I was worried because I am from out of town. Hospice gave me a name and said I could trust them.So I made arrangements and unfortunately my mom passed two days later.I got the package with viewing before the creamation.Advantage did an excellent job going way beyond my expectations.Larry who worked with on the phone and Dan the representative who met me at the center were unmatched in my time of need.I highly recommend Advantage to anyone who needs a dignified alternative.RichardFrom Indiana.

I have used their services 4 times over the last 9 years and they are wonderful. Everyone that I have spoken with is very compassionate and kind. They make it as easy as possible for you. I could not ask for better people to assist in such a time. Thank you so very much.

I had the unfortunate need to use the services of Advantage Cremation Care twice in the past 16 months. If Google allowed more than one review of a company by the same person, I would create two reviews. Both would be five star but my experiences varied. I have not changed my first review, except for this preamble and titles.MY SON-IN-LAW, DAN GALLAGHER, PASSED NOV. 9, 2022I'm completely satisfied with Advantage Cremation Care. They provided a rare combination of very professional service, while treating me more like a friend or family member than just another customer. They went the extra mile to make sure I understood the entire process including what others are responsible for. For example I learned from Advantage that the hospice doctor signs the death certificates and that the funeral/cremation service notifies the state and social security of our loved one's death, but the deceased's widow talks to social security to arrange receipt of $255 one-time death benefit. Advantage answered questions I did not know to ask. They made a difficult time a little bit easier.Heidi never got over her sadness at Dan's passing.MY DAUGHTER, HEIDI PATRICIA RUTH RAYMOND, PASSED JAN. 15, 2024Dan died while in the care of Hospice of Cincinnati (which I also highly recommend) from cancer that spread throughout his body. We had time to prepare for Dan's passing. Heidi unexpectedly died in the fire which burned down her house. Advantage Cremation Care managed my two situations very differently. They have a checklist of issues, but a flexible process which they adjust for legal requirements (coroner, fire departments, and police) they adjust for events on the ground, and of great importance to me they adjust for my specific needs. Once again Advantage has done an excellent job of making the very complicated seem simple and straightforward. So there you have it. Heidi now occupies a place of honor my living room, in a beautiful white urn adorned by a striking red cardinal. I have brought my daughter home.

I used Advantage Cremation Care for my father. Larry walked me through the entire process. He was very kind and gentle with his words. My dad was in hospice at home so I started the paperwork before he passed according to my dad’s wishes so at the time of passing that part wouldn’t be a burden on me and my family. All I had to do was call the number tell them my dads name and where he was located and they picked him up. They laid a beautiful blanket on top of him and carried him away. It was so nice that I didn’t have to deal with all the paperwork because it was able to be handled days before. I know this situation doesn’t work for everyone but it was nice that they had that option for when it does.
