly amazing. We thank you for the services you provided to us in our time of loss. Yes, our baby crossed the rainbow bridge, but the kindness and warmth during those final goodbyes was very much appreciated.

Five stars simply does not do justice, and I can not say enough positive about Christine and her business. Not only was her venue inviting, comfortable, and private, it was also conveniently located for us in relation to our home and vet. The services that Christine provides are personal, accommodating and wonderfully unmatched. She will not only pick up your pet for you but she treats them with the utmost respect and care. We recently had the misfortune of losing two pet chickens to an unfortunate and non-treatable disease. Christine was one of the most compassionate people we have ever met; our girls were not "just chickens" to us, nor were they to Christine (she couldn't say enough of how pretty she thought they were). She promptly got us in to make our arrangements and was extremely patient, sympathetic and supportive throughout the entire process. She was personable and thoughtful telling the stories that she shared of experiences with her past clients and the customized arrangements she provided as well as informative and confident in her process of intake and cremation. There is truly no price on the experience that we had, although Christine was absolutely affordable, and we left feeling very comfortable and at peace that our animals were in great care. She was very timely in her preparations and everything was meticulously and beautifully organized when we went to pick up each of our girls. As an avid pet parent, this was my first personal experience with cremation. I would highly recommend Eternal Paws and will most definitely be calling Christine for the next time I need to have arrangements made. To put it in her words....I hope to see her again, but not any time soon!

Steve was so kind over the phone making one of the hardest days as a pet parent go smoothly. He was a great listener, compassionate and made our whole family feel at ease once there knowing our almost 11yr old boxer Ellie was in great hands. Thank you again and we will definitely recommend you to all our friends with pets.

My sweet boy lived a long 16+ years and I wanted to make sure I had a piece of him when I moved away from home. We ended up splitting his ashes so my family could have their own memory of him. Steve was so wonderful and compassionate as if it were his pet too. Reasonable prices for great service and they have a bunch of options for you to choose from.

One of our kitties who had been with us for over 17 years passed away in November 2020, and we began searching for cremation services in Portage and Summit counties, and happened to find Eternal Paws. I called the eternal Paws and talked to Christine who is the owner and operator of the cremation services at Eternal Paws, and I was impressed by how she answered my questions. We then proceeded to take the remains of our little girl in. I can state without any exaggeration that we were impressed by the establishment, how clean, organized and presentable it was, furthermore we were even more impressed by how Christine handled the services. She presented herself as a genuinely caring and conscientious professional.I strongly recommend Eternal Paws under the ownership of Christine to anyone who is looking for a very professional, caring and courteous cremation service in a modern, clean and welcoming center.

This is the most unprofessional and disgusting interaction I could have possibly had at a time of losing my sweet puppy unexpectedly. My boyfriend was helping me handle things, as emotionally, I have been distraught to say the least. My dog was transferred to this terrible business and as I was processing, my boyfriend was being patient with me while we decided what to do. In that days time, Steve went to a school he used to attend (he admitted to finding his Facebook and going up there) and told them to find him and that he has our dog.I went to pick up my puppy’s ashes today, Steve walked in and I told him going up to his school was unprofessional and he got loud and disrespectful. I recorded him calling my boyfriend a loser, yelling at me, coming to my car and screaming at me all while my dog’s BODY (not cremated) was in the back of my car.I hope no one EVER has to deal with this when they have lost a family pet. Steve is a disrespectful and disgusting human and should not be working in a field that deals with people grieving.

THE sweetest, most compassionate and understanding people. My second time here after receiving such loving care the first time. When going through the hardest time you will feel the love. Cannot say enough how thankful I am for Christine and her incredible heart. Robbie is now home again with his cat sister and can't be more pleased.

When I was making arrangements for my princess before she past I knew I wanted to cremate her and keep her ashes. The thought of the vet putting her in a trash bag and putting her in a freezer until whatever service picked her up was unsettling to me. I also hated their choices of urns. I looked on Amazon but I was worried about quality. After a google search I found Eternal Paws pet cremation in Norton, Ohio. Christine was beyond amazing. Their services they offer were top notch and the amount of care and empathy I received was more than I could have asked for. She never seen a trash bag and was handled with love and care. I got a custom made urn that I love. I got a pandora bead with her ashes in the glass and a large amount of paw prints. I highly recommend this company and Christine if you are close enough to use them. If not I highly recommend looking into a place like this near you. Before this I never knew pet funeral homes existed. I’m glad I’m still able to carry a piece of her with me everyday.

This was our first time losing a pet child and the owners could not have been more understanding and helpful. They made time for us on a Saturday when we unexpectedly lost our cat we’ve had since 2009. They made the process easier while being patient as we decided what memorials we wanted to remember our sweet boy. I will be recommending Eternal Paws to anyone whose fur baby crosses the rainbow bridge.

We recently lost our baby Dale. We decided to go a different route then sending out to cremation through the vets office after a particularly horrible experience of being handed our cats remains in a bag through a walk up window last year. We chose Eternal Paws and drove the 45 minutes based upon the google reviews. When I called, Michelle answered the phone and walked me through everything. I could hear a genuine sympathy in her voice and it was comforting. We arrived there a little while later and we laid Dale on a comfortable bed and got to spend as much time with him as we wanted. We went through our choices and handled the money part. We then lit some candles and Michelle said a prayer for us. We again got to spend as much time as we wanted with him. We brought him in on Thursday 4/28 and were scheduled to pick him up Monday 5/2. When we arrived on Monday, Dale was sitting out waiting for us as we walked through the door. His engraved remains box, his lock of fur which was not in an envelope but instead in a little glass bottle, his clay and ink paw prints and his certificate. Everything looked so beautiful. They made sure Dales blanket was nicely folded, bagged and returned. She also answered all my questions about jewelry and again let us have as much time as we needed. We have lost fur kids before we lost Dale. Each time has been the same. We sent them to private cremation with returned ashes through the vets office. We have always received paw prints, locks of fur and engraved boxes. But never have we received the service and sympathy that we received with Eternal Paws. We love fur children and believe in rescue. We know that at some point we will need to have another one cremated as well. It is comforting to know that places like Eternal Paws exist with people who care and take good care of you while you are in such a fragile state. We will be sure to recommend them to everyone we talk to.

I have to bring my 15year ago baby girl Lilly here April 28 2021. I was a Trainwreck to say the least, but Christina was so kind, caring and helped us get through the pain. The service that she did lettung us had to say goodbye was beyond believable. It was the most lovable way to say our last good-byes to our fur-baby, and the turn around to get her back was so fast, her urn, paw prints and bottle fur were so gorgeous. I will be bringing all my baby here to say my last goodbye.

Chris was so compassionate and helpful throughout this whole process. I felt so lost after losing our best friend of 14 years but Chris guided me through everything. She picked up Tibbs from the hospital and let me have time with him in her chapel area. She created paw inkings and clay prints for me and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. I was devastated and she helped me in all of the greatest ways.

Amazing in every aspect. Incredibly sensitive and understanding. Many selections and various opportunities to memorialize our beloved pet. Pricing was reasonable and even better than cremation services offered at vet hospitals in the area. Very accommodating and even willing to pick up from vet hospital if we needed them to. Simply said, it was a great experience working with them during our families difficult time.

I had Max his entire life, 18 years. It was so important to me for his final resting place to be with me. I used Eternal Paws once before and once again, they did a wonderful job. Christine and her husband are so nice and caring. She does a little service and you can light candles and just say goodbye. When you love your pet, you need to trust the hands you leave them in. I would definitely recommend Eternal Paws for your pet cremation. I received a beautiful paw print and his fur in a bottle. She did such a wonderful job collecting and putting together all his colors. Thank you so much for giving my boy back to me so beautifully.

Eternal Paws was excellent in helping with what was a very difficult time for our family. It is never easy when a pet passes away unexpectedly on a weekend when all the vets are closed. They were able to have us come in quickly and took great care of us. Christine gave our family a nice goodbye, you can tell she genuinely cares. I would not take a pet anywhere else.

Went with my son to drop off his beloved cat , Would recommend them to everyone . Compassion , understanding & professionalism .

If I could give them a higher rating I would. They have made such a tragic time, a little better. We unfortunately have had to use their services (unfortunate because of our loss and not because of them) multiple times this year, unplanned, and they have always been ready to take our loved ones. They provide a prayer while we say goodbye, and they truly handle our loss with such empathy.I personally worked with Christine - the level of care, kindness and compassion will be something I remember for a lifetime.I hope I do not need them any time soon, but when I will, I will 10000% use them.

My poor baby Sebastian passed away unexpectedly on 11/15/2023. I didn’t know what to do, but I knew we wanted him cremated. I googled many places, but this exact place stuck out because of all the good reviews. So we had contacted them, and explained the situation & asked them for their pricings. When I realized they were extremely affordable and not in it for the money, I just knew this was the place. From the very moment I walked inside their doors I was comforted, and knew I made a good decision using their services. They explained the process, helped me pick out the 2 urns we wanted, and gave me a moment with my sweet boy without feeling pressured. I had engravements on both of the urns, and a lock of hair and paw print. After we left, we had realized that we forgot to pick his nickname on one of the urns, we called back the next morning & asked them to add it. Christine had answered, and she made it work for us. I will forever be grateful for their generosity & comfort through this extremely difficult time. As I picked up my boy, Michelle, told me of this wonderful group that gets together every month to help cope. I truly wish I could give them more than 5 stars, because this place deserves it. I hope they see this review and understand the impact they’ve made on me throughout this hardship. Their empathizing ways & words of love have helped me and I will forever be grateful for them. Thank you to all of you & the wonderful care you provided my baby.

Christine was fantastic. My cat, Nova passed away early Sunday morning and I was able to make an appointment that day (literally a few hours later) to discuss options. She was very sweet and made what was an extremely difficult situation the best it could have been. They also have great prices as well. I will definitely come back if ever needed.

The owners are compassionate, caring people and the service they provide is simply outstanding. My cat died on Sunday morning and the trusted provider I had used for two other cats had sold his business to a large national conglomerate. It was Memorial Day weekend so finding an open provider was difficult. Left messages with some and tried again Monday morning. That time Eternal Paws popped up on the search. Called and was able to schedule an appointment that day. They provide many options in remembrance of your pet and are very kind, sympathetic people. I will always be so grateful that I did find them.

I decided to go with Eternal paws because they had nothing but 5 star reviews, and they didn't disappoint. lost my sweet girl on Friday, and it was absolutely devastating. I'm so grateful for Christine and Eternal Paws. From start to finish she was kind, compassionate, ans helpful. I was given plenty of time to say goodbye and I felt peace knowing she was in good hands. I picked her up today and couldn't be happier with the service. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are around. Thank you for everything! ❤️

On February 10, we lost our sweet, 14 year old weimaraner, Mia. We took her to Eternal Paws to be cremated. Christine and her husband Steve were absolutely the best. They were so caring and compassionate. Their services and what they could offer in the way of memorial items werethoroughly explained with no pressure to make purchases we didn't want. After completing our wishes, Christine lit a candle and said a prayer. We were then encouraged to spend as much time as we wanted with Mia. Christine and Steve made a sad situation as painless as possible. Thank you so much Christine and Steve. We appreciate you. We knew they were going to take wonderful care of our sweet Mia.We would highly recommend Eternal Paws .

Five stars aren’t enough for Eternal Paws. They are fantastic. A family member recommended them and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Every step of the process was handled with class, care, patience, and respect. I called them out of the blue when the need for their services became apparent and they were great the whole way through. Fantastic team and service.

From the first time I called Christine was so very pleasant and accommodating. She made me feel that she would take care of my Sadie with tender care. The whole experience with her and Eternal Paws was amazing. I will always trust my fur babies with them. They are very caring to what you are going through. Thank you Eternal Paws.

Eternal Paws is truly a blessing on your hardest day as a pet owner. I will not be choosing another service for my pets in the future. When my cat recently passed on, we were accommodated on the same day, without hefty fees or "after hours" charges. The service was incredibly affordable, compared to the quotes from veterinary hospitals playing middle man. We chose to have a cedar box engraved with our cats name and have a pressing of her paw prints made as well.Overall, I can't recommend them enough. The service they provide here is absolutely wonderful and I won't be taking my pets anywhere else when it comes time to say goodbye. Thanks again!

Eternal Paws offers a compassionate and caring business for your pet that has passed way.My 15 year old beloved corgi Einstein crossed the Rainbow Bridge on May 23. Steve can out to our vehicle and took Einstein in to his business and talked with us as to what we wanted for our boy. Their consultation are one on one and private.I felt comfortable leaving my little boy there and he would be properly cared for until we can bring him back home.Thank you for the service you provide and your compassion.

If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would.Christine was amazing. She didn't rush me after we lost our treeing walker. She told me to take my time on arriving after his passing. Most places said we close at noon that I had to be there promptly. It was our first dog we had to put to sleep and we weren't sure how the whole process was suppose to go. When we got there with him she was so attentive and sweet and walked us thru everything. I will recommend this place and return if I ever have to. Thanks so much for what you do.

At this very difficult time for my family, I felt really comfortable having Eternal Paws help me with my baby. I was not pressured to choose any service that I was not interested in and I felt the prices were reasonable. It was all very nice, we were allowed to remain as long as we wished after a prayer was said. The cremation container was just what we needed and the ceramic paw prints were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for anyone that has lost a pet. One of those places that you hope you never need but if you do, really appreciate that they are there.

My wife and I recently had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to our 17 year old dog Toby. Christine and Steve went above and beyond our expectations to provide care and compassion for our pet. We are very pleased with the urn, paw prints, and lock of fur. They picked our pet up at the vet and he was back home in less than a week. Wish there was a way to leave more stars. Will definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone in need of their services.

Though losing any family pet is hard and a chaos of every feeling. I would recommend Eternal paws to absolutely anyone. They are so sweet genuine & so patient. Thank you for taking good care of my spiky boy and a more thank you for coming out after an 1 hour of my call.

I contacted Christine just to inquire about the process, and her support and compassion was evident from the initial call. Would highly recommend Eternal Paws in your time of need. Christine was amazing when my furry companion passed unexpectedly. She was kind and compassionate and made the entire process easier. The private service was so sweet and intimate. We lit candles, said a prayer and had time to say goodbye to Gracie. ❤️ The selection of urns, engravings and other add-ons is wonderful. The private cremation, and just everything, was perfect. Thank you for making such a difficult time a great experience.

The service I received from Eternal Paws was simply amazing. I brought a pet here to be cremated, for a friend, the turn around time was less than a week and the care was perfect. The price was also exceptional. I just cremated one of my pets through the vet for almost $300, with a simple drop off/pick up with a 2 week turn around. With Eternal Paws, I called and was able to come the same day. Christine let me inside and we sat down to talk about the urn, paw print, fur clipping etc. She cared about what we wanted and she cared we just lost a pet. She was so flexible with me on pick up as well, basically said whenever i wanted, she would be there. The pricing was much more affordable than through my vet. I hate to even call this a service, it felt like I was sitting down discussing arrangements for my pet with a close friend. I have several more pets and though it's very sad to say, losing them is part of life. When it is their turn, we will be using Eternal Paws. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The service you never want to need. I reached out to Christine and Eternal Paws on a Sunday evening knowing that we were going to need to euthanize our elderly cat on Monday. She clearly communicated the process, the fees and the timing. I was able to keep her apprised of the timing of our vet appointment and expected arrival and she was waiting for us. Christine handled our baby with the utmost of care and consideration. We asked for locks of fur and inked paw prints and she kept inking the prints until she was satisfied she had a few good ones. The vial of the locks of fur are a wonderful keepsake and she was equally as careful to get all the different colors of fur.We chose to witness the cremation. I was adamant that I knew her body was being handled respectfully. Christine took our baby out to the crematorium and showed us that it had been fully cleaned and gently placed our kitty inside. She closed the door and started the machine. We waited for the cremation to finish, which took about 40 minutes or so. She offered drinks and snacks to our family, keeping us apprised of the process. When it was all done, she put the cremains into a bag inside a beautiful dark wood urn that was carved with flowers on top. The urn we chose came with the cremation and was not an upgrade. I was very impressed.Overall, the services were a little over $300, but the witnessing is an extra fee. You only get to do this once and I think it was worth every penny to ensure it was done properly and respectfully. While I hope I never have to see them again, should I find myself in this position of having to cremate a pet, I will absolutely be returning to Eternal Paws.

While this is a service I never had hoped to need, I am so happy Eternal Paws was there! We lost 2 kittens over the past 2 years and took both of them to Eternal Paws. They were so kind and made the process so much less painful for me and my family. We called from Metro while one kitten was being euthanized and she was able to have us come drop him off immediately after. They have a big selection of urns and other items to remember your pet by. We chose a little urn and their paw prints in clay.I would recommend Eternal Paws to anyone who is dealing with the loss of a pet.

I have to share how amazing Eternal Paws - Pet Cremation was in making a most awful time as simple as possible. A Sunday afternoon with both Chad and I out of town, him being out of state meant that our original intentions of burying Max on our property had to get tossed. I'm just not physically able to do such things. Having a standalone cremation service instead of trying to find a veterinary clinic is a beautiful way to take care of the lucky fur friends who pass peacefully at home. They were immediately available to talk, willing to wait until 8pm on a Sunday to come get him so I could get home to say goodbye and he is already back home with us just a few days later. Their communication and options were top notch, their pricing very fair and their care for us and Max beyond what I could have hoped for. Losing a fur friend hurts so deeply, this helped to not make it harder. If you might need them someday, bookmark them now.Updated 8/2022: we lost our cat, Rain, very unexpectedly last month and amid the sadness and stress there was one calm thought; that Eternal Paws would make things easier. We brought Rain to them and my daughter and I picked out a lovely cat shaped urn for his ashes. A couple of days later we picked him up and brought him home, once again experiencing all the caring and thoughtfulness of last time.

Christine is so kind and so gentle. We took our Cinnamon to her in a cardboard box (just what we had on hand at the time) and Christine took the time to take her out and arrange her so we could say our goodbyes. Christine worked with our budget and was so gentle with our loved little pup. She was careful and gentle and I could not recommend her and her services more. Even the services offered in the package we got (a pressed paw print and ink paw prints) were done with care and made to be beautiful reminders of our Cinnamon.

I lost my rabbit, Hopper, a few months ago very unexpectedly. I had a hard time deciding how I wanted to honor him. He meant so much to myself and my family. I wanted a way to keep him close. I found Eternal Paws. They were very kind and provided comfort during a very hard time. There was a lot of urns to pick from and we found the perfect one for him. They held a beautiful ceremony for our rabbit. I knew he would be in good hands til I got him back. A few days a later, we got a call that the engraving skipped and were offered to get a new urn and start over. But we absolutely loved the skipped part. It made it unique and reminded us of our little “hoppy” boy. We cannot thank Eternal Paws enough for their kindness.

Christine took great care of Kitty and my family. They have a vast selection of urns (of all sizes) and have some nice options for paw prints, fur locks, etc. We wish we had more time with Kitty but are fortunate that Eternal Paws could support us. Would definitely recommend this business.

Eternal Paws was there for my family at a very vulnerable and difficult time. The night my kitty passed, I called them and they were at my house within the hour. She took extra good care of her and was very compassionate. We later came down to the store and had a great experience checking out all the different kinds of keepsakes they had to offer. Many types of urns, and jewelry.I would recommend Eternal Paws to anyone, especially those that cant leave their home in their time of need.

I just left there. This is my first time coming her and it will definitely not be my last. These people are so incredibly compassionate and professional. I couldn’t believe how great they were. Had me pick an urn/box, whether I wanted a paw print, what font I wanted her name written in… the woman who owns it even took my baby out, laid her down on a blanket, and had candles and a goodbye prayer. This place is awesome, I definitely recommend ❤️

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Steve and Christine have been unbelievably helpful during the loss of our dog. ("JJ Bird" was a 65 lb goldendoodle who passed away on a Saturday morning right before Easter.) Steve was at our home 90 minutes after we called. We helped him load her onto his truck, we said our goodbyes and he informed us that Christine would meet us at their office on Tuesday. When it was time to pick her up, they provided us with paw prints and a nose print to accompany a beautiful wooden box to house her ashes. This was a dramatic experience for us. Steve and Christine showed my family patience, kindness, and lead us through the process. We whole-heartedly recommend them to care for your fur-babies.

I’ve had pets through the years that when it was their time, taken to the vet and then the cremations were handled by them. When my very special boy Hobbes got sick, and then just a couple days later passed away in my arms at 16 years old…..I didn’t know what to do. My daughter had also lost her kitty awhile back and told me about Eternal Paws. I am so glad I brought Hobbes here, Christine and her sister were there to greet me, we sat and she listened to everything I wanted to talk about, never rushing me or trying to sell me anything. Christine’s attention was with me and me only, there were no phones ringing or interruptions at all, you are number 1 when you are there. She really made me feel very comfortable and at ease leaving Hobbes with them. It’s been 4 months since he’s been gone, I will always remember my experience with Christine. Thank you……

losing a pet is very hard and eternal paws definitely helped ease the process. so happy to have such a beautiful box of our baby's ashes and her hair and paw prints as well as ashes in a necklace forever. not that we need a reminder because we will never forget our little Arya, but because we feel that we can keep her close to our heart forever. Thank you Eternal Paws for making this happen for us and for the utmost respect and care you have for each and every pet.

Absolutely amazing people. They really do genuinely care about you and your pet. They came to my home and showed my family nothing but the upmost respect in our time of sorrow. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye before they left and showed so much compassion. Thank you for taking good care of our girl❤️

I can't say emiugh about Eternal Paws. They spoke with me right away, they took us in after hours and gave us all of the time we needed to grieve our fur baby. They had many options to choose from based off of what we wanted and what we wanted to spend with zero pressure to do more than we needed. It was their kindness and empathy that won us over. They are truly in this business to help those who have lost one of the most important members of their families. If you have lost a loving pet, or are considering having to put your pet down. Eternal Paws will make the process as easy as possible for you and your family.

What a great service to have to say goodbye to our fur babies! Christine at Eternal Paws was extremely responsive, caring, and timely. She took special time in her evening to make sure we were able to bring our kitty back home with us after cremation. Saying goodbye to a pet is never easy, but it was a little more special with their services.

When our dog of over ten years passed away a few months ago from cancer in the early morning we were not sure where to take him. We searched a bit and found Eternal Paws and we could not have picked a better place. Christine was able to see us that morning and go over everything with us. Christine went through the many choices of how we could honor our dog so that we could pick what was right for us. The private service she held for us so that we could say our last goodbyes was wonderful. The turnaround on what we decided to get was only a few days. Eternal Paws was exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone.

It takes a special sort of person to fill the need for compassionate and dignified end of life services for our lost companions. The folks at eternal paws have filled that need beautifully. At a moment when we feel broken and lost facing life without best friends, Christina. comes and handles our pups and fur friends like each of them were her own. She never made it feel like a business as usual cash grab. All her services are extremely fairly priced. I never thought I would have been able to afford the luxury of having my girl with me always, and was quoted higher prices for what was dubbed as "removal". No I wouldn't be able to have her ashes back, since it was more of a mass incineration and there would be no way to disquish my best friend from any of the other "carcass removals"....God bless you Christina.

We had a wonderful experience with Eternal Paws. From the initial phone call to the pickup of our cremains, they were kind, compassionate, and very helpful.

I had researched a few places to take care of my baby girl. I saw all the great reviews for Eternal Paws. I called and spoke with Christine right after we said our goodbyes and she was so comforting and compassionate. We appreciate everything she did for us. It takes a special person to do this and she is that. Thank you again!

We had a mixed experience with Eternal Paws. Overall it provided a much better environment than performing this service at a vet's office. There was a pretty big mistake made with our pet's remains, however after expressing our unhappiness they did offer some consolation. While we didn't have the best experience, I am sure this is not representative of what most future patrons will receive.

Unfortunately we've had to use Christine's services twice now, and will a few more times. Christine is wonderful at making this very hard time a little better, she definitely cares about your feelings and takes the utmost care in the handling of your pet. If you find yourself needing her services I highly recommend them.

I called Christine at noon on a Saturday when my rabbit passed away and she made time to meet with me later the afternoon. She was so sweet and is obviously very passionate about her work and her clients. She went absolutely above and beyond our expectations and it was a relief knowing our rabbit was in good hands. She held a ceremony for us to say goodbye and we brought her home in a beautiful urn with a paw print keepsake a few days later.

First of all if you're reading this, your pet has probably passed away and I send all of my sympathy and condolences your way.So back to the business at hand. I called in the middle of the night and the owner stayed on the phone with me and explained the whole process while being supportive the entire time. My dog passing was 100% unexpected and we were completely devastated but she took the time to help and care for our dog like he was their own. The prices are extremely reasonable and I felt comfortable with my baby in their hands the entire time. She made sure everything was meticulously perfect for us when we picked him up and also gave us great advice. I would recommend this wonderful service to EVERYONE. Please do yourself a favor and let them care for your pet. Finally I would like to say that they carry a huge selection of remembrance items, urns, and more.

We lost our beloved 15 year old labradoodle, Joey Bear recently and Chris and Steve could not have been more supportive! They were sincere and loving and made the entire process for our family as comforting as possible. I highly recommend Eternal Paws. The whole process gave us peace and we felt we left our loyal dog in the best of hands, treated with a respectful cremation, ceremony and all.

Incredible care here. You cannot find a better place to help with the loss. They went over and above to help and make it easier...it's so hard to lose a pet, however knowing the care Eternal Paws takes it's very comforting. They made a difficult time a little easier knowing Jazz was taken care of. Very professional and wonderful to deal with. If you have a loss please call Eternal Paws. You will not be disappointed. My wife and I are so greatful for Christine. It was very comforting to us knowing the wonderful care and time she gave us and our beloved Jazz. Thank you so much!

I brought my beloved little boy hamsters here and I’m beyond happy with the service I received. Christine was wonderful and so helpful and understanding. I met her husband today when I went to pick up my babies and he was also a delight and so kind. I highly recommend Eternal Paws for your well loved fur babies.

I’ve went to Christine for two of my pets cremations. She is absolutely the kindest woman out there. She took care of my two kittens who passed away, and returned them in very high quality urns. Both times her the price was around $130, which included a paw print, engraving of the pets name, and an urn of my choice. She’s very sweet and just all around an amazing woman. I will always take my pets to her. She’s the only woman I trust with them. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!!!

My son had a 50lb frozen pet snake in his freezer for 2 years. At Christmas time I got the idea to have Mitch cremated for him. I contacted Eternal Paws who I found online and is right around the corner from me. It was a first cremation of a snake for them. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided me from beginning to end. It was quite the experience! Answered every single phone call and question I had. Even letting me bring home an urn to wrap for Christmas before knowing if my son would let me have him cremated. Nice, clean establishment, and so many choices. You even get a certificate of date of death and cremation. Very professional! I highly recommend Eternal Paws, and Christine if you read this. I thank you again!!! Mitch is finally in his resting place. Soooo happy!

Jamie Johns

Stacy Villilo
We had a wonderful experience with Eternal Paws. From the initial phone call to the pickup of our cremains, they were kind, compassionate, and very helpful. We were offered the opportunity to sit with our pet as long as we needed in the comfort of their facility to say our final goodbyes. It was truly a blessing!

At one if the worse times in my life, as my precious little baby Laci had passed in my arms, on a Saturday morning, I had no idea what to do or who to call. I found Christine at Eternal Paws. She was so empathetic and caring and even offered to stay a little later so we could get there. She took such great care of Laci and even gave us a short memorial service. I can't express how much I truly appreciate this place. Christine was so sweet and understanding. She came out to our home on a Sunday evening after having our beloved boy, Coop, put to sleep. She texted me continuously throughout the process and I was able to pick up his ashes on Tuesday. Now he can be with his family forever. ❤️Christine also offers a number of different items to help you remember your pets. We surprised my mom with a keychain that she can take with her and my dad when they travel and I bought a necklace as well. Now we'll always be with him and he'll always be with us. We also got multiple ink prints and clay prints to help us always remember what his sweet little paws were like. Eternal Paws makes the best of the worst times in your life.

I dropped my boy off this afternoon. He's not even cremated yet, but I highly recommend Eternal Paws. She said a little prayer and I lit a candle and was able to say goodbye. His remains can and will be split in two so I can give part of him back to his previous owner. Losing a pet is so hard. It's nice when someone understands and is sympathetic with you. And her prices are very good. Thank you ❤Edit: I received my sweet boy back today. I was blown away at the paw print. I thought it was going to be an ink print, but it was a clay print with his name. So beautiful. The box I chose was lovely and I received a certificate. Everything was doubled so that I can share his remains with his previous owner. Thank you Christine, so much. This means so much to myself and Nic's previous owner.

My brother and his wife lost their cat on Christmas. He lives in Pittsburgh and while my mom and I were on our way over to be with them, I called Eternal Paws to set up cremation for him. I thought i would have to leave a message, but Christine answered right away and was able to tell me what we should do with him and met us the day after Christmas so we could drop him off. I've had other pets cremated and none of those places are anywhere close to the level of care and comfort that Christine provides. I highly recommend Eternal Paws because they truly care about you and your pets.

I never knew a place like this exist and am so happy to have found this place. It is a blessing in disguise. This business has a true compassion for pet and owners, it shows they are genuine caring people not only by the words spoken but with the time and patients put into. The priced a so incredibly reasonable and it made me feel better knowing that my precious Marley was being taken care of with someone with compassion. I driven 38 minutes away by passing closer business's so glad I did it was worth it all.

There truly are not enough words to describe how amazing eternal paws was throughout the entire process. I normally go to another crematorium but they have become outrageously expensive and I knew when my cat died on a Sunday because it was considered after hours there would be an additional charge. After a Google search I found a ternal pause and I am immensely grateful that I did. I called Christine and I told her that my cat died and she had so much sympathy in her voice and she was so patient telling me the pricing and not pushing me to do anything that I couldn’t afford. I brought my cats body to her and she placed it on the table so I could get one last goodbye. Christine lit two candles and said a prayer for her soul. I’m not a very religious person but her doing that put my mind at ease that my cat was OK and she wasn’t in pain anymore. It was also an incredible feeling because when my previous cat died it was at the start of all of this Covid stuff and I was not able to get that last goodbye it was hand my cats body to somebody I don’t know and hope that they are in good hands. Christine allowed me that peace and that comfort and I can’t thank her enough for that. The urn is beautiful I wish I could’ve got something super nice and extravagant but with my budget it just wasn’t possible but Christine and her team made a custom plaque and it far exceeded my expectations. She made sure to get all of the colors of my cat which is an easy because she’s a calico when she clipped her fur and instead of just putting the fur in a tiny little envelope she put it in a little glass bottle and it looks so nice and so does the little paw print. I am so very thankful that I found her and I fully intend to use her for my dogs when it is their time and I will absolutely recommend her to everybody I know

It is often difficult to describe how you feel when you lose someone you love, or in our case, an animal we love. Many downplay the relationship and bond between human, and animal, but those who have never had that will never understand what it feels like to hold the paw of a loved one as they make their journey to the other side. It is a pain comparable to a literal broken heart. Although our family will never be the same again, and Lola could never be replaced – it was wonderful to have the staff at Eternal Paws ensure that the ceremony for her final transition was peaceful, loving, and meaningful as we said our last goodbyes. We will forever appreciate the care they took to make us comfortable and they will always hold a special place in our hearts.

They were so caring and kind when my cat KoKo passed away. They didn't try to get me to buy anything expensive which was great. I have my KoKo in a beautiful urn and his paw print. I highly recommend Eternal Paws if your fur baby crosses over The Rainbow Bridge. This is the second time I have used their services in a year and External Paws is very caring for when your pet crosses over😢.I hope I will not need them for a long time but if I need their services again I will take my beloved pet to them again💕

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine and Eternal Paws. She was kind, compassionate, sincere, professional, accommodating, and there for us as soon as we’ve needed her (unfortunately that has been twice now). Christine made these traumatic times in our lives a little bit easier. It is comforting knowing that when we need her again she’ll be there. Thank you Christine!

I don’t think we could’ve had a better more compassionate experience putting to rest our beloved pet, a beautiful, loving English Mastiff who was a part of our family for 12 years. I would without question use Eternal Paws again should the need arrive and I highly recommend them if you’re in the unfortunate situation of having to memorialize your beloved furry friend. Thank you Eternal Paws!

My heart broke into a million pieces when our 19 year old furbaby Sammy passed away on a weekend after a short illness. We contacted Christine and made arrangements to meet her at Eternal Paws on Sunday morning and I can’t say enough good things about her and the service she provided.Besides accomodating us outside of normal business hours, she was compassionate, caring and treated us and our furbaby with dignity. She lit candles and said a prayer for our little Sammy. She let us take the time that we needed and never once rushed us and was incredibly sensitive to our needs.Eternal Paws has a very nice seletion of urns and keepsakes, their prices are very affordable, and it only took a few days to receive Sammy’s ashes.Christine truly understands the grief of losing a beloved pet and does everything she can to provide a peaceful and dignified way to say goodbye to your furbaby.

When my sweet Mynmay crossed over the rainbow bridge, I called upon eternal paws for her cremation. Christine answered the phone promptly and was at my home within two hours to pick up my pup.I picked out a small wooden box for her ashes (included in the price) and she was then delivered back to me the following week. The process was handled professionally and with compassion. Thank you

Christine made the worst day of my life a little bit easier and less devastating. She was able to give my husband and I our final goodbye to our 10 year old German Shepherd in a private, peaceful way. Truly this is more of a funeral home than a simple crematorium. There are so many options for urns, ecofriendly burials, memorial stones, and keepsakes. We were able to bring our boy home in less than a week and received updates via text and email. My necklace with cremains took a couple weeks to return since it was a custom made piece from out of state. It's beautiful and was well worth the wait to have a little piece of my Beardog close to my heart. When the time comes to send your baby across the Rainbow Bridge, take them to Eternal Paws because you will be treated like family by someone who sincerely cares.

Christine, the owner of Eternal Paws is absolutely amazing. She has serviced two of our pets in their passing always demonstrating the utmost integrity, empathy and dignity. I would highly recommend Eternal Paws for their cremation services and their keepsake pieces.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Eternal Paws. Allow me to give a little back story on how we came to choose Eternal Paws.My husband and I had a sweet little poodle puppy named Nunzio Maximus. A big name for a very little boy. When Nunzio was a week shy of being 6 months old he was overcome by a heart defect that no one was aware of. It hit him hard and fast and after several emergency vet visits in the course of 2 days we knew we couldn't save our sweet baby boy.Knowing we were going to have to make the horribly difficult choice to put our boy to rest we started looking for a trusted place to help us be able to bring him home. In my search I found Eternal Paws. I called the night before our last vet visit knowing it was not business hours and just hoping to leave a voice mail. To my surprise a sweet voice answered the phone. I was able to speak to Christine Laliberte and ask questions through my tears. Christine was an angel on earth and took time to answer all of my questions and schedule an appointment for us to bring our puppy to their location. After we left the vet we took Nunzio to Eternal Paws where Christine greeted us and helped us fill out our paperwork quickly and efficiently. She then lit candles and led us in a beautiful prayer and gave us a moment to say our goodbyes. We took him on a Friday and were told that we could come pick his cremains up that very next Tuesday. It just so happened that my mother passed away unexpectedly on the same day I was supposed to pick Nunzio up. Once again Christine came to the rescue. She took the payment over the phone from a relative of mine as I was handing my mother's sudden passing. Not only did Christine handle the payment she also went out of her way to bring my Nunzio's cremains to my home and did contactless drop off due to COVID. I burst into tears over her heartfelt words and kindness.I know it's difficult to think that at some point our fur babies will leave us but, when that time comes I would recommend Eternal Paws 10000000 times over. I can not thank them enough for everything they did to help us.
Hannah Rowland
My experience at Eternal Paws was excellent. It is a very private setting in which I felt no pressure when selecting how I would like to memorialize my cat who recently passed. I will be using Eternal Paws in the future and reccomend it to anyone who may want a more personalized experience when saying goodbye to their pet.

Jason Burtt
I can't be more grateful for the service I received. While dealing with a loss of pet, Eternal Paws were professional, detailed, and compassionate durthis entire process. Thank you so very much for serving our community.

I truly recommend Eternal Paws 💝 I’ve had 2 fur babies past and now I can still hold them dear to my heart .Thank you for offering these wonderful services for us fur-baby parents 💝Rest In Peace My Precious Spirit and my Dudes again thanks to Eternal Paws 🐾 I still have them close 💕

Christine Skala
They were so caring and kind when my cat KoKo passed away. They didn't try to get me to buy anything expensive which was great. I have my KoKo in a beautiful urn and his paw print. I highly recommend Eternal Paws if your fur baby crosses over The Rainbow Bridge. This is the second time I have used their services in a year and External Paws is very caring for when your pet crosses over😢.I hope I will not need them for a long time but if I need their services again I will take my beloved pet to them again💕

Christine was very kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend using Eternal Paws. Prices were very reasonable. She was very professional and accommodating to my needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Update... I unfortunately had to use her services again. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I agree with so many who have left reviews. 5 stars is just not enough for these folks. I called Christine at 5 am completely distraught, and was met with kindness and understanding. My bunny of almost 13 years passed away last night, and this establishment has my utmost respect and gratitude. As I sit here typing, I'm exhausted from staying up all night, but am so grateful to have this service near the Akron. They are invaluable. Thank you Christine. ❤️❤️🙏🙏

My sweet baby girl Zero was 1 of 10 in our recent litter, She was the smallest of the litter. The day Zero passed away she was 1/3 (size) of the other puppies. She had to be bottle fed and she needed a lot of care from her hoomans. She required emergency medical treatment and sadly didn't make it. I recieved an email from Christine offering cremation services. From the moment Zero passed away until the end of the cremation process Christine was very compassionate. I was offered a private cremation service and was given a piece of mind throughout Zero's cremation. Christine sat with me the whole time since I was alone and I was at ease through my first experience of losing a dog. I highly recommend having Eternal Paws perform the cremation and ceremony of your loved one(s). I will most definitely use them in the future. Thank you so much Christine for everything!

Kristen offered an invaluable service during our time of need. She was kind, compassionate, professional, and efficient. Now that we know about her services, we won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Her hours of operation are the best out there. No one should have to worry about what to do with their pet when they pass away outside of business hours.

I found myself in a desperate situation. My senior pet (Fiona) a Siberian husky suddenly died. She couldn't be buried due to lack of space and the ground hadn't had enough rain to dig. I had never thought of cremation before but listened to others suggestions. Eternal paws not only took care of my Fiona in a respectful way. They were honest, sincere, and kinda grieved with me. I miss my Fiona, but this way she is still with me, just in a little different way. I appreciate everything that Eternal Paws did for me and how they handled my situation.

I wish I found this place years ago. They met us last night at 11:15 pm as we were distraught over the passing of my best friends dog. Christine was caring, kind and did not even flinch about meeting us so late. All of the 5 star reviews are real. This is a special business and I’m very glad to have found it.

Eternal Paws was so helpful and comforting during our loss, they even provided a nice little ceremony to say goodbye to our cat in a very tactful way. Our family got the closure we needed to move on.

Unfortunately we all go through loss of our animals when we least expect it . It's nice to here a compassionate human on other end phone instead of some big out town service personnel touch and compassion in a need of loss is all this service is about. I highly Recommend using them. Support local businesses and also its easy to find wortha drive for your needs.!!!

Chris was terrific, she went above and beyond. It was 9:30 PM on a Saturday night when I called her, and they came to our house to pick up our military dog that passed away. Today she brought back to us his cremains along with a paw print. Chris worked with us in every way and was very reasonable in cost, we were satisfied and we will use Eternal Paws again.

We contacted Chris early morning Dec 26th. Our family was trying to make a decision on our dear pups medical future. We checked with Chris to see if she would be available. She said absolutely and that she could meet us at Metro in Copley since her business was close by. We called Chris in Feb of 2020 and returning to such a kind and compassionate person helped us with our decision making process. I highly recommend Chris and Ertnal Paws 🐾

At a very hard time in my life, they gave me comfort. My baby Diesel was the only animal to be cremated as it is their policy to do individual cremations. They went above and beyond! Great people!!!!!

I wish I found this place years ago. They met us last night at 11:15 pm as we were distraught over the passing of my best friends dog. Christine was caring, kind and did not even flinch about meeting us so late. All of the 5 star reviews are real. This is a special business and I’m very glad to have found it.

Losing a pet is one of the saddest things that can happen to a family. When Sadie passed I called Eternal Paws. Im so happy I did. Christine was perfect at comforting me and handling such a hard time. She came to the house to pick her up and made everything so easy. Thank you to Eternal Paws and Christine. You are a 5 star business.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I called first thing right after my boy passed away earlier in the morning. We were taken care of so swell in our time of need. I can't thank them well enough for the compassion and care given to us. We brought our boy home the next day. His engraved box and paw prints were done wonderfully. ❤️🐾

Eternal paws was so amazing to work with ! My 7 yr old Great Dane passed away unexpectedly . I had no clue who to use for cremation so I googled it and looked at reviews ! As soon as I called Eternal paws and talked to Christina I knew this is who I wanted to take care of the cremation of my best friend Diesel !! Everything was done smoothly from them coming to my house to pick him up to the final step of me picking him back up !!! I will for sure use them again in the future for my other four danes ! Thank you !

Chris was super sweet and very good at handling such a heartbroken moment. She put so much thought into such a sentimental piece and went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone that looses their pet!!

THANK YOU Chris, you helped us in a sad situation. Janice CrumCanton, Ohio.

I drove over an hour to this facility so they could care for my bunny’s remains. I went based solely on Google reviews. I was not disappointed.I previously went to another facility that offered similar services. That facility upped their charges and were asking almost $400! I’m pretty sure I got everything I wanted and more for around $130. The lady was super nice and gave me quotes over the phone so there were no surprises. The hair clipping was perfect, the urn was beautiful.I appreciated the exit process too where I was able to light a candle to say goodbye to my friend. That is the last memory I have of him and it was perfect. My family and I will certainly be going back here in the future as we have many pets and this is an inevitable service we will need someday.
