My best friend, Frank the cat, passed last week on Friday and I picked up his cremains less than five days later. I had to bring him in close to closing time on Friday. The woman on the phone was so kind and told me I could bring my baby in to be dropped off even if I arrived after closing and spent some time talking to me about Frank. She truly cares about her clients and the situations that they are going through. I can’t remember her name or the name of the amazing gentleman who helped me pick out the type of cremation and urn for my cat. Both are very wonderful people. Can’t recommend them enough.

The service we received was wonderful. Compassionate, loving people there who made it affordable to cremate and bring our little Maggie back home to us. On February 29th our beloved pet coco who was 17 years passed away at 7.20 pm not knowing what to do we google pet cremation and snider was what popped up. Calling thinking I would get a recording to leave a message but I got Marissa instead.Marissa was everything I needed her to be 30 minutes after he died .she understood our grief walked us through what to do with him till they opened the next morning and she told us the different packages so we was prepared with what we wanted for him.the next morning we met Brett ,Brett was more than we could of hope for as we came in crying he was very understanding and told us he plans to be buried with his dog ashes he went beyond our expectations and even offer to do our lizard for free and when we picked up coco ashes I told him my son purchased necklaces and he offered to fill them we didn’t take him up on any of it but just offering it was awesome.losing a loving pet is so sad and hard to bare with the shock it makes it easier when you have people like Marissa and Brett to help you in those early days after.If your faced with the loss of a pet snider can help you make those hard choices

We suddenly had our pet possum pass away and they were very kind and patient with me. I called very close to close and they were beyond patient and kind with all my questions and even allowed us to stop by after hours to drop our pet possum off. They were very respectful while we were there. I wish I caught the name of the woman who was there when we got there. She did everything right and didn’t make it all about the payment and the paperwork. She was so understanding and we are grateful for her staying late and allowing us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I am very happy with the services they provided and the kindness the staff showed when we called.

Our beloved pet passed away in a Sunday I called and talked to Marissa .she explained all the cremation options and was so very kind as I was very upset over our pet dying .They got everything done in a timely matter and it made us feel comfortable that it was all being taken care of .thank you Baker Hazel Snider crematory for your help 💓

Our dear cat Hobo Larry passed away Thursday afternoon. We took him to Snider Pet Crematory and can not say enough about how kind Brett was to us. He made the process easier than we expected and was so thoughtful throughout the process. It is never an something you want to have to do, but they took the time and explained everything to us and we appreciated the soothing way they handled our cat. We were able to pick Hobo up the next afternoon and bring him home where he belongs... Thank you.

Our family had to put our beloved dog down on a Saturday morning and Brett made sure to pick her up at the vet as soon as we called him. Given it was a Saturday, it became a time sensitive issue as the vet closed early. He handled everything with the utmost respect and compassion. We have used Brett’s services in the past and will continue to always use Snider Pet Crematory. Thank you Abby and Brett for everything ❤️

My wife and I would like to say thank you to Mr. Rick Snider for everything he did for us in our time of need. Sadly our beloved Bella passed away and Rick picked up our pet and took care of everything. All was handled in a timely manner with love and compassion for us. I foster elderly, senior dogs. For them, my home is usually the last place they stay, as few people adopt elderly dogs. Over the past year, Snider has cremated four fosters, and two pets. Bret and his Wife, are so kind, patient and personable. I deeply appreciate their help at these difficult times. Their prices are reasonable, and their care impeccable. Thank you for your many kindnesses at the time of my loss.

July 31 2020 Snider Pet Crematory did a fantastic job of caring for my Miss Cleo. There was little bits of bone and the cremains were carefully put in a nice sized pretty box. May 11 2022 Snider Pet Crematory did a terrible job of caring for Miss Crissy. The cremains looked like a handful of white beach sand. The cremains were crammed in a tiny box. I paid for private cremation for both girls. Miss Crissy was highly disrespected.

Spider pet Crematory is AMAZING in my eyes. From picking up my boy Buddy from our vet Dixie. They are very Professional, dress nice, unlike other places that pick up ur loved pets, take care and return our loved ones, as if it was their own. There aren't enough words to express how great Snider Pet Crematory was in helping me with the loss of my Nahla Jane. They were empathetic and took the time to sit and listen to everything I had to say, they got her back to me quickly, and even checked in with me afterwards. I really appreciate everything they did, they helped make a really difficult time a little bit easier.

We have used Snider Pet Crematory many times. They have always been compassionate. They understand the sorrow we are going through when we call for their services. They always take extra time to make sure we are doing ok. They make a terrible time not as terrible.

I can't thank everyone enough for making this time just a bit easier. My little boy had to cross the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. They handled him with the utmost respect, covered him with his blanket as I had asked, and had him done very quickly so I could bring him home.We will never go to another funeral home for our pets or family again.

They did a great job with my beloved Sparta. Customer service was great, friendly, and informative. I know I wasn't in the best place emotionally after losing my best friend and they were very helpful in taking care of her quickly and getting her back to me in very little time. Brought our 10 year old chihuahua who had passed away to them. They were very kind, let us be a part of as many of the steps as possible. They initially told us we would have him back in 5 to 7 days, luckily it only took 2 and our boy is back home.
