I typically do not post reviews, good or bad. However, due to the lack of response and care from a recent project that my mother has been trying to get done, I felt the need to let everyone know. Tim, is very poor at communication and has not gotten back to my mother (who doesn't have very long to live) with some minor changes to her headstone. I recommend using another monument service.

Tim was very helpful, professional, and thorough, while assisting my wife and I on picking out the perfect headstone for my Mother-in-Law. His prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch. The work his team did on the headstone was amazing, high quality work and I highly recommend Eternity Monuments! Thank you Tim!

We were referred to Eternity by cousins who had dealt with them previously and were very pleased. We were immediately made very welcomed and comfortable, as if dealing with friends. Tim spent all the time we needed with us, guided us trhough the process of designing the monument, and gave us a drawing of what it would look like and a promised date for completion, which was met. When the stone arrived (it had to be special ordered from the quarry) we were called to confirm the design and it was completed just a few days later. We stopped at the shop to see the completed stone and it was installed at the cemetery two days later. The price was very fair, the stone is beautiful and exactly what we wanted, and the service was personal. They made a difficult duty as seamless and easy as possible. Highly recommend.

I lost both of my parents within two weeks of one another. The grave marker Tim helped me design for them was so fitting. His professionalism and kind manner made a difficult time easier. I so very much appreciated the timely manner in which his company completed and delivered the grave marker. I cannot thank him enough! For these reasons I highly recommend using Eternity Monuments.

I dont usually post this but this is so bad I had to. This is what happens when you deal with these people not only do they take your money but they WILL NOT give you what you paid for. they give you the runaround on the phone would not take your calls and WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT deal with these people unless you want to get ripped off

Exceptional service is what we experienced with Tim at Eternity Monuments! I was referred to Tim from a friend who has a funeral home. She certainly put us in good hands!! Tim spent time with us making sure each loved one's headstone and family monument was perfect. When we had difficulty securing foundations from the cemetery, he resolved the issue himself. This was a very complicated order and installation. Tim was patient with us, he understood how important honoring our loved ones meant to us and he truly exceeded out expectations!!

I am currently working on a family tree and found an uncle that died in 1918. He was only 1 years old. His death certificate stated where he was buried. I live in Georgia but my cousin lives in Cleveland and went to the cemetery to see his grave. She went to the office and was told it had no marker so she would have a hard time finding it. He graciously took her to the site. He was the only one with out a stone. Our grandparents were very poor so it was not a surprise. She felt really bad for the little boy whose name is Matt. So the nieces decided we would buy him a headstone. She shopped around at the big 5 like Kotecki, Milano, etc. The prices were staggering. We then heard about Eternity. Their prices we half the price. The quality was the same. I found this mind boggeling. I worked with Tim over the net, since I said i live in GA. He did the most amazing headstone and was very creative in helping me get what I wanted. There are hoops you have to go through to get the stone approved and some details we had not planned on and Tim help me deal with them. His finished stone was perfect. He was patient, kind, and talented. He said the stone would be ready between 4 to 6 weeks and he had it done in 4 weeks. I was working with him to buy a marker for my Uncle that died more than 100 years ago. When a family has to deal with the passing of a loved one they might not want to deal with shopping around. They go to the big 5 in the area. They might not know about Eternity Monuments. . You will not find a more helpful and compassionate man to work with who provides a beautiful stone for your loved one. I cannot say enough about Tim the owner of Eternity, My entire family Thanks him

Highly Recommended! The death of your loved one is a very vulnerable experience and it is important to go the right people that care enough not to exploit you. Exceptional communication and we are so grateful for the compassion.The Quality is impeccable and the gravestone exceeded expectations!
