During the most difficult time anyone can imagine, the Mueller Funeral Home staff provided expert service & support.From arrangements for the cremation, finalizing & posting the obituary, assistance with choices (scheduling, choosing an urn, sign in book, etc.), to planning the funeral service & life celebration gathering afterward & more.The memorial slide presentation of pictures we provided was amazing!The military honor guard (my husband was a Marine) was so touching.Everything about the entire experience was handled professionally. The staff were fully organized, very caring & kept us informed of progress every step of the way.Afterward, the caring support & links to grief management resources were a welcome benefit.I highly recommend Mueller Funeral Home to anyone in search of a full service, supportive, caring & thoughtful organization to finalize & carry out the funeral & memorial service arrangements for a loved one.I'd like to thank everyone at The Mueller Funeral Home for everything they provided during such a difficult time.💔🙏🕯☮️❤️‍🩹⚱️🤍👼🏼

I want to express how grateful my family and I are regarding how Mueller handled my father’s funeral. Lori and team were so professional from our first interaction, thru the entire process. We cannot imagine how things could be any better! No suggestions on any possible improvement. They are A #1 in regards to handling one of the most delicate events possible. The staff at the Mueller Funeral Hime are very friendly, patient and caring. They were very flexible in meeting my family’s needs. During my first visit to arrange funeral services, Lori explained very clearly on what we need to do in each step, price sheet was detailed and itemized, and she was able to find a time window quickly that suited for our family. I called Lori a day before the funeral service when I realized I couldn’t finish the booklet for the service, Lori quickly went to action and made everything ready in a short period of time. My family and myself are very grateful for a warm and loving funeral service we had at the Mueller Funeral Home.

They handled every detail, which was more complicated in that my mother's burial was out of state, whereas her visitation and funeral Mass were local. Not only was she helpful and professional, but she was compassionate and took the extra time to help me with so many of the details. The funeral home provided us with a to do list to follow when a loved one passes. This helped me think of things I would never have thought of. Ashley gave me suggestions for the service. We had a difficult funeral. We had to bring my father’s corpse, and my mother’s ashes (she died 20 years ago) from another state. We contacted Ashley Myers at Mueller. Ashley was the quintessential professional. She knew when to laugh and when to cry, and she attended to even the smallest detail. Funerals are painful, but Ashley and Mueller made it as painless as it could possibly be. Although I’m certainly not hoping for a relative’s death anytime soon, you can be sure that there is no one I will call except Mueller and Ashley Myers. Five star all the way.

I would highly recommend using Mueller Funeral home and speak highly of them to everyone I know. My dad passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly on a holiday weekend. To lose someone is hard enough, but when it is unexpected it is even worse because you are not prepared. I could barely speak through my tears as I called Mueller, but once I spoke to Ashley I knew everything was going to be ok . Ashley walked my family and I through every step of the process. We had never experienced a loss like this and we had no idea where to even begin and naturally had many questions. She never once made any of us feel rushed and she showed us nothing but compassion and empathy. She answered every question and handled every detail for us, offering suggestions where they were needed. I truly believe this profession is her calling because she made one of the most difficult days of our life be a little more bearable because of her kindness and attention to detail. My family had the absolute worst experience with this funeral home on two separate occasions. They first failed us terribly with how they handed our deceased Mother and 3 months later they once again added even greater insult to injury with how they handled our deceased brother. The two men who were sent to retrieve our brothers deceased body, dropped the stretcher while trying to load him into the SUV, fell on top of his body, which resulted in the employee breaking his finger. When we reported this incident in great detail to Mueller funeral home, Lori 1st tried to excuse this incident by stating that they were contracted employees. After she further investigated, Lori called me back and said that I was lying and there was no incident report filed. Lori was very condescending, unprofessional, insulting and very disrespectful. We will never use this funeral home again. If you’re considering using this funeral home, please save your family the humiliation. Your beloved deceased deserves much better.

We had a sudden death in the family and it was on a holiday. Lorry was my first point of contact, and from then onwards, they took care of everything we asked for. Besides Lorry there were other people who were there, Steph, Steve and a few others. Every time I called Lorry, she answered my calls and if she couldn’t take the call, she would call right back, she answered all the questions I had, she handled everything with professionalism and compassion. We had some very specific religious requirements which required coordination with our place of worship, and there were religious rituals which had time constraints, they were able to get everything situated. I am very grateful for their help, I don’t know what I would’ve done, without them. I trust them, and god forbid when you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of making final arrangements for a loved one, you will have Mueller Funeral Home right there to take care of everything.

We had a difficult funeral. We had to bring my father’s corpse, and my mother’s ashes (she died 20 years ago) from another state. We contacted Ashley Myers at Mueller. Ashley was the quintessential professional. She knew when to laugh and when to cry, and she attended to even the smallest detail. Funerals are painful, but Ashley and Mueller made it as painless as it could possibly be. Although I’m certainly not hoping for a relative’s death anytime soon, you can be sure that there is no one I will call except Mueller and Ashley Myers. Five star all the way.

I would highly recommend using Mueller Funeral home and speak highly of them to everyone I know. My dad passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly on a holiday weekend. To lose someone is hard enough, but when it is unexpected it is even worse because you are not prepared. I could barely speak through my tears as I called Mueller, but once I spoke to Ashley I knew everything was going to be ok . Ashley walked my family and I through every step of the process. We had never experienced a loss like this and we had no idea where to even begin and naturally had many questions. She never once made any of us feel rushed and she showed us nothing but compassion and empathy. She answered every question and handled every detail for us, offering suggestions where they were needed. I truly believe this profession is her calling because she made one of the most difficult days of our life be a little more bearable because of her kindness and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Mueller Funeral Home, and will forever be grateful to Ashley.

I had a wonderful experience with all of the staff I came in contact with. I felt supported and not pressured every step of the way.I have attended other services here in the past and thought things went smoothly.I had a large service for my husband. Mueller handled the funeral of our son. Lori handled the entire funeral and she did an outstanding job. The cost was discussed up front with zero pressure. Our son's funeral was handled with care and utmost professionalism. A family acquaintance recently was handled by Mueller and, once again, the process was handled professionally with the utmost dignity.
