My cat Willow had recently passed away at home she was old and sick. I chose Fur-Ever Friends because they had wonderful reviews and are located very close to me. I’m very thankful I did. Everyone I encountered there was kind and very respectful. Very professional they went over all my options. Every option they had was very thoughtful and helped ease the pain of losing my baby. The service was very fast, Willow was ready to be picked up the same day I brought her in. 10/10 service. I appreciate everything they did for me and would chose them again in the future. Fur-Ever Friends are absolutely amazing! I work at a Vets office so I have started to get to know then through collaborating with them but unfortunately it was my turn to be the client. They did everything they could to get my soul dog back to me before Christmas. The urn is absolutely beautiful and the engraving was so special to me! They also give you a couple extra surprises to make the worst day a little more easier so I'm not going to spoil that for anyone. I will NEVER go anywhere else!Keith and staff, you guys are so special to me! Yesterday I lost my cat of 5 years. Obviously distraught wasn't sure what to do. I decided for cremation and called fur-ever friends. They were wonderful all 3 times I called before going in. Very pleasant, polite, compassionate, and considerate. They did my girl justice. I couldn't be more thrilled with the work they did. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

My family and I had to put down our family dog of 13 years this weekend, deciding to get him cremated with this wonderful business. Each person we have spoken to here have been such caring individuals, always so kind and understanding. Their level of compassion and consideration for our fur baby and us has been something we've needed through this tough time. The displays they have for the urns are beautiful, so much thought put into not only their urns, but your departed babies as well. They have so much to offer, from choosing the urns, designing them how you please, to even being able to get their final nose or paw print with a birthstone heart of your choosing. We have had such a lovely experience with them and appreciate everything they have done and offered. I'd highly recommend them for your babies to be cremated and will forever be thankful for their work and passion into the stunning memorials they give.

Our family was very saddened of the passing of Bonni our beloved dog .The people that work there are very caring and loving . They were very compassionate towards me me with the passing of my Bonni. When you lose a fur-baby, it’s definitely is a very sensitive time. I walked up to the building and was instantly greeted by the employees holding the door open. They were absolutely heart warming and welcoming. I was absolutely impressed with their customer service and attending to the family and their needs. Fur-ever friends employees don’t treat you as a pay rate, they treat you and your family with the upmost respect and don’t run you out the door. Fur-ever friends were the upmost professional and kind. I will be returning to them for my other animals once they pass on as well. We just had our dog Koda taken care of at Fur-ever friends and they did a fantastic job. Koda's urn box is beautiful. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely polite and understanding. Losing a fur family member is never easy. Especially when you had to watch them go from healthy to frail. It breaks your heart. Fur-ever friends was so understanding and patient and listen to me talk about Leo. They give you many options on the engraving of the urn. I know my daughter will love having his clay paw print. And it's not just a paw print they let you pick a heart to place in it too. So they don't look cheap it's a nice touch. I had questions before I went talk to Keith I believe the first time. The second call I talk to Adam who owns the place. He also was patient and understanding. I believe Nico was the one who helped me in person. Everyone was awesome. I live in Cincinnati and decided to drive to Middletown for their service. I 100% would recommend them. They went above and beyond for my family.

Fur-ever friends has taken a very hard and dark time and was able to bring us a little bit of light. I would recommend this place to everyone! They was so caring for our puppy Reese. We lost our good boy in the middle of the night and they was there when I needed reassurance and called them 3 different times. Not to mention, they have a good boy of their own (named Goat, which I love) that wanted lots of pets and comforted us. The owner Adam made it so much easier for us to leave our Reese cup there as it was very hard on us. 5 stars forsure!

Our dog Layla was everything to us. 10 years she was in our life and my daughter's emotional support animal after losing my son 7 years ago.We unexpectedly had to put her down on my daughter's 21st Birthday and we were just devastated.We knew we wanted her cremated and to be back home with us.I contacted this company and the owner Adam answered. Fur-Ever Friends Pet Crematory is who I chose to provide after-life services for my baby girl, Nollie. They were extremely reasonably priced and had the most customization available. They called me the day after Nollie had passed to let me know they had her and were going to start the process and to let me know when Nollie would be returned to my Vet’s office for pickup. Fur-Ever Friend’s, also, sent me a text message confirming when they returned Nollie so I could bring her home. Definitely a pleasure to work with during this difficult time.

We lost our fur baby on a Saturday, we all know that is not easy to deal with when that time comes… We called fur-ever friends pet cremation services and they were so great and caring on the phone, when we got there the girl that was helping us was so kind, soft spoken and understanding of what we were going through….when we went to pick her up everything was done perfect. The urn was pretty and they even took a few cards of paw prints for us as extras, along with a cool paw print clay piece with a gem that our daughters got to pick out, wich was very special to them! On Tuesday two dogs were dumped and abandoned in my apartment complex parking lot. I was on a walk with my toddler, when a neighbor and I saw it all go down and had to jump into action to help them. One was tied to the fencing, and the other was left to roam around. The smaller of the two was very sick, and clearly dying. She was stick thin and quickly got much worse from the moment we rescued her to getting them on my back porch. Unfortunately she only made it a few hours and passed away on my patio. I couldn’t find it in my heart to throw her away…this little dog didn’t deserve the ending she got, so I decided to see how much it would cost to cremate her, as I was adopting her “sister,” who was in much better condition. I wanted them to be able to be together in the same loving home. So I contacted Fur-Ever friends, and WOW!!! These people have been so kind, and thoughtful, and gentle. They offered to cremate her FREE OF CHARGE FOR ME!! They even came to my home to pick her up. I am very impressed and so grateful for Keith and everyone else at Fur-ever friends that helped me with this. I will be telling everyone about them, and if your furry friends pass (although I hope they don’t,) please consider taking them to Fur-Ever Friends. You won’t be disappointed !!

We called Fur-ever Friends yesterday with an unexpected loss of our family dog, Josie. They were super responsive, extremely compassionate and really helped us through the process. Josie was able to pass in the comfort of her home with her family We called and they were here within an hour to pick her up. The person who came was very professional, polite, respectful, and treated her with dignity. Definitely white glove service. The next day they called to confirm everything I wanted with her remains. Our beloved dog, Kaine passed away unexpectedly on a Monday night. Our family didn't know what to do. I called Fur-Ever Friends Pet Crematory praying they would be able to help. I called Fur-Ever Friends and they were nothing but accommodating, professional, & compassionate throughout our entire experience. Absolutely the best experience you could possibly ask for! The respect and care you and your fur baby are given is impeccable. Most places only offer cremation then try to upsell you with memorabilia products… not Fur-Ever Friends. When you are quoted a price for cremation it includes a choice wood urn with custom engraving, a clay paw print of your pet with a choice stone and your pets name nicely added to it with display stand, and clippings of your baby’s fur. Also it’s good to note your babies are cremated one at a time so you are only recovering YOUR babies remains. The price of a cremation ALONE would cost more in most other places! Losing a fur baby is so hard and what to do after can be even more daunting both mentally and financially. Fur-Ever Friends lifted this burden and I will forever be grateful for this. RIP Our Cuddly Kobra Boy!

Lots of things are going through your mind when the loss of one of your pets happens. My Rocki (Rogie) passed around 8pm. My son started to make phone calls trying to figure out what we were going to do with her. I didn’t just want to ship her off, I knew I wanted her home where she belonged. Kirsten answered the phone and was compassionate, empathetic, answered any questions we had, and went over the different options we could pick from. We drove the almost 2 hours there where she met us at almost 11 that night. She sat with us, asked questions and waited patiently for me to answer through my tears. If I could give this establishment a ten star rating, I would. Our little dog Tucker, suddenly got hit by a car Saturday, and killed instantly. It left us devastated. We were unsure what to do, or who to call, that would actually help us on the weekend. Adam, the owner, went above and beyond to take care of our sweet boy. Fur-Ever Friends, were sympathetic to me after the passing of my cat, Salem. They are open later than my local funeral homes and were flexible to allow me to pay at pickup. I was able to personalize the wooden urn that he would be in. The personalization was with his name, designs, I chose the paw prints, and an extra design of a cat with the tail going into a heart. Also, with the clay paw print I was able to choose the heart shaped stone that I wanted to be pressed in it. I have never had this many options from a funeral home for my pets that have passed. Overall this has been a positive experience in such sad times and I do recommend them to others.

Wow this place is so amazing i called late on a Monday night, didn’t know much about what i needed done they said they could come pick her up, was there within 45 mins took her and was very friendly, remorseful, and Communicated very well. Said that she would be ready within a day or 3, i checked in with them they check in with me giving details and i received my fur pet urn just within 72 hours of my first call! Was only expecting a box that I had options from on the website, i also received a cement paw print memory and fur of my fur friend. I am so happy with what i received, this company knows what they are doing and ALSO cares about others loved ones. I rate this company a 110/100.

Fur-Ever Friends Pet Crematory is who I chose to provide after-life services for my baby girl, Nollie. They were extremely reasonably priced and had the most customization available. They called me the day after Nollie had passed to let me know they had her and were going to start the process and to let me know when Nollie would be returned to my Vet’s office for pickup. We lost our fur baby on a Saturday, we all know that is not easy to deal with when that time comes… We called fur-ever friends pet cremation services and they were so great and caring on the phone, when we got there the girl that was helping us was so kind, soft spoken and understanding of what we were going through….when we went to pick her up everything was done perfect. The urn was pretty and they even took a few cards of paw prints for us as extras, along with a cool paw print clay piece with a gem that our daughters got to pick out, wich was very special to them! On Tuesday two dogs were dumped and abandoned in my apartment complex parking lot. I was on a walk with my toddler, when a neighbor and I saw it all go down and had to jump into action to help them. One was tied to the fencing, and the other was left to roam around. The smaller of the two was very sick, and clearly dying. She was stick thin and quickly got much worse from the moment we rescued her to getting them on my back porch. Unfortunately she only made it a few hours and passed away on my patio. I couldn’t find it in my heart to throw her away…this little dog didn’t deserve the ending she got, so I decided to see how much it would cost to cremate her, as I was adopting her “sister,” who was in much better condition. I wanted them to be able to be together in the same loving home. So I contacted Fur-Ever friends, and WOW!!! These people have been so kind, and thoughtful, and gentle. They offered to cremate her FREE OF CHARGE FOR ME!! They even came to my home to pick her up. I am very impressed and so grateful for Keith and everyone else at Fur-ever friends that helped me with this. I will be telling everyone about them, and if your furry friends pass (although I hope they don’t,) please consider taking them to Fur-Ever Friends. You won’t be disappointed !!

We called Fur-ever Friends yesterday with an unexpected loss of our family dog, Josie. They were super responsive, extremely compassionate and really helped us through the process. Josie was able to pass in the comfort of her home with her family We called and they were here within an hour to pick her up. I was recommended to come here by a friend and I’m so glad I made this choice instead of who the emergency vet told me to go to. Fur-ever friends made the process so easy and they let me and my daughter have as much extra grieving time as needed before we left our boy in good hands. Absolutely the best experience you could possibly ask for! The respect and care you and your fur baby are given is impeccable. Most places only offer cremation then try to upsell you with memorabilia products… not Fur-Ever Friends. When you are quoted a price for cremation it includes a choice wood urn with custom engraving, a clay paw print of your pet with a choice stone and your pets name nicely added to it with display stand, and clippings of your baby’s fur. Also it’s good to note your babies are cremated one at a time so you are only recovering YOUR babies remains. The price of a cremation ALONE would cost more in most other places! Losing a fur baby is so hard and what to do after can be even more daunting both mentally and financially. Fur-Ever Friends lifted this burden and I will forever be grateful for this. RIP Our Cuddly Kobra Boy!

Lots of things are going through your mind when the loss of one of your pets happens. My Rocki (Rogie) passed around 8pm. My son started to make phone calls trying to figure out what we were going to do with her. I didn’t just want to ship her off, I knew I wanted her home where she belonged. Kirsten answered the phone and was compassionate, empathetic, answered any questions we had, and went over the different options we could pick from. We drove the almost 2 hours there where she met us at almost 11 that night. She sat with us, asked questions and waited patiently for me to answer through my tears. Fur-Ever Friends, were sympathetic to me after the passing of my cat, Salem. They are open later than my local funeral homes and were flexible to allow me to pay at pickup. I was able to personalize the wooden urn that he would be in. The personalization was with his name, designs, I chose the paw prints, and an extra design of a cat with the tail going into a heart. Also, with the clay paw print I was able to choose the heart shaped stone that I wanted to be pressed in it. I have never had this many options from a funeral home for my pets that have passed. Overall this has been a positive experience in such sad times and I do recommend them to others.

Oh my goodness What wonderful and compassionate people!! Two strange dogs attacked my sweet cat, Harold today and he died 45 minutes later. Neighbors offered to bury him but I started to get concerned that he may resurface later. I called Fur-ever Friends and they actually picked him up about 1 am and took time with me, let me talk about him and other things. Kristen and the gentlemen I first talked to on the phone were so gentle, respectful and sweet . I know she sincerely cared about me. Our beloved Zeus passed away this morning. We were lucky enough to have him 15 1/2 years together. We were devastated this morning made some calls. On the other end of the phone was a nice gentleman named Kevin. He listened to me and answered all of my questions. We were fortunate he was able to make arrangements to have our Zeus Brought to his establishment in the care of someone Gentle hands. When my Georgia passed away on Tuesday, July 17th I wasn’t sure what to do about making sure she was taken care of respectfully. My expectations were high; and the folks at Fur-Ever Friends not only met them they exceeded them. From my first call, and up until the day I went to pick Georgia up I was shown kindness, sympathy, and a much needed dose of humor. I was recommended to come here by a friend and I’m so glad I made this choice instead of who the emergency vet told me to go to. Fur-ever friends made the process so easy and they let me and my daughter have as much extra grieving time as needed before we left our boy in good hands. We lost our cat Oliver last night. He died suddenly at 9 at night and I did not have a clue what to do. Oliver has been a part of our family for 7 years and I panicked. It was 9pm, I can't dig a hole in our yard because of horrible tree roots, and due to a huge vet bill we got yesterday I wasn't even sure I could afford to have anything done. So I googled and found two 24 hour crematoriums. The first didn't answer the second also did not answer and as I hung up I had a melt down. However Adam from Fur-Ever friends called me right back. The employee that came out to meet us was kind and so helpful and met us at 1130 at night after driving 24 hours. She was so kind and considerate. And I feel this was the best place to take my fur baby and I am so thankful that not only were they open in the middle of the night but that they also offered to transport Oliver's body. I am especially thankful for Adam who was so kind and calming when I felt so alone and uncertain. So losing a pet is very hard however, it is always good to know that there are people out there who can be kind and understanding when a loss like that occurs and this company is one that I will tell everyone about because of how I was treated so well by them.

Oh my goodness What wonderful and compassionate people!! Two strange dogs attacked my sweet cat, Harold today and he died 45 minutes later. Neighbors offered to bury him but I started to get concerned that he may resurface later. I called Fur-ever Friends and they actually picked him up about 1 am and took time with me, let me talk about him and other things. Kristen and the gentlemen I first talked to on the phone were so gentle, respectful and sweet . I know she sincerely cared about me. Our beloved Zeus passed away this morning. We were lucky enough to have him 15 1/2 years together. We were devastated this morning made some calls. On the other end of the phone was a nice gentleman named Kevin. He listened to me and answered all of my questions. We were fortunate he was able to make arrangements to have our Zeus Brought to his establishment in the care of someone Gentle hands. This Allowed my husband and I time to Grieve not worry what we were Supposed to do next . We made our arrangements with him . We are extremely grateful for Fur Ever Friends. Adam and his staff were so kind and caring from start to finish. We lost our 15 year old Shepherd Nyla girl over Monday night and Adam willingly and compassionately took my call at 7:30 am. The young girl that helped me at the store was compassionate and certainly helped make the process much easier. We were able to take our time and she explained everything. My sweet fur son Kane passed away last week early in the morning and to say the least I was heartbroken. I have never had a pet pass away at home so I was completely unaware of what I should do or where to go and trying to google things and figure it out while crying and grieving was even worse. I was referred to this place by a friend and I was so thankful that even though most places weren’t open quite yet Adam said we could meet them at the entrance and they would take care of everything. Everyone who we came in contact with was empathetic and very nice and tried to make the process as smooth as possible. The turn around time was pretty quick as well. I’m so thankful for you guys. These people have been so amazing. We lost our 15 year old cat Popeye. Every single person has been so kind. They gave our baby boy such care. The wooden urn was beautifully engraved, fur clipping got all his colors, and the paw prints was more then we expected.I love the fact they are available 24/7. We all know that life and death happens out side of your normal Monday through Friday standard business hours. My cat got deathly ill and passed away quickly and suddenly. I exhausted every option possible to save him with what money/resources I had or found. So financially struggling, we reached out to them for cremation. They were very sweet and sympathetic the whole time (while I sobbed both times at their facility). They worked with us on a price. I received a beautiful wooden box with his ashes in it, a snip of his fur, a lovely small ceramic piece with his paw indents (a cute little heart and fish pressed into it), and they gave me a stand for it as well. I hope to not need them again for awhile, but there is no reason I would ever look elsewhere.

We are extremely grateful for Fur Ever Friends. Adam and his staff were so kind and caring from start to finish. We lost our 15 year old Shepherd Nyla girl over Monday night and Adam willingly and compassionately took my call at 7:30 am. The young girl that helped me at the store was compassionate and certainly helped make the process much easier. We were able to take our time and she explained everything. It felt more like they were helping us and cared than any sort of business transaction.The box they provided for Nyla along with the engravings are beautiful as are the foot print and card with lock of fur. The turn around time was much faster than I expected. She was with them only slightly over 24 hours and we were able to bring her back home. My sweet fur son Kane passed away last week early in the morning and to say the least I was heartbroken. I have never had a pet pass away at home so I was completely unaware of what I should do or where to go and trying to google things and figure it out while crying and grieving was even worse. I was referred to this place by a friend and I was so thankful that even though most places weren’t open quite yet Adam said we could meet them at the entrance and they would take care of everything. Everyone who we came in contact with was empathetic and very nice and tried to make the process as smooth as possible. The turn around time was pretty quick as well. I’m so thankful for you guys. With my custom made urn I do have some sense of comfort that Kane is here even though he is not physically. You did a wonderful job on it and the service was excellent. This really is like losing a member of the family but I know with time we can heal. Appreciate you all so much.

Our sweet boy Salem (cat) passed away unexpectedly on a Saturday, we called around 1:30pm and a nice man said that even though we were 30 mins away and they closed at 2 that they would wait for us, and I’m so grateful that they did! This was a terrible time for us and they truly made everything a super easy process. This place is just amazing my baby butter passed away just yesterday and I had no clue of what I was going to I almostSent my self in shock of thought of not having him anymore and not being able to send him off properly but Keith had other plans I thank him for being like the guardian angel for dogs because of him now my baby can rest in peace there not here to hurt you there here to help and for that I’m over GRATEFUL ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ TO BUTTER 👼👼 my beautiful baby

We lost our beloved buster suddenly tonight at 10 pm. I called up the 24 hour line and got someone to help us immediately. He met us at the shop and was very friendly and took care of our beloved family member .Would highly recommend.
