Jason Strawser could not have been more helpful to us! He was fantastic! We were from out of town and he handled all of the details perfectly. I was so thankful for him! His team did everything for us and were amazing. From the obituary , the flower order , to communicating with the chaplain, to preparing the body- They went above and beyond and were completely above our expectations in every way. My family felt very supported and cared for by them.

Jason and his team provided excellent customer service for our family as we dealt with the sudden death of our daughter. We met with Jason not even knowing what to ask, and he guided us through the heartbreaking process of laying her to rest with compassionate efficiency. Jason was the best!!! He had every detail worked out and I had no worries. There was a big problem with the cemetery and Jason took charge and solved it! He was prompt with answering our text messages and he was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend the Staley-Strawser funeral home.

Our family had an exceptional experience with Jason. He was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. He created a wonderful funeral for our Mom, and the facility was welcoming and comfortable. Funerals are never easy, but my loss was undeniably tragic. I lost my strong, young, healthy, loving husband to Covid 19 unexpectedly. We have two small children and the pain and shock are indescribable. So showing up at a funeral home was difficult to say the least. Jason and his team were so personable and authentic it was like going to my cousins house. They were up front about pricing from the first phone call, led us easily though options and ideas. They gave a helpful timeline so I could navigate a few decisions a day instead of feeling overwhelmed. They handled the services extremely well and offered options so that parents, children and family could all have the exact "goodbye" they needed. We were never rushed. And I will never look for another funeral home again. I've found mine for the long haul. Thank you Jason, Rhonda, Hayden and Thomas - you made the worst days of my life easier to navigate, and that is worth it's weight in gold to me. <3

In January of 2020 my Mother passed away and Jason helped my Father, my Uncle and I handle the funeral arrangements. He drove over to meet us at Dad's home and was very compassionate, understanding, professional and patient with us while we were making decisions.Then in December of 2020 my Father passed away and I had no one to help me with the arrangements, so Jason stepped up to guide me through it. He knew I'd never handled something like this on my own and was very frank and honest with me when I had questions or concerns. Because of Corona we ended up texting and calling each other to arrange everything and he was lightning fast in his replies. I was up front with him that I had some financial concerns before the service took place and he helped work out a payment plan with me no problem.One more thing, when everyone else I knew was acting different towards me out of concern, Jason was really upbeat and treated me normally. I also found out he had a great sense of humor. This may seem small but it was a big deal to me.Overall I have to say Staley-Strawser helped us a lot in 2020 and it was a pleasure dealing with their entire staff. They easily earned 5 stars.

Jason did everything in his power to make my fathers funeral exactly the way he and my mother wanted. Jason went to bat for us ensuring we got the church, the priest, and the burial on the days we wanted. Was glad to have Jason in our corner during this difficult time.

Jason and his team are out of this world when It comes to professionalism and compassion. They make the process and the event go as smooth and comfortable as possible. The passing of a loved one can be the worst time of a persons life and they make it easier to deal with. I have had several services with them and I have been beyond pleased with them. Thank you!!!

My father passed away suddenly and we had no idea how to go about planning a funeral. I read the positive reviews on Staley-Strawser and decided to visit to get more information. Karen and her team did not disappoint. She showed compassion and walked us through the process, down to every detail. We got compliments from guests on how well the service was conducted and the professionalism and setting of the funeral home. I highly recommend Staley-Strawser.

What an amazing Funeral Home! The Pre-Planning process for me was very easy and gave me a sense that my family would not have to deal with the burden of making arrangement decisions. For this part of Cincinnati this is about as nice and up-scale of a funeral home as you can get. Well worth the money!
