I want to say thank you to All-County for offering an affordable but also comforting after-life care service for our previous kitty. Tony was amazing, caring and considerate.We showed up not even 45 minutes after putting our kitty to rest so emotions were very high strung. Will be using them for now on to help with after life care for our beloved animals.

I lost my 17 year old kitty and wanted to bring him home after being cremated. I called 4 different places, including the vet I've used for 30 years. They wanted double of what I paid here. These folks are very kind and caring. Very proffesional. It was also very fast. I had my baby back in 24 hours. I wish I had known about them sooner. I can say this is where I'll bring all of my remaining furbabies when their time comes.

Tony was absolutely amazing. Very professional and compassionate. They had my baby Elmo back home the next day. Highly recommend for your pet memorial and cremation needs.

07/23/24 - Revised:I do want to note that they did reach out regarding the situation and even kindly sent sympathy flowers.I do believe it may have been an isolated incident and I understand people have bad days.However, they can’t take back the experience that made a tough day for me even tougher.Because they can’t take back that experience, I also will not take back this review and want nothing further from All-County Pet.- End revision. //This was a borderline traumatic experience and I will advise everyone to not use All County Pet unless as a last resort. I was treated like I was at McDonald’s drive through.I waited to post this review until after picking up my kitty’s ashes.First, my cat Onyx passed suddenly at home overnight, I was trying to make arrangements in the morning. I was emotional and had to call back a couple times because I kept crying. The women who answered the calls had kindness in their voices + with good reviews, I felt comfortable choosing All County Pet.However, when I got to All County Pet in person, I was not greeted with kindness or compassion.The man who opened the door asked me “pickup or drop off?” I responded through tears that I was here to make arrangements for my pet. The man repeated harshly, “so picking up of dropping off?”Proceeded through paperwork. The man never introduced himself or asked me for my name, he only saw my name when he asked for my credit card. I felt at any moment he would have burst out laughing because I had tears streaming.He never went over costs (I knew the costs from looking at the website beforehand so I was prepared anyway.)Never went over options or special urns/keepsakes.Finally, I asked if there were any special urns, he said “You get this one for free” and pointed to the tin.I did have tears streaming but I was not hysterical.He said “The other ones are behind you but you get this one for free.”He wanted to get me out ASAP. And this situation made me so uneasy that I also wanted to get out ASAP. (I came 3 hours before they closed so no reason for the rush.)He had zero compassion, which is not the right fit for this service.Then, he told me to pull around back. He opened the garage door and motioned for me to bring my kitty inside. So, you have to walk inside, place your beloved pet on a plank of wood right in front of the oven/incinerator. Is that normal?I can understand if it’s a big dog to lift, but I had a small cat in a shoebox. You couldn’t come outside of the garage and take the box from me so I didn’t have to see the oven????HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I will say pickup experience was different:When I arrived to pickup her ashes, I could tell the voice on the callbox was the same man and my heart dropped.Luckily, the individual who greeted me at the door was someone else. (I’m assuming from other reviews, it was Toni.)I was in and out quick and didn't want to talk because of the experience I had 2 days before - but ONE SENTENCE, “I’m sorry for your loss.” I knew this person were more compassionate and I wish they had been there the day I came to make arrangements.The man should absolutely not be doing the intake for this business.I would not trust or feel comfortable to recommend All County Pet at a sensitive time.I recommend reaching out to rescues that offer individual cremation services such as the APL and then buying a special urn through them or Etsy/etc which is what I plan to do now that I have my kitty back so I can get rid of All County Pet's tin and wipe this experience from my mind.

Toni was wonderful to me and my family when we brought our beloved family cat, Sydney, to be cremated after her passing. Although we were mostly crying, Toni was able to put a smile on our faces. He handled our pet with care and she is home now. The pricing was also reasonable. No complaints here!

I just spoke with a client who's pet was a patient at the clinic I work for. Her sweet cat was in the process of passing away Wednesday evening, and we had closed for the day. I felt TERRIBLE for her and was unsure who could help her if her cat didn't make it until we reopened the next morning. When I called her back the next day, she had found your information and was all set up for cremation with you. She could not have been more pleased with her experience there! She was so moved by your compassion and handling of her sweet girl, and mentioned that your facility was beautifully maintained. Thank you so much for the work you do!

My fur baby passed unexpectedly this morning and I needed to make arrangements for her cremation. I called and was pleasantly surprised that a very sympathetic lady named Hannelore answered the phone. She explained that they are usually closed on Sunday but I could bring Ida May in today. She was very kind, caring and treated my dog with utmost respect. She certainly made today suck a lot less and I am grateful. Their prices are reasonable and I will get her remains in a couple days. Thanks for being there on my worst day ever.

When a client's cat unexpectedly passed away and we needed last minute cremation services, All-County was there to help! The woman on the phone was extremely polite, empathetic and helpful. Upon arrival to their facility, we were greeted by a very upbeat gentleman who made our rough day a lot easier. He was full of smiles, which was very helpful when we were feeling sad. The inside is decorated to make you feel at home. We would recommend these services to anyone. To display such empathy during a loss of a pet shows that All-County really cares.

First of all they were very compassionate and helpful. Price was affordable and they had open hours after I was able to get off work. My only complaint is that they left a ton of shards of bone. I called back to ask if this was normal and was told it was. My cat was only 8lbs and shouldn't have left so much remains.

Although it has been for unfortunate pet situations, we have been to All-County 3 times now. Tony is just such a compassionate person. Extremelyyyyyy respectful, SO kind and caring. The passion they share for a lost pet made my quick meltdown a little better when filling out paperwork, I loved it. I want to thank all of the staff members for showing such compassion and kindness to my father. He lost his best friend Spike yesterday and we rushed to find a place he could take him to be cremated, being the weekend we were worried we wouldn’t find anyone. My father said he hasn’t felt this way since losing his mother in 2008 & I’m just so happy we were able to find a facility that truly cares. Thank you all for all that you do for grieving pet owners, you truly make the difference! Thank you for taking care of our Spike as well! It makes the loss sting a bit less. ♥️

Took my baby boy in today to be cremated and this being my baby for 13 years as he grew up with my son he was just like my child ... First time i've ever left him anywhere!!! They made sure they were soooo helpful !! I asked many questions as this is the first time ive ever lost a animal they walked me threw everything !! Being it was friday they called me at 7pm and told me i can pick up my baby's ashes tomorrow wich was quick !! Price was great they made me comfortable and showed compassion !! Great place i will use them again and will recommend them to anyone i know

The entire staff is professional, warm and caring. They do not try to push extra products, the service they deliver is exactly what is discussed. When I went to pick up my pet's cremains, the owner was truly concerned with how I was doing with the loss. If you are in the unfortunate circumstance to need this service, these people are who you want to provide it.

I was so glad to have found this place. My vet was going to charge over twice as much for cremation, making 'group burial' the best option which I wasn't comfortable with. All-County was affordable, friendly and professional. A sad time, but glad I was able to give my pet the respect he deserved in his passing.
