Cathy was a breath of fresh air. This was our first family pet we had to say goodbye to and it was very unexpected. Cathy went out of her way to pick him up after 8pm on a weekday, and had his ashes ready the next day. We also asked to have him cremated with his blanket, but for a piece cut off for keepsake. His ashes and collar came in an urn with his name on it, as well as the blanket piece. Cathy was so friendly and compassionate. We really felt that our dog was in good hands. We also received a sympathy card in the mail.

My Fur Baby Of 22 Year's Pass away on October 11 , 2023 . My Husband Called Loving Pet Memorial. Cathy Was So Caring And Took Good Care Of My Fur Baby Prettyface. She pick Him Up Same Day He Passed Away. And Brought Him Back Next Day .We Miss Him So Much . Thank you so Much For Your Card It's Sitting Next To Him. Thank you Again Debbie And Jim Miller 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐱🐱

Never had to go thru this situation with our lil girls. The process was seamless, the contact "as to" what was happening, was nothing short of great business practices. You can tell, talking to them that they're good peoples. Recommend to anyone looking for this service. They came back home in a nice thoughtful box. As sad as I am, we're extremely pleased.

We have been using Loving Pets Memorial for about 4 years now. Cathy is the sweetest person ever. Losing a family member is never easy, but Cathy is so understanding and patient with you. I never want my kids put in a freezer, and Cathy is reassuring that it will never happen. Cathy dropped my babies ashes off the very next day in an adorable urn with their names on it and a few hearts. She always gives the best hugs to. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time a little easier. You are appreciated.

We lost our beautiful boy "Stewey" on August 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. We called Loving Pet Crematory to help us, and even though they were having a VERY hectic day, they took the time to come to our home to pick up our boy that evening. Kathy, (who is a very special person, indeed) treated our Stewey as if he were her own. She brought him back to us the very next day in a beautiful, personalized urn. The treatment was above and beyond. I will use them for all my pets from here on out, and they are very reasonably priced, as well. Very highly recommended, and Thank You, Kathy !

I was very please with their services. My dog passed away in the evening. Bill came to my home within an hour to pick him up. He was very kind and compassionate. His wife Mary was very nice as well and was able to accommodate a special request. My pets ashes were ready the next day and Bill delivered them to my home. I was pleased with the Urns and the personal touch that Mary added to them. I also received a beautiful card in the mail from them. I would highly recommending Loving Pet Memorials if you need this service.

Our sweet boy Lazarus passed away unexpectedly on a Friday after the vet was closed. Cathy at Loving Pet was the only service to return our call. She went above and beyond, showed us so much compassion and treated our boy with respect. She delivered his ashes along with some other sentiments that I will forever cherish. Our sweet baby girl, Ruby was hit by a car last night. Bill came to pick her up at 11pm, he was kind and compassionate. Her ashes are arriving here in just a few minutes, at 11am the next day! I am so thankful for Bill and Mary, they made this horrific experience so much easier by caring for her lifeless body in the most loving way possible. I highly recommend their services. I would highly recommend doing business with them, they were quick to pick my sweet baby up and return her the next morning with no issues. Bill, was very sweet and compassionate with us. The urn was just the right size and they put my girls name on it as well. I will plan to go to them when my other pets pass, hopefully not any time soon.

I highly recommend Loving Pet. My sweet cat passed somewhat unexpectedly and I needed a reliable cremation service. Kathy called, came to get my sweet kitty, and returned him the next day with a clay impression of my kitty’s paw. Kathy was so loving and attentative to me and my baby boy. It is the kind of service we need when we lose a dearly beloved pet. God bless Kathy and her family and thank you for this service in such a time of need.

My Solo got run over while I was at work on the 25th. This genuine, compassionate, and wonderful woman came out, first thing in the morning, in the middle of a high winds storm to pick him up from us. He was delivered home in less than 10 hours and she came out of her way on her way home to make sure Solo was back home with us the same day. I recieved multiple updates on times for pick up, when he would be home, and made sure I knew he was a pretty kitty and healthy(which made me feel like I did my part to give my boy a good life) Not that I ever want to have to do this again, but this will most certainly be the place that I call for my fur babies because I know they will be properly taken care of after passing. Wonderful people and amazing services, I wish I could rate higher than the 5 I'm allowed on here because I would in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, Loving Pet Memorial!!

I lost my beautiful Nyx, a Maine Coon, at nearly midnight on a Friday. I called them at 8am on Saturday, and they were at my home by 9:30am the same day. I can't give them high enough praises for their courtesy, empathy, and kindness. My dad has also used them, and offered high praise. I highly recommend their services.

Our dog passed away on a Sunday evening when there was a foot of snow outside and it was 20°. I called expecting to leave a voicemail. They answered and came out to pick him up within an hour. They returned him to us first thing the next morning. I cannot thank them enough for helping us through this time. They were very professional and sympathetic. A few days later they even sent us a sympathy card.

Mary is such a wonderful soul.She has taken care of 6 of our furkids since 2008 when we lost our first boy Dylan Brutie Max Klhoe Harley and on 3/27/2019 Dakota. Last night My Jay Jay passed away😢😢😢😢 and this gentleman stopped what he was doing to pick up my dog. He was very respectful and compassionate. I will receive my ashes today. I will use this company for now on. Unlike Angel's of rest who will not return calls after hours. Thank you Bronx/Brooklyn.🙂

Very friendly, and sympathetic to those who lost pets. I just lost my cat today, and she came to my house To get him and hugged me multiple times as I’m crying and holding him in my arms. She was very sweet, and I would recommended her to everyone who loses a pet that wants them cremated.

My pet Tubba (age 8) just passed away after getting hit by a car today (Sunday). I was distraught, and everyone else was closed. I couldn't bare to look at him injured, and I couldn't imagine waiting until Monday to transport him to a pet memorial establishment. I was thankful that Loving Pet (Mary and Bill) could provide services with such short notice, and was able to come pick Tubba up within a couple hours. I hope I never need this service again, but if I do, they will be the company I will contact. I highly recommend their company.

They picked up and returned our four-leggged family members within hours -- even on the weekend and no extra charge.
