These people are the absolute best! My first pet I brought to them I had no idea what I was doing. Grew up burying pets in the backyard. They explained the whole process leaving me with no questions. We had the ashes back within a week, plus some little extras. Now my daughter and myself won't go anywhere else. Also the price was amazing. I am a single mom and I was able to afford their prices on a modest budget.

I can’t say enough nice things about Whispering Oaks or those that run it. Our girl passed last Thursday night, and my husband dropped her off Friday morning, by Tuesday she was done. I picked her up Tuesday night when I got off work and I was a mess, still emotional but Karen was very nice and made the pick up easy. I just want to say again, Karen, Bill, Mike and any other person you have that help with this, thank you for doing this and making the loss of pets a little less painful for families. It does mean a lot!

I was devastated when I lost My Luna. It was very sudden and my heart wasn’t ready. When I reached out to Whispering Oaks. I wasn’t even sure how the process worked. She was my 1st dog. They were so nice and let me cry and cry 😢. They walked me from point A to point B. The price was perfect. Now I have my Luna Girl and My sweet Bella Love. I appreciate them for everything they did for me.

This place was wonderful to me and my sister Julia when Roxy passed away, they treated us like family and aloud us to laugh, cry and just reminisce on our memories of our beloved dog. Phone calls were always answered with quick response, and We received Roxy in a beautiful box with 3 key rings filled with ashes and a paw print with a beautiful certificate! We highly recommend them! When the time comes again that we need their services, we’ll be calling! 🤗🙏🧓🏻☕️🐶💕

Kind & professional staff who responds quickly to calls and emails. Pricing for services is the best around, especially for all that they provide you with to take home in memory of your pet. When our dog, Odie passed away, that very day we were able to take him there for caring cremation. We were very appreciative of their efficiency as well as the comforting & compassionate way in which the staff treated us and our boy, Odie.

They were very prompt when my chi-pin passed away and we had him back home within a week. Cost was astronomical and was doable on a budget. Very friendly and made all my kids little pawprint keepsakes.

We have used Whispering Pines before and know that their service is excellent. This time, we lost our beloved pet around the time of the ice storm. Broken hearted and operating in grief mode, I dropped my phone after going to the wrong building at their site. Realizing that the lost phone was last used to read directions there, I called and asked if the owners had found it. They had not - BUT subsequently searched in the snow and ice until they did! I believe that Whispering Pines went beyond excellence with their kindness and compassion. We greatly appreciate them.

I want to give a huge shout out to Bill and the staff at Whispering Oaks Pet Funeral Services. Our Sassy crossed over the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge the night before Mother’s Day 😢. We were able to get in right away (Mother’s Day) and Bill was very kind, sympathetic and professional. Their prices are very reasonable and they have some wonderful products. Thank you 🙏🏼 for all you do for our fur babies!

I'd like to talk about my experience with Whispering Oaks, please read the entire thing before jumping to any conclusions. Now our family pet ferret named Gecko passed away last week. We were devastated, and my daughter was so beside herself with grief. This wasnt the first family pet, but this was the first pet that was bought for her specifically so she was very attached. When my grandpa's dog died he went to Whispering Oaks and he recommended it since it s relatively close to the house. We have never cremated a pet, we have always buried them at our home, but my daughter made the decision on her own, and I respected that. I called and was blown away at the willingness to accommodate my family that the owner Bill had. It was 1am and he had someone meet us out there to take care of our needs with Gecko. I do not know of any other place open 24 hours that is willing to do that. Now we went and it was extremely hard for us to leave our baby there. We ordered 2 cast paw prints, one that said Gecko, and one that said Rat Girl as different family members called her those two different names, an ink paw print and an urn with her name on it. Again, when we went to pick her up, we were going out of town, and Bill yet again accommodated us by meeting us there personally at almost midnight. When I got there Bill said he had some bad news and I was holding my breath for the worst. He told me they forgot to take the ink paw prints and I was devastated as that's something you can't get back. He then told me they did get the casted paw prints and I was beyond relieved and said he would personally send the cast print in to his people at a company that will scan them into the computer so I can get the necklace I wanted with her little paw print. So I was sad but definitely relieved and okay. Things happen. He then told me on both cast paw prints I ordered the accidentally put the same name as two different people were doing them and they both thought the other was doing the opposite name. I was again sad but mistakes happen and I understood. The part that sets this company apart is Bills love for and willingness to accommodate the families he works with. He let me pick out any keepsake I wanted for her remains as well as made me an entire seperate urn so she could have one with Rat Girl and one with Gecko, he then called me a day later and told me her cast paw print could be fixed to have her nickname on one like originally intended. Most places would've been like sorry about it and maybe given you some money back or something and once you're out the door you're no longer their problem. Bill went above and beyond to make sure this was a good experience for my family and I and even after I was out the door he still found solutions to make the problem right for my family. Mistakes happen as every one is human but Bill made sure to do everything in his power to make sure my family had what we needed to grieve and remember our beloved baby by. I couldn't be happier with my experience, bumps in the road and all, because thats when you see the strength or weakness of a company. And this establishment is definitely a family run establishment with real people who care. Thank you Whispering Oaks and Bill for everything you've done for my daughter and my family. It means more than you could ever know. And even though I wish I never had to come back, unfortunately losing our babies is a part of life, and this is the only place I'll trust to take care of my babies. Thank you Bill!

They did a wonderful job with our sweet Daisy. She was placed in a beautiful wooden box with a gold name plate. We also revived a paw print and a clipping of her hair. It took less than a week to have our girl back home with us. Very professional .Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. They are very compassionate and patient and they made the process very simple and easy to understand. The quality of products they have to memorialize your pet is amazing and very reasonably priced for everything that is included. They are the best place to go during the hardship of a loss. They understand what you are going through and will take very good care of your funeral needs.

Losing my Great Dane, Cain was the most devastating time of my life. It was very important to me that his physical body be handled gently and with dignity. Entrusting him to someone else’s care wasn’t a decision I took lightly. At the moment his death, I wasn’t prepared to make a decision on what to do with his remains and chose to have him cremated. The next morning, I wasn’t sure that cremation was what I wanted for Cain. However, after calling our vet, they informed me that his body had already been received by the crematorium and my decision came too late, as the process of cremation was already complete. Waiting for Cain to be delivered back to our local veterinarian seemed to only prolong the hurt. I needed to bring my boy home sooner. That same day, my son went to the crematorium to receive Cain’s ashes. My son was met with professionalism and was greeted with compassion and understanding. Cain’s final resting place is beautiful and really captures his majestic nature. His huge paw was cast onto a tile keepsake and serves as a great reminder of my beautiful boy.Thank you for handling my baby with all of the dignity and love that he deserved.

My dog was hit by a car September 23. I lost him the day after he turned 2 years old. I called this morning to ask what services they offer. I was hung up on after I was able to say “ Yeah I was calling to see what services”. I called back two more times, had two different people answer and was hung up on almost immediately both times. Unacceptable.
