Boyd-Born funeral home is amazing! They made the process of having my pet cremated soo easy and stress-free which I can say how much I greatly appreciate!!!They let me bring my pet in on a Sunday night which I also really appreciated! I just had to let you guys know how grateful my family and I are for your services.I recommend Boyd-Born funeral home to everyone when you are in need of their services.

In 2015 I lost my wonderful Mother in Law and in 2018 I lost my beautiful soul of a husband. Boyd-Born oversaw both burials. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, their patience and their understanding. At no point in time did it feel I was dealing with a business nor that there was anything transactional about the process. It felt like family were guiding us through the process. Because that's what they are to Marion. I was a relative newcomer to the family, but this funeral home has shepherded my late husbands family through several generations of loss. There is a reason they continue to serve the Simmons family and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Everyone at Boyd-Born Funeral Home was so helpful, especially Pastor Nathan. He went above and beyond and he made everything so easy for me and my sister. He was so caring and thoughtful, he explained everything to us. Especially as I was coming from out of state. I cannot recommend Marcus at Boyd's funeral home enough. They are going through some changes at Boyd's, and that brought Marcus into our lives. He began handling things immediately upon the passing of our mother, and continued working closely with us through the home delivery of all the flowers and gifts sent to the church in remembrance of our mother. If you are looking for someone who not only does "his job" but genuinely cares about the families, I would ask that you definitely contact Marcus, at Boyd's funeral home. We thank you for everything, Marcus, from the very bottoms of our hearts!

Nathan was great help in planning our mom's service. He had a lot of good suggestions and ideas for her funeral. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond with all of the planning. The day of the service Marcus was so helpful and got us everything we needed. They made sure everything was just as it was supposed to be. They are all very helpful and caring. We thank them very much.

There was a lack of communication in such a confusing and heartbreaking time that delayed the funeral services. Once communication commenced, Nathan made the process quick & courteous. He was helpful and patient. The staff made a wonderful framed picture for our loved one that we got to take home and will be forever grateful for.

Jeff was an absolute Godsend to our family. He made our mom's transition back home the best it could have been. He was friendly, kind and compassionate. He was open in his communication during a very difficult time. Nathan provided the service for mom and he took his time to listen to us and personalized her services without ever meeting her. When my dad passed away it was hard. Hes 87 I wasn’t ready to have him go be with mom. Larry Born. He’s a really nice guy. They took real good of my dad. Answered everything I asked there a fantastic place to go. All of them up there are so nice wasn’t in a hurry to get you out of there The service was very nice there in house preacher was very good. Are preacher was dealing with Covid so he wasn’t able to be there. I was upset because. Marion flower shop didn’t send the flowers I had got for the service and they tried to call them but couldn’t reach them all in all it was very nice I’m planning on having them do my service when I go home to be with mom and dad. Our family can find no words to say how very pleased with the service to honor our mother. The staff is caring and was attentive to our concerns. Mom looked beautiful and Pastor McBeth provided our mom the most moving ceremony. Mom truly is a Proverbs 31 lady. We are forever grateful.

Couldn't thank Boyd's enough for their service when my dog passed. Very professional and caring they picked her up from my house got her remains back with a paw print and charm in a beautiful box. They truly show concern and commission for your family. Couldn't thank them enough during the hardest time of my life.

I highly recommend this place. Ask for Nathan. He is wonderful. He goes over and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. He even delivered all the flowers to our house after the funeral to give us one less thing to worry about.

My family and I are very upset with this place. They did things with my sister’s lips and body that made her look so big and bad that she didn’t look anything like my sister . And they way over charged us and when we called to ask about the bill they said we are too busy . They charged us for two Renter caskets. Why ???? We only needed and had one . They also kept changing the date and time that they would have the funeral all the way up to the day before. Because they supposedly forgot they had other funerals at the same time that they told us
