WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I HAVE WAITED A YEAR FOR A HEAD STONE AND EVERYTIME I CALL I GET AN ANSWER OF ITS BACKED UP, MADE WRONG, OR AND MY FAVORITE ITS TWO WEEKS OUT(USED MULTIPLE TIMES) RICK FISHER I WANT AN ANSWER!!! WHERE IS MY MOTHERS HEADSTONE!I ordered a head stone 8/14/2023. When I purchased I was told roughly 3-4 months from now it should be finished. That put us in November and December, I have never had to order a headstone before so when it wasn’t at the cemetery I called for more information. Was told that because the ground was frozen it wouldn’t be installed till spring time. Perfectly understandable. Come April still no headstone, call for more information again, I get the run around and was told about another month they where behind schedule. So went to my mothers plot on Mother’s Day, still not there. I was then told it was made wrong and had to be redone but I was at the top of the list. Said ok that’s understandable. Well I called back at the beginning of July 2024 to check on it and was told 2 weeks. I waited a month and still nothing. Called AGAIN July 30th was told 2 weeks out. I just visited my mothers plot and still NOTHING! I called the cemetery they do not have it, was told to call Rick Fisher again and he has yet to return my calls! I am tired of hearing it’s two weeks out! I want my mothers headstone or I want a full refund! Maybe I’ll get a response from leaving a review! I will NEVER use this place again! People go through their worst days when ordering headstones they do not need to worry about their loved ones heads never being completed and never hearing back from the man you ordered it from!

I had a memorial plate for my sons urn that I wanted to have an inscription etched into that was extremely important to me. I had been to several places & was not having any luck. I was given Rick's number at Everlasting Memorials by someone who was unable to do it themselves. Rick went out of his way to help & was able to give me exactly what I was requesting. It was beautifully done & very reasonably priced. I would recommend them & have every chance I get. They were great.

I would give 10 stars if I could!The company has product listings on Amazon, but my uncle passed away and the memorial is just days away because his wife wants it immediately. I saw that the shipping for an urn on Amazon was scheduled too late. I called the company directly on Monday afternoon. Lee, the owner, responded the next morning. I told him what I needed, and he bent over backwards to prepare the urn with my custom photo and engraving. He also ensured it would arrive on time for the memorial on Saturday. He took my customizations, sent me a proof, and then worked diligently on the order. He sent me a photo of the final product, a tracking email, and it is set to arrive on Friday. He even edited the photo with a custom background.I can't say enough wonderful things about Lee and his company. He communicated during the whole process, was so genuinely sincere in his condolences for my loss, and the product is just beautiful! I highly recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

This company is absolutely A+++ rated. Their customization work is amazing, the product we ordered was gorgeous, and customer service was the best! Shipping was fast also.
